Taco Bueno has my been my go-to for fast food Tex-Mex, but I have to admit the quality has declined over the years. While I understand it's fast food, the freshness and flavor just aren’t what they used to be. On top of that, the value for what you get has diminished—portions seem smaller, and the prices feel higher for what’s offered. That said, the staff has always been friendly and helpful, which is a bright spot. I really hope they can improve and get back to the level of quality that made Taco Bueno a favorite.

My queso was put in the bag side ways so half of it was in the bag and all over everything else. And they put the sauce on the beans when I asked not to. So annoying I have to cleaning everything and it’s not even what I what to eat

firstly foods great fantastic even by my fiance and I entered the lobby to order and were told the lobby was closed so we wouldn't be able to eat in, that is normal what was not normal, legal or acceptable was being locked in and not being able to leave till a manager unlocked the front door for us after receiving our order

Order #451504 Rice was dry (overcooked) and not seasoned to have taste. The soft tacos and burritos were greasy to the point the grease actually dripped. Dr Peppers were heavy syrup with no carbonation. A 34 meal I would not purchase again. The only nice person was the young man who brought my to go order out to me. The grown man behind the counter not so much. Not nice at all.

Sign says that drive-thru is open until 12am, that’s a lie! I got here at 11:20pm expecting to get a Chicken Potato Burrito but drive thru was blocked and inside closes at 11pm so I’m pissed! Wish we had it in Round Rock!

I had ordered at the wrong store so I called them to tell them that we are really far as our way to cancel it. They would not let us cancel it. The phone wouldn’t let us do it on the app so I had asked her can you not make it yet or can you remake it when we get there because it’s going to be cold she said yes that’s fine over the phone. We get there There’s a big argument said they couldn’t make it since nothing was wrong with it well when I finally got home and reheated my food to try it not only did it taste weird but it also had sauce that we asked to take off because it’s spicy and my little four-year-old doesn’t do spicy that’s sad had to go elsewhere to feed her hopefully with calling corporate, we get our money back

I ordered two Muchacos, One beef and one chicken, and let me tell you, I was very upset that my chicken muchaco barely had chicken. You have to pay over $4 for one chicken muchaco and they don’t even fill it up with chicken. It looks like they took two pieces of chicken and tried to shred it…y’all need to get it together bueno. At this point, Taco Bell even gives more than that and they’ve Always been greedy with portions.

Last time my girlfriend ate here her meat was undercooked and this time I thought saw a burnt pice of chicken and I took it out and saw that its a june bug! This is disgusting and the undercooked meat is dangerous. This place was pretty solid and we ate here all the time but after these past few incidents we will never eat here again. Absolutely disgusting

As usual in a college town, the hours say 24 hours, but they do what they want. I showed up at 11:30 and some kid was blocking off the drive thru. He went back inside without even the courtesy of telling me why and locked the door. There were multiple adults, little children, inside.
