I Love this chilis, there a clean facility. Service is great, and they always take care of me and my family when we arrive.i service there cooking equipment and there trash and back area is just as clean as the kitchen. Keep up the great service.

Caroline who waited on us as so very helpful and sweet. The food was great. My husband got the buffet but since I can only eat small portions I got the 4 chicken wings with fries. The food arrived hot, tasty, and very fresh. The restaurant was clean with clean restrooms. Just a wonderful experience at this restaurant.
I went through the drive threw. I ordered a 7 piece chicken only with 3 legs 1 breast and a wing. I ordered a three piece dark with 3 legs and a 3 piece fish. When I got home everything was correct but the 3 piece chicken. When I called back to let them know the manager Emily told me she packed the order and she basically called me a liar and said I didn't order a 3 piece. Well I was charged 42.00 and I received the three piece but it was not correct.
Really good Good value Restaurant was clean
The new location is clean with a roomy dinning room, lots of tables. The buffet is a great quick meal without a wait but was $15 per person with drink so kind of pricy. We dined on a Saturday morning at 11:30 am for lunch, not busy and open tables. The tenders are great and they have spicy ones now too that aren’t spicy but I think are even better than the regular ones. . The hot wings are good, saucy and tender and flavorful. The fried chicken is good and crunchy and moist. The rotisserie chicken was very dry this time. The rolls are incredible and soft, hot, and fresh. They are so good!!!! Everyone’s favorite. The hot side dishes aren’t very flavorful and actually are very bland. Specifically the beans, macaroni and cheese, the spinach, and the broccoli cheese casserole. The cabbage was good. The mashed potatoes are delicious though with the chicken gravy on them. The cold bar is a good little salad makings if you want that, I don’t ever try it. The potato salad had an off flavor, like cleaner was poured in it, I didn’t like it at all and I was sad because it looked homemade and fresh. The coleslaw is phenomenally delicious!! I love. It with the mashed potatoes and chicken tenders. I wish they would put fried okra on the buffet and fries to give sides that aren’t bland. I didn’t try the dessert as I’m not a sweet eater. The tea, both sweet and unsweet are fresh made and refreshing.
The food is good! The salad bar is good! The service is lacking, the female at the register is not the friendliest, she acts like she's doing us a favor to charge us for our food. She even asked how old the 'senior' person was. The restaurant is too cold inside. I informed the female at the register one day that it was way too cold in there, and she stated that they kept it cold because the back kitchen area where they fry the food gets too hot. But we have been so uncomfortable sitting in the dining room eating that we have to carry a jacket to wear inside, or go eat somewhere else. I think that's why the last 2 times we have been there, there have been less people inside dining. It seems that their carry out has gone up. Go figure!!!! We are/ were regular customers there, going at least once or twice a week.
I frequent this location fairly often. Normally everything on the buffet bar is well stocked. Today I’m not sure what was going on. Never seen that manager before. Rolls were over cooked. Mashed potatoes stayed empty the entire 30 mins we were in there. No fresh fried chicken. Desert stayed empty. Very poor experience on a Sunday.
The restroom is nasty the trash can is all dirty and oxidated The food was over fried I use to like it definitely I will not go back to this location
I will never go back to chicken Buffet peiriod they can’t tell a $20dollar. Bill from 100 bill. I gave 100.00 for my lunch I got 4.00 back in return I scaled vthry tell me there is no record of. 100.00. All I hope chicken buffet can use my $80.00 have a nice day.
Always fresh chicken strips. They cook them when I place my to go order. And NOBODY BEATS THE FRIED FISH HERE. Also cooked fresh when I place my Togo order. The best!
Will NOT return! The young girl at the register didn’t greet us or even speak! The food was cold, the worker cleaned the tables, took the trash out, grabbed the same rag she used on the tables and started cleaning again, took more trash out and NEVER washed her hands. I told the manager but she didn’t care, she had long nails and a nose (hog) ring which is a big NO when handling food!! Health Department will be getting a call!
The customer service is lacking from what I had received many times before while visiting the location. The afternoon shift manager did nothing to determine if anything could be done.
Horrible manager, when asked to correct my order, she got mad at me because I wanted the money refunded to my card and she made an ugh sound and slammed her hand down on the register and started tapping her nails very loudly. I apologized for the inconvenience and stated that I wasn't trying to aggravate her, but I needed accurate receipts for work. She proceeded to tell me to stop getting snappy and she was very rude about it. I asked for a manager and she told me she was the manager and there was not another one on any of the other shifts. At no point was I rude to her, but she was extremely rude and trying to act like a big shot in front of the other employees. Come on hartz, do better with your front of house employees.
Visited this location about 3 weeks ago. Received my 1st order, while waiting on the second order, the server placed my first order in a plastic bag and placed it on the chicken to be served to other customers under the heat light. I brought it to her attention. She dismissed my comments and walked away.
If I could give ZERO stars I would. I came in with my mother after driving hours from out of town. I got charged for my buffets, but on their system it was saying Comm Error, so they took my card and tried swiping it at the drive thru register and also tried to charge 4 times on his personal phone because the guy said they have been having issues all day. I found that really shady so I was looking at my transactions on my phone and the 32.45 was taken out the first time. I told him and showed him, but he said no money was showing on their system, so a manager or whoever she was came and this time around I had a bank representative on my phone so I had him explain that the transaction was indeed taken out of my account and would reflect in their system soon. She didn't want to hear any explanation and kept speaking over him saying the card was declined, the representative tried to explain that the card got declined due to the amount of times it was trying to be charged and that in fact the money was taken out by her restaurant. She said she didn't have time to deal with him. HORRIBLE SERVICE and how embarrassing that the people at this establishment have no common sense in how to run a business. Don't waste your time here. The bathrooms were also disgusting. Take your business else where.
I was a regular stopping for dinner once a week on my way home from work. I usually bring my own cup to drink from. The Asian lady at the register informed me that I couldn’t use my own cup even though I had ordered and paid for a drink. She was very rude and aggressive and came later to tell me not to bring my cup back again. I informed her that this wouldn’t be a problem problem because if this is how she treats customers, I wouldn’t be coming back. I’ve eaten at numerous other Hartz restaurants and never had an issue. I’ve only had this problem with this particular cashier who seemed obsessed with my cup. I was a good customer but I don’t enjoy being treated rudely by employees at any business that I patronize. I won’t be back. Plenty of other places to eat with polite, friendly staff.
Food tasted ok. Sitting on the toilet is not so bad my only issue I had personally was not so much that I paid $70 for three kids under 9 and three adults, but was that I had to eat my food on a plastic plate with plastic silverware and when I asked for those items they were not able to give me those things as real dishes. So I will never go back to any of these restaurants in my life and anyone who asks me about them I will tell them to go to Mickey D's instead.
Came for a 12pc family meal regular i was given spicy chicken 2 sides were wrong, I didn’t notice until we drive 30 minutes away ! called spoke to “manager” Emily she said there is nothing I can do about it , i asked for someone above her she said it was the owner she had no info on when she would be in said she will not be calling the manager about the issue. I don’t think it’s okay to $40 on food i did not order! and for her being a manager she sure is rude and doesn’t let the customer speak she over talks and hangs up on you!
