My favorite Sbucks in the area. Large inside table area with several tables, outside seating available, large dedicated parking area, and a drive thru if you need it. I always go inside to order and find the service fast and friendly. Drive through can be busy at peak times.... but a great place to stop in for coffee and WiFi.

My home Starbucks that I go to almost every day got my drink wrong. I ordered a peppermint mocha as I do all year long, and they forgot the peppermint! I know they will make it right though. Mistakes happen I'm aware of that, so I'm not condemning them to much. Update: Starbucks is doing much better. Not happy with the prices as it doesn't cost that much to make Flavored Mochas. Now the new prices of there reusable cups being over $32.00 with tax you would think that if you purchase a cup you would get a free drink in it. Oh, thank you for bringing the raspberry syrup back!

Once I opened my protein box several miles after leaving the drive-thru, I realized the box wasn't sealed. It looked like it had been re-taped. My drink was fine (I assume), but the staff should check the quality of their food products before giving to customers. Disappointing.

Make sure to double check your orders when picking up. We often order an extra toast grilled cheese, but they forget to toast it extra. Not sure if it's an issue with the PoS and how it's marked for extra toast. But often times it's not done right. Otherwise everything has been good.

The blended frappuccino turned out to be more like chunky iced coffee. Usually this place is pretty good so I'm hoping I just got unlucky with this one.

Usually I have a good experience with no errors. Today I got a ICED matcha latte and it came with no ice at all. I didnt even ask for light ice I didn’t say anything at all. it had like 1 half an ice cube in it I’m genuinely so confused. Side note I do want to say I think this location has the friendliest staff from my experience. Hoping the no ice thing was an accident

Very disappointed I bought a seven dollar drink and it taste nothing like my shaken Espresso it taste like pure milk

First time I ordered my usual drink and received it super diluted and almost a third of it gone from getting my venti drink with no ice. I have never had that situation happen with any establishment I’ve ever ordered from even Starbucks but most certainly not coming back to this one. I just tried grabbing my fav drink from here and yet again not getting my drink correctly for visiting this location, paying for additional add ons in your drink and not getting one is a total bummer /:

I had to run in the bank next door and the children were thirsty on a hot day, I let them know to wait in Starbucks and to ask for a cup of water while they wait, they were refused water and told to leave

I love buying drinks from Starbucks but I know not all locations have the same care as I noticed some locations are more sanitary than others. I would highly recommend to look into products expiration dates or cleanliness.

so I decided to stop by at Starbucks and get me a banana bread and a protein box. I know a girl can’t afford Starbucks, but I swear these drive-through people really have the nerve to give you attitude when you don’t tip them do better. Won’t be coming back here.

Unbelievable, ordered two drinks in the drive thru, paid cash and the girl at the window wanted to keep my change as a tip. I ask her what she was doing when she put my money in her “tip glass” and she said, “That was a tip, right”. No, the bill was $11.60 and I gave her $22 to get 40 cents and a $10 bill as change, I did not mention a tip at all. I have gone to this location about 5x, 4 out of the 5 times they messed up the order. Time to go across the street to Dutch Bros. The employees they have at the Granite Bay Starbuck’s location are just too much, helping themselves to what they feel is an appropriate tip out of my change is a new level of entitlement.
