I wouldn’t say this without it being true; it’s a really big statement: I had one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had today. I don’t know who the chef is but his special at lunch today was a top sirloin steak sandwich. The server recommended it after I showed interest in the rueben. Straight up amazing. I’ll be back tomorrow to have another one and get the chef’s schedule. Bomb.

Great bar food. We had the nachos, tortilla soup, and bbq chicken flatbread. All were very delicious and reasonably priced given the location. They don't take reservations, so great for an ad hoc visit when you're struggling to figure out what you want to for lunch. The view is excellent.

Club 19 is a great restaurant located by Monarch Beach with an absolutely beautiful view of the golf course and ocean. My wife and I were staying at the Monarch hotel and decided to stop by for breakfast. I would recommend sitting outside to make the most of the amazing view (just be careful of the birds that come and try to steal your food)! The breakfast options are filling, and the service is decent. We didn't really have any complaints, probably because we were too busy gazing at the scenery. I would also recommend stopping by at Monarch Beach after visiting the restaurant. It's just a quick shuttle ride away and is a private and quiet beach for anyone staying at the hotel.

Amazingly fresh, delicious seafood. The ceviche was on point, the shrimp were great, and the seafood macaroni (lobster, crab, shrimp) was so good. Great view. Wonderful people.

The bar food here is great! We tried the nachos, tortilla soup, and BBQ chicken flatbread, and everything was delicious and reasonably priced for the location. They don't take reservations, so it's perfect for a spontaneous lunch stop when you're unsure of what to eat. Plus, the view is fantastic!

Awesome view ,and terrific food! I sat at the bar and had a Reuben, I asked for some changes to the sandwich when I ordered and they nailed it! Clark at the bar is on top of it and you'll never feel ignored or forgotten!

I came here to celebrate a friend’s birthday and the food and service were excellent! Hunter was super welcoming and was super nice! The views of the golf course and ocean were beautiful as well. We had the bavarian pretzel, reuben, club sandwich, and chocolate roll cake dessert. Highly recommend the reuben! Presentation and food were all great. They had complimentary valet as well. I rated the atmosphere as 4 stars because a lot of the indoor chairs/furniture were stained and looked very old, and one of the tables that we first sat at was also very wobbly. They should look into upgrading their furniture or replacing it. For a dining establishment at a 5 star hotel, I expected it to be a bit nicer even though it’s more of a casual type restaurant by the golf course.

Service attentive and friendly. Food... at best so-so. Disappointing that there would be cross-contamination with shellfish for the truffle fries, one of the "vegetarian" offerings. The "crudités brought on my request were days old thick sliced cucumber and carrot sticks. The carrot sticks were curved and water logged, and the cucumber pieces were already pocked with dry spots. Some sort of strangely corn-starch-ish white-ish dip called "queso blanco" as an add-on to the guacamole, which itself leaned heavily on diced jalapeno for flavor, and was ... so-so. The chips were flour as opposed to corn, and very very greasy, and they too--I was advised--were subject to cross-contamination with the fried calamari. At those prices maybe a second fryer ? Gorgeous setting and wonderful views. Literally on the beach. Good staff.
