Best selection in Dallas! Love the atmosphere and every product I’ve had. Staff members have always been courteous and helpful and professional. I’ve been a patron for 2+ years and can’t wait to go back!

This place is amazing the employees are nice and helpful and it's an organic juice/smoothie shop what else could you ask for?!! They have some food/packaged healthy items as well. Please visit!!!!! This was my 1st time going. I got the "Green Glow" juice

I have been going to this location for the past 9 years at least twice a week. This place holds a special place in my heart and will always be my favorite smoothie spot. I recommend the Sparkle Berry smoothie but all of their smoothies are amazing. Staff is quick and attentive and the place is clean. Overall, I truly recommend this place and think everyone should give this a try coming from a loyal customer of 9 years.

The Gem is amazing! From the juices and smoothies (the Crown Jewel is my favorite) to the MVP soup, oatmeal and Elevated Coffee. I love it all! I found the Gem when I was making a lot of eating changes for my health. I love everything I get, and I swear by the immunity shots when I feel a cold coming.

I felt very comfortable as they were following CDC guidelines very well. Between each transaction they changed gloves. Even when I purchased new ideas while they were making my smoothie, they swapped gloves to sterilize before proceeding with finishing my smoothie order. Thanks for being safe! Makes a huge difference.

First time visit and was very impressed. Staff was helpful and the Green Glow juice was delicious. I also picked up a side arugula mushroom salad just in case the juice wasnt appetizing. The salad was also yummy but that juice, OMG! To Leslie, you are so right about the Sami's Cinammon chips...very addictive.

Love this place! Incredible service and the juices/smoothies are great for a lunch on the go - I normally get the Emerald City smoothie and the Kale salad. Great staff that are always so friendly and eager to help you find what you like!

First visit, love the atmosphere. The smoothie tasted average, expected richer quality due to the ingredients. Staff was nice, would return to try another smoothie, they have interesting flavors.

The Tahitian pearl is one of my favorite smoothies. What’s so great is that the ingredients are all full of nutrients so it’s a great nourishment to the body. Their snack selection is great, too.

Smoothies were very bland. It tasted like it was mostly cashew milk with a pinch of other ingredients. For the price I was expecting something much better.

Went to the Preston forest location and had an awful customer service experience. Was recommended a smoothie as "the best on the menu" and thought it was disgusting. Employees were completely unwilling to work with me. Unfortunate as I've had better experiences at the Preston center location

I was so excited to try this place, but it ended up walking out instead of ordering. I have some food allergies and was shocked by the staffs’ unwillingness to make a single substitution on my behalf. I wanted to replace the almond butter in my smoothie and was told I could only do so if I paid for an extra ingredient. I proposed several amenable solutions, but was unable to negotiate a single compromise. The store had so many cool snacks, and I loved the vibe, but I felt punished for having food allergies and ended up leaving without a smoothie.

01/24/20 @ 5:24 My girlfriend and I went to this location. The staff was some what friendly. We ask what was the popular choice. Our first time visiting. I got the poplar juice Green Glow and my friend got I think the Ruby Slipper. We both got very sick with stomach aches, I was vomiting, and diarrhea. I didn't ask her symptoms but she missed church that weekend. It has a cozy, nice atmosphere and cute.

Unfortunately I don't think I'm gonna get a fresh juice here anymore. They use tap water in between juices, it's filtered, but I don't even drink filtered tap and the woman allowed almost an inch of water in my juice glass before juicing the veggies. I understand you're busy, but I don't want to pay 9 bucks for filtered tap water mixed with juice. Over it. During the pandemic they were absolutely crazy about masks even though I was medically exempt, and I'll never forget how that made me feel. Happy to try other places now. Also, she didn't filter my juice so I'm currently chewing it. Fun times 👎

I have a well balanced diet already. I had the 24karat magic and a separate shot of the beet/lemon. The expiration date for the shot was 10/16 the date I ordered and consumed the shot and drink was 10/15. I immediately drank both and shortly felt my stomach didn’t respond well. The next morning I am experiencing the worst diarrhea ever. All day multiple trips to the bathroom. My stomach is making the loudest noises ever. It’s currently the middle of the night the next day and the noises from my stomach literally woke me up. Very embarrassing. I don’t think putting the drinks on ice or refrigerating the drinks is a good idea. These drinks should be made fresh only. I really wanted to like this place but this stomach experience is horrible.
