I LOVE Dominos don’t get me wrong BUTTTT this is the best Dominos! They are fast, always deliver beautiful food and delivery drivers are always super nice. No complaints! I don't care for pizza so I always order wings, sandwich or nothing. The wings were awesome years ago when my mom introduced me to Dominos wings. Over the years and since my original review, they have not been consistent. I complained once they stopped being tossed, because I understand that. But two times since that they were only half covered. So I started getting an extra sauce, to reach my desire of sauce. BUT COME ON, tonight they were still not very saucy after pouring my "dip" over them.

I want you to take a look at this pizza. Seriously, take a look at this. I ordered this pie a couple weeks ago, and honestly, it belongs in a commercial. This half pepperoni half chicken pizza is like that beautiful girl you see at the bar; everything is perfect about her. However, the beauty is so overwhelming that you’re afraid of making a move on her. The same effect happened with this pizza, I was afraid of making a move on my pizza, like I choked in my eating game. Luckily, a dominos pizza doesn’t have a soul, so you don’t have to worry about your pizza rejecting you when you take a bite. Something magical happened with every bite though. Interestingly enough, the pie was just as good as how it looked. I’m not kidding, I’ve been to some of the best pizza places in the country (Regina in Boston, The original Grimaldis in New York, that secret pizza place at the Cosmopolitan in Vegas, etc), and this one Dominos pizza from Teasley Rd in Denton, TX was on par with these places. Someone from corporate needs to come out, give the guy who made this pizza a medal and job as a commercial food artist, as well as kiss the manager for such a job well done. Not only was this the best dominos pizza I’ve ever ordered, this was the single best pizza I’ve ever ordered from a chain pizza joint. Stay awesome.

March 16 is my third time. My pizza was ready upon arrival and consistent to what they posted on the board inside. I have changed the rating to 4 because may be they are listening. This is the second time I went to pick up pizza. Last time I went, on their display monitor it showed my order was ready and when I asked for it, they said it was not ready. I was wondering if that was a mistake or if they were under pressure to show food was ready when it was not. Today they showed it to be ready. I was pessimistic and asked if I can get the order. They said it was not ready. I pointed at the monitor and said that shows it is ready. They said it was not. I said this is the second time you show the order is ready when it is not. He said "we are bombarded today". There is more traffic but they also have more workers. There was no need to present false information. I wonder if the company is putting undue pressure on the employees to misrepresent how quickly they can prepare pizza. Let this be a lesson for other customers. Your pizza may not be ready when it is shown as ready. What else do they exaggerate? How you do anything is how you do everything.

Please pay attention to the stability of the product！！！I used to order this chicken wing, which was very tender and not dry.But today's chicken wings are very dry and hard. This is the second edition: this time I ordered the chicken wings again, and one thing really piss me off, all eight piece All of them are wing roots, not a single one is in the middle of the wings

This location seems to never cut the pizza. I always have to cut it when i get home. You can tell they tried to cut it but didnt put enough force. The toppings are also never consistent. Dont bother buying spinach cause you’re lucky if you get 8 leaves. I commonly get a chicken and bacon ñizza and that always has a fair amount of toppings on it. I always feel like i got what i paid for, but a lot of the veggie toppings are heavily skimped on, which just doesn't make sense to me because veggies are cheaper and have a shorter shelf life so they need to be used more frequently and ordered more frequently. If I order a pepperoni jalapeno pizza i expect there to be jalapenos on every slice. But typically 4 slices have them and the other 4 MIGHT have 1 or a piece of 1. I actually managed pizza restaurants for over 7 year, pizza hut, zalat, zolis, cane rosso, my advice to the manager of this location, be more hands on. Check the food thats going out the window. You shouldnt be letting pizzas leave uncut. You either need. To buy new cutters or tell your cut station to apply more pressure, and you need to tell your make station to follow the toppings charts, they're not suggestions, they are policy.

Normally, I really like this store but, dominos provides a “quality check” which means it is part of your policy. I watched it get skipped and unsurprisingly got the wrong order and domino’s offers a 20% off discount when the default is 15% off any order. Papa John’s has better quality food and because they use DoorDash for delivery, wrong orders are fully refunded, as they should be. I don’t recommend delivery due to dominos lack of responsibility, I tip consistently & other than the one person who decided quality wasn’t a priority, the staff is great and it’s unfortunate I’ll probably never return to ordering from this location again.

Great customer service, not so good at making pizzas. I ordered extra sauce and extra cheese. I didn't get either. Looks like I ordered ordered a pizza with no sauce and light on the cheese and toppings. The young lady that made pizzas that night was in a zone. I watched the young lady make every pizza the same way. She would get a pinch of each toppings, sprinkle on pizza then pick a good percentage of it back off pizza and put back in the the container. Pizza was so dry and skimpy on the toppings I couldn't swallow a bite I chewed of it without water. I almost went to the grocery store to by pizza sauce to add to pizza, because this wasn't edible. I will never go back to this location again. $40 worth of baked bread with no sauce and no toppings. V

It is 3 o clock pm, Front desk guy said pizza will arrive in 20 minutes. After 45 minutes no pizza. I called back, and the front desk tells me, my house is out of their delivery region. Why the first guy did not say that to begin with, plus I told he dropped the ball and very quick hang up on Me after all this bad customer service

I had gotten the coupon that was 2 medium 3 topping pizza for 9.99 each. I ordered it but I pushed the parmesan crust instead. I didn’t realize they would charge me more for it. It looked like a promotion. So they13.99 for each pizza.. which then it was more expensive. I told them that I wanted the 999 pizzas. So then they redid it for me, but it took almost an hour to get it done. I sat in their Domino’s Pizza place and people were coming in. That had already ordered pizzas and then came back to get them and they were gone. You’re still here and I said yup still here.

Love the staff. Always respectful and kind, but my past two orders with this location and they messed up my Pizza. I get 3 toppings, only meats, and somehow end up with veggies on my pizza. The pizza was delicious, but it was not what i ordered at all. I work night shifts so I didn’t realize that they messed up my pizza, and by the time I got home, they were already closed.

Pizza crust was overcooked while toppings were undercooked. Prime example of faulty use of an oven. Re-heated pizza is Undigestible. Dasher/Driver should be promoted as they understand fault in delivery.

This place never gets the pizzas right. I make the same order weekly and they get it wrong about 70% of the time. It truly doesn’t make sense, read the order and do it right. I’ve called the manager and they act like I did something wrong even though this is almost a weekly issue. How do you get a Buffalo chicken pizza wrong every week? The manager acted like a child and kept huffing and puffing on the phone. Absolutely disrespectful and rude, I can’t believe he’s still a manager - he’s terrible.

Be VERY careful ordering online from here. I ordered delivery and was charged twice, and still did not receive some of my items. Always double check your bank account. After recieving the incomplete order, I called and was told they would send the driver back out with the missing items. 30 minutes passed and no one came. So I called again, only to be placed on hold for an additional 5 minutes. I hung up and called back, which they answered immediately (shocker). She said she voided one of my transactions and since no one could get ahold of the driver, I just offered to come pick it up (this is about the point where I regretted tipping the first time). So at this point, I ordered delivery well over an hour ago. By this time, I had to go to the store to pick up anyway and basically paid the delivery fee for no reason. As it stands, I’m out $50+ (double what I expected to pay) and they said they could not give me a return receipt for the supposedly voided transaction. Time will tell if I get my money back, and if I do, I’ll add a star to my rating. But because I had to go to the store myself AFTER ordering delivery, nothing could make the experience worth more than that. I did misplace one item, and the other item I did received after driving myself there and picking it up at the store. So after it was all said and done, I did get a complete order. But the amount of time and effort I had to go through for that was not worth it. And on top of everything else, I will have to reheat everything because at the end of the journey, 2 hours later, everything is of course ice cold. Incredibly disappointing experience, but I do appreciate the $15 coupon they offered for next time at least.

Pizza was completely burnt when I went to go pick it up and they had skimped on the pasta. Not even half full of noodles. A joke. Don’t come to this location unless you wanted to be disappointed.

Horrible customer experience honestly. The man on the phone was definitely not feeling himself and decided to lash out on other people over a mistake. Horrible place to go to, and even more of a terrible place to order from. No idea why he decided to be so rude even when we tried to compromise, but management definitely needs to check on their workers and make sure they're treating everyone with upright respect. Definitely never coming here again and wouldn't recommend it either. I don't know what's going on with his personal life but he definitely needs to be checked.

I called and asked for a manager and the manager didn’t wanna get on the phone or the kid working didn’t wanna get the manager asked what I needed. Then as I’m looking at the dominos app and prices he is arguing with me on what they offer and don’t offer the coupon said it was good for this location, I simply said if you can’t honor it cancel my order n he goes ok I’ll cancel it nothing to try to help. Again I was using the app placed the order n the coupons were applied wasn’t until I got place order that it decided to remove the coupons and sent the order charging me $20 more than price with coupon. Why have app and offer deals if your not gonna honor then. As you can see it’s says YOUR STORE COUPONS for 9.99$ excludes XL which he was like we don’t offer this n that.

I am very dissapointed in this establishment. I have a broken arm and it is hard to use my phone and I wasn’t able to pick up the phone in time. When I was finally able to answer the phone, I got YELLED AT and SCOLDED about not answering the phone. There is no reason to ever yell at a customer. And the wings had no sauce

This will be the last time I order from this location. The last few times they've either gotten part of our order wrong or the driver misdelivers or "can't find the apartment" when I have VERY clear instructions on where we're located. Tonight when I called to check on where our pizza was I was told there was no apartment on the order and they didn't have the correct phone number (which I've changed in their system months ago). Finally get the pizza and of course, part of the order is wrong. Absolutely done.

Every time I order it’s terrible. I’m not an idiot but six months go by and I wonder “hey maybe it’ll be good this time”. It’s not. It never is. I ordered last night and it was awful. How does the pizza have almost no sauce? Doesn’t a machine do the sauce? How does the sauce get messed up? Even when food is good they forget the blue cheese. It’s just not worth it. They’re consistently bad even though the people working there are likely different every time I order. It’s bad regardless.

They didnt cut my pizza (which is no big deal) but my dough was still raw. That's why i stopped ordering from this location for like 4 months. 2nd update I recently started ordering again and they were doing so good. But I ordered a 32 pc wings w buffalo sauce on it and they just tinlked some sauce on it. Come on I don't mind buying extra sauce but on the website and indoor order screens they looked at least dipped. 4-14-23
