Recently discovered Marco’s. My family are big pizza eaters and Marco’s is now at the top of our list. Great taste and variety!!! Recently had a great service experience. As part of our online order, we had a one topping pizza. Most of the family wanted cheese, with my wife liking pineapple. Not needing as much pineapple to justify a 50/50 split, after making my order, I call the store, and asked if I could have just 3 slices with pineapple. After a short internal discussion, they came back and said they would be happy to do that. A little thing that made a big impression. Great Customer Service!!!

We used to order at Marco's Pizza when we lived at our former residence. That location was on I believe University St. Now in our present residence, on E. McKinney St. I figured that we could order at the one on Teasley, since it's not too far. Well, my beautiful sister ordered me a medium combination pizza along with some chicken wings in the amount of 15. When the order was what I asked for, the toppings were pepperoni, sausage, onions, bell peppers, and black olives with extra cheese. I received the pizza, ate it, and of course it was good, but going further, I found MUSHROOMS in it! I did not ASK for mushrooms-just what I asked for on the pizza! Come on now! This can not be this hard to understand what I want! Considering the fact that it's cut in squares, (which I don't like) y'all need to do better!

Bought the meat lovers and deluxe pizza and the cheesy bread. The pizza was okay not the best pizza that I had. The cheesy bread was a big NO.

We usually love Marco's Pizza. In this economy it's a rare treat for us, so we were pretty disappointed when we opened the box and this is what we got.

The biggest issue was the delivery process. Our pizza sat for a long time after it was marked as done, waiting for a third-party “courier” to pick it up. It took nearly 40 minutes to receive our order after the order was placed, even though the store is only about 2 miles away. By the time it arrived, the pizza was lukewarm and we had to reheat it in the oven just to enjoy it. I strongly suggest Marco’s consider hiring dedicated delivery drivers, similar to Domino’s. Relying on couriers clearly impacts food quality and the overall customer experience. The couriers don’t even use pizza warming bags. On top of that, the pizza itself was disappointing. The crust was excessive! We had at least 2 to 3 inches of crust before the toppings even started on a medium pizza, which felt pretty ridiculous and unbalanced.

It’s very clear that the employees do not read the online order tickets this has been the 3rd time in a row that my order has been incorrect I always request triangle cut on my thin cut pizza and it’s always cut in square’s, I attempted to help them by requesting the pizza not be cut at all this time and I also request triple old style pepperoni only and like usual they added regular pepperoni i have been trying to be understanding but I will take my business elsewhere here’s the proof

Arrived at my pickup time but ended waiting over 40 minutes. Overheard one of the employees say they have a deal with a local trampoline park and they were getting slammed with orders from them. Good for them. Not good for me. Poor planning and not enough staff to deal with the orders. Love the pizza but not too crazy about this location any more. When finally ready they did not even offer any coupons, etc. for the inconvenience. Get the pizza home and it’s half crust! Not a good experience at all! Update: received a call from the owner and he credited my purchase amount and apologized for the poor experience. We returned and had a much better experience. I appreciate the follow up and fee they handled the issue very well.

Just ordered a XLarge BBQ chicken pizza and we got pizza with just Salami. I wonder what is Marcos pizza thinking when customer orders a bbq chicken and gets only salami. This has been a very disappointing experience and this is a last time we are ordering from Marcos pizza. Just to prove what I ordered, I also attached the order screenshot.

Ordered some pizza for pick-up on Monday 11/20. The pick-up was a total disaster. That I can tell you. Very disorganized. My 2 pizzas were sitting there for maybe 15 minutes while they got to a pizzoli. People were not being greeted at arrival to see why there were there. One lady was yelling and pretty upset. Fortunately the pizza, although not the hottest because it was sitting around so long, was still good. I'll be nice and give them 3 stars and hope this was just a fluke because this place has a good rating. If it wasn't a fluke then I don't know why anyone would keep putting up with service issues like this on a regular basis. UPDATE 2023-11-21: After looking at my receipt and what they charged me compared to what they were suppose to, it looks like they charged an unauthorized $3 gratuity... wow.... NOT ACCEPTABLE... especially since the service was so bad. One star. UPDATE 2024-01-12: They responded to this review and said they wanted to make things right. I provided some additional information. They never got back to me to make things right.

Placed an order at 8 o clock and when we finally got home an hour and an half later opened the box and found the order was wrong. Which nothing wrong with that mistakes happen and it’s an easy fix. However when I called up to the store the person who answered the phone… Carmen, was very rude and when I offered to bring the pizza back up there because what do we have to lie about, said she didn’t care about that because she made the order herself. She then stated what do you want me to do about it we have 30 minutes til close and that she could remake it or credit me, which again I had no problem with as mistakes happen, she was however very rude for no reason.
