The fried chicken tastes great. The outside is crispy, and the chicken inside is tender. It's much better than other fried chicken places.
The staff were very welcoming and the food came out fast! And of course delicious as always !
Sam and Anyria were so nice, I don't know wanted and they gave me suggestions, I chose the spaghetti which I loved so yummy I was also recommended an angus burger it was warm and juicy. I will be coming again!!
Manager Kim will take care of you if you go there! Line was fast and food was our asap! She goes an extra mile for eyeryone specially the ones that are traveling!
Jollibee is a true culinary gem, especially for chicken lovers! Their signature Chickenjoy is simply incredible—crispy on the outside and wonderfully juicy on the inside. Each bite is a delightful experience, and when paired with their rich, savory gravy, it becomes an unbeatable combination. For an added touch, you can’t go wrong with the Chickenjoy served alongside a side of rice—it's pure comfort food at its finest! Jollibee's chicken offerings truly capture the heart of Filipino cuisine, making it a delicious treat that you won't want to miss. Whether you're enjoying it as a quick meal or sharing it with friends and family, Jollibee's chicken dishes are a must-try for anyone seeking flavorful and satisfying fare!
Food was great but they had let their soda machine go unattended. Out of ice out of diet coke . Shorted our order, had to go back and fight the crowd at the counter. Need to open another location, this one is overflowing with customers, hard to find a seat
The drive thru is the best because Eron is there he’s speaks clearly and fast he wants the service real fast, he’s also respectful and he knew what he was doing and all the other coworkers were very great and respectful i would definitely come back.
The service was really good. I went there yesterday, and the manager (i think he's chinese) was very accommodating. And will definitely keep coming back!
Sam and Latoya were awesome! The food was hot and fresh ! Go see them at the Greenville ave location!
Excellent customer service, great fried chicken, and very clean with ambiance. The pineapple quencher is a 10. Definitely recommend!
I’ve been coming here ever since they opened. Food is always great and service is even better. 10/10 recommend
The crispy and juicy chicken is amazing. I think it's way better over KFC and Popeyes. Yes, I said it! Ha. Spaghetti with a sweet twist. Adobo rice and Mac and cheese to finish it off. For fast food, I would have to say it was pretty good. The biscuit didn't feel like it was filled with air like other fastfood places I mentioned above. The biscuit was dense, moist and fluffy, so good! Overall, 5* fast service and friendly staff.
This was my first time coming to Jollibee simply because there is not one where I live. It’s a place I have been wanting to try. They didn’t disappoint. Very friendly and kind. No really waiting time on the food it comes out once you finish ordering. Everything was what I was expecting! Highly recommend!
Tiffany showed incredible customer service from taking my order she was friendly gave great suggestions! Everything came out quick hot and fresh a 10/10 experience!
Jollibee is one of the Filipino Restaurant I loved to go here in Dallas, Texas. They have a very delicious dish called Palabok. It is a famous Rice Noodle in the Philippines made Special Sauce. The taste is so distinct that only Palabok has it. Some may say that I am bias with this particular dish because only Jollibee got the real deal taste. Their Chicken Joy which is their Fried Chicken with their own made gravy is their Rock Star. Come you all and taste test what I am saying. Prove it and you will surely love it and enjoy every bite of their Jollibee Food. Also, if you’re a Filipino, it feels like home to be inside, the warm and friendly Filipino hospitality is there. That would make you come back.
Amazing service! Food was served promptly and the staff was so accommodating and fun to talk to, especially their amazing manager! Hope to come back here soon with my friends!
Jollibee has always been a family favorite in our household. We went to get dinner around 8 and came back home satisfied the wait was alright we got our food in about 15 minutes. We understood that it was quite busy around that time and we didn’t mind the little wait. Food was delicious for the first time in a while. Max made sure our chicken was cooked at the right temperature and right way. My family and I will definitely make a return to this Jollibee. Service was great! Thank you Jollibee Greenville.
This was just an amazing experience and even better food. The person taking my order completely made sure I was cared for, made sure I got everything I was looking for and wanted and when they gave me my food, they made sure I got things I didn’t even know I wanted like plates, or utensils. They really make you feel like you are wanted and accepted there and that makes this Jollibee a 10/10 experience for me.
Huge shout-out to the team at Jollibee Dallas! The service was 10/10—shout-out to the Filipino manager who was so welcoming and on top of everything. Our food came out super fast and fresh, and I was honestly impressed by how clean the whole place was, even the restrooms and the trash area. It’s rare to find a spot that’s this busy but still this tidy. Proud of our kababayan running such a tight ship!
After 6 long years i finally had some . Thanks to the Kind Beautiful Manager i was able to devour such delicious take out right after a 12hr shift! Thank you . Much much needed ! Will definitely make my way there for a Dine in ..🙏
First time and i was NOT disappointed!!! Food was ready quick the lady’s was very nice and i got to meet a Palauan that’s so happened to be my relative! The food was still hot, the spaghetti was nostalgic ( grew up eating filipino spaghetti) i also got the adobo rice and I think it needs a little bit more adobo and the chicken is the star of the show! Oh and the pies are must try! Please open a location in Oklahoma. Until then i’ll be driving 3hrs for some Jolibee🫶🏽
We love Jollibee! Has all of the Filipino fast food favorites! This location was clean and the service was quick. Food was served hot and fresh. Coleslaw, French fries, and Jolli Spaghetti are our favorite sides. The chicken was steamy hot, crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Served with hot brown gravy, it's the best fried chicken!
Stopped by Jollibee today and had a great experience. My order was prepared quickly and the food was served fresh and hot. The staff kept everything organized, and I really appreciated how clean the restroom was. Overall, fast service and a VERY tidy store. Definitely a pleasant visit!
I went to this place to find out what the hype behind these Philipeeno food is about, and it did not disappoint. It’s not American but was nice to have some of this exotic food. That little Asian manager guy was also very accommodating, just goes to show how their people are hard working. Overall, great.
Food and atmosphere was great, all thw workers are friendly and amazing. The guy in front named sam was very personable, jelms, max, anyria, stephanie and hannah were all so great to talk to as well. Will come back
Had a great experience at this branch! The food was served hot and fast as always. The manager, Jelms, was really attentive and clearly hands-on on guiding the staff and making sure everything ran smoothly even during a busy time. Kudos!!!
This is my first time in Dallas, TX, visiting with my family for a little vacation. I’ve tried Jollibee in different states across the U.S.—Houston, TX, California, and New York—but this branch tastes the closest to the one back home 🇵🇭. The manager, Jelms, and the entire crew were very friendly and provided excellent service. They truly did an outstanding job at this branch! ❤️
Great service clean restaurant Giving them a three on atmosphere because something was going on with their restrooms and I had no water they only had handy wipes. Thankfully they at least had those. I hope they have since had their bathroom fixed. We love Jollibee if you venture out to this one or the one in Plano definitely get the spicy chicken if you can handle it. Please build a location in Forney Texas We need Good fried Chicken out here We are desperate for fried chicken that tastes good!
Edit March 2023: This location is officially open! Make sure to try the pineapple drink, it’s delicious. The dessert pies are really tasty, especially enjoyed the mango flavor. I think it was mango. Each time Ive eaten here, the chicken is hot, fresh and juicy. Tho I have had to wait a bit for my food during busy times but food is worth it. The rice has liver I think, and it’s a bit too strong flavor for me, but definitely try it and see if you like it, I know many people do. *The five star reviews are a lie, as of 8-8-23 this location is still not open. Do not make the drive to this location until it is further updated or it states on their website that it is open.*
Personally as a Filipino, we love this comfort food. Our chicken can’t be compared to other chicken because the flavor is what it is (Filipino taste chicken). Our spaghetti is kinda sweet because that’s our traditional spaghetti (and we’re not Italian so don’t expect that it should be a same taste). The palabok is good. Peach mango pie and ube pie is really good. We love the original and spicy chicken. In Philippines, Filipinos who work in jollibee is jolly and happy. Maybe the workers here were tired because they keep on making mistakes serving the costumers. But we came here and travels for an hour or more than hour just to come in jollibee. I hope you can improve serving customers too.
I have been here twice. The fried chicken is so good. The 2nd visit we tried the chicken tenders, but they were so dry. I wouldn't get them again. The fried pies are a must get, the Mango Peach is my fav.
Stopped by here for a quick lunch grab all because I didn't know they served burgers so I was curious to see how they were. Burgers are highly recommended. Got an order of chicken and fries as well. Maybe because it was take out and I live about 10 mins away the chicken wasn't warm and the fries were a little soggy. It's really always best to dine in so I won't fault the food. Burgers again, definitely a must have. I got a desert pie (forgot what it was called) but was definitely flavorful.
First time trying Jollibee and I really enjoyed it. The chicken is crispy and flavorful. Their KBBQ chicken was delicious and tender with a spicy kick. If you’re looking for something to quench your thirst, look no further than the pineapple quencher. It’s tasty and refreshing. The peach mango pie was the perfect balance of both flavors coming together for a delicious treat. The only downside is that I didn’t get to try any of the other specialty drinks or teas, as they were unavailable at my location. The staff is friendly and the facilities are clean.
I love Jollibee down. I ordered the chicken tender 3 pc meal, with fries, and an ube pie with a pineapple drink (the ube pie is perfection and that pineapple drink is so good). Delicious, no notes on seasoning or anything of that matter. BUT, these tenders were small as heck!! I’m a person with a small appetite, but someone who isn’t will find this insulting. The chicken tender portions look nothing like what’s advertised on the menu screen. These tenders I got looked like nuggets. That’s my only complaint.
A 5 star rating is not given to this specific experience. I will explain if you keep reading. The atmosphere was given a 3 out of 5 stars only because the restroom was in bad repair. The commode was leaking water all over the floor at the base mounting due to it being not securely mounted and sealed. The wax gasket seal where the toilet mounts onto the round drain hole on the floor just in front of the wall should be replaced, and the securing bolts tightened. I don't like water all over the floor that came from toilet flushings! This can cause a severe odor problem if not addressed. Now about the food. The macaroni and cheese tasted good, but was too dry from being baked. I prefer creamy macaroni from the stove top, like the macaroni at Chick-fil-A. The spaghetti was also good, though I was not expecting a hint of barbecue sauce flavor to the tomato sauce, AND THEY PUT VERY LITTLE SAUCE ON THE SPAGHETTI!!!! THE chicken strips, or tenders, had some hard spots in the meat, and a small piece of bone, making them almost as bad as Raising Cane's. The brown gravy that came with the strips was good, and their French fries were good, though I wish they did not cook them in Soybean oil. The Jollibee biscuits were tasty, and far better than other competitors biscuits, that are often hard, dry, and have very little flavor. I wish they had Coke products, not Pepsi. There was no Dr. Pepper, which I did not appreciate. Pepsi beverages are awful in my opinion. Pepsi COLA, regular, tastes like fake sweeteners and other ingredients are added for a strange cola flavor profile. If you get Pepsi from Mexico, for example, you get to experience how it used to be in the United States long ago from the original recipe. Signing up for a contract with Pepsi restricts the customer from having any Dr. Pepper / 7-Up products, if you choose the ALL PEPSI BEVERAGES OPTION, which gives you (as the buisiness owner) incentive, including lower drink cost and maybe unlimited service support. No, this is not a shady, dirty, or unethical buisiness practice, but I disagree with it. The Coca Cola Company also has an incentive like the one I just mentioned. There is a reason why other restaurant chains such as Chuck-E-Cheeses and Taco Cabana, for example, have changed over to Pepsi from Coke. THE MAIN REASON IS PEPSI COSTS LESS. Some restaurant chains that are from the Northern United States have Pepsi since that's what is popular in many northern states. On the other hand, some restaurant chains that are based in the Southern United States, like Burger King, have Coca Cola brand beverages. I Would be glad to come back to Jollibee, but will have a Yumburger next time.
This was my first time trying this chicken spot. It was a bit over priced tbh but still pretty good. I had to return my fry’s because they were cold, they understood and made a fresh batch! Service was good, and it was pretty clean in the dining area. I give it an overall rating of 7! I’ll still KFC and Popeyes over this place, even churches chicken lol. But still it’s was pretty good and definitely worth the try or trip!😋🍗👌🏾
Ordered the chicken tenders and they're SUPER small. Like tiny. Flavor is fine but it's a joke as to how small they are. Fries were terrible. Biscuit was good. Definitely not worth the hype.
Got my food was very tasty but kept having to go back up there when notices multiple items missing like sides. Also ate inside very cold colder than outside, considering it’s winter not comfortable environment.
Our first time to Jollibee and do we decided to try almost everything. The spaghetti is sorta sweet so it wasn’t something I’d eat again. The Mac and cheese isn’t very cheesy or made well.. it’s that thick cheese that hardly sticks to the pasta. Really the only thing I really enjoyed was the chicken and the smashed potatoes and gravy. Place was extremely busy so trying to ask for ranch or anything after paying means standing there for a while before someone is able to help.
The prices were a little high. The mango peach pies were good. If you order a family meal and you don't like the sides, you have to order them separately. The dining area was small. While you're in line, tell your family to save a seat. They messed up on our order, but in all honesty, they're a new place. The chicken was good. The spaghetti had hot dogs and shredded cheese.
Ive been to this specific location a number of times and the one thing you can count on is having some sort of inconsistency with service. The food is good when it is not a 45 to 2 hour wait. Came in an HOUR before closing and a most of the staff was behind the counter preparing food with the exception of one gentleman who was bussing and taking orders at the same time. My father went to have a seat while I proceeded to order when the gentleman gestured for him to move over to the area he had not already cleaned in an extremely rude and condescending manner, when we went to have a seat we sat on a table that was still covered in crumbs and food and we asked for napkins to clean off our own table, the gentleman then came to clean our table off but we could have avoided the whole ordeal had he just let us sit down in the clean table. Afterwards the ice machine was out and there were no lids or straws for the drinks. I love this chain of food but this location staff is so unpredictable.
Jolibee I love you but what’s going on? The chicken has a smell to it and it was chewy.. this was so disappointing. The staff are nice and service is good. However, the food for the second time I’ve had it this week was mediocre. All this chicken gone to waste.. couldn’t eat it.
I have not eaten for a while at Jollibee and I noticed that food taste different. The chickenjoy tasted so floury, dry and not the way I remember it tasting like. Pineapple quencher tasted good, just too sweet as always, not for diabetics. Yumburgers, as per my husband did not taste as good as those he ate in the Philippines from Aug-Oct 2025. The Angus buger deluxe is not all that, just another burger with lettuce and whatever else was in it. The WORST for me was that korean whatever chicken bbq. The sauce was so bad, I thought if Koreans eat this kind of food, I wonder what kind of palate they have. And why add this to the menu?! The staff/crew and ambiance were ok, seemed patient enough and helpful while waiting for me to decide on my orders. Price was ok, I availed the spend $45 and get $10 off promo for signing up in the app.
Ummm this was my first time visiting. Place was clean. But my spaghetti was cold and the fries was not hot either. 🤢The chicken was tolerable but could've been hotter. No Mac and cheese and I asked for spicy chicken but it was a 30 minutes wait. So I went with regular. Chicken was crispy and good.I'm going to try here again another day and hopefully things are better. Not a good experience this time around. I went on a Sunday evening around 730
I have eaten at Jollibee at a different location and loved it. This evening meal was disappointing. The lady taking our order was as bland as the food. The soft drinks were flat, the mashed potatoes were nothing like I remember and the fries were flavorless, cold and stale. Went back for a fried pie (love them hot pies). This time it was barely warm and had burnt pieces on them. Disappointing 😞
The burger steak was a little burnt. It tasted burnt, and it was a little hard and dry. And the sauce is thicker than it normally is, and it tasted different. And I also had the fried chicken… the chickens were not evenly coated with the breading. The first bite I took, it was all breading, and underneath the crispy breading was uncooked breading/flour (2nd photo). It was very off-putting that I had to stop eating the fried chicken after that. :( The seats and tables were dirty, and greasy. We had to wipe our own table with the brown paper towel roll that they had in the trash bins area. And instead of giving us actual napkins to wipe our faces and hands, they gave us the same brown paper towels. I really love Jollibee, so I feel sad about this experience :( And also, the Jollibee statue in most locations are located beside the entrance doors, and he’s usually pointing at the door. But the one here’s a little different cause Jollibee is on the other side and a little far from the door. But that’s okay and it’s not really important. I would honestly give it 1 star, but it’s Jollibee so ⭐️⭐️.
This is the perfect place for a 2 piece meal served raw. Your best bet are probably tenders here. I ordered a 2 piece meal and spaghetti. The spaghetti was about $5 as a side and came half way full in the cup with a tiny nugget of meat. The chicken appeared cooked on the outside with crispy skin but immediately as I bite in to both pieces I’m met with a cold inside and juice spilling out. This is how you make people sick and start food-borne illnesses. I’m never coming back here again.
If you want real Jollibee, just go to Plano location instead. I rated them 5-stars. Been here several times and it’s just not right. Food tastes different and overcooked. Always something missing on the menu or not working like no cash, no drive thru, Etc. and the entrance door is broken and noisy. And they don’t clean up/ wipe down the tables often.
The chicken is processed and you do not want to go eat there. Read to the end matching up to the white flavors. I either how long that you ain't supposed to lay the chicken will be still real bad your time or your money or charging
Sad to say, I was totally disappointed with the food after I had heard so much about it. I got regular chicken and the spaghetti for the side. The chicken had very little to no seasoning. Some of my pieces were overcooked. I don't know what they put on the spaghetti, but it was sweet and bad. The service was very slow, even with the line getting longer. No one came to help. Using a hand-held buzzer to let you know your order is ready. Was even slower, and they got my order wrong. But it was eventually corrected. The place was very clean
Read to the end ,This place sucks at cooking chicken tenders because if you not paying attention they will give you a whole bunch of old stuff and tell you to wait just like the rest of the restaurants. Check your food before you leave, and then if you do not eat your food right there, then some chemicals in the food will basically dry the food before you get home
They give you cold food, the chicken isn’t all that it’s more crust. Fries were stale and cold. They gave us the wrong amount of chicken. Do not come here it’s over pricey and it’s not even good !
They messed up our order and weren't even apologetic about it. In fact they were annoyed with me. I had to wait 12 minutes for them to fry the right chicken and then remind them to pack it for me when it was done.
Nah, I'd pass given the opportunity to try this place again. Employees yelling and horseplaying in the back and nobody is focused on the customer. Constantly distracted employees, soda fountain was out of rootbeer and other selections spewed soda all over my arm, the seats were dirty, and same for the floors, same in the bathroom, which is actually nice if it was clean. The food wasn't as good as I've been hearing. I had the deluxe spice chicken sandwich. The bun was not soft but doughy, and the chicken needed to be cut before it was prepared because 80% of the chicken was on 20% of the bun, making for a very difficult to eat lopsided mess. If you order a spicy deluxe, you get some iceberg lettuce, a thin tomato, and two very thickly cut slices of jalapeño pepper. The spice isn't in the sauce or breading. The fries aren't any style I am familiar with. Apparently, I don't like crispy fries. 😒 I'd like to add the fact that I am now being harassed in the restaurant by someone trying to get me to buy them food, and now he is approaching other people, and where is the manager? The place is now well managed.
I bought 12 pieces of chicken, and you charged me $27, but the menu says it only costs $25. But when I brought it home, there were only 10 pieces of chicken. What happened?
Everytime I try to give this place another chance I get a slap in the face. Today my wife and I went here to get to go, and the intercom was broke I guess. Went inside to order, and got our food. Got home, and we were missing a pice of chicken and the chicken tasted like the grease was old as hell. Never going back here. I will travel to the other one from now on bc it's always something with this restaurant.
*CHECK RECEIPT PHOTOS* If I could give them ZERO STARS, I would. I decided to try Jollibee for the first time because I’ve heard the food is good but the experience I had yesterday was horrible. I will not try Jollibee ever again. I was at this location for almost an HOUR. Placed my drive thru order at 6:18pm. After paying at the window (at 6:25), Christina asked me to pull to the front of the restaurant and my order will be out in 4 MINUTES. I was perfectly fine with that, no big deal. After 30 minutes of placing my drive thru order, I was still waiting for my order at the front of the restaurant so I went inside of the restaurant and witnessed dine in customers who came in after me to place order and receive their order. So I asked for the status of my order and I was told they’re STILL working on it. At this point I asked for a refund because it has been way too long. About 10 minutes later I’m STILL WAITING for my refund from the manager with NO COMMUNICATION from the manager in between the 10 minutes of waiting. Eventually she comes and brings 2 receipts of the pies I ordered but my entire order was $43.26. I then asked for the voided receipt that shows my total and was told by the manager “that’s all my system is pulling up.” She stated that my entire order was voided but there’s not proof (receipt) of that. The wait time, service and not getting a proper refund is unacceptable. I left this restaurant after 7PM!! JOLLIBEE WILL NOT SEE ANOTHER DIME FROM ME!
I’ve been to this location a few times, and every visit has been disappointing. Each time I’ve had to deal with a manager — a different one every time — and they’ve all had the same rude and dismissive attitude. It really feels like the entire staff needs retraining because the negative energy is consistent across the board. I thought the first couple of times might’ve just been bad luck, but every visit has been the same. I’ve been to other Jollibee locations and never had an experience like this, so it’s definitely something about this one. Not sure if this is something I should point out, but the table I sat down at was not at all cleaned, they don’t have napkins at the counter to use so no point in dining in.
Ordered 10 piece and told them to make it fresh the guy tells me our food is always fresh I was like ok lets see , the food comes after 15 minutes and the food was so crunchy and cold it wasn’t that fresh crunchiness it was for just sitting there , then I made them make it fresh after all that and they made me wait 30/35 minutes !! It’s not fair and I wouldn’t recommend this location DONT TRY IT !!
I've gone here a few times, each time I had to go through a manager, different one each time as well. All gave me the same attitude and disrespect. They really need to do rerun on their whole staff team because they all have the same energy. I thought one or two times would be okay, but each time I've gone here, just makes me not want to order at all. I've been to Jolibee at other locations, and none of them are like this location.
Took over 20mins to get order and when I asked the employee jade how much longer it would be she was rude and said she didnt know. She needs to work on her customer service! And im guessing gelms was the supervisor on duty last night he needs to learn how to speak to his employees!!
2nd time coming here.... out of chicken! AGAIN. I was offered sides...I drove to you. This time I showed up 26 min before thry close at 10 pm which is not typical for a fast food but i understand....I believe ita simply bad management and can be fixed by better training..
Caleb, was very energetic, and that's about the best experience. I heard about Jollibee watching @MikeyChen who does food reviews all over the globe. So when I saw Jollibee finally came to Dallas I was so excited. We got spicy and regular, the Mac and cheese, french fries and I wanted the spaghetti. We waited till we got home to find the order was wrong. We had no spaghetti 😡, but sticky overcooked rice. The Mac and cheese was gluey, and we had two containers of mystery gravy water. The spicy chicken wasn't really spicy, I liked the crust but both were super greasy. I was disappointed, and plus it was pricey. I guess I will stick with the local chicken joints, because Jollibee didn't leave me too jolly! ☹️
This location is always out of chicken every time I come and I have to wait 15-30min for them to make more chicken. One time I had placed an online order in advance at 7:45pm and it was supposed to be ready at 8:15pm. When I got there they said it wasn’t ready and they were making more chicken and told me to pull into one of their parking spots and someone would bring out my food in 10-15min. 30min went by and no one brought out my food but other people were getting their food brought to their cars. So then I went inside to ask about it and come to find out my food had actually been ready for awhile. And when I asked them, “oh so this whole time it’s been ready?” They just said “yeah” and didn’t address the fact that they told me someone would bring it out, after I had already been waiting for at least 30min, & mind you, at this point it was already around 8:50pm.
Place my order and when I drive around to the window they tell me no biscuits. I can live with that. Then they come back again and say 15 minutes for gravy. FIFTEEN. Are you crazy? No sorry, no offer to discount or complimentary item. Terrible service.
Went in to try for the first time and ordered $70 worth of food. Waited for an hour then asked Christian at the front told us our order was getting worked on after asking him after we had already waited 40 minutes. Christian didn’t do practically anything the whole time. One girl came over and helped us get contact with the manager who was outside taking a break for 30 minutes. The girl who helped us had to go back and fourth three times before the manager finally got up and talked to us. I am from out of town and was super excited to try this place. The manager Kim didn’t even want to make it right either. The manager Kim was outside the whole entire time we were there which was about 1 hr and 1/2. For being super excited to try I will never be going back again and to be honest the food was just thrown together sloppy and after all of that you would think they would at least make the it right… also the manager Kim not giving some sort of refund or something in return is absurd and terrible customer service. The manager Kimshould not be managing. She has absolutely zero leadership skills and doesn’t help her team whatsoever. Her employee had bed her 3 times for her to come talk to us and even then we had to go outside to speak with her. Very disappointed and upset was really looking forward to this. Wish it could just be made right.
We were headed back home from a 7 hour road trip and we put in an order to go for my family from the Philippines that hadn't had Jolibee in a long time. What should've taken 10 minutes tops turned into over 40 minutes. I checked in with the guy that took my order named Christian about 10-15 minutes into waiting. He said they were making one more item we ordered then it would be done. Turned out he lied to my face and after 30 minutes of waiting they haven't even started on the entire order. I had asked to talk to the manager named Kim about a partial refund but she was nowhere to be found. Turns out she was in her car and wouldn't come out to help her staff resolve an issue at her restaurant. I had to ask 2-3 times to talk to her and she wouldn't. It wasn't until I went to the parking lot that she finally would help her staff resolve this issue. Very disorganized operation Kim is running. Way to lead by example👍🏽
Good Grief! How does a chicken place run out of napkins? Wouldn't you see the day before that you needed napkins? Why not have an employee run into Walmart in the morning and pickup SEVERAL packs of plain napkins? So my buzzer buzzed and I go to retrieve my order. I notice no napkins on tray or by drink counter. I ask at the counter. Both managers stare blankly at me. One mutters "we just ran out". As if that matters to customer about to eat chicken. Another customer at the counter pointed out large pack of baby wipes on the counter so I took a couple. They were dripping wet and sloppy to use at a meal. Maybe if I wanted to bathe after I ate! Food was ok. Biscuits pretty hard. Pie very good. I tried to download app for new customer bonus before I entered the restaurant but it was an impossible mess so I deleted app before I even came in. First and last visit to Jollibees. No thanks.
First time ever having Jollibee, me and my group had an awful experience. Ordered our food waited for 20 mins asked how much longer on our food, was told they were just waiting on our Korean bbq just a couple more minutes, awesome. Another 30 min goes by I asked again where our food was again. Was told oh we don’t know your order isn’t on the screen, asked for a refund or something they could do since we waited 50 mins and it’s still not even started. Meanwhile the manager Kim is outside doing nothing. We had to go outside to talk to her she couldn’t even come inside to speak with us. Did nothing to help us out, just being dismissive and disrespectful. Manager should definitely not be working there. Very disappointing as I was looking forward to this my whole trip. Do better.
Sunday Feb 8th, at 9:35PM the closing drive through speaker was very rude about taking our order. Said they didn't have spicy chicken, so we tried to accommodate to their closing time inventory amd ordered thr 12pc bucket deal, but mocking us for the new order we tried to order said in a tone like he couldn't hear us but we knew he did very unprofessional of him
We arrived there around 4pm and we were first in line and we ordered our combo meals (wife and I), people after us ordered their meals and received their’s before we got our’s, my wife and I both went up to the counter to ask about our order and no one couldn’t give us a straight answer, at that point we were both fed up, we waited about 30 minutes for our meal, the manager came up and said “here’s your order” after 30mins waiting, we said no we want our money back. I’m not there to hangout, just there to eat food, this is the 3rd time that this has happened but we didn’t wait 30 minutes, it was half that, I didn’t come back to this location because I already knew the service was poor, but I decided to give them another chance, well after yesterday I’m definitely not coming back nor will I recommend family or friends to come here to this location, I prefer the Plano location, service is way better and accommodating
We order here last night For to go around 9:10pm friday I ordered a burger but there was no mayo just meat and bread I also ordered Korean BBQ chicken but they didn't put it in the bag.. I only realized it when I was in Austin. In my opinion the staff in the kitchen are not serious about their work they need more training and discipline the same goes for the staff in the front as if they don't care they don't even double check everything. They don't communicate with each other and the manager should also tighten their standards as if the staff in the kitchen are just playing they need to show the true standard of filipino jollibee i hope the management see this
This was one of the most disrespectful fast-food experiences I've ever had. Our order was taken promptly, we ordered some food and before placing it the manager came out to explain how it might take a bit. Sure. Okay we didn’t mind waiting. What happened next was unacceptable and infuriating. After speaking to us in English, the manager turned around and made fun of us to her staff out loud. We heard exactly what she said. It was said openly and casually, within earshot of us, and based on that behavior, we can only assume she felt comfortable doing so because we are foreigners. There is absolutely no excuse for mocking customers- especially in front of other employees and within hearing distance. Waiting for food is one thing and understandable. Being openly talked about and ridiculed by management is not. This experience completely ruined our visit and shows a serious lack of professionalism and respect at this location. We will not be returning, and I strongly recommend others take their business elsewhere.
We have eaten at Jollibees all over. Unfortunately we cannot recommend the Jollibee at Fondren and Greenville in Dallas. Immediately we noticed that the restaurant was dirty. The trashcans were overflowing. The tables were dirty and there was food scraps on the floor. The food didn’t fare much better. We ordered Palabok, chicken joy, and Korean chicken joy with rice. We also got 2 pineapple quenchers. The pineapple drinks tasted like they were from a dispenser. Very chemical in flavor. We’ve had this at several over Jollibees and they are usually great. So this was a disappointment. The rice was overcooked and hard. The palabok was ok, the flavor was a bit off. Hard to describe beyond that. The chicken joy was good, as was the Korean chicken joy. The staff was ok, perhaps a bit unenthused, but this is a fast food restaurant so we don’t expect a great deal. Overall I’d give this place a miss. Especially if this is not your first experience with a Jollibee, it will leave you feeling a bit flat.
I arrived at the store at 6:10, I saw my order was on the shelf. I wait 20 minutes at pickup area Nobody's come to help me. So I get back in line and the line was super long, wait another 20 minutes finally got to counter. So I told to Clark I have online order, and she said I need to go to another line which is pickup line. Yeah I just wait there for 20 minutes and nobody helping that line. I was really pissed 😡. So is this how the online order work?
