Great customer service! I was waiting for my pick up order and the manager who was running the pick up counter offered me a drink. So nice! The simply things like this is what makes great customer service!! 😊

One of our kid's favorite restaurants to stop at since they know the menu and love their chicken soup in a bread bowl. This was the nicest, cleanest Panera we've ever been too. The staff was friendly and our order came out quickly and accurate. We didn't even have to wait when kids went for a second order of the soup. Will definitely visit again.

I do a keto friendly version and ask for it in a bowl with extra avocado, cheese, and an egg. And their pastries are delicious. I highly recommend one of their muffins with a cup of coffee. They also provide great customer service

Panera is pretty standard across its stores. This one in particular is extremely clean and very well cooled for such a hot summer day. Food was prompt and all the servers were courteous and polite. From entry to food took less than 10 minutes. Very nice spot with decent traffic but isnt swamped or over crowded.

Service is always quick and some staff are really great. Just make sure to let them know you’re picking up your order since sometimes they won’t call your name.

Service was excellent! Everyone is respecting each other's space during Covid times. I did have an issue with my order, but the staff were more than happy to fix it right away. Their patio also has heaters for those wanting to dine outside.

Went with my mother and two teenagers at the end of lunchtime and most bakery items were out. Looked like they were a bit short staffed. But the food was tasty and didn't take too long. Nearly every customer was there for the wifi.

Great place to study. Lots of seating space and music is never too loud so you can focus. The food is pretty standard, a bit small on portion sizes but overall nice place. Clean and tidy.

Got the new Cobb salad for to go; just enough for me to feel famished. I also go the vanilla almond coffee and it was good. Good if you’re calorie counting. I ordered it a few hours in advance; and got the notification that it was ready around 10 minutes from the actual time. Staff directed me where I could picked it up.

The atmosphere here is one of the gloomier ones in Davis. Its layout is a bit weird, and whenever I come in here, everyone is quiet, and the lighting isn't the best, but their Mac and Cheese can't be beat

Nothing special about this Panera, but almost everything we wanted was sold out. The soup tasted good, but the portions were so small for the price. They got my espresso drink order wrong but they corrected it. It is ok but not a place I would go out of the way to go to.

Delicious baked goods and breads. The coffee is comforting, but not gourmet on the order of Starbucks. Sandwiches are good but not overly inspired. Soups are very good. A good place to hang out with friends and catch up. Good vibe at the Davis location.

I ordered for rapid pick up and my order was incomplete. I had to search for a number/email to make a comment about it. The crew seems very happy with each other and enjoy where they work. (Very nice) The female manager is not the nicest, doesn't acknowledge you when you are waiting at the counter while they are sitting/working on their laptop right by the counter/window.

It takes ages to get food here. Consistently my orders are predicted to take like 15-25 minutes. Instead, I always have to wait over an hour. Good food just be ready to wait…

People keep telling me panera bread is overpriced. Well today was a hot day, and as one does on a hot day, I was craving a soup and salad. I got the Mac and cheese and Mediterranean greens. The Mac and cheese was a major disappointment. It tasted like milk. The salad was pretty good, but still overpriced for the portion (I got the pick 2 deal). People saves yourselves the heartbreak, do yourself a favor, and bike or drive to trader Joe's or Nuggets Market to get a soup and salad. The portions are probably more fair for the price. Won't be returning to a Panera Bread ever. The workers were lovely though.

There is something wrong with their connection to postmates and Uber eats. Takes 3 hours to get the order. I tried fixing through postmates and Panera but no one can help. Been trying to solve for months. NEVER ORDER DELIVERY YOU WILL WAIT MINIMUM OF 4 HOURS.

I ordered a whole Chicken Bacon Rancher and salad that was supposed to have chicken in it as well. This was all a part of a take out order totaling more than 70 dollars including a tip. When I called to ask for a refund for the salad and the sandwich the person with whom I spoke with refused to refund me for the sandwich stating that “you received a sandwich with bacon and cheese.” They then told me I would only be able to be compensated for the missing ingredients by them refunding one of my bowls of soups. This is just awful customer service and I am frustrated and disappointed with my experience. Will not be returning anytime soon.

Food was prepared Incorrectly &when I asked for a remake w/my recipet &food it is was being questioned but I won't visit this location again too much of a hassle just to get the quality service I'm paying for.

AVOID ANDREA!!!! I wanted to order a family meal through Uber eats and everything had chicken and I am vegetarian. I called ahead to ask if I could have the meat removed. A woman was giving extreme attitude. She was yelling at me and left me on hold. A few minutes later a guy came on the line and he was saying the same thing but he was but actually nice until she RUDELY interrupted him midway and was giving me attitude again. She called my diet EXTREME!!! I’m sorry for following my religion and sorry for being a minority with different values. And I understand that they can’t accommodate me and my culture. It’s just this woman’s attitude and condescension that bothers me. I called again to ask for her name, her name is Andrea. I told my friend about what happened and she knew this woman and remembered her throwing bread at polite kids when they forgot to give them bread on the side.

The portion sizes are way too small for how expensive everything is. This Mac and cheese was $10. Chic fil a better option

Why are the half sandwiches on the pick two so small even after I picked French bread. Yet, if I order a whole sandwich, I get two sandwiches that are decently sized. So shouldn’t they be the size of the one out of the two sandwiches that I got when I ordered the whole one? I’m so confused.

Men's restroom toilet has a strong sewer odor that needs to be fixed. Apparently the county Health dept already came out last week, but nothing has been done. It has only gotten worse.

We, Uber Eats and DoorDash drivers, are experiencing racism at this restaurant; they are refusing to hand over ready orders. This needs to be investigated. If this happens a few more times, 10 of my colleagues and I will contact our lawyers and file a complaint!
