I had a great experience here. I did not have to wait long for a seat, but I did sit at the bar. Bar tender on duty was awesome, he really knew how to make drinks accurately and flavorful. The food came out hot a fresh. The blazin sauce on the wings and ribs was exploding with flavor. To top it off there are charging ports to fuel your devices while you fuel your body. Definitely recommend.

Man, this is the first time Ive been to Fridays in probably 15 or so years. My local location was closed down after a large cocaine drug bust shut the location down permanently. Anyways, the food... Mozzarella sticks fast, hot, and delicious. Youre always on a time crunch at the airport and they were quick here. The burger, you can see it in the photos, mid. Its edible and fine for airport food, but nothing to write home about.

Ok food thats a bit pricy and took a little bit to get out to us, but that might have been because we got here during the morning rush. We had a beautiful view out the window though and the food was tasty. Our waitress was kind and hospitable.

GOOD FOOD I had a couple of hours wait in DFW terminal E before my next flight, so I decided to drop by TGIF for a cocktail and a snack. I had two Old Fashioned - the first was real tasty and well balanced. The other (Which was made by the same waitress/bartender) was harder - not balanced - lacking sweetness. I had the Margarita Shrimp Cocktail which was real delicious. Freshly made. The avocado in it was fresh also - firm but ripe enough to taste good. The service was kind and professional. And it seemed as the waitresses knew some of the customers from other times - which to me is an indication of a place people like to return to. I had a good experience here.

I had the whiskey glazed grilled chicken sandwich. Not a bad sandwich after I rebuilt it. The chicken slid totally off the bun and the tomato and lettuce followed it as well. Fries were good but would have enjoyed about twice as many. All and all not too bad for the airport

Stopped here at DFW airport for lunch while waiting for a flight. This is one of the probably one of the only sit down options in terminal E. Service was very quick and server was very friendly. My food was pretty good for an airport restaurant, my wife didnt like hers as much. I would stop here again if I had extra time to kill before a flight.

It was being good until I had to pay the check. I just couldn't open the website through the QR code the server told me to, on the table. She simply stopped to help me and started avoiding coming near my table. My flight time was getting closer and I couldn't pay and leave. I asked another server that promptly helped me. It was an unnecessary hard time. Besides all that the shrimp margarita had very few and small shrimps. Very disappointed with this unit of Friday's.

Cold food served. Dirty drink glasses (pictured). Have to ask several times for sides of ranch and sauces. Wasn’t that busy. Server was sweet but just didn’t seem to do her job to its best capability. It’s airport food I guess the bar isn’t that high, just tired of paying premium prices for below standard food and service. No tip.

Burger was average, nothing new to try but like any other fast food place, coffee not expecting to be Dunking quality but rather should be complimentary since is pretty weak, would love to see a manager to check on the table at least once per visit, better food, better service equals more tips 😁

Service was slow we were there for nearly 10 minutes before we were acknowledged. Ordered half dozen wings. Server brought out a dozen anyways, then tells me she didn’t hear me which no big deal but that a dozen is all they do had anyways. Alright fine would have been good to know before but we’re good. Server was friendly but that’s about all she was. Neither attentive nor very sharp. Then I realized that half the pieces were still cold, and unevenly heated. That was simply painful to eat. Showed shoestring fries on the photos but regular fries were brought out instead. They charged us $19 for a mimosa and brought it out on a dirty glass (photo attached.) $21 for cold wings. $5 for old fries that didn’t even match the picture. Very underimpressed. We will be reporting this place to corporate as well as never returning here again. Guys, I get it, you guys work in an airport and therefore motivation to provide quality service and food is low, but I mean come on some degree of personal integrity, it goes a long way.

This was, without question, a regrettable and disappointing meal. The food looked bad, tasted worse, and left me questioning how this restaurant is still operating in such a busy airport. The chicken tenders were fried extremely hard, dry on the inside, and confusingly cold when served, even though the kitchen is open and visible to guests. The ribs were tough, flavorless, and simply smothered in sauce rather than cooked with it. The shrimp were greasy, over-breaded, and concerning to eat, especially during a nationwide deadly shrimp recall. When I asked my waiter whether the restaurant had checked its shrimp supply, he had no idea what I was talking about and seemed completely unaware of the recall. That is absolutely unacceptable in a food establishment that serves shrimp. The rest of the food was just as poor. The wings were overcooked and drowning in syrupy sauce. The broccoli looked microwaved, and the mashed potatoes were smothered in congealed cheese and bacon bits instead of being freshly prepared. Every protein on the table — chicken, wings, shrimp — was consistently overcooked, fried too hard, and lacked any real seasoning. The service was rushed and careless, focused only on turning tables quickly, collecting money, and pushing people out the door. The gentleman I assumed to be the manager stood by the kitchen the entire time but never once checked on guests or addressed the quality of the food leaving his line. I understand this is an airport restaurant, but that’s no excuse. With thousands of travelers passing through daily, food safety and quality should be a top priority. Instead, this location delivered one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. First impressions are lasting, and this one was an embarrassment to the TGI Fridays brand.
