Shout-out to Domino's management! I ordered a pizza online and got home with an incorrect pizza. I called the store and the manager told me to come get another pizza. I offered to bring the wrong one back but he said it wasn't necessary. I went to the store to get the re-make and found out one of the delivery drivers may have taken it. Eduardo offered another re-make and a brownie for the inconvenience. This isn't the first time this store has done exactly right by customers! My daughter said Eduardo is very sigma! We love Dominoes and will continue to get our pizza here!

They have an amazing wonderful staff. 1st full day of most of the town having power outage and they did great! Lots of staff ,none stressed or panic, steady good pace, took orders walking down the line of people, constantly checking if new orders were needed. Staff stayed very friendly ,like " just a normal day". The wait time was super reasonable, like less than 30 min. Even when they became the only fast food place open after 7pm. Our community really needed them and they worked thru like Champs! Thank you. I was able to bring hot food to 5 households without electricity.

They deliver to the base gate which is nice. Make sure to ask for marinara or garlic sauce if you want any- they won’t automatically bring it.

We got a delicious pizza from here a while back..at the time we placed the order it was super busy and unexpectedly a bus load of kids coming into town on a tournament all ordered pizza so our order was about 30 mins late.. but God love the kids working there.. they pulled it off and got our orders out.. AND the pizza was delicious. Actually the best pizza we ever got from Dominoes. So.. maybe they need to be bombarded with more orders to bring out their best perfromance?

Based on my experiences here, the food has been good. One of my orders that I placed before was inaccurate; something totally different than what I had ordered. Decent customer service. Gets bust here at certain times. Would most likely recommend and return here.

Online orders are a breeze! 1) My kids enjoy following the progress of the pizza online 2) Delivery is fast and the drivers have been very courteous! 3) My thin crust veggie pizza is delicious and the kids enjoy a tasty pepperoni-italian sausage hand-tossed pizza! and 4) Your order can be saved for quick ordering in the future! I recommend online ordering ! It's fun and hassle-free!

The $5.99 deal is alright. Honestly, I liked it when bone-in the wings and specialty wings were for $5.99 each. That is no longer available now they are $6.99 . The only wings that are $5.99 are the boneless with kicker sauce. The pasta bowl is only available in dish no longer in a bread-bowl. Otherwise service is sometimes good, I have ordered online and a few times it was not ready my order. I gave it 4 stars because of the change of price in wings in the $5.99 deal.

Pizza is good but their short on help.had to wait over half hour.

Nothing in this world is good anymore but the pizza was a large $7.99 and 3 topping tasty salami, mushroom, ex cheese ex sauce I couldn't think of toppings with so many on the menu! Next time I know and make it Italian style totally!

Pizza was delivered on time but it looked like they took slices from different pizzas and put it together in a box. We order half cheese half pepperoni when I opened the box the pieces were on top of each other. I gave it 3 stars because at least the driver was nice and even brought us back a soda that was missing.

I tried placing my order four times they put me on hold and then hanged up on me finally on the 5th time someone took my order I get there half of my order is missing and everyone was very rude except one girl that was making pizzas she's the one who took my call she was very helpful

We live in town and they don’t have our address in the system. They told us to use their address and just put our delivery address in the delivery instructions. They call us 50% of the time as if they can’t read the instructions and some of the time it takes a long time to get here (has been over 35 minutes) once it’s out for delivery. That makes for a like warm pizza but we only live 5-10 minutes from dominos. When it comes quickly it’s good pizza but no one likes barely warm delivery...

Edible. Kinda. Don't order the wings. So much skin and fat, hardly any meat. The sauce was terrible. Didn't even seem like BBQ. Pizza was mediocre. They also forgot the ranch I payed for.

This rating is directed directly to the female manager and the female employee who found dismissing my complaint on missing items from my delivery order the way to handle a customer's needs. The female employee was rude from the get go when i asked to speak to her manager she came back and said the manager wanted to know what I wanted she didnt even come to the phone and speak directly to me so instead told the employee to tell me since I didn't call exactly when I received only half my order that there was nothing that could be done end of story. I explained that I did call and that since it was delivered at midnight the store had already closed for the night or atleast stopped answering the phone making it impossible to make my complaint. I was left stunned but to top it off the lack of respect I had received when I asked the employee to ask her manager for her bosses name and number the manager told her to tell.me I can find it myself on the website!!! Reminder the manager never spoke to me the entire conversation was done through the employee. I'm sure I'm not the first person who has been dismissed like this by this female manager who was working yesterday morning.

I had gotten a free medium 2 topping pizza code for delivery only and I was happy about it. I had added one more item on the app for delivery. When I’m about to pay it says I need at least a minimum 15 on my total. This doesn’t include the delivery fee and not including the tip for the driver. So you know what don’t even bother with giving me a dumb coupon like that because I’m not going to buy more food that I don’t need.

Handmade pan pizza is not the same quality as other dominoes I've ordered from. To much heat not enough cooking time. The dough seems always just slightly under cooked. In addition the online order had the wrong toppings and sauce.

Not the first they mess up i gave them as many chances as I could but this last time they didn't even bother to make it right I ordered chicken wings and they gave me garlic bread bites...and when I brought it up corporates said its a private franchise and they would gt back to me. Needless to say they NEVER did. I've since switched to PIZZA HUT and what a difference from delivery to service outstanding im done with domino's in Del Rio. They gave me the blue cheese.....

No notification when delivery was made . Pizza was left outside at my apartment door no doorbell notice at all. They forgot my 2 liter soda. Pizza wasn't even fully cut.

Worst service ever. Normally takes at least 1 min to get a pizza. Half the time you call for delivery and then they forget to put in your order and you have to call back after an hour and replace your order so you actually get your food.

I eat a lot of dominos pizzas so tonight I used the dominoes tracker to order a pizza in Del Rio TX. the tracker said my pizza was ready so I walk into the store. There were staff making pizza and one person walking around aimlessly not showing any interest in me and I was the only customer in the store. so I ask him if my pizza is ready? He asked my name and then said no. I asked if this is the only dominoes in the city and one of the staff members said yes. The person I was talking to was just standing there seemingly uninterested and I asked him what should I do. He said come back when it is ready. So I asked when would that be and he just shrugged his shoulders and walked away. I checked my tracker and my pizza showed it had been ready for almost 10 minutes. I then just said to anyone who might be listening to just forget it, luckily I had not paid for it up front. As I was preparing to drive away the person I had been dealing with informs me that my pizza is ready. No thanks pitiful customer service

45 minutes and no order, really 45 minutes for two sandwiches and then to pay 3.00 delivery and a tip. That was my last order about 3 weeks ago. Today ordered two sandwiches 48 minutes later got a call they did not have enough bread to complete order . Ok really 48 minutes later.. offered me nothing in return just asked what else I wanted. That's great customer service skills. Really disappointed last time I will order from there.

Every time we call they tell us if we can hold, we wait for more than 15 minutes and they never answer again. We call again and they hang up the phone. For the manager or district manager please educate your employees to have a better customer service. They seem to be very young but careless. We are paying for a product and service so we expect better treatment. We had to drive all the way from the lake to place the order. We step in and see the phone keeps ringing and they don’t even bother to answer.

I ordered a Brooklyn crust pizza with 3 toppings, a large and it was like there was no sauce at all on the pizza. The thin crust pizza is much better than this. If this replaced the thin crust they need to go back to the old one. The sauce ratio was that there was no sauce. Not a fan.

Ordered a pepperoni pizza. When I got home, it was a bell pepper, onion and mushroom pizza. I called to let them know. They fixed my order, however my pizza was very cold.... 2 months later I ordered a pepperoni pizza. When I got home, my pizza had 1 piece of bell pepper on it. Very immature and unprofessional. Great example to show my 3 kids the difference between a person who takes pride in what they do vs a person who is upset with life.

Worst dominos ever. First of all the app said my order was ready and had to wait 20 minutes because they sold it wasnt actually ready. Maybe a tech glitch I wont harp on that to bad. However, I asked for no mushrooms online on one of my pizzas and they said it didnt say anything about it. After asking for a refund due to waiting so long and pizza being wrong, they denied me any refund. I asked them to remake the pizza without mushrooms and said no. I can either take the pizza the way it was or they will keep it and give me a credit for it. Why on earth would I want credit to eat an establishment with such a lack of care for their customers? I hope they understand some people are seriously allergic to mushrooms.

Chicken Parm sandwich came with marinara sauce, friend's sandwich came messed up as well. When the order is correct, this location has the worst pizza I've ever had from any Domino's I've ever been to. Nice employees, but I'm never ordering from here again.

So is it the app or the people? The last 2 times we ordered, we were notified (texted) the order was done and when I went to get it, it wasn’t ready. Tonight, they said they had to remake it. I understand things happen, but no apology, no discount, no explanation. Just, it’s going to be about 10 more minutes.

Very poor management and customer service. Food was over cooked and my pasta bowl may have had 10 pieces of pasta in it at best, I called and told them that it wasn’t even half filled and asked to speak with a manager and was hung up on. Then I drove up to the store and told them the issue and they said they would put the money back on my card (I paid with cash). I asked to speak with the manager and they stated they would give me a refund and I still never seen a manager or anything. This place is terrible and I will be contacting corporate because this place is poorly managed and giving dominos a bad look. Will not eat here again and would not suggest anybody else to

If you close at midnight, how do you not have enough delivery drivers to complete ALL orders. I made my on-line order approx. 11:10 p.m. and received a phone call 3 minutes later that delivery was no longer available. My options were to go pick it up, which I couldn't because I was at work, OR CANCEL the order which was suggested by the Domino's EMPLOYEE! I am a night worker and usually make a delivery call around the same time and my mouth was absolutely open during the entire call confused why I would NOT receive delivery. So disappointed, I have no idea if I will EVER order Domino's again.

I tried so hard to like this Domino’s. My husband and I recently moved here and I’ve been really disappointed with the lack of good pizza around here. Usually Domino’s is great but every pizza I try here tastes like cardboard. And tonight, I choked on a long strand of black hair. Absolutely disgusting. Not going back.

Food often shows up at room temperature and takes longer than estimated. When using the Domino's app, the food will say delivered on the app well before food arrives at my home. Update: This location does not deliver food in a timely manner. My last and final order from this location took over 2 hours before I called and cancelled my order. When I called after two hours of waiting, the manager told me my pizza was cold and had not left the store.

Do Not do delivery because they will just drop off your food anywhere. They delivered my food to the wrong address. Luckily, the people who recieved my order were nice enough to call me and let me know they had my food. Never order delivery unless you want it delivered to the wrong address 😡

In a hotel down the street while visiting family. I called twice, long hold. A man answered, "yeah" I asked can I order a pizza, "yeah", I ordered from Pizza Hut. They were nice and delivered a good pizza!

The Del Rio TX location messed up our order tonight. First of all I prefer to order from the app but this location doesn’t allow online ordering. So I had to call the store directly. (I like the accuracy of the app and being able to pay online). After repeating myself several times the employee on the phone hurried through the call, didn’t give me a total or repeat the order at the end of the call. Upon delivery we were missing one pizza. The delivery guy practically ran to the car as I was asking about the missing pizza. Then we called the store directly again. The person on the phone wasn’t very helpful and refused any help. We asked for the manager. The manager claims the problem was we didn’t order the second pizza. (I had 3 other family members present while I was on the phone that heard me). They didn’t offer any help even though we said we wanted the pizza. We were WILLING to pay for it. They didn’t even offer to make one. This was the first time in a while we had ordered from Dominos and it will be the last. Customer service is very lacking at this location. I actually live in Maryland and our local Dominos there has never disappointed.

⭐ 1-Star Review Always Messes Up My Order & Falsely Updates Tracking I’m beyond frustrated with this location. They consistently get my order wrong—missing items, wrong crust, you name it. I put no garlic crust I get home ready to eat and it has garlic crust. On top of that, the tracking system says the pizza is ready, but when I show up, it’s never actually ready. I’ve had to wait around for 20 minutes or more, just standing there, while they scramble to finish an order they claimed was done. It’s not a one-time mistake either. This has happened multiple times, and it feels like they just don’t care. The point of ordering ahead is to avoid waiting around, but that clearly doesn’t apply here. If you want your order accurate and on time, I’d recommend going elsewhere.

This Dominos is notorious for getting my online order wrong, each and every time. This is the final straw and will no longet be giving them my money or business. My husband ordered food last night around 10:30pm. He ordered the Chicken Alfredo pasta for me and for himself, he ordered the Italian Sandwich with extra pepperoni. Let me start on my pasta. There was hardly any sauce on my pasta and hardly any chicken. Not to mention, the bowl is half empty. It looked like someone took a few bites of my pasta and boxed it up. My husband didnt even get the right sandwich. Instead of an Italian sandwich with extra pepperoni he got the Chicken Habenero. A SANDWICH HE DID NOT ORDER!!! He got on the phone and talked to one of the employee about his order. When my husband asked about my pasta the employee told him they were cutting back on produce but still keeping it the same price. So yeah, giving us less food for the same price. Seriously? When he brought up his sandwich, the employee kept bringing excuses saying someone could have made it wrong or it was the driver who was at fault. My husband then demanded a refund of our meal. This employee's service was infuriating as he didn't try to make it better or give us an explanation on why our food came to us the way it did. I praised Domino and their food but this was beyond disappointing. This location is an embarrassment and it seems like their employee's don't want to keep business and couldn't care less in the way they prepare their food. We will never be ordering from them from here on out. I'd advise anyone else to do the same.

I picked pizza for my family on Sunday and got home to burnt pizza. I went back to get my refund for the bad pizza and the manager was nice enough to pretend he refunded me my money. He said it would take 3 days to show up in my account. I will never buy pizza at this place again. What a deceitful manager. I get it, sometimes things go wrong and it’s not anyone’s fault. What is wrong here is that the manager thought it was okay to be deceitful. I never got my money back.
