Amazing experience! Shannon was our server and she was very attentive and helpful. Burgers are made to order and the pecan pie is AMAZING!!! I will be returning again soon!
Jane told us about the orange tea shots and put us on!! Great conversation and service!
I went to Longhorns a while back with a couple of friends and we absolutely loved it! The food was good and the service was amazing! Our server (Mariana), apart from being drop dead gorgeous, was super attentive. If you go, ask for her. She is super sweet and took good care of us. The vibes were good and they even have pool tables! We had so much fun and we’ll definitely be back!
Not completely slammed busy if you get here a bit early, so solo seating can work. Most seating is grouped, and UFC may not be a focus for screens/audio but does get played. Atmosphere is very Latino which is alright. Would recommend coming here to watch UFC payperview. There is a cover!
This place is awesome! Great atmosphere & delicious food!! Had chicken fried steak, husband had pecan crusted chicken. It was so delicious. We liked this place so much came back the next day & had the most flavorful bacon cheese burgers!! You can't go wrong with the wings either. Just a great place to chill. This may be our regular spot going forward 😉
This new place is awesome! Plenty of TVs and spacious! I had the grilled chicken sandwich one night and it was tasty! I also did the wings (lemon pepper) and I must say they came out quick, hot and delicious! The atmosphere is great and plenty of tables and two different bars, one close to the pool table and game room and the other that is huge! I highly recommend this place for a good time!
I attended an anniversary party for a local Corvette Club. The waitresses were awesome. The establishment was huge, clean and extremely well managed! Thank you, we had so much fun!! I would recommend this establishment if you have an event or company party.
Hello I came and brought some friends and they have never been there and they liked it and our waitress Mel was so professional in her customer service very polite and friendly
It was my first time there. The place looks great, from the bar I could see the kitchen and I didn't see one dirty thing or even a streak on the chrome The food was fantastic. The drinks are tasty. The top shelf margarita was made well. A plain vodka and 7 poured perfectly. Nick, one of the owners said hello, came back and checked our food even after Keisha. (Pic attached) did a fantastic job of serving us. This place delighted my palette as well as the service being exceptional. I can't wait to try the brunch menu. This is a place for families, singles, and business people to go. The pastor taco melts in your mouth. The churros, which isnt my fave dessert were a delight. I can't wait to try their pecan pie next visit. If you haven't been here TRY IT!! Longhorn Icehouse is definitely one place that will be on my FAVE list in DFW.
Every time I come here, it’s a pretty great experience. I love the DJ and the atmosphere, we wanted to play the pool tables for the first time in the back and unfortunately, one of them ate our money. I asked the male manager and back bartender for help the bartender was free but not helpful and the manager was understandably busy as it was Super Bowl Sunday however, Shelly, the manager went above and beyond stopped everything she was doing just to help us, raced to the back to get the pool balls. Help us figure out how to work the machine And was just so sweet and such a breath of fresh air. You rarely see that type of customer service anymore. She is a true gem here thank you Shelly!!!! Me and my family will be coming back because of you :)
We visited the Longhorn Icehouse for a late lunch on Saturday. The icehouse is a sports bar with a biker bar feel, though they discourage biker colors/insignias. There were a number of families with children dining when we were there. Our waitress, Hennessee was awesome, taking the time to give us recommendations and chat a little. Lindsey, the manager on shift, was also friendly and gracious. We shared a cob salad and fried zucchini which were delicious and more than enough for the two of us. We highly recommend checking them out.
I want to start of with this place atmosphere is great! Always have felt welcome with my family. My children love coming here for the music and the events they host. Not only is the food great but our server Naomi Takes really good care of us. She never disappoints. Come check them out and ask for Naomi .
Great place to watch the game - good and service is great. Our server Mel was on her game - very attentive and there whenever we needed something - and always smiling !!! One of our favorite places to go !!
I had such an amazing experience tonight , it was my first time coming. Melani was our waitress and she was INCREDIBLE so polite and punctual with everything, she recommended the pozole and it was just as good as she said it was !! Definitely coming back and asking for her again next time !!
Great atmosphere to eat and have drinks and hear live music🎶 Great service and food. Ask for "Shannon" exellent, wonderful and attentive waitress. She will take good care of you.
Love it every time we go! Great music and service! Jane put me on a couple new shots and drinks!
First time there. We are Part of a pool league, so we were there for a meeting. Add a few tables and refelt the ones they have and it might be one of the places to go.
I’ve been to this location over a dozen times in a year. Very pleased with customer service, everything I’ve ordered on menu is delicious, great atmosphere with friends and coworkers and every once in a while a visit from owner who shows his gratitude with a handshake, smile and maybe a few laughs. Great place!
Great food and cold beer. This place is huge including pool tables, a stage and a huge bar. The food was great. Actually, Buffalo Wild Wings should take notes on how a buffalo chicken wrap should be made..!! This one was fantastic...! Compare this wrap to another post I had from a BWW.
Longhorn Icehouse is a great game venue. There are plenty of TVs to enjoy. The environment is ' lit'. The chicken strips are amazing.
I literally love this place great service beautiful waitresses amazing people just a fun time definitely recommend
An oasis in the middle of the gentlemen’s club part of Dallas. Huge place. Band sounded great so good acoustics and sound person. Countless TVs and super selection of beers and bar. Clean place and wait staff on the ball. Only knock I had was the limited menu as it looks like a restaurant with multiple bars and dancing. Need a pool table or foosball table. I thought they had one. More low carb options would be good.
Nick is the man. Always takes care of everyone. Everyone’s so friendly. Love the food and drinks!!
1st time here came for drinks celebrating a graduate.. wow this place is amazingly big inside with lots of tv's unfortunately we had already ate before coming so did not get to have dinner here but the food looked delicious.. our server was fabulous. This is a great place to hang out or come watch a game. We will be back I gotta try that good looking food
We came to watch the Steelers game, an awesome place to watch sports. We had brunch, which was ok, I ordered the chilaquiles, they were a little bit dry, the beans and eggs were good. My nephew wanted to play but the basket balls were deflated, he had fun anyway, each game was $1. Everyone was nice
Finally stopped here and glad we did. We was able to be seated quickly before rush hour and our waitress was prompt and friendly and provided good recommendations. This is a nice large establishment with TVs around the bar, another area to watch big games, UFC fights etc, live music at times and small dance floor area (if that’s what’s it’s used for), has a game area with pool tables, arcade games with small bar area nearby and patio area with corn hole. Our food came out quickly, we shared some zucchini sticks first, crispy and fresh. Wife had the gyro and it was really good. I had the roast beef with the fixings; potatoes, onions and carrots. All veggies was good, soft and the carrots was my favorite, roast was tender, could’ve use a bit more gravy for me but overall enjoyable. We enjoyed our dinning experience here
Came here for my birthday weekend and really enjoyed it, the waitress was sweet and very attentive and the young lady behind the bar making our drinks was also super nice and made our drinks perfectly, the food was good and we got to enjoy a live band , I would definitely recommend this spot for sure!!!!
This place is amazing. From the moment you walk in you feel like they are happy to see you. Joe the manager was great and made me feel very welcome. Food was great the queso and hot sauce were awesome starters. The CFS was just yummy with mashed potatoes were perfect like mom's. Then came the best dessert I have had in a long time pecan pie. So freaking amazing! Can't wait to get back there and have some grub!!
Wings are good here! Half off Monday & Thursdays. Free pool on Mondays as well 😁 love the Dj, great music great vibes
Came here first for convenience. Return often for good food, great service, super-clean, great music, reasonable prices with a great menu, and its so huge its never crowded. Huge bar top. Awesome patio if thats your thing. 25+ TVs. Fun varied clientele. No posers. (Be prepared to see old glory). Find me and I will buy you a drink.
Me and my Cigar Group went this past Thursday on 01-15 and we had a great time...Our server Kaylee and Manager Thomas was wonderful, pleasant and very attentive. I wouldn't have known it was Kaylee's first day she was awesome. Our group has found a new place to meet every Thursday!
We were looking for a new place for our cigar group to meet. They happily accommodated us and our server Kaylee was fantastic! The group liked Kaylee and the place so much that we decided to make it a regular place to meet, and elected her to be our server.
Great food and Excellent service from our Waitress KayLee. It was her first night on the Job and she done wonderful. Great experience at the Longhorn, me and my group are planning to go there each week to their patio.
Came here for the dancer awards that several groups in Dallas came together for last night, and it was such a nice place! The atmosphere was a bar with a dj, but they had a good dance floor, and a full menu. Not your typical bar food. I had the salmon, some of the best I’ve ever eaten. Ate so fast forgot to snap a pic!
My experience at Longhorn Ice House was simply amazing! My server Esperanza (Hope) was very attentive, professional, polite and with great enthusiasm. Food was hot, fresh and delicious! I will definitely be again. *plus it’s a Steeler hangout!! Love it!! 😘
March 2025 my first time here and definitely not my last. The place was such a vibe even w/ just a few bodies cause it was during the week and before 9pm my cousin who lives here in Dallas brought me here raving about the food, service, music and ambiance. Loved it! We had some cocktails w/ chips, salsa, fried calamari w/ marinara sauce and an awesome fresg Mexican style shrimp cocktail. Recommend stopping by for a few good drinks some food and fun. I was there only a short while but I know where I want to go when I visit again. And I will take better pics and videos of everything next time.
Had lunch here first then played later for 97.1 The Eagle's original local show. Incredible place. I can see it taking off in a big way! Free parling, excellent lighting, great stage and will definitely be back for the awesome menu, $4 beers or even a live rock show. MESSER approved!
This place is the place to watch all sporting events. Open 7 days a week although there was a cover fee the day I went. DJ was amazing, played a variety of music that made you want to dance like no one is watching. The servers and bartenders were all beautiful and friendly. Your able to book private parties, rooms are very spacious. There is an arcade area and pool tables to keep the fun going. It was very entertaining to watch tipsy grown men betting on who can punch the hardest on the punching bag. Restrooms were clean but the stall I used needed toilet paper. There is an ATM available when you walk in. Plenty of parking and handicap parking available.
Had a fun time at a party there this evening. Big screen tv's abound, food is good (I enjoyed my grilled chicken sandwich), and service was very friendly and attentive. Food is expensive, but what isn't these days? Music was good, too, especially when the DJ took the helm. All-around, great place.
Visited this place with a group of coworkers. Everyone congregated to have drink and blow steam after a long work week. Loads of space not overly crowded, nice atmosphere, great staff, looks like the spot for loads of company after hours hang outs. They have stage, not sure if it's for karaoke or live bands.Everyone had a good time. Huge screens, pool tables, photo booths, great drink selection. Been here twice both times with coworkers. Would recommend.
This is a sports bar. It is set up for sports fans with multiple TV screens around, they even had a live band the night I was there.
A little off the beaten path, but manageable. The bartender was pleasant and made a decent drink. Management was around but failed to greet or engage any of the customers. I'm not a big fan of ice in the urinals. I think it's lazy and unsanitary. Overall, the bathrooms were clean, but I did hear a little ruckus when the handicapped stall lock was broken, and someone walked in on another. The venue looks like fun, and it's all set up for bands during the weekend. All the upcoming offerings were Tejano, but the bartender said they had decent crowds. The food was the only drawback. The wings were overpriced and chewy. Felt like they were at temp, but needed a little longer to change the texture. I ordered a salad, but it never came, and we weren't charged. Luckily, she couldn't finish her sandwich and fries. We were there around brunch and dint see a soul ordering from that menu. The pricing seemed a little off as an omelet was $17.
My wife and went to dallas and need it a place to watch a boxing fight and we went to longhorn ice house very nice place to go and watch your favorite sports they have alot of tvs and their food is ok the waitresses are friendly and the place is very spacious go before the event starts or call for information we were satisfied will definitely go back on another visit to dallas
Loaded fries were subpar. Mel took care of us, was very attentive, we never felt neglected. Table maintenance was top notch. She was kind and personable Food runner great.
Chile Cheese Frito Burger so intriguing I had to try it very glad I did we ordered via grub hub also very glad we did the other choice was the Trailer Park hot dog lots of onions thankfully some of them were on the side glad we ordered Looking forward to eating at the restaurant it sell
A spacious bar for catching a sports game. There are plenty of large flatscreen TV's and an outdoor patio. Wide variety of drinks and bar food menu. This bar takes its security seriously, pat downs and metal wand. It has a hooters vibe with the waitresses wearing revealing outfits. Free, onsite parking.
Came here for ufc fight. Huge place with so much to do and huge outdoor patio w games and huge TVs. There was no cover but to grab a table, I was given a choice of $40 or $50. The 40$ tables were towards the back near the patio more and smaller Tvs while the $50 were near the front with one huge giant screen and lots of other TVs and screens. I opted for the $50 and picked a booth. They make you pay immediately for the table and put your food/bar tab on another bill. Our server was awesome. She continuously checked on our party of 6 and refilled our drinks. She definitely earned her 30% tip. I’m sorry I didn’t take pics of any food but we ordered mostly apps and shared. Came out to $200 which isn’t bad for 6 considering we had alcohol and lots of food. I ordered lots of wings and had them put sauce on side so they wouldn’t get soggy. The dips were ok; but nothing to write home about. Bathrooms clean but they didn’t have the seat covers. Had to use TP to sit on them. But nothing worth complaining about. Outdoor patio is huge and you can smoke out there. Masks weren’t required. No one wore them. Music was great and I definitely will be back!
I was very impressed by the customer service from hostess Kat and management. The venue is very roomy with several TV screens and 2 bar areas. We had a great time hanging out with friends and watching the Cowboy game. They also had a DJ play afterwards. The food and drinks were tasty. 12/12/2021- Hubby and I went to watch The Dallas Cowboys game and we had a great time. The food was delish and great ambience. The waitresses are very attentive and polite. 01/16/2023-Hubby and I met up with friends to cheer on The Dallas Cowboys. It was a greet win and everyone had a greet time. The food was okay and the prices are reasonable. This is a large venue with plenty of seating and large screen tv's.
Our first time here.. The food was excellent! Started off with the hummus with Pita bread and celery with carrots. The four of us ordered Pecan crusted chicken covered in a garlic and capers sauce (OMG so delicious!) with rice (awesome 👌) and green beans (cooked just right and delicious, just needed a hint of salt for my taste), 4 street tacos mix and match of chicken, pork and shredded beef which had excellent flavor, Angus beef burger with cheddar and oranion oring on burger, and a GINORMOUS Chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes. Two of the orders had macaroni and cheese (baked) which was delicious!! The decorations and design of the layout were very appealing for a sports bar type restaurant. The menu has an eclectic variety and they offer a brunch menu. The women's restroom was probably the best smelling, clean and very appealing to the eyes restroom I've seen in quite some time. They have live music on stage on Friday nights with a dance floor. This would be a great place for a get together for drinks and snacks with friends because they have pool tables, a shuffle board table, punching bag game, hoops games, and other video games. Several bars available with one in the billards room. They would have received 5 stars but there were several things that deducted a star: - music was too loud to hold a conversation. - pretty much all of the staff had masks on but they either lowered them to talk or just had them down on their chins even when leaning over the table and food. The cooks and bartenders also had their masks down. I myself forgot to put my mask on when I went to the bathroom but no one reminded me either... - the ladies attire were a bit skimpy for some people's preference. Overall, the food was delicious and I would return if possible just for the Pecan crusted chicken!
Was our first time here and we took our in-laws, I was surprised by the waitress’s attire 😅 we didn’t mind it! Just surprised lol The atmosphere was awesome, the dj was playing good music and food was decent! I’m a vegetarian so I’m picky about my food. The wrap was ok but the avocado fries were delicious! Definitely be coming back
This place is a whole vibe for game days which is the only good thing about it! It is overpriced and seems like about 20 minutes after you get there, the service just falls off the face of the Earth and you can never find your waitress again. Not sure if I will even be returning, nothing beats my service at Twin Peaks.
Great brunch menu. Till 4 on weekends. Nice selection, a tad pricy but quality food. Fantastic venue with ample parking, clean restrooms and Boss Hog greeting you on the men’s and Daisy Duke on the gal’s. Great back bar, music area, outdoor patio which is covered and with heaters and finally a fantastic back party room well adorned. Cool Oxford blood red chairs! Who doesn’t love ice in the urinals? (Keeps it clean!)
Had a great time, but the 3 star was because on every order they charge you a 20% gratuity which means given not charged, which they do not inform they are doing automatically , I only received this receipt after I asked for it because they do not offer the receipt, we tip 20% or more anyways, so not knowing they had this practice we were now at 40-50% gratuity
This was our first time here and we were not impressed. We had planned on ordering food, but our server was not friendly and the music was extremely loud. There was no need for it to be that loud at 3:30. We will NOT be back.
After reading good reviews I figured we would try this place. The wings were crispy and delicious, but the pizza was TERRIBLE. The pizza at 7 eleven is probably cooked better than this was. The pepperoni pizza was soggy, and the gyro pizza was cold and had a really gross flavor. I would maybe come back for wings and drinks, but never again would I get a pizza here.
This is THE spot for game day watch parties. For a sports bar it’s really nice as far the aesthetic, decor, bathrooms, and tables. The service was good as well. It’s all also huge and had 40+ screens. They had give-aways for the OU/TX game and a host. The only things they lack are good food and music. I think the lack of music may have been because of the older crowd. For food we ordered lemon pepper + buffalo wings (not my fave at all, it doesn’t blend well together), mozzarella sticks (great), “Bevoritas” (orange themed margarita for Texas), spinach artichoke dip (not bad but very bland - I sent it back), and queso (good) with pita bread (some of the best pita bread I’ve ever had). Lastly, I do think the food is overpriced for the quality (***and they do automatic gratuity), except my margarita - it was $5. I’d definitely go back back, BUT, I’d eat at home.
Better, safer places to go. Within 50 yards of a club that is not decent. Not for a family affair that’s for sure e
Nice place, lousy service. 2nd time here. Drove an hour to see a game last time, but there was no cable connection. Thought I would try again. I ordered a drink, then I counted at least 5 times when the waitresses walked right past me, looked down at my empty glass, and kept walking. Took an hour to get another beverage, and that was only because I walked up to another bar and got it myself. It was not even busy at all. 90% of the tables were empty, so I have no idea what the waitresses were doing with all that walking around. I watched two food runners walking around for 10 minutes with a plate of food trying to figure out which table ordered it, though there were only a few tables occupied. It's a beautiful sports bar. I hope they get new management soon or this place will go the way of the dinosaurs.
Very disappointed in the service. Our first experience here was good so we brought friends in for brunch and they decided to stop serving brunch over 3 hours early without publishing it anywhere. When we decided to leave, nobody even acknowledged us or apologized. Hopefully the service improved prior to football season.
Nice place but a lot of hidden charges for example if you pay with cards added charge also staff does not let you know that tip is always 20 % automatic And if there is an event held there they charge for entrance $20 plus fee to use card And I hope you don’t want.water cause they will make you pay for bottle water Not going back.
So this was my 1st time there. This was the old Mercado Juarez restaurant. It was a fight night, so there was a cover charge(not a big deal). We had a table reserved & and the waitress was prompt with our drinks & food. Through the night, the place was packed & service was taking longer than normal(kinda expected this to happen). However, after the fight, most of the crowd left. Being that as it is, I assumed the waiting staff would be more attentive. I was serious wrong about that. We waited over 20 minutes to get our drinks. I went to the bar across from me & the barmaids weren't very attentive. I waited another 5 minutes before I was served. After I got my drinks, my waitress had the gall to ask if I needed anything. Apparently, she and another waitress were too preoccupied taking shots from customers that had bottle service. This bugged the crap out of me. Another thing I noticed is there was a Cash price & Non-cash price. I've never been to any sports bar, that's ever done this. I wouldn't have mind tipping the 20% if the service was on par, but it was a large party, so she got tipped for taking shots. Aside from the service, the DJ was jamming the whole night playing all genres of music. The live band that played after the fight was ok. The food was ok & the beer was good.
Food is decent but way overpriced for what you get, so the value was subpar. Onion rings are fantastic, but you only get 3. Service is sometimes good and sometimes questionable. Restaurant is clean. Beware: they charge you a fee for using a credit card and they do not tell you/point it out to you. You find out when you get the bill. Pretty sure that’s not legal. It’s unfortunate bc I used it go there 2-3 times a week, but charging to use a credit card today is ridiculous in a digital world. I now go to BoomerJacks down the street. Food is good, service is the same and they don’t charge the fee to use a credit card.
Sadly the service was slower than expected. the restaurant was at roughly 20% capacity. Food came out with some people getting their order 20-30mins before the last of the table. Many missing/incorrect items and at the time of payment there was a slight confusion leading to the bill having to be paid lump sum. Hopefully this was a one time issue we had a 16-20 top and the $600+ bill could only be paid on one card.
I’ll start with the positives. The atmosphere for ufc 322 was great That’s about it. Let’s get Into the negatives. We waited nearly 45 minutes after being sat to have ANYONE come to our table. Once ordered it took another 10-15 for our drinks to come out. To top it off the manager was out on the patio smoking a cigarette not giving a dang about what’s going on. Kudos to the waiter who did serve us (pretty sure she was covering a section) she was awesome. Other than her this place left a lot to be desired To management: I hope you guys can figure out how to deliver a higher level of service to future patrons
Have been coming here every Saturday during football season as this is where the Texas Exes meet. Yesterday it was a packed house but got terrible service. Probably worst ever and that's saying something because these young Gen Z waitress aren't good to begin with. Waitress was the worst. Probably saw her about 4 times the entire time and took minimum 20min+ to get anything extra we order like napkins, ranch, drinks. They've also changed a few of their food policies to try to nickle and dime you for every little thing. They no longer serve fountain cokes and instead charge you almost $4 for every can of coke you order and also charge for water. Who does that? If you'll see by the ticket they also charged me extra for ranch. Mind you this wasn't extra ranch it just the ranch I never got with my salad. Charging for a side of salsa when we never asked for it as well. Food wasn't that great. It's missing flavor. It's almost an 8 but lack of seasoning makes likes it's almost missing something. Going to have a talk with the Exes at the next board meeting to try to move elsewhere. Overall this is the subpar service we've normally gotten last season but since it's a guarantee crowd they put in zero effort.
Really cool and fun decor. Food disappoints, except the awesome onion rings. Blackened fish had a very "fishy" taste. French fries were awful, like they were both stale and overcooked. Hushpuppies were good. Avocado fries had a weird flavor to them. BBQ pulled pork burger had almost no BBQ sauce at all in it, making it very bland. Service was subpar, slow and check issues. Wrong discount was applied, much smaller than the coupon we used, and it took multiple trips back to a manager to get that figured out... apparently "free appetizer with two entrees" is complicated? Also a little annoying to be charged for a side sauce when I pointed out that there was almost zero sauce in their "bbq" sandwich to begin with.
Absolutely atrocious. The manager’s sister treats the workers like garbage. Witnessing this leaves a sour taste in my mouth. Nepotism and abuse of power at its finest. Never coming to this establishment. Food was lack-luster. A bit dry. Staff was okay as they were welcoming but management here really ruined it
We told the server (like we always do) that we were going to the patio & she said ok, but "NO ONE" ever came to serve us, so we just walked out & will never return.
We were charged for items sent back. They added gratuity to our bill when we have been coming for weeks with no addition of gratuity. Waitress was horrible! Her name was Mel. She literally called the owner! We couldn't get menus, water and she acted like we were bothering her by asking! Couldn't get menus or silverware. We were told the people in our area last week were disruptive. So all people of same race are responsible for previous behavior of others?
The wait staff was horrible, the waitress was very forgetful and couldn't get anything right! It took forever to get our drinks and food. We had to constantly remind her. The garlic pepper wings we're horrible and wet! I will attach photos. The fish was good the taste and temperature. I would not recommend for a group of people..
** Loing read but buyer beware. This place is as crooked as a bent nail. The pat down by the police officer to get should have been the first clue. Then they would not serve a glass of water so bottled water was only 4.00 a bottle. The server was so terrible. She forgot to put our order in and then had the audacity to give us the bill only to take it back and add a 20% tip because their was a ball game on. The bill for 2 people who shared some tenders and an appetizer was $71.00. ***It got worse when I asked to speak to a manager and she had an attitude before she made it to the table. How this girl got promoted to a manager is beyond me. After said and I quote "Yeah, So?" I told it was sad she didn't care enough to listen. She went off on us. I asked her to leave out table so we could finish up. She said "You are the one leaving and started calling the security guy to have us leave. We left on our own and she followed us to the door and continued to use the over stuffed botox lips to tell us how terrible we were not to come back. Fortunately, her manager stepped in and got her under control. Mike was his name and I respect Mike because of the conversation we had. Mike offered several things for us to have dinner again with them, offered passes to the gentlemen's club next door and even lunch another time. He did well in his role. We did not ask for a discount or to have the food we did not order removed from the bill. I just wanted to explain our situation with the manager as the bill was already paid. That manager should not be in a place of leadership in any business.
Not a great experience came in and had a few beers and food. Server tells us we have to pay $4 for a bottle of water was told no glasses of water as the water wasn't working correctly when asked how they were washing dishes she changed her mind and said that they were told not to serve water glasses only bottles and no cold glasses for our beer said whatever just got beer. Less than 10 min later we noticed the table in front of ours is getting cold glasses for there beer and not to long after that the table to our right is getting served iced water glasses. Asked to speak to manager and she tried to lie to us as well but when we started to point out that the other tables were getting served water and cold mugs for there beer. I then asked if there was something wrong with our table she didn't say a word just walked away to get a different manager. The new manager walked over to try and say it is there policy to not serve water or cold mugs during the game but I then pointed out the other tables and she said sorry and got us some water and cold mugs but why did we have to go through that in the first place no good customer service at all will not be back. Go to Bedford Icehouse better all the way around and they don't try and price hike you during the game.
The food is overpriced and they charge a 3.99 per cent fee if you use a debit card. This is just wrong! It's a horrible way to treat customers and no other restaurant I go to does this! The first waitress that waited on me completely ignored me. I will not be back.
First time going last night with my family and honestly the last ! My father went to order drinks and i was near by and after he left the staff was talking crap about him about the way he ordered and the way he gave the money , then our server just kept going to all the guys flirting taking forever to come back and the drinks took about 25 minutes or more just for a whiskey soda, terrible service terrible staff very rude and unprofessional girls
1st time- LAST TIME! Attended the Texas Longhorn-Ohio State game. Of course the place was packed, rockin and rollin. Energetic to say the least! However, our server was awful! We were there for 1 1/2 hour before she ever came over. Not just us, also other tables. When she finally came over, she took our order and then the wait, the silence and how she ignored us and others. Another hour! In the meantime, we called over the Mgr twice! Finally, our food was delivered and of course it was wrong. I’ll skip everything else that happened until the bill….. our server could not get the bill right…back and 4th with - bill comes back 3rd time- still wrong…. We paid anyway to end a disastrous visit. Another mgr came over and asked us “why no tip”. We explained what happened and she said “she’s the best we have”. OMG!!! Never again!!!
They discriminate and change the seating policy as they choose. When calling on the phone i was told it was first come first serve but when i arrived i was told the tables was reserved. The so called racist manager on call name George asked me what was the problem with my seating tryna justify changing the seating policy. It was the look on his face when he walked up and realized we were black, i knew we weren’t going to get fair service. He then said if the guest was not here in 15 minutes we could have it. He went on to say the party called him this morning to ask for the seating even though mind you i called and was told seating was first come first serve. After the 15 minutes he just found a party of 4 to place in the seating to avoid giving it to us. We were not given the same opportunity as everyone else. With the same number in party as ours. I wouldn’t dare say this place is racist. It’s not. This is maybe my 4th time coming, but he definitely was. I will not return.
The night started off great but quickly turned when we had our waitress. She not only was gone for along periods of time but barely asked if I wanted anything. My bf and I were there to watch the fight but she would only ask him if he wanted something while I looked to find the name of the item I wanted and by the time I found it she left. We were there from 8 to 1 am and the whole time she only got me a soda & small batch of fries because that all I could get from her. I found out why because she was at a couple of tables giving out her number to some of the guys near our table and busy at those tables vs helping us too. I wanted to order more drinks for myself and food but wasn’t able to because she only acknowledged me 3 times the whole night.
On Thursday, I witnessed a customer ( a lady) approach the DJ to request a change in the music genre, as the 60s and 70s selections being played were putting the crowd to sleep and creating a dull atmosphere. Instead of responding professionally, the DJ became defensive and displayed a poor attitude toward her. The customer asked politely three times for him to play something else to better engage the crowd, yet he refused. It was clear that the clientele in the back bar area were uninterested and disengaged due to the music. As a DJ, maintaining professionalism and adapting to the audience is essential—showing attitude toward reasonable requests is completely unacceptable.
I have loved coming to this establishment for the past couple years and one of the reasons I am a faithful patron is because of one particular manager, Miss Shelly. Her presence is consistently warm, welcoming, and the kind of energy that makes customers feel at home. She goes out of her way to make the atmosphere feel good for everyone who walks in. I was disturbed when learning that this manager was spit on and physically confronted by someone in a leadership position. This wasn’t described as a misunderstanding — people who were there called it aggressive, unprovoked, and completely unacceptable. No employee should ever fear being assaulted at their own workplace. What makes this even more upsetting is that Shelly reportedly handled the entire situation with complete grace. She didn’t escalate, she didn’t fight back, and she maintained professionalism in a moment where most people would have reacted. No one who pours this much heart into a job should be treated that way. I’m genuinely alarmed by what I’ve been told, and I hope ownership takes immediate action. Shelly has been the heart of the customer experience for years. The community deserves to know what’s happening behind the scenes, and employees like her deserve a safe, respectful work environment.
Reservations made a cpl weeks in advance for a concert for a party of 24! 24 at $20 a person & they said I only paid $200. Really? Yet you gave me 24 wristbands, make it make sense! They were messed up. Managers had an attitude like she didn't want to help. The other guy who was helping the manager, I guess, took money under the table from a customer to set up a table where there shouldn't of been. I seen that with my own eyes. They didn't seem to care at all. I am definitely taking this matter to corporate as well. Never will I go back there.
