My kids really loved their cheeseburgers and state that it’s the best they have ever had. They keep asking me if we can return to Doho’s the next time we are at Dana Point. Staff was very friendly!

We visited Doheny beach and we visited this place is close for renovations but the view from this place is so good … hopefully we got invited when they open this place i can wait to tried the food !! Hopefully shrimp tacos 🌮!!

A dear friend said we must go here for the best breakfast burrito… well we finally went. Wowza! It wasn’t greasy it was as fresh as they get!! The salsa was homemade. The only downfall… we split it and should have gotten our own. Staff friendly!! Ambience extraordinary.

Live music (check to see times and who's performing) on the beach with a nice IPA or wine (or whatever you like, the selection is decent). What's not to love! Family and pet friendly venue.

Come down and have a beer with a burger or maybe a poke bowl. This place i has changed for the better!! New chairs, tables, lights and beers on tap! You have to see the amazing atmosphere and have dinner at sunset. Bring the Dogs! Everything is outdoor and pet friendly. Open until sunset every day. Come at Low tide and see some of these amazing animals swimming around after a delicious meal.

This place has really transformed in the past year. The food is delicious, the live music on the patio is great, and the happy hour from 4pm-6pm seals the deal. Really worth checking out.

I had the egg sandwich here at DOHO Cafe and it was so delicious I came back the very next morning just to have it again. Perfectly cooked eggs with tomato and bacon on a fantastic bun, simple, fresh and incredibly satisfying. Cesar, the chef, absolutely nailed it. Jo and Lindsey at the front were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Add in the beautiful ocean view at Doheny State Beach, and this place is a must-stop.

If you can avoid arguing with the entitled Karens that jump the line this place isn't half bad. The food is serviceable as beach food and the beer is just fine. Vibe with the live music is Margaritaville, rancho relaxo.

Bartender is awesome and great selection of beers, as well as a few champagnes and wine based cocktails. The food has a lot left to be desired; we recently ordered the chicken nachos for $15, only to return to the window as only 1/3 of the chips had cheese- to pay $4 for a Tostitos brand tiny cup of nacho cheese. The girl at the window was not friendly or attentive. Once the food and food window service are improved, this place has a lot of potential!

The food was mediocre at best. Fish tastes like it’s straight out of a box. The turkey melt was mostly bread with only 2 pieces of turkey. It did have a decent amount of bacon. The fries were good, and hot. Make sure to check your receipt. We were overcharged for 2 beers which we didn’t order.

This place was nicely available at the beach, but the prices were listed wrong, and it was overpriced. $10 for a 12oz Oreo blizzard. Service at the window was not optimal as she didn’t know how to ring in our items, told us the wrong price and was not kind. Chocolate milkshake was straight Hersey syrup. Would recommend eating before hand and/or bringing your own food.

It was an extremely busy day. By the time we waited in line it was almost a half an hour. We had to wait for our order and another minutes. It was very busy parking. A very important reminder is that you must download the app and pay the hourly fee. Otherwise you will receive a $71.50 ticket. There are five officers on duty daily and they check every car.

Half of the food listed on the menu was not available. This was on Saturday September 13, 2025 and there was a surfing competition with lots of people. Poor planning on the management. We ended up eating some place else.

You pay for the view of the beach. The food was not good. Absolutely NO FLAVOR. There was plenty of sauce on my chicken pesto sandwich and the only thing that had flavor was the tomato. Couldn’t taste the chicken or any pesto. The smoothie was great, but I would never order food there again.

Bad service and horrible food. We did not get what we ordered and what items they did get right had no flavor. This was a let down considering the new ownership. Honestly, we threw out the food except the drinks and fries. A huge expense.

Beware of CLEANLINESS .Ordered food from the Doho cafe . The short hair guy with the executive chef title on his shirt placed my food on the counter and the food fell off onto the counter . He did not see me watching and he placed the food back on the bowl ! I asked for a refund and he was upset. Wait to get food off site .

It is really bad when you're rude towards a customer and your response is that you're closing because business is 'slow' and not be willing to run a quick ice cream transaction. You shouldn't be in business.
