Great experience the staff was super helpful and my sandwich was delicious these folks do 5 star work. They even gave my daughter a free cookie, I shall be a customer for life based on that gesture alone.
haven’t been to this location in a hot minute but lemme tell you the sandwiches made for us was a work of art. i have never been to fast food joint where the food actually looks like the advertisement. i regret not getting the employees name. i’ll get it the next time cuz ill be back.

Came in at 11pm tonight with Becky (and "L" name?, it was hard to hear through the mask) were busting their arses today! Becky's coworker was like, bread, meat, veggies NEXT! One after the other. Ive been here before with workers who have all of the work ethic of a sloth suffering a stroke, or some attitude like how dare I interrupt their "insert anything". The place was busy and moving. Management, L name needs a raise. It's cheaper to keep hard working people than going for basic wages and having a high turnover. Every few months I'm in town there are new workers, it seems. I went to the 24hr subway over by the 72nd st Starbucks. They were very busy but the staff was very friendly and as quick as possible. There was only one young man working and he was amazing. I went there to hang out with one of my best friends for the last time as they are moving very far away, Thank you for providing two decent sandwiches, Two cookies, and two drinks. I may only be going there for only One sandwich, One cookie and One drink from now on, But you provided a good memory that'll last forever just by being subway. Thank you.
I been in Tacoma for almost 3 years and I think I been to most of Subway stores. Troy in this location provides the best customer service I have experience in all time in subway stores. I would like to recommend him to everyone. Thanks Troy and I wish you all the best.
3/12/2021 @6:21 Whoever they had working at the counter is amazing I was running late for work and I knew this person was on her break but I still called the store and asked are you guys open she said yes and she open the door now branded I knew she was on her break and I had interrupted her break and without any Negativity she took my order and the next guy and the next guy I can't say how much I am impressed by her positive attitude. This chick definitely needs a raise and is a role model for other employees.
Staff is consistently kind, efficient, and the store is always clean. However, management only schedules 1 employee per shift, with some occasional overlap, so expect some wait times during peak hours. Unable to tip if you order online, but able to tip when paying in person. Something to keep in mind; the employees deserve it.

I usually never have any issues at this location. Today I was just a little bummed that the register didn't accept the coupon I wanted to use. I used a coupon with the same deal at that same location last week.
I absolutely LOVED the two ladies who were working when I came in yesterday. They were both super friendly and so sweet. My sandwich was delicious (as always), but I find a friendly atmosphere somehow makes the food taste better. I wish I would have gotten their names so I could give a shout out, but I will be returning to this subway next time I'm craving a sandwich...or a cookie...those raspberry cheesecake cookies are absolute heaven.
Great workers happy and quick location food is good and they try their best to keep the bins up front fresh and bring out more veggies frequently. I used to work for a subway so I’m picky on how my food is made and I’d rate this place a 10/10
i walked in a a black man asked what could he get me today , i showed him my coupon get 3 12"subs for 19$ he said he would not honnor the coupon , he then said why should i sell you 40$ worth of subs for 19$ i said its a valid coupon .he said he didnt care i will not sell you 3 for 19$ , i will never go back to that subway @ 1901 s 72nd st in tacoma . that guy was rude . This subway has a good charm. It's 24 hours and I go after the gym. The employees there aren't forcibly hard to communicate with like some locations. They just act like normal people and I get good vibes from them! Also prices are fair and they are fast!
I wish I could remember the staffs name it was a girl blonde hair, came to sattle for vacations and stop at this subway, the girl in charge of by order was super nice she was very friendly and polite, if I have another opportunity to stop by here I will, great costumer service ❤️🙏🏽
Mark is holding it down the best he can. A worker shouldnt be in there by themselves on a Friday night when you have a 24 hour establishment. Friday is payday and this guy was slammed but he still remained calm and composes and the artist made our sandwiches to perfection. Thank you again Mark I hope you have a better rest of your night!
I don’t usually write reviews but I have come to this subway for quite some time and I really felt the need to put this together tonight because the service was amazing ! The sandwich maker zay was excellent his service was amazing he was patient and helped me look through my app to locate the sandwich I wanted, he took his time and didn’t get frustrated when it took me a little longer to figure what I wanted. I have come times before and there was a girl on the night shift that messed up my food and rushed me basically making me not want to return, I stopped going to the location until tonight I wanted to try it again luckily zay was there he definitely changed my mind about that location I will be back thanks to him !
Store clean from front door to the sandwich counter. The veggies looked fresh AND WERE, Bread was being freshly made the night employee let me have my sandwich made with fresh bread and it was amazing. I like my sandwich a little bit “extra” made a certain way and executed just as asked. Switched gloves and washed hands and wasn’t pushy about upselling very subtle about me needing a drink to wash it down and the cookies were made fresh so why not? Lmao 10/10 bring ya mamma and friends open 24/7 was very convenient and she had 20 people come in right after me and got everyone’s order made and done at the same tenacity as mines.
Of course it was Contact-Free delivery. I ordered from Subway located at 1901 South 72ND Street when staying at the Holiday Inn Express on South Hosmer Street, while in Tacoma on business. Delivery was through GrubHub and it the food came fast and was and extremely tasty. I had the Deluxe Turkey Sub and some cookies. It was all wonderful!
The guy did a good job didn't have to wait to long.
It was very clean in there the vegetables look fresh for the time of day that it was because it was after 4:00 and it was really really good to see a clean vegetable fresh bread soft Subway thank you
The guys on shift went above and beyond! The truly exemplified SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I wish I had gotten their names ( they were both working at 10pm Sunday night). Also, great communication as a team !
Great friendly service. Fast and clean. Shared parking lot was pretty full. Shady characters posted up taking up more than necessary parking spaces including the handicapped spaces outside the restaurant doors doesn't make for great appearances for the businesses
It's was pretty good but there is only one person working so your waiting like 15 20 min to even start your sandwich but the price was good.. better then 116th n pacific they charge outrageous prices
The two ladies working on the 24 hour shift here which is the graveyard shift we're such pleasant and helpful individuals that they made my experience there pleasant and enjoyable so much so that I'm giving them a review to say so. Sorry I forget their names but thank you ladies I will definitely come again. Especially the beautiful lady with the tattoos who came from a different restaurant prior to working here.
I recently lost my job so I've been down in the dumps, and I thought of subway at 11:45pm because that's what everyone thinks when they lose their job! I am HUGE on having customer service, so when I get great customer service you will know! Chris was wonderful and made my sandwich in record time! Thank you subway I recommend going here when you lose your job, or whenever you feel like a delicious sandwich 😜
This subway is close to my house. I frequent it because my 81year old mother loves the cold cut trio. She doesn't eat very much so I try to get her the things she like. The service is always exemplary. They are friendly and I've never had a wrong order. It's clean and I appreciate that!
The staff was great, the fact that they DON'T carry ANY SOUP is not great. Also this location doesn't carry the cheesy garlic bread option which was bit of a bummer and the ice machine just happened to be "down" as well!
Fresh bread, good value, and always quick. I recommend you get 100% of your cold sandwiches have a combination of the Subway Vinaigrette and a touch of mayo.
If you don't get the deals at any of the subways you spend a lot on a sandwich. I bought just a 6 in. Better to get the full deal!! But they are still good!!
My sandwich was great I had a problem with one of the staff who two times I've been in there he does not wear his mask on his face it's around his neck I found that offensive considering that he's preparing food and servicing the public personally I don't say things negative to people they have my food on their side of the counter. However after the second time I took it upon myself to contact management.
The sandwich would have been good but the bread was not what I ordered and on top of that it was under cooked and doughy
I feel like every person who works here really hate their jobs. I have been to this location multiple times and every worker I have met are not friendly, rude, and awkward. They have no sense of urgency with their customers either. I have waited for 10 mins at the counter waiting to order at least 3 times. The food is at least fresh.
Our sandwiches tastes off and all I’m gonna say is if you want to be cleaned out you should eat here
Not sure why subway doesn’t sell cheddar cheese anymore. Even the people after us tried to order cheddar cheese. The two female employees seemed very upset to be at work. The one with the Barbie face mask had her face mask under her nose the whole time while making sandwiches and ringing up customer. When she tried to ring us up she kept thinking all the online order sandwiches were ours also. Her coworker kept making and shoving sandwiches over to the register without telling her those were online orders.
I work at the store right next door, and I just got off of work and mobile-ordered my sandwich (I have to mobile order because some of the employees say the coupons don’t apply, while other employees say they do, and the app automatically applies deals for me). I was told my order would be ready at 9:15 pm, which was about 15 minutes later. I didn’t mind the wait, as I figured they would be busy. When my order was supposedly done, I walk over only to find their lobby swamped with customers, and only two female workers behind the counter. No problem, I waited until there was a chance to let them know I was picking up an order. When I told them, they spent several minutes even trying to find my order receipt. More people walked in, most of whom also mobile-ordered. Within that time, I saw several people go to the restroom (though I guess they weren’t supposed to due to the pandemic) and one worker told them not to go in the restroom anymore, because there was a sign on the door that said so. The customer apologized several times and said he didn’t see the sign, but the worker kept saying there was a sign on the door. Shortly thereafter the customer and his friend left without ordering, probably due to the berating of the worker and because of the long wait time. Meanwhile, it’s after 9:45 pm before I get my nearly $10 sandwich (30 minutes after it was supposed to be done, and about 45 minutes after I initially ordered it). That was only after another person who had mobile-ordered and came in after I did, got their sandwiches (one of which I guess had to be remade and condiments scraped off because it hadn’t been made correctly). I didn’t complain or say anything to the workers, because I’ve done years of food and customer service, and I’ve been on the other side when you’re short-staffed and insanely busy, and it’s an immensely trying time. However, another man who mobile-ordered and came in after I did, was frustrated because he had been waiting awhile for his food, and was trying to ask what the point of mobile-ordering was if you end up waiting 30 minutes or longer after the initial mobile wait time to get your food? Especially if you end up getting food only after those who walk in and order in the store and leave within 10 minutes? I didn’t say anything but I’m inclined to ask the same thing. One of the workers heard him ask this and got all defensive, saying, “well can’t you see how busy we are up in here!? Don’t be rude!” I could understand waiting to make a mobile if the customers who ordered it aren’t there yet, but if they’ve politely told you their name and are there waiting, wouldn’t you make their food, and in the order of how the orders came in, or work the orders in with the routine of those ordering in person? I also get being immensely busy and under-staffed, but 45 minutes for one sandwich I paid $10 for ahead of the line is a bit ridiculous, and you’re going to be rude to the other customer who came in after me and had been waiting about half an hour for his sandwich?? The two stars is because I understand the circumstances and I didn’t have to rush off anywhere else or clock back on at work, but for the most part the experience at this store was less than decent, and most of the other experiences (not all, but most) at this store have also been frustrating. I wouldn’t even come back if it wasn’t next door to my store and (usually!) a relatively quick bite to eat when I’m tired after work or need a convenient food stop that isn’t greasy. When I finally got home about an hour later from when I got off of work and ordered, the sandwich was missing an ingredient on it. If you’re going to make me wait a lengthy amount of time for a sandwich, please just make it right. I’m glad it wasn’t a key ingredient, like the meat, cheese, or guac I paid $1.50 for, but still, you know? But at that point, I just wanted to shower and eat after work, and was decidedly NOT running back to the store to wait AGAIN. They didn’t even offer a refund or a coupon for the wait time. This was so unacceptable.
Definitely not the same. Feels sterile inside. Sandwich was average. Cookies are NASTY (NOT THE SAME) they taste like cream filling in between sandwiches. No more Subway for me. I can make it myself and buy Pillsbury cookies! $40 for 2 sandwiches and 1 dozen cookies. MAKE YOUR OWN!
Of all the locating that should be fully stocked it should be one that's open 24 hours right?? WRONG! No spinach. No soup. And the clerk would wrap mya googling into 4 separate packages not three claiming it was easier. ... Easier for WHO? Avoid this one!
First off they have questionable staff working, not all but a fair few. 2nd they don't even cut my sandwich in half majority of the time, 3rd they skimp on the veggies like they're the most expensive topping it's just olives not truffles. 4th its not that cleanly in there either. I live less then 10 minutes from here but I'll drive all the way to pearl Street just to get subway.
Always taking forever , Idk what it is but my stomach hurts every time I eat at this place , never have issues w the other subways decided to give this location another chance but got a bad stomach ache again never again !
2nd time I have came to this location and my online order has not been ready by the time it states. It's now 40 mins past due time.... Still the order is not finished. Haven't even started on my order yet.....DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION FOR SUBWAY!!!! GO TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION!!! Where they have there stuff together. Worst customer experience two times now. Never again will I step foot in here!!!!!!!! The owner needs to get his/her store in order....it's falling apart fast!!!
I only gave a star because it doesnt give you an option for stay the hell away from this place, My husband my son and I came here at 2 in the morning being truck driver its hard to find a place to park to get food so this one was open 24 hours and figured hey sounds good as we approached the store it looked like the place was closed and they just left the light on and once we got to the door a female or a guy i believe it was a female sitting on the curb looks up from her phone and had says are you going to eat here and when we said yes she got up gave us a dirty look and started to treat us like how dare you want to eat here and make me get off my ass away from my phone and do my job, and then as we were ordering our food she became more rude with ever sandwich being made it was getting to the point where we were going to just say f it and walk out but then i became distracted by how dirty the food area where all the meat and condiments were kept it looked like no one had cleaned it in days old dry food stuck all over it the condiments were old lettuce wilting tomatoes going bad and nothing was covered and there was Nat's flying all over the food, but needless to say we were starving and nothing else was big enough for our semi truck so we took a chance hoping it will be okay plus this place lord knows how got 3 stars and now i am suffering with food poisoning which sucks majorly and had to go to the hospital due to it and the severe dehydration it caused its a good thing i did not feed the food to my son and we pack special meals for him due to his diet. i have already made reports to the health department and the poison control website for restaurants. DO NOT EAT AT THIS SUBWAY THEY ARE RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL DIRTY AND YOU WILL GET FOOD POISONING

literally the rudest service i ever got, from someone with a phone call, where do i start first i asked a question about ebt, if they took ebt here, as someone told me they do, well she said no, and i said are you sure, she straight hung up on me, in the middle of asking a question, so i call back and asked, did u just hang up on me, and she said yes because you asked two times, and i answered it, and then she said im not obligated to be on the phone with you, and she hung up again, so i call back and ask for her name, and she was talking on another phone to someone that must work there and was telling whomever about me calling, and as i was on hold she hung up on me again, whoever is working on Feb. 15th ,2019 at 9:30pm, you need some serious training on respect, because I'm not one of your friends outside of work, and you may be used to talking to people outside of your work like that, but you can't talk to people like a hoodlum when your at work, and you are literally the rudest person i have personally encountered at any subway in my whole life, don't waist your time or money on a subway, that has employees that hate customers, because you will never get good service, i didn't even want to give 1 star, more like minus 1 star!!!
I was very disappointed from the beginning. Not only was the worker outside smoking a cigarette when I arrived (apparently they didn’t think I was a potential customer) but when he finally went back inside failed to wash his hands afterwards. I left
Poor customer service ordered online get to store none of the food was to be toasted I even told them that and they proceeded to argue saying if it's not marked as toasted we toast it horrible customer service and attitude is not necessarily ok either will not be going there again
The lettuce was Turing old and the avocado was going bad and brown I worked at a subway and you should not be surviving people like that. I didn’t even wanna get the cucumbers bc they looks spoiled

Terrible attitude from the younger girl at the front today (3/5/11). Went in at around 10:30am and she was extremely rude and refused to even look me in the eye. Not the kind of person I would want working at my franchise.
We always only order a foot long and a 6 inch, both times have come around 9 pm, and only one other customer in the shop. It never fails to take over 30 minutes to even be helped!! Slowest establishment and very unprofessional. Will be sure to make the drive to another location where we know we won’t wait over 30 mins just to be helped when it’s not busy.
When asked to use the bathroom I was told that I have to purchase something. Totally fine with that. Was going to grab a Coke and some cookies. I then was told by somebody on break eating their sandwich that I have to purchase a 6-inch sub in order to use the restroom. I said is that your rule, the owners rule? She replied it's the manager's rule. I wonder if the owners would be okay with the fact that people have to purchase a sandwich in order to use the restroom. I purchased a 6-in sandwich ask for the cheapt one don't want it. InI don't care what goes on it because I just need to use the restroom. It boggles my mind. I don't understand how if I'm purchasing soda that's not good enough to use the restroom. I understand it's not the best area so there's probably people who shoot up in there. Do whatever. But I came in just looking to use the restroom and was planning on buying a soda. I ended up having to buy a Subway sandwich. Hopefully they give it to a homeless person who is not allowed to use the restroom. Ps. The bathroom was disgusting definitely not worth 495 to use. Most expensive s*** I've taken in my life.
Went here a few nights back to use my coupon on chicken bacon ranch the lady was rude and said the coupon didn't apply to that sandwich. I had been getting it everytime with my buy 2 footlong for 11.99 she kept arguing with me. Then another lady said I could use it and the lady I originally spoke to said she wouldn't help me that the lady saying it's ok could. The only worker that's good there is Troy very hard working guy so from now on I won't be going unless hes there.
Went to this Subway between 6pm and 7pm February 17th with son and husband had a huge order..never in my life have I encountered such disrespect. These 2 women are bad for business. I really wish I can speak to the manager Christina. Those girls are not people that should be working for your company, I mean if your gonna provide great customer service at least pretend you like your job- if not than you should probably get a new one.
Fifth best sandwich shop around! Visited on 11/6/19 @ 10:30am one poor worker to handle long line. First sandwich dropped by employee Remade and register would not process coupon? Left at 10:55am without food took business to popeyes.
Order was not right, new spices were not offered online. And uber services were down during normal open hours. I have had better Subway service in the past. This is not ONLY a reflection of the gentleman that was on staff at the time, but on the 72nd location as a whole. Have a good day. 😁
Ordered 6 inch tuna with only mayo. Received sandwich with a tiny bit of tuna smothered in veggies. Tomatoes, pickles, loads of lettuce, onions and green pepper. I paid way too much to receive this disaster of a sandwich! I had to scrape the tiny bit of tuna off to eat it. I don't recommend this store at 1901 72nd St, Tacoma.
I ordered a SALAD on Doordash that says specifically in the description that it would come on a crunchy bed of greens. When it was delivered to me all that was in the container was the meat, vegetables, and dressing. There was NO lettuce or spinach in the container. I called the store and they said they would have to call the store manager and find out if they could do anything. I went down to the store and the attendant said that she still had to call the store manager, when off the phone with the store manager the best they could do was give me a small amount of lettuce even though I paid for a SALAD. Does anyone else see anything wrong with this?
I showed up at around 11:28 AM, but the door was locked and there was a sign on the door that said “we will be back in 30,” however, there was a lady behind the counter making food. When I knocked on the door, she yelled at me but I couldn’t understand what she was saying, so I left. Do not recommend going here.
Subway on 72nd in the plaza by winco. You will not catch me eating there. Had to ask for a key to get into the bathroom. Another employee was in there already so I waited. Got in and realized they had no soap, for a long while now as the container seemed broke and dry. I looked into the sink and it was bone dry. That means the staff ahead of me didn’t bother to even “rinse” their hands. So disgusting! You are not preparing my food even with gloves on. Wish I would of taken a picture of soap dispenser before I walked out. On top of that I asked if she wanted to meet me back by side door to turn key back in... oh no set it right up here she said pointing above the flippen food!!!! Talking about health issues!!!! I for one sat the key that was attached to a basket on the floor when I walked in as there was no where else. So it’s only what the mind can imagine where that key has been put by others using the bathroom. And now it’s sitting on top of the food. 😳 😳 😳 😳 😳 😳 😳 😳 😳 😳 Nope nope nope!
The manager of this place is one of the rudest/hateful/racist managers I ever dealt with. She is so immature I was beyond shocked. I've came in this place plenty of times especially at night and one guy who works the nights he's like there most of the time well he is a great employee he goes above and beyond to help you but everyone else is rude just like the manger but what do you expect monkey see monkey do. I came in one day waiting for my family to meet us there and I went inside asked for a water because as we are standing outside waiting it was getting hotter and hotter. Well the manger said no when I went inside and asked her for water. Shes seen me plenty of times and I'm always eating well I asked her why not she said because I "don't want to". I'm looking at her like are you serious. She treated me like I was someone who wasn't a customer as a matter of fact when I asked her does she treat all her customers like this? She said "your not a customer all you do is buy I'd cookies and use all our electricity". So that's the problem right there she hated for some reason the 2-4 times that I came in I only got cookies? I get sandwiches just as much but she really is the worst manger I ever encountered I'm shocked that she's there. Oh yea there's a guy at night that flips out for no reason if you say something to him that he doesn't like. My girl came in another day and had to go to the bathroom really bad well as soon as she came in she asked for the bathroom key. He looked at her and told her the bathroom key is locked in the bathroom and the owner was going to come open the door Well I'm in the car in the parking lot watching whole thing. She runs out and runs to sharis across the street to use their restroom because she has kidney problems. She had surgery a month before subway. Well as I'm looking un the window I see an elderly couple walk in and while they are waiting in line the lady goes up to the guy and I see him hand over the key. I'm thinking this place is something else. I got too many different stories for this place. I always leave pissed off or like the last time I was in there getting kicked out by the manger because?? Single handedly the worst experience I have ever had at a subway. Let alone even mc.donalds workers are better. The two fat women behind the counter got my order wrong. Accidentally left my purse. Called once I noticed I left but, was 2 hours away. Asked them to keep it safe until I came back down in the AM. Grabbed it this morning and missing cash, and gift cards.
I'm sorry I have to give the business a thumbs down! I drove all the way to this one, from the other Subway in my area & again they don't accept the coupons we got in the mail! So I am hungry as heck by now, I give in & get a club sandwich, chips & milk...OMG!!! $15 bucks !! Subway...youve lost a one time good customer here.👎👎
Once I came in with my mom and sister we were immediately met with the employee lady rolling her eyes at us. We had to greet her because she could not get past her own attitude. I understand people have bad days but redirect your anger somewhere else especially when the customers walk in smiling and treat you with respect. Thank you so much for not including cheese, veggies mayo, etc on my $20 sandwich through DoorDash. I was tired after a 12 hour shift on my feet. While I was putting the missing ingredients on my sandwich a kitten got under my foot and I broke my toe. Out of work now for a couple weeks. I have the receipt, you guys can't just make a sandwich right cuz a delivery or what?
Came to Subway today and the cashier Shakira had an attitude because we asked for a rag to clean off the table because every table was dirty, she had an attitude then came out, it took 5 minutes to wipe off one table. After we ordered she went to the back and started texting on her phone. Did not even say one minute please. She was rude, slow, lazy and looked as if she had not bathed in months. I called and asked to for managers information so I could complain and she unprofessional started yelling and screaming at me. NOTE to Shakira if you can't handle a customers complaint about you maybe you should check your service you give. Oh and if you need some water and soap to bathe I can give you $10.00
DO NOT GO TO THIS SUBWAY. You submit an order online and wait the designated amount of time, you get there and the two ladies there are sitting there talking. The older red headed lady doesn't wear a hair net and I found hair in my food. Tried to take it back and she told me no I have to come back when a managers there? This is my 3RD TIME DOING THIS AND IM TIRED OF IT waiting there for 30 to 45 minutes everytime. They lost a 5 year customer after they told me an online order looks like the one they had yesterday and they won't make my sandwiches. I can't make this up.
It is very rare for me to go out of my way and write a review however this time I had too! This is the second time I encounter an African American gentleman specifically working on the early morning of Sunday March 16th 2025 circa 2:00 AM! The “gentleman” was rude and unprofessional! He did not care to address or acknowledge any customers arriving or exiting the premise! When addressed about the status of the order he erupted at me in a very viscous manner! This is the second encounter I had with the same employee and I do NOT think he is worthy of wearing the SUBWAY JERSEY! Management or owners please have a word with him ASAP he drives the Grey Ford! I WILL BE CONTACTING CORPORATE IF HE IS NOT REMOVED!
Stood at the front of the line for fifteen minutes. Employee at the store walked around and didn’t take anyone’s order or even acknowledge any of us there. Multiple people walked out and we decided to leave as well.
We love Subway, but I am giving this Subway a one star due to a worker. There was an older woman working tonight who we thought treated the younger worker disrespectfully and then we saw her treat a customer rudely. She actually raised her voice to the customer and insulted her. If it had been me, I would have walked out! She should NOT be working in this store! The young gentleman made us a good sandwich. I am happy to change my report! The 2 women today were fantastic!!!
they only have one employee working & she will make all 20 doordash orders before she orders from any of the other 10 people in line. sat in the same spot in like for about 30 minutes.
1901 S 72nd St Suite A-37, Tacoma, WA 98408 This was the address to the subway I visit this is a Subway I visit frequently after I get off of work but the last few months has been going in after work around 11:00 at night it is always been the same workers working there but recently they have new workers and they are horrible customer service . I have never been treated like this in my life but at this Subway the woman that waited on me was new and she was the most rudest girl I've ever met. This Subway should not be open if they treat customers the way they do I have other co-workers that go in there recently has been saying the same thing we are health facility and we go in there a lot but recently we have stopped going to this location just because of the people that is working there . You can't even get a sandwich like you used to get made they do not ever really want to even listen to you and know what you want on your sandwich they are too busy talking to other coworkers or talking on the phone just because it's late or not don't mean you cannot have a professional attitude.
Subway crew was incredibly rude! The lady forgot to put the bacon on the sandwich when it was being toasted, which isn't a big deal I asked if she would heat up the bacon since she put it on the sandwich cold and she yelled it was already cooked. I had coupon and she yelled how I needed to do that online and it didn't apply to all of the sandwiches. Its fine if that is indeed the case even though it didn't say that anywhere on the coupon I just don't feel she needed to snap at me for it. She was also coughing the entire time she was making the food.
Told the women I had gluten sensitivity and ordered a gluten-free sandwich. she put my meat on the counter and then tried to do more than one order. I had to tell her again that she cannot do another sandwich with the same glove. You know i got sick after eating there. I sound have just walked out and dealt with my loss
Every time I come here I'm served by the same difficult employee who doesn't greet customers, doesn't wash her hands, is visibly annoyed to be there, and doesn't even wear a nametag where it can be seen, so I can't even name her. After reading through some of the other reviews, I know other people on here are complaining about her, every review describing the "Rude older woman" sounds like her... Hiring workers with 0 enthusiasm just ruins the location. Thankfully there are lots more in the area.
Just went in to get a sandwich for lunch an the lady gives me the biggest attitude because i want to sub ingredients or add more things to it. Then didn't proceeded to make anything right only give more attitude and not try an make the situation better at all. I wish I would of stayed for this persons name so I could report them but they won't ever get any of my business plus I'm going to tell everyone how horrible they are.
When I went to get some food the lady working there was picking her nose and didn't wash her hands before seeing me and I walked out and didn't get any food please watch out for her it's Thursday at 9:00pm
There was 1 person in front of us and they got 2 sandwiches and the worker took a personalphone call and it took over 30 minutes for her to make those sandwiches. We ended up going somewhere else because the person in front of us had to repeat himself 4 times when it came to what he wanted on the veggie side. Definitely not coming back
Friday August 22nd 2:15pm I stopped into this Subway today and had a very disappointing experience. When I walked in, an employee was sitting at one of the front tables on his phone. I assumed he’d get up to help me, but instead he told me, “I’m on my 15-minute break, I’m not making sandwiches.” When I explained that I couldn’t wait that long, he just shrugged as if it didn’t matter. I understand people need breaks, but the way this was handled was extremely unprofessional and flat-out rude. Being dismissed like that, with no effort to show courtesy or concern, made it clear that customer service wasn’t a priority here. I left irritated and won’t be coming back.
I and at least 3 other customers were turned away. I can only guess the line was too long or something for the employee to handle because they stated they were only processing online orders, even though he was taking the order of a family in front of him. He seemed overwhelmed but it was overall bad service and probably staffing issues. As im writing this in my car in front of the store, i’m seeing more customers come in and then immediately get turned around to leave. It’s 4pm in the afternoon by the way.
Used to be incredible. But as of late anytime we attempt to place an order they cancel the order. The first time they did it I was already at the store and they canceled it as I walked in. The person ignored me completely and gave me dirty looks, however; when a couple of customers walked in they acknowledged them even though I had been standing at the counter where you ordered. When I tried to talk to him to ask why the order had been cancelled I was met with silence and him walking to the back. We haven’t been there since then. Was absolutely shocked and appalled by that. There’s also a big problem with homeless hanging around the building at the entrances.
The subway was rlly dirty and I wasn’t even greeted. I had placed an order for pickup and they were being super snappy and rude at me. While they were talking rudely about a customer they had gotten earlier that day. I got home and opened my sandwiches and both had almost ZERO sauce. Which I mention on the online order to have extra of and put it in the notes as well. And tasted like chemicals. Please be weary of ordering here.
this store actually has really great staff that try their best. franchise owner: HIRE MORE STAFF. I understand you’re a business owner and your bottom line is important to you. However, this store is drastically understaffed. It’s not fair to your staff or your customers. Several times I have missed my lunch break while trying to grab a sandwich because you have one person in the entire restaurant handling DOZENS of online orders as well as walk in customers. I will not be visiting or ordering from this location. It is ridiculous to stand in line for 30 mins to receive a sandwich that takes less than 1min to assemble.
I cannot explain how much of a rip off this location is. I just ordered 3 sandwiches with meals, which I understand typically totals $35 to the highest $45. I'll admit, however, that I did ask for just a little extra cheese on two of the sandwiches. But apparently the person ringing me up obviously misunderstood me and charged me an additional $10 just for adding extra cheese!!! I mean come on! Really?! I would have been more than happen to have taken an extra 30 minutes of my life to have gone and bought a 3 lb. bag of shredded cheese at the grocery store for $3 less than the literally 2 pinches of "extra" cheese shee added and bright it back to her store to replace "all that extra cheese I apparently added to my sandwich." At that price gouging rate for extra cheese you would figure the cheese added to my sandwich would weigh more than the sandwich itself! It's fine if you do not believe me, below is proof for you. For 3 sandwiches cost me a total of $68.30! Please, anyone who happens to see this review and think I am calling subway out simply because I am cheap, let me know because I sure feel like this "inflation" is a simple case of companies attempting to rip people off by price gouging in every single little way they can by simply raising prices. And yes, that means even charging a person an extra $10 for JUST A LITTLE EXTRA CHEESE!!! I will personally never, EVER order food at this location and get ripped off..... AGAIN! Did I mentioned I would NEVER eat here EVER again and pay $10 just for EXTRA CHEESE?! Yep, you heard right. They price gouged me this time but they will never price gouge me again. Thank you, Subway! Thank you for reaching what real "inflation" is that everyone seems to be feeling. I appreciate that. WOW! JUST WOW! Oh, one more thing. I'll be posted just outside the subway entrance with a 3lb bag of shredded cheese for sale. I'll ONLY charge $1.00 per each request of extra cheese, which is a massive 30% discount! I'm gonna make a killing! I guess, however, that this location price gouges so incredibly bad because they have some.kind of special, high end designer cheese. I mean, with prices like I got charged there is no other explanation. Right?
I had ordered a sandwich from subway through doordash, the sandwich was absolutely disgusting, it wasn’t made right. Everything on the Receipt was correct on how I ordered the sandwich but the sandwich it self was a completely different sandwich. I had ordered the Chicken Bacon Ranch on Italian bread toasted with pepper jack cheese, black olives, Mayo, mustard, salt and pepper. What I got on the other hand was an un-toasted sandwich with turkey (like lunch meat you buy from the store in a package) should have been actual chicken, absolutely no bacon, came with Swiss cheese and not pepper jack, and no Mayo on it, also no salt and pepper. There only thing that was right about this sandwich was the olives and mustard. They also added ingredients that should not have been on it. The sandwich is literally called CHICKEN BACON RANCH!!! It’s in the Title of the sandwich on what to put on it🤷🏼♀️
