There was man named Nady that helped my wife and i find a seat. He cleaned the table and waited on us to make sure that our experience was great. I highly recommend this establishment in the airport and I commend Nady for doing his job to his best ability and caring about his customers. I really enjoyed the food but I enjoyed Nady and his servants heart even more. Well done!
I love chikfila and always have a great experience. This one was above and beyond and it’s all because of the employee Nady. He was so kind and on top of everything. He kept the space clean, quickly picked up trash for customers, and went above and beyond in customer service. Please promote this guy!
While everyone here at this location was hustling through orders, food was coming out hot and fast, service was excellent. I have to give a shout out to Nady who was bussing tables, changing the trash, attending to customers and overall keeping the area locked down. He could give a master class on service, hands down the best I've seen at a Chic-fil-a which is already a high bar. He was, kind, attentive and engaging without being pushy. He anticipated needs without hovering, made eye contact, and was genuinely helpful. If management sees this, recognize this sweet gem of a human who made my encounter at the DFW C24 Chic-fil-A so memorable I'm still thinking about it hours later.
Long line but it moved pretty quickly. Paid with cash but cashier started over asking for a card. Curious because the person in front to me paid with $100 bill and I’d prefer cash. I know they accept cash, but I would have liked a reason. Kind staff and clear pickup area. Hot and made correctly.
Service was great! All team members were very welcoming. The lady who took my order made sure to get my name spelled correctly and that my order was accurate. The person in the dining area made sure all guests got a seat at a clean table and had all they needed. Even took all trash away. 10 out of 10 experience at an airport!!!
Long time Chick-fil-a fan here. Just had the most amazing service in the dining area from Nady! We’re at the busy airport location. He waived us down, seated my wife and I with smile and checked on us a few times. At the airport location. So impressed I had to leave a review. Give that guy a raise!!
I had the pleasure of experiencing excellent customer service from Alex Walker, who took my order. She is so sweet, kind, personable, warm, and bubbly. She is exactly the kind of person you need working the front of house at a restaurant. I, too, work in food service and we have at our restaurant what is known as "having your aces in their places" and she is certainly an ace in her place. She did such an excellent job in a very busy location at the airport that I had to give her a shout out on here. Keep up the great work!
Nady was the dining room attendant. Much needed addition to this airport location. We fly dfw often and Nady not only seated guests, he had extra napkins and condiments ready for them and was VERY attentive to tidying up the areas when guests finished. He even asked us if he could get us refills. Chic fil a is always busy at this location and Nady made it flow so much better! Thank you!
My cashier Hans M Till:61411 was very kind and pleasant. My food was as expected and everything was fine with it with the exception of the portion size. Fast food is really changing these days. Portions are getting smaller and the costs are rising. As far as me getting what I expected, I received it.
I was at Chick-fil-A in DFW Terminal C and was truly impressed by one of the employees working there his name Nady. He was originally in charge of cleaning tables, and I have honestly never seen someone more dedicated to his job. Every table was spotless, and he worked with such consistency and attention to detail that it really stood out in a busy airport environment. What impressed me even more was that he went above and beyond — not only keeping the dining area welcoming, but also taking care of customers. He helped guests refill their drinks, carried bags when needed, and made sure everyone felt comfortable. His professionalism, kindness, and pride in his work made a simple airport meal a much more pleasant experience. Employees like Naby deserve to be recognized, he represents the very best of Chick-fil-A’s service and values.
There is a Chick-fil-A branch in Terminal C near Gate 24. They have a fair-sized seating area. Otherwise, just do take-away and enjoy your chicken sandwiches near your gate. Recently stopped by for the Spicy Chicken sandwich meal, came with hash browns and coffee. Everything tasted as expected, prices reasonable for airport branch, service friendly and as timely as could be expected.
Don’t plan on using hard earned cash or a gift cardcard. Tried using chick-fila gift card, they wont accept them. Tried using cash and they had one register and i waited 10 minutes to even order from the guy. After he took the precious cash order, he was floating around behind the counter for 5- 10 minutes while i just stood there. Seems like they penalized me for using cash a friend was 10 people behind me. He preferred ands got his food before i even ordered mine. The manager didn’t seem to really care about the huge hiccup, no apology no thanks for waiting…. Etc. BUT HE DID TELL HIS EMPLOYEE HOW MUCH HE APPRECIATED HIM. i love when managers support their staff in positive ways, but for bad service ???? Im a big fan of CFila but that meal did not sit well. Wondering where i will use the gift card now. THAT i will never get again
Fast service, food was hot. But the chicken biscuit was hard. Unlike any chick-fil-a biscuit I have had before. The sweet tea didn’t have any ice.
Ugh. Very long line and wait for a not very good fast food sandwich. My very good buddy (RIP) loved Chick-Fil-A so I gave it a try but won't be back. Pretty bad. Give the Italian place across the hall a try--short lines, nice folks. The stuffed pizza and home-made sauce were awesome at a comparable price.
arrived at 8pm, 1hour before they closed. They didn't take the app, nor did they scan for reward points. So I said okay. No problem. Then, they indicated they had limited the menu to just the #1 and 2 and a wrap. Okay no deluxe fine. Then they tried to order a drink and as she was pouring it she said they ran out what else I wanted to drink, (I have worked in fast food, you could just go back and replace the mix.) but okay! Fine no drink then. Then, got my food and I tried to sit down after 12 hours of travel and was told I couldn't have a seat they closed the dining area. Look I get it, you wanna wrap up quickly but at the expense of service and a full hour before closing, idk. I left not feeling I was served by Chick-fil-A but cheap-fil-a. Disappointed 😞

The employees were rude and aggressive, which really caught me off guard because Chick-fil-A usually prides itself on positivity and great customer service. This experience didn’t reflect the values the brand is known for. Poor service, very unlike the Chic-Fil-A standard. Not a smile or hello or thank you or my pleasure to been seen or heard. They were shutting down the seating over an hour prior to close and literally built a wall of chairs to keep people from sitting down to eat. I spoke with, I believe, a shift lead named Memphis as they were cleaning up around people and flipping chairs up on tables, who said that that is just how things are done here and they close the seating an hour before published close. Customer service on par or worse than everyone’s least favorite yellow and red arched hamburger place.
Around 9pm, no ingredients were left for deluxe sandwiches. Extremely fast service, food was bagged and ready by the time I paid. Fries were cold. And they have the gall to ask for tips, so 1 star for that alone; you’re a fast food restaurant, get a grip of yourself and take that off your payment system immediately.
Very disappointing experience!!! This Chick-fil-A location had some of the worst customer service I’ve encountered. Staff stated that because this is a “private” airport store, they do not accept the Chick-fil-A app or cash. They only accept credit/debit card. And they do not allow drink refills—you must purchase a brand-new drink. On top of that, the lemonade was filled almost entirely with ice, with very little actual lemonade. This location does not reflect the standards or experience of an authentic Chick-fil-A. Travelers should be aware before ordering.
Having been a platinum chick fil a member in the past I can safely assure you this was the worst fast food experience I have ever had in my life. I ordered a spicy deluxe sandwich, got a normal deluxe. Went back and told them, they threw the sandwich away and only after they told me they couldn't make any more deluxe sandwiches, either spicy or regular. At that point they had already thrown it away. I ended up spending my money on food I didn't want and they couldn't even fix it. All they offered me was a spicy fillet and they even refused me a drink refill. Chick fil a has always been my favorite for their excellent service but this one was terrible. All the employees looked at you as if you were a burden or just had negative attitudes and they hate their life. None of the classic "My pleasure" chick fil a is known for. Honestly if you're in the airport don't go to the chick fil a in terminal C, go to the one in D instead cause they obviously don't like their jobs or their lives... I never review a place this poorly but this one really deserves it. :(
Chick-Fil-A usually has great food but today at their location in DFW Terminal C they failed miserably. I thought it would be impossible to ruin an order of chicken nuggets but somehow they did. Half of them were little strands of chicken that had been overcooked. All of them were luke warm at best. The waffle cut fries were also luke warm. They had plenty of customers so you would think that the food would be served hot. Truly a disappointment and an even greater one when you consider the pricing is higher than non-airport locations. I probably should have ordered the sandwich instead. I definitely won’t order the nuggets again!!
They over charged me and would not give me my order. I ordered a breakfast biscuit and asked if they could do double meat on it a sandwich was like 4.75 and they charged me the 4.75 plus another 5.67 making me pay 11 plus dollars on a sandwich and when I asked why they charged me for 2 sandwiched they said cause that’s what I ordered so I was like fine I’ll eat to but then when I got my order they gave me 1 sandwich with the single piece of meat on it. So then I went back and asked showed them my recipe and said I was missing a sandwich and they said oh your just missing the pice of meat with out even looking at my recipe and I tried to explain but she said I don’t have time you got what you got so leave. Very bad service would not go here unless you want to be chard 3x as much for one sandwich.
The staff was extremely rude. Maya took my order and she was very disrespectful. First she got my order wrong and i had to place two separate orders. They took for ever to give me my food. The entire staff acted rude towards me and my husband. The only nice and attentive staff member was Mr Nady. While i understand that some one can be tired, or at the end of their shift, i dont think its christian like to be rude to some one specially when i was very understanding and patient when she mistook my first order. We always preferred chick-fil-a everywhere we go because we know we will have a good experience and good food. I guess things have changed. Extremely disappointed.
