Been looking to beat that Popeyes experience in Torrance CA, imo this is the best popeyes in the whole of the U.S. the boys here are holding it down, respect. Definitely coming back.

I have been coming to this Popeyes location since it opened. The food is always tasty. There are deals to be found if you download the app I was there a couple days ago. I had the pleasure of being helped Derrick was working the drive through line. His level of customer service reminds me of how things used to be. He was polite, kind, and cordial. Very nice!! Stop by this location and get the best customer service. He is not the only employee that has been kind. It seems like they know how to pick 'em. I hadn't been here in long time. I walked in today for a special order. There was not a dirty table anywhere. The employees are all smiling and the food is fresh. For a Popeyes this location has NEVER lowered its standards!!

This is the best Popeyes I’ve ever been to, and Anthony is a huge part of that. Every time - so attentive, polite, best drive thru service ever. And the food is fresh and perfect every time. Fastest service as well, very rarely any wait.

Best Popeyes, hands down. They are consistent. Their products are always good, always fresh. Paired with decent speed, and it's usually pretty clean.

Nice fast food chain. The wings taste so good. Very crispy and hot. They gave you ranch to eat with it, but it is better with cocktail sauce. Best fried chicken in the fast food chain.

I usually order through the app, which doesn’t give me too much issues most of the time. However they never have any of the dipping sauces available that Popeyes advertises! Wish they’d supply this Popeyes with all the new launches.

11/8/2025: Popeye's has a $7 - 2 piece meal big box. It comes with 2 sides. Unfortunately, they ran out of thigh pieces and only gave me a wing and a drumstick. Usually it is a thigh and drumstick or breast and wing. Not wing and drumstick for a two piece meal. 2025 update. Ordering through the app for pick-up is sort of weird. They won't start your order until you talk to the cashier. That's a waste of time. My wait today was about 10 minutes. There is a BOGO deal on their 6 piece bone-in wings $8. In order for the wings to stay crispy, the sauce needs to be on the side. I made that mistake a few times and the wings were soggy. Their sauce is thick and messes up the crispiness of the fried chicken. The Ghost Pepper chicken sandwich $6 had a weird sour taste to it. It wasn't spicy at all. It is an orange sauce they put on the chicken sandwich. This was only so-so. Their original spicy chicken sandwich is much better. Final nit. They didn't give me napkins. Eating fried chicken will always require napkins. What were the workers thinking? At least they got my order right. Original review: This is a good Popeyes location. My food came out in a reasonable amount of time. My chicken sandwich and nuggets were OK. When I went on a Saturday evening, there was a short wait for online orders as well as counter orders. This is much better than the San Bruno or the San Francisco where wait times can be over 30 minutes. Good job staff at this Popeyes.

Man, food is good here and people are nice but they HAVE TO get their ToGo order process straight. For the last year it’s always the same: I order, go for pickup and they haven’t even started the order yet. Regardless if it’s empty or full

PLEASE do not go here. Spent about $50 on chicken and got a lot of pieces with weird hair shaped bits attached to the chicken? More expensive than other popeyes for no reason either.

I was in a hurry to pick up my kids but wanted to stop and get them lunch beforehand. Waited 20 minutes for boneless wings. And then they gave me boneless wings only when I ordered a wings combo. Won't be coming back for a while.

Ordered online. Only drive-thru open. Took maybe 15ish minutes of waiting till it was my turn to pick up the food. Get to the window only to be told to wait in the parking lot for 9 minutes and GET BACK IN THE DRIVE THRU LINE. I was baffled. The line was out the parking lot by that time. I was also offered the option to just walk back up there to the drive thru pickup window, which seemed rather dangerous at night. This was rather frustrating. Won't be coming to this locatoon again. I am writing this from the nearby 7/11 parking lot cause the popeyes parking lot is full of cars waiting for the drive thru. Know that if you are here for drive thru, itll take at least 30 minutes to get your food even if you do mobile ordering. Understaffed is one thing, but having me wait in the drive-thru lane for 15 min only to tell me to come back in 8 minutes is blasphemous. No apologies or anything. Would never recommend this place.

Asked to cancel the order & start a new one. No can do. Asked for a refund. No can do & was told to contact "Corporate". Placed a charge dispute claim with my bank cuz I know from past experience, contacting "Corporate" fast food offices is futile.
