Sorry for the bad review but my hashbrown was cold and now I have a blister in my mouth. I hope i didn't eat something gross. Why was my hashbrown so old?

Every time it's something. Last night I thought I'd save time by ordering through the app. As directed, for curbside delivery, I parked in an assigned spot and logged into the app and enter my number. I waited, and waited and waited. 20 cars went through the drive thru and still delivery. After 20 minutes, I had to get my grandkids out of the car. We stood at the counter for a few minutes, not being acknowledged. An employee walked by and I inquired about my order. She said she would ask her manager. No one was at the counter and five minutes later I saw an employee. I blurted out excuse me, she turned around and yelled, " I'm getting your order now." Yelled! I took the bags without reviewing the order (mistake on my part). No Happy Meals, just the basics but I was too frustrated to go back for a few bucks and a toy. Never again!

The lady in the drive through couldn't even figure out my mobile app. Order number just told me she couldn't find My Number. I said well, I paid for my food. What are you gonna do? She told me that it was up to me to figure it out and closed the door in my face. Great customer service over here at this McDonald's. It seems like they just hire anybody nowadays. Anyways went inside and the lady figured it out instantly

If this is how they keep conditions for their customers, what is going on away from view? The dining room is absolutely disgusting every single visit, not 1 single clean table. The trash is overflowing. The bathroom never cleaned. Ive had to stop using the only nearby mcdonalds, this place is just too disgusting and the customer service is the definition of trash. Embarrassment

Horrible customer service!!! The staff look dead and soulless. Get another job.

Took nearly 30 minutes to get my McMuffin and coffee and it wasn’t busy.

Bruh, I ordered a medium hot chocolate for $7!!!! This drink is just pure water with a little of chocolate. I open it up and it’s colored white because it’s literally just hot water. This has happened twice already, never again.

If you don't want exposure to black mold you may want to avoid this place. Just took my family in for a quick meal before they head off to an event and we walked inside to see the ceiling. There is pink mold as well but the big black stuff is worrisome. If you are triggered by mold, be fore warned.

Horrible. To many times when I ordered food in this place to eat inside they put it in to go box!! I was waiting more that 10 minutes! And my food was already cold and bad, cause I was expecting to get it on the table or just let me know! So I just accidentally checked that. They don’t care. When I came here before, the food was delicious, this time the food is terrible

See the warning signs. 7 pm no line... No wonder. At the window they didn't display my order, didn't confirm my total. I pay on the app I give the code they overcharge me and give me inedible fries clearly reheated, soda that tasted like pure syrup with no carbonation and no receipt in the bag... Just don't go here. Close the location. Hear my warning ⚠️⚠️⚠️ I may have just saved you from absolute disappointment, and disaster.

they ALWAYS get something wrong in my order, usually the drinks. they take forever and always avoid helping. i keep having faith that it’s just a one time mess up but i haven’t gotten my last 4 orders right and i will never go back
