Walked in @9:59 moments before they close, (didn’t even know they closed at 10) and the staff was more than willing to serve us. Employee Cierra and Joyce went ABOVE and BEYOND to make our experience and service worth the drive!

Very clean store , great food , great service . Proud of the young man who made my sandwich found out hes autistic and trying to work he made a mistake but did his best great sub .

Phenomenal. Customer service was there, food quality was there, happy personable employees were there. To the gal who made our sandwiches with the great hair and lipstick -girl you need a raise and your own sandwich shop because oof you’re killing it.

Me and my daughter went to the Subway on Piney Forest Rd. We stood in line for 15 minutes then a man started my daughter order after it was toasted he took the sandwich out and walk away to the back the lady was fixing a door dash order meanwhile my daughter sandwich is sitting there. So the man and lady trying to figure out what to do. I said u can fix my daughter sandwich it's been sitting. The man walk off the lady fix my daughter sandwich so sloppy the topping was falling everywhere. I said something the lady continue the wrap the sandwich my daughter said she didn't want it . So I told the lady we don't want that.. she y'all to the back where the man was at "She don't want the damn sandwich" I turn around and said No I don't want it you u would a sandwich like that. So we left and went to the Subway on Riverside they did a wonderful job nice and polite two thumbs up to y'all and they apologize for the other store behavior

So me and my nephew went in today to get subs and Wanda that was making our subs did a wonderful job making sure that our sub s were made right smiled when we came in welcome us to Subway Great customer service you have a customer for life with employees like Wanda!!!!!

Usually this location makes a good sandwich but not the place if your in a hurry they always do the online orders first even if your there for your lunch break, went there the other day for lunch didn't get anything because the store manager was to busy doing mobile orders and neglecting the customers actually there in front of her to make several footlongs .

The worst experience of my life I literally was cursed at because they messed up one of my sandwiches and was cursed because I asked them to remake my sandwich giving them instructions to refix their own mess up. Complete disrespect there was also a customer in front of me that wanted his sub double toasted only to get home to find out I got his sub completely messed up my order. The sub was burnt so bad I couldn’t eat it. Safe to say I will never eat here again ! Save yourself the trouble and go to another Subway

App was crashing. So was the webpage. So I called the store. Lady answered and stated to hold on they were a little busy. Well after 16 minutes on hold. They hang the phone up and leave it off the hook.

So I ordered a sub on DoorDash but you guys didn’t bother even reading what kind of bread or toppings I wanted and sent me something I can’t even eat. Thanks for the almost anaphylactic shock because you’re too careless to read an order. Whoever in their operating the DoorDash obviously needs a pair of glasses because you almost sent me to an early grave.

They cross contaminate. They don't use gloves, then they touch the food and then registered, and whatever else with the same ones on. Their customer service is terrible. They probably give people food poisoning. They're extremely not caring. Go to the Subway across town.

Always order extra meatball sub. The meats at this location been skimping for a while. Missed half the ingredients on the sub. Had an attitude when I addressed the issue. I usually don’t complain but this is twice in a row. I work past south Boston guess I’ll just order there from now on. Won’t be returning here.

The system went down at the store so my order along with others came in late and had everyone waiting for there orders and that is NO GOOD when you expect ur order to be ready when you arrive! Then they make u wait because you can't get a cash refund so that you may get food from another restaurant. So I'm finished with subway I'll keep searching for better service especially efficient online service because I hate waiting in line after I made a online order screw that!!!

Just had a "so called"sub from Subway Riverside Dr. I had a foot long steak and CHEESE. reg mayo, lett, tomato, green pepper, red onion,& sub oil. Got home had no Cheese on my steak and cheese sub and my husband did not have any cheese on his sub either. Too much sub oil on my husband's sub and none on mine. Steak was weird tasting. (My dog wouldnt even eat the steak). But enough mayonnaise for 15 subs. Disgusting will never go back. Subway y'all need to hire people with a work ethic and basic common sense. Making a sub sandwich is EASY.
