We got breakfast there after an early morning flight before our connection. We were seated expeditiously and served quickly. Christian was our server. He was very kind and helpful. The food came out quickly. The breakfast sandwich was pretty good. The pancakes were standard. The breakfast potatoes didn’t disappoint. Main feedback: 1. Have a morning music playlist. That party music on blast at 5 am is A LOT! Consider a playlist change for the hours of 5-11 am that’s more gentle and soothing for early morning. 2. Seems like your bar staff needs to have a meeting to discuss how to leave the bar for the next bartender. The person on this morning was not happy about the way it was left and making it very clear to us as patrons that they were dissatisfied.

It was a typical Chili's vibe but with the airport price tag. I was bummed that they were out of cranberry juice, thus unable to make two of my favorite cocktails. I ordered a cheeseburger and fries. It was what I need. I arrived to the table fast considering the short layover. Brandy, the bartender was attentive with a rocking attitude.

Had a morning layover and dropped in while we waited. I appreciated the host checking how much time until our flight to make sure we'd have enough time to eat. I ordered the Cajun Pasta and Molten Chocolate Cake. My friend ordered the Classic Breakfast. While the pasta made for a unique breakfast (too many red eyes), it was hearty and tasted great. The molten lava cake, since you probably didn't know this, tastes just as good at 10 AM as it does in the evening. I highly recommend the cake. My friend said the Classic Breakfast hit the spot. Evelyn, our server, was prompt and helpful. I appreciated her quickness. We were in and out in 40 minutes, and we weren't necessarily in a hurry so about 20 minutes of ordering and waiting and 20 minutes of eating. The dining room can be cramped if you have big carry-ons, and I wouldn't have a party of more than 4. But it's a clean restaurant and has a good location. If I happen to be in Terminal C for a layover in the future, I'd eat here again.

The food was decent, although not the best, to be honest. The place was calm, but there were too many people — we had to wait over 30 minutes just to get in. The cleanliness wasn’t great. I recommend the boneless wings and the chicken salad — both dishes were good.

We stopped in here for lunch before our flight. It was Chili's food. Service was good and quick. We did order a couple of beers and they fill their beers from the bottom so there is a hole in the bottom of the glass. There is a little magnet covering that hole to keep the beer in. Don't press that magnet! Your beer will spill out! 😂 It was good but expensive like airport food tends to be. Thank you Chili's!

Chili's Grill & Bar at DFW airport Terminal C. The service was quick and good. The drink was ok, over the average. The restaurant looked well-maintained. But when I sit down at the bar, the bar table was not wiped and was a bit sticky.

Typical fast food in an airport setting. Nothing special. The tortillas were not properly warmed up. The potatoes were clearly pulled out of the frozen food section of the grocery store as was the salsa. The waiter was amazing. A great guy! The place was packed at 10am but was comfortable enough.

For an airport Chilis, this wasn't my favorite that I've gotten to try. My soda was only okay and the pasta was pretty soft. With that said, the food came quick and it did have the familiar Chilis flavors and vibes.

The second time I eat at this restaurant and still unimpressed. The food is just average, nothing extraordinary, but it will fill you up. Seating is extremely limited, and usually there's a short wait before getting a table assignment. You may have better luck if you sit at the bar. Service is quick and they frequently check on guests. The food was ok. Meat was tuff/chewy. There is no plate/room to make/roll your fajita. Quantity was nice. Had to ask for silverware and napkins

Genuinely the worst service I have ever received at a restraunt. Specifically at the terminal D location. Server messed up my prefer 3 times, then got upset at me for their mistake and called the manager. Manager was also rude and said they will only make the meal once more despite the fact that the mistake was on them. Furthermore, another server made a racist comment towards our friends and complained saying that we didn't pay our bill even though we did (we have proof). Please save hour money and time and go somewhere else.

I am writing to report an unsanitary experience at the to-go counter at DFW Airport Terminal C. After ordering chicken tortilla soup, I discovered a sauce lid in my soup. When I called to report the issue, I received no apology—only questions about what I wanted done. Speaking with a manager was similar; I was asked for my receipt and server information without acknowledgment of the situation. While I understand the need for details, a sincere apology should have come first for such an unsanitary incident.

I got a cold cut chicken turkey sandwich today at the airport and a pop bottle. Total was $24 and change and the server also insisted on a tip presenting to me to make a selection. The prices are too exaggerated and the tip for what? For a cold cut that i took and served myself from the fridge? Avoid this place. I ended up paying $30 for a cold cut. The pop was $4.99 and with 6 dollars tip!!!!

I usually order takeout from Chili’s, and the Cajun pasta is my favorite. However, when I placed an order from this location, the portion size was half of what it usually is. I approached one of the staff members about it, but he was incredibly rude and dismissive. He simply said, “This is how we do things,” and laughed loudly, which was both unprofessional and embarrassing

Don’t come in the evening I guess. Initially, I ordered a Quesadilla Explosion salad, but the chicken was squishy, paid extra for two slices of avocado, came out w dressing and returned. The squishy chicken was on the second salad. Very scant toppings, and overall a sad salad. When I mentioned that the salad was not up to par, I ordered chicken crispers. Something like little league concession stand grub was slapped in front of me, and when I asked if this was right, and that I remembered them having a soft batter-like chicken crisper in the past, the waitress said they don’t get the same ingredients as “on the street” Chili’s. Overall, terrible quality food, and distracted, cold service from the servers. Managers should coach up and be present. I know we’re captive to the whims of the airlines, but this is a chain, so they need to at least attempt to do better.
