I’ve always been a big shake shack fan and stopped in for a meal after having a rough day. I will admit I probably looked as down as I felt - and every employee went out of their way to say hello to me and welcome me. As I was sitting and eating my meal the manager approached me and asked if I would like something to drink, and that she would pay for it. She then brought me the delicious new pomegranate lemonade; it was such a simple act of kindness but in that moment it meant the world to me. You never know what those around you are going through and how one action might change their day. Thank you to this location and its staff for brightening my day and showing me kindness.

This was my first time visiting this Shake Shack and it was great. We went in about 2:00pm and got great service and hot fresh food. Gary and the other manager are very attentive and helpful. Along with a great team they had a clean place. Go check them out!

I went with my friend after school. I really liked everything. The store is super clean! The food came quickly and was super filling. The burger was fresh and the buns were super soft. The fries were good and fresh. Kshauna greeted us at the door, made sure the ordering process was easy for us, and answered our questions. Great environment!

Really nice crew. Good food. Clean restaurant. Downside is they screw up the orders… a lot. If you can live with that, then I strongly recommend.

This was my first time eating at a Shake Shack. Self ordering kiosk was easy to use. Took about 15 minutes to get my order, which was a little surprising because they were not busy. Food was very good and came out hot. Staff was very friendly and place was overall pretty clean. Not cheap but would definitely go back.

I play my co-worker for putting the idea in my head since he saw the ad for shake shack. Anyways after work I decided to pop over there that night. Just go ahead and order an avocado bacon burger 🍔 with a lemonade 🍋. Presentation wise it looks good. Atmosphere wise at the place is pretty good. Overall taste test of the burger, not grand, but a lot better than McDonald's. Obviously this isn't going to be an everyday thing but it's a good place to chill out once in awhile.

First time here. I had the chicken shack and fries. Both were very good. I enjoyed the flavor of the batter. The chicken was moist and flavorful as well. I recommend. It is in the expensive side. I paid $14 for chicken sandwich, fries and a drink.

My burger is burnt beyond being edible. And my fries were old, hard and appeared to be what was scraped from the bottom of the fry bin. This makes 4 times in a row this location served essentially garbage to its customers. Where is the manager, or supervisor? Or someone who takes pride in themselves, their work and the product they send out? I do not recommend anything from this location. And hopefully this time I will get a callback from the manager. 6 days later. Still no call back.

I wish I could say the quality of the food tonight was an exception, not the rule. But it’s not. This is the fourth consecutively time that I have ordered from this location and could not eat it because it was so burnt. This was expensive. A burger was burnt beyond a crisp, and my fries were clearly scraped from the bottom of the fry bin and had been sitting. I know it’s Friday, but shame on you for serving this garbage to your customers. Repeatedly. This was taken out.

Only two stars — and honestly it would be one if Garry (the manager) hadn’t stepped in. I don’t usually leave reviews, especially negative ones, because I know most service places do their best. However, today was different and pretty disappointing. They got my order wrong, which I understand happens. I politely let the waitress know, and since I didn’t have my receipt, I asked if she could print one so I could double-check that I didn’t place the order incorrectly at the kiosk. (I ordered the Avo Bacon Chicken Sandwich — it came with no avocado.) When she brought the receipt, I confirmed that I paid for the Avo Bacon Chicken Sandwich without pickles and bacon, so she took the sandwich back, removed the pickles, and brought it out again. That part would’ve been fine — but the main issue was still there: there was still no avocado. I assumed they were letting me keep the incorrect sandwich while making a correct one, so I gave the first one away. After about five minutes, I asked if another sandwich was coming, and the waitress snapped, “I already gave you the sandwich with no pickles.” I could’ve taken the pickles off myself — that wasn’t the problem at all. Long story short, I spoke with the manager. He had the sandwich remade, but even then, it still came out with no avocado. He ended up bringing out avocado on the side and gave me a coupon. When something is corrected but still wrong, it just feels careless.

The past two orders placed her for pickup, I have had missing items on my burgers. Among other order pickup issues. Food quality isn’t bad. Just needs a lot of QC and customer service improvement. I believe upper management has no idea how non-attentive the staff is with order details and pickup process. Some managerial improvement along with enforced training could help matters. But a long shot. I’m done with this location and it is closest shakeshack by a long distance. So farewell Shakeshack. It’s been real. Photo is of all the “bacon” on my “bacon cheeseburger” lol.

Took a couple bites and started to choke on this plastic thing. Luckily I spit it out, it looks like a bread clip to hold the bread. Immediately after I tried contacting the restaurant and even uber eats but no response.

Ordered something for pick up and received an email saying I would get a text once it was ready. After about 15 minutes, I thought it was pretty odd I hadn’t received a text so I showed up and saw my order was already bagged and waiting on the table in the kitchen. After being looked at and passed by several different employees and telling two of them my order was on the table, and being told “okay one second” I still waited an additional 15 minutes for somebody to give it to me. Not only was the food cold at that point, but the order was wrong and the chicken was so burnt that it was inedible.
