I came in for lunch today as I've been doing for the last five years I've seen many Bar backs come and Go. As always, Hana and Kristen are exceptional and always go above and beyond, but it's very pleasant to see the new bar back named Nolan, whose attention to detail and ability to work as the team player surpasses anything I've seen in all my years in the Restaurant business great job sir keep it up.

Emil is an awesome waiter very attentive and if you come here regularly he knows your drink order and brings it quickly and makes sure it doesn’t stay empty long

My server Lily was impeccable. She was kind, attentive, patient, polite, and knowledgeable. You can't ever put a price on great service, and at this location you'll get it. Manager Oscar was receptive to feedback and ran a great operation.

I’ve been a Bar Patron for years at Boomer Jacks in Grapevine, TX The food is always very good and the atmosphere is great for games and social interaction. However. I always return for the outstanding service I get from Krista and Hannah. They are two of the most outstanding, professional, efficient and friendly, Bartending Mixologists that I’ve ever known. And I’ve been around the world and I’m old. Anyway, They make everyone feel like family and I highly recommend a visit during the day. M - F and watch them do their magic.

We loved walking into such a fun, happening football restaurant. It was incredibly nice to get our large party seated fast. Saydie was a wonderful server. Mady Tivis was an amazing server!! She’s the main reason we’ve been back 3 times in one week. We forgot our sons burp cloth and the next time we came in she still had it for us! I have been to sports bars around the world and this might have been the best. Was here on a long flight layover and I counted 6 different TV feeds of sporting events. 3 times I asked to have a game put on and they were put on immediately.

Visiting from out of town, wanted a place to watch the Stars and Thursdays night football. Would say overall great place. Food was good, service by Kailyn was quick and she kept the beers flowing.

Olivia was great! We had our one year old with us on a busy Friday night that was tired and cranky. She didn’t bat an eye to make sure we still had a great dinner, even entertaining the baby each time she came by. Great service, great food.

It's a loud sports bar so just be prepared for that, but it is kid friendly as long as they can handle the noise. We sat in the back part and it was not as loud. I don't give our 5 stars very often, but this place was just great in every way. I ordered the Cheddar Cheese Burger and it was hands down one of the best burgers I have ever had. It's made smash style, perfectly cooked with nice crusty outside bits and cooked medium to medium well, but very juicy and not over spiced because the meat was just so good. I didn't even put my usual mustard on it because it was so tasty. Just like Jules said "That IS a tasty burger!" The fries are crispy on the outside and moist on the inside perfectly cooked in fresh oil. The fried pickles and jalapenos were off the chain good! And they will make orders that are 1/2 of each! There were six of us and our wait person, Sabrina, was a real pro. She was juggling a lot of tables and never missed a beat. Give her bonus! PS The Philly Sandwich was also great my buddy loved it and he's a real foodie and cook.

They both make it enjoyable, easy and stress free when coming in here during lunch rushes or even to grab a quick drink. They’re well versed on the specials regardless of the time of day. BoomerJack’s is doing something spectacular with their staff at this location. Placed a to-go order after I got off work tonight (Sunday March 1st 9pm). The hostess who was working during this time was super super sweet and had great energy! She helped me with my to-go order and brought it to me, and asked if I needed anything else. Wish we had sports bars like this in the Midwest! TVs everywhere with game day broadcasted on the speakers. Drink specials everyday of the week. Late night happy hour. Able to accommodate groups of all sizes in the dining room and bar seating as well. Check out their heated patio, which also has TVs. The restaurant is clean and well maintained. Our server checked on us often to make sure we had drinks and if we wanted to order more food. We tried the queso and chips and had a flatbread pizza.. both were ok.. Nothing wrong with either, just nothing to write home about. If you are looking for someplace to hang out, watch the game, and have some drinks.... This is your spot! Plenty of parking in their free parking lot.

Everything was excellent. Got there a little after 11PM, so we would have been grateful for anything, but they surpassed our expectations! Food was delicious and filling and came out hot. My server Sabrina was awesome. She pointed out the fact that I had a piece of lettuce on my cheek without making me feel like a fool. Smashburger was good but could have used a bit more sauce ( salt?). Drinks were fairly poured. Atmosphere was standard sports bar oversrimulation but with Texas- size large tv screen above the bar. The place serves its purpose for a hotel pass through dinner option.

I would say that this restaurant has above average to very good sports bar food. Every item we ordered was just what we had in mind when it arrived, which is a huge complement to a casual sports bar restaurant. The jumbo pretzel and the skillet queso were both very very tasty, and the pretzel was especially well crisped and soft at the same time. I personally had boneless wings with a dry rub and they were prepared nicely as far as flavor, spice and crispness. Other meals at the table were California Ranch Chicken, Southwest Eggrolls and Buffalo Chicken Wrap. None were standouts, but all were good. We also had a kids Mac ’n cheese for the 2 ½ year old. While all this is positive, where this place stood out was the way they treated a family with four adults, a toddler and a newborn. They sat us in an area with enough space for the stroller that the newborn was sleeping in. The server saw the group and jumped right to taking orders, including the mac’ n cheese brought out as soon as possible, because we all know a 2 ½ year old does not always have the attention span to wait for a casual meal, especially when he is hungry. Of course the pretzel helped with that as well. Server Olivia was attentive throughout and also got us the check quickly to make our escape. We also take some personal responsibility for being able to get good service, arriving very early in the dinner timeframe so that we could have space and the attention of a server. But, overall, good job by everyone at Boomer Jack’s. We will return.

The food was decent. I wasn’t blown away by the flavor of the food. The Mac and cheese was dry and tasteless. The jalapeño mashed potatoes was ok. The hamburger was good. The fries were fresh. The quest was delicious. There were quite a few screens to watch many different sporting events. Our waitress Yasmin was excellent and friendly and very fast on making sure our drinks were filled. The atmosphere was great.

I was looking for a good place to get a variety of food. I chose this place since it was rated pretty high. I was pretty disappointed once the food arrived. The appetizer onion rings were under seasoned and needed a few extra minutes in the fryer. The burgers and wings were also under seasoned except the lemon pepper wings which were extremely salty. The fries had no taste. The reason for three stars is it was a cool atmosphere and they allow dogs on the patio. If you want less than average bar food with the ability to watch the games this is a good place to congregate.

Great lunch experience on the patio. The lunch special chicken sandwich was good but it was only a thin slice not a full chicken breast. The cob salad was great and it was a good portion. Our waitress Olivia did an excellent job taking care of us. Upgraded your chicken sandwich to a full breast for a 5 star review.

Don’t order the chicken and shrimp. Straight up microwaved food. The steamed veggies, microwaved…chicken tasted microwaved..sauce less. Chick fil a has fresher grilled chicken. Wings were good tho. I’d probably just do that next time..service was good but that’s it.

I've been here before and the food is pretty good. Not too many beer selections. Same as almost every other bar. But this time I came in later at night and there were about 5 people at the bar. The bartender ignored me entirely and just talked to her other guests. After 10 minutes of never being acknowledged, I left. Not a bad place, but the bartender had no interest in taking care of me.

I got 3 beers on happy hour, my friend covered my first two beers and my food. I gave server my card to pay for last beer, which was on happy hour for $2. She handed me back the receipt with no tip slip, so I mentioned it so I can tip her. She looked at me and said, "it's just two dollars" and shrugged. That is quite literally the strangest interaction I've ever had with a server. I was gonna tip you $10😭 first server I've ever met that worked for free?? I'm guessing she assumed I was gonna tip her a dollar but homie even then a dollar for a 30 second transaction is $120 an hour. As a server that was so bizarre to me. Yesterday was my girlfriend’s birthday, it was me and her co-worker. The waiter named Asiah did not make eye contact with me while taking my order which was not very nice. This type of behavior did not sit well with me. Although it was busy, she did not check on our drinks until it was almost time to go. Because of the bad service, I wanted to either ask for another waiter or speak with a manager but my girlfriend did not want me to spoil her birthday.
