Latte Heaven with One Tiny Flaw This American Airlines lounge at DFW’s E gate is a delightful oasis in the travel jungle. The staff are absolute pros — warm smiles, quick service, and they somehow make you feel like you’re the only traveler in the world (even when there are 200 of us fighting for the outlets). The latte machine deserves its own fan club — seriously, if coffee were an Olympic event, this place would take gold. Now for my very serious complaint: there’s no music. None. Zero. The sound of silence has never been so… noticeable. We have espresso machines, snacks, comfy chairs, and Wi-Fi — but no background tunes? This is the definition of a First World Problem. Please, someone, cue the smooth jazz or light acoustic — I’ll even take a little elevator music at this point. Addition: it is impossible to have a phone conversation in here, even whispering. Otherwise, 10/10 — just add a soundtrack to my cappuccino next time.

I’m so happy about plaza premium. Great staff. Super fast and they try so hard to accommodate you. When it’s busy even the wait doesn’t seem that long even though you’ll see a line wrapped around the building. Reham the host does such an amazing job with moving the line quickly but with grace and professionalism. Also, she’s always smiling when she locks eyes with you, great service over all!

Had a great time at this little lounge! It's cozy, like a small Starbucks. The staff, especially Angela and Tania, were super friendly. The food was tasty, especially the soups and potato salad. Even though they don't have a huge selection, everything was good quality. And their drinks, like the old fashioned I had, were really good too. Angela's kindness and upbeat attitude made the experience even better. Definitely worth a visit!

Compact but satisfying lounge experience! I recently visited the Plaza Premium Lounge and had a pleasant stay before my flight. I used my Diners Club card for entry, and the process was seamless. From the moment I walked in, the staff provided a very warm welcome, which set a great tone for the visit. The lounge is a bit on the compact side, but they more than make up for it with their service and catering. One minor drawback is that the toilets are not located inside the lounge, which can be a bit inconvenient, but the quality of the food and beverages definitely compensated for it. As a vegetarian, I was happy to find several options that suited my preferences. The vegetable fry was particularly nice, and the cranberry juice was a refreshing highlight that really made my day. I finished off my meal with a custom coffee and a cookie biscuit, which was the perfect way to wrap up the experience. Overall, a great spot for a quality meal and friendly service, even if the space is a little cozy!

Smaller space, tight seating, expect a line (we spent about 10 minutes waiting). Good food options for a USA lounge (breakfast bar of eggs, biscuits, gravy, and bagel bites). Bar actually has a good selection of complimentary adult beverages. Good bartender (make sure you tip - he poured me a double). If you’re traveling solo or as a couple, it’s good.

The little breakfast potato triangles and margaritas are nice. Amal and Mervat were very fun and attentive. The place gets really tight when it’s full, but still a nice respite from the rest of the airport.

Relatively small lounge in Dallas Forth Worth Airports C Terminal. I arrived on a Saturday morning, 5 minutes prior to opening and there was a 15+ person long line. I was able to check in, and get breakfast on my corner table in 13 minutes. Seats are a little aged with cracked leather, and limited electrical outlets for recharging. Facilities were clean and well kept. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was decent with limited options of pastries, eggs, protein (yogurt, pork or turkey sausage), and fruit. Of the options you get, they were tasty enough. Drink options are limited (juice), and no bar or soft drinks or coffee.

You can only access the lounge 2 hours before departure, so effectively for 1 hour before boarding. If you want to shower there is an additional charge of $30. I was made to go on a waiting list at entry and then told it was a "fire hazzard" for me to wait at reception and had to wait "somewhere else". When entering the lounge it was virtually empty, so I have no idea why they are making customers wait. The opposite of welcoming, not how you want to feel when entering a lounge.

If you have a layover of 2+ hours the best suggestion is to take a shuttle to any hotel offering free continental breakfast, because you’ll get the same food and save $50 instead of going to this “lounge”. As the person sitting next to me remarked, “the seats are not entirely uncomfortable.” The atmosphere was cramped/crowded as it is a small space, and the outlets have been stripped out about the same as any typical seat at an airport gate. 3 stars only because the staff was outstandingly friendly and courteous given the hand they’ve been dealt.

Friendly staff. Extremely minimal options for food. I was there 2 different times. Exact same free food each time. Roasted pork. Roll. Mixed veggies. Mashed potatoes. Kale salad. 2 types of half of a wrap and a desert, basically a donut hole. NO private restroom.

Based on not get in and not being notified when space was available. First, there was no check-in on any app. Second, the line was 30 deep when I arrived. Third, I signed in by QR code on a stand and notification only went to email, no text. Due to the poor cell service I missed the email. I did note that the wait was about 25 minutes. This place is small, it’s a 10 minute walk if you’re flying out of E4

Horrible. Walked forever and a day only to be greeted with a 45 minute wait time. No advanced check in options. Finally got in. No welcome. No apologies. Nothing. Kids running and screaming. I asked for a drink and they said I had to pay since a drink is a “premium service” which is complete bs. I finally sat down. Chairs were dirty, worn, and even ripped. I had to clean my own table. Then was told I had to exit the lounge to make room for a family of 4. I said I was there first and they could wait the same as I did. They were rude and said I had to leave. So I did. Will be cancelling my Amex Platinum card. Shameful service.

Worst Lounge Experience at Dallas Airport – Avoid if Possible As a Platinum member, I expected at least basic comfort and decent service, but this lounge was a complete disappointment. The seating is cramped and uncomfortable, the food and drink options are very limited, and the staff don’t seem interested in helping guests. Cleanliness is also lacking — the space felt poorly maintained and overcrowded. If you value your time and money, it’s better to explore other lounge options at the airport or even spend time in the main terminal rather than sitting here and being frustrated. Definitely not up to the standard expected for Platinum members or frequent travelers.
