Despite being overwhelming understaffed was still acknowledged and taken care of in a timely manner. The food was hot and delicious. Definitely worth the 30 minute trip from Gainesville. Look forward to eating here again.

I grab dinner here, my lunch. I can never not enjoy the tortillas, they are Great and excellent for a fast food restaurant. I always have fajita meat, beef or chicken my preference being beef of course. I enjoy their queso as well, alongside an order of rice and beans and add queso, this is my meal regularly, thank you Taco Cabana!

I hadn’t gone to Taco Cabana in a while but I decided to stop last night and Mayra at the window was so sweet! She took care of my order super fast, was very knowledgeable about any questions I had about the menu, and overall made it a great experience.

The food at this location is amazing, the staff member Katelyn was a lot of help on helping me choose which meal is the best. I’d highly recommend trying the Cabana Bowl because yum 😋 definitely will be coming back. ROCK ON TACO CABANA!!!

Taco Cabana is one of my favorite fast food Mexican restaurants. Food is always tasty, fresh, and I love the variety. Prices are excellent. I love getting a dozen tortillas for home too, amazing tortillas and great price. This location however has some of the rudest employees. I always second guess stopping due to the people’s attitude that will be taking my order. I understand they probably deal with ugly people throughout the day but I just wish they would give each customer a chance.

I have a love hate relationship with this particular location. The drive thru is the best option otherwise you’ll wait a while for service inside. The employees are okay with subpar service. Like many places they seem understaffed. I’m always kind. The food is usually good.

I always stop in here for a quick lunch. The food is always fresh and timely. During my last visit, I ordered a cabana bowl with ground beef and a small queso (3oz.) Because who orders Mexican cuisine without queso!? Upon driving away, I noticed that my server forgot to place it in the bag...I came back and let them know and the manager replaced my small queso with an 8oz for free. She expressed gratitude for me mentioning it without issue and apologized for me having to drive back for it.

I purchased the Rise and Grind breakfast with 2 flour tortillas (potatoes and eggs), hash brown, Tropicana lemonade. The tortillas were fresh and delicious. The hash brown was good perfectly, and the lemonade was good and delicious.

Walked in and ordered chicken tacos plate. I went to wash my hands and noticed the bathroom was clean. I sat down and shortly after my food was delivered. Food portions were good and my plate came with extra tortillas. Everything tasted good but what stood out was the chicken, it was grilled, was not dry, and the seasoning was super good. The second thing I noticed was the tortillas were really good and hot. The inside was spacious and I felt relaxed as I ate my food.

Their soda machine was down in the front and they we're out of alot of stuff and they served browned guacamole. The buffalo chicken trio was really good and so was the regular trio.

While I'm all for giving handicapped people the opportunity to be productive to society, not at the risk of doing customers a disservice. This location has a employee who is obviously physically challenged due to the fact that he needs a walker to get around. He also has cognitive disabilities that makes it difficult for him to effectively take orders correctly. Other than standing at the register, there's probably no other job that he can do. Twice I've been to this store, and both times a manager had to assist in getting the order correct.

We've been a few times, and one of the times they were out of steak fajitas, and then another time we went, they got my order wrong. I asked for a shell less cabana bowl, and when I got my order, I received a shelled cabana bowl. I was not pleased at all. I guess be careful when you choose to go because you'll never know what you'll end up getting.

When my friend and I entered the building, there was a distinct "bathroom smell" greeting us. We had to wait about 5 minutes until we were greeted(there was no line) by Reginald, the shift manager. He was very friendly and gave great customer service as we were placing our order. He even gave us a senior discount without being asked(yes, we were both old enough for that😊). We then got ourselves a drink from the self-serve corner and sat down. We had to wait 25 minutes (and it was not busy at all)for our food. Reginald offered free dessert for the long wait when he brought the food to us. The food was hot when we received it, so at least it had not been sitting somewhere getting cold. I did like the chips and queso. It was just right, not too runny or too spicy. I'd come back for that. They just need to speed up their service some.

My husband and I did not care for the food at all. This was my first time eating at a Taco Cabana, and I'm very disappointed. I'm not sure if this is how the food is at all their locations, but I was absolutely not impressed. Save your money and eat at Taco Bueno.

Restaurant wasn’t very clean. Waited at the counter for at least 5 minutes, before anyone took my order. I could have sat down at Texas Roadhouse, during peak hours and got my food faster than I did here. All I had was 2 steak fajita tacos. Staff was friendly for the most part, that’s the only reason for the extra Star.

Did takeout while traveling. Went in to use the bathroom and order food to go. The bathroom was a mess, the eating area had food all over, and it took way too long to make the food. Skip this one and find the next cabana.

The past 3 times I've gone they have raken a really long time to get Mt food out and this last time, it wasn't even what I ordered. It seemed like they just through whatever in the bag to get me out of there. So many people seem to be working in the back but time management and order accuracy is not a priority.

This may be the worst Taco Cabana I've ever gone to. The services horrible. The food is bland and doesn't even taste like Taco Cabana food. And when you look inside the store, people are just screwing around or it's understaffed? Or there's people walking around with long hair and no netting it's gross... I will not be going back to this place

Great food but awful management. No respect for your time or money. Employees will walk past you without acknowledging you exist as you wait 15 minutes at the counter. Will knowingly leave out food items and not compensate or replace. Repeatedly paid extra for sauces, and they will simply not give them. When you confront them, they will tell you that it's out of stock. Been out of dulce de leche sauce for two weeks now, paid extra for it each time, never got money back. Such a shame, as they do a really good job with the food. The management and terrible customer service will drive this place in the ground. This behavior is consistent and negligent, been going here for a couple years now. If they change their management and employees, man, this would be a nice place to eat.

I placed my order at the drive thru. After driving off, I realized I forgot to get the water I PAID for. Instead of getting back in line, I went into the restaurant and kindly told the cashier I did not get my water. She rolled her eyes and handed me a small plastic courtesy cup. I told her "a bottle" but she then gave me a medium cup and walked off without a word. I just took it and didn't make a big deal of it. My food was fine but the service this women provided sucks. I recommend management go in and take a look at the cleanliness of this place also.

Service was good, staff were really nice too. The issue is with the food itself, it felt tasteless and lacked flavor. Tables were dirty too. It’s little pricier than the other Mexican food chains.

Steak Cabana bowl was burnt steak and salty. They added pico de gallo in the bowl so it was spicy and I didn't enjoy it all. I was not able to go back and let them know or ask for them to please fix it. Area was nice and lots of shops near by. Went through drive thru and service was good.

When we arrived and walked in you we were greeted with a horrible sewer odor. There was only 4 customer's total in the building. 2 of those in front of us. We ordered in a timely manner. The lady taking the order was not friendly or positive. It was obvious she didn't want to be there. It took 20 mins to get the two food items we ordered. The food was hot and mostly okay. Nothing special at this location. The salsa bar was empty and the tables were dirty. We will not visit this location again, maybe skip it all together and go to El Fenix.

I used to get full off the Cabana Bowl. That's the only thing I order from TC. 43 years old. 0I've had my share of them. Now I understand our economy has taken a hit and prices have inflated. We all pay the extra costs. But if you are going to charge almost $10 for the bowl... At least put some food in it. The condiment bar shouldn't be where I have to fill up This pay more and get less is just wrong. Sorry but I'm hangry. Shout out to the Lewisville store on Main. They fill up nicely everytime. Ill drive there from now on

I waited over an hour for a DoorDash order, with the employee being very snappy and rude with all of the customers. Service was so slow, others had waited over and hour and ended up having to abandon orders to go places 30 minutes after they had been told they would get their food. They never told anyone wait times unless asked and were very vague with their answers. I wouldn’t recommend going here—or ordering from here if you’re on a time crunch!!

Do not go here, do not order catering and expect it to be to done. Terrible service and terrible staff and disrespectful. Taco cabana I spent over 50$ on catering for you to rush and not give me a proper breakfast tray. Unbelievable. Not including waiting 30 minutes past my pick up time.

Came in around 6, ordered food for the family. No other customers. After I paid, the employees just sat there - on their phones. No one moved to cook our order for 30 minutes. When we tried to get someone’s attention at the counter, we were ignored completely. Finally got the girl to make eye contact and asked about our order - she said “I’m taking orders and making food, what else do you want from me?” But she wasn’t- she wasn’t doing anything but looking at her phone. We showed the time stamp that it had been 30 minutes. She said “whatever” and walked away. What the heck? Fire the workers who are literally not doing anything, or you’ll end up having to close this location like you had to close the one on 288.

Horrible customer service from sierra! We had to go back twice and she gave a car of 4 2 little tiny salsas and we spend over 40$!!!! How is that enough the second time coming the first we got none at all.

I've ordered food through the Taco Cabana app twice, and both times I've gone to pick it up, they've told me my order was picked up by a delivery driver. They are incredibly slow to make the orders already, but having to wait even longer because they can't seem to give orders to the right people is incredibly frustrating. Go to Fuzzy's instead!

I went to pick up an order for delivery. Waited 10 min before anyone said a word then when they finally did I waited another 10 minutes for the order. There’s nobody ever at the counter another employee walking around looking up at the signs and several employees in the kitchen so they aren’t short staffed. Just no customer service and seem to work on one order at a time?

This is by far the worst Taco Cabana I have ever been to. The service is always bad and the workers are always rude. I went through the drive-thru to get breakfast tacos today and the guy working the window light through his teeth and said they were out of salsa at 10:00 in the morning. So I walked into the salsa bar and got my own. The breakfast tacos are worth the annoyance a couple of times a month. Other than that, I strongly recommend not going to this dump.

I have always loved Taco Cabana. This was the worst experience I've ever had with them and the second worst was the same location off of University in Denton Texas. The food was all dried out, and the chicken was burnt. Please do better.

Made an order a day prior (6/1/23) for 8:00 a.m. pick up the next day (6/2/23) for 120 people. Guess what.. they started making my order at 8:10 a.m. the next day when the meeting started at 8:30. 😮‍💨 Sadly I tried to wait only for the order to come out incorrect. I have to say this the worst service in my 40yrs of living! I showed up to the meeting late with no food! 120 mad people! Taco Cabana's online customer service is even worse! I waited on the phone to get a refund which took longer to get a person the phone than it took to make the incorrect order! Taco Cabana- Denton Tx.. will not get any catering business from our sales team again! Thanks for nothing! I would add a pic, but I got nothing!

I had this exact experience a few months ago and told myself that I would need to have an alternative place for breakfast pickup for my staff. But I tried it again anyways and here is what happened. I did curbside to be picked up and I decided to head inside to grab it. Everyone in the kitchen refuses to look at you if you are at the counter, even if they don't help, they will not even look for someone to help. After about 10 minutes and becoming late for work, I call the curbside number and I was sent to voicemail while I'm in the store being ignored by employees. No one else is there. I call again and they finally answer and come around the corner . The service is really bad, the food is what you expect.

We just left the store in Denton Texas after ordering $30+ worth of food and only thing edible was the chips and queso and rice! I ordered the new chili pie quesadilla and they didn’t have everything to make it. That can be excused however the BURNT steak quesadilla that they replaced it with was not!! My husband ordered the Hatch chili taco meal and was told that it came with rice and beans but after he added a drink the rice and beans were replaced with chips and queso which he does not even eat. Aside from the food the store was extremely dirty!!! Tables were dirty, salsa bar was a mess along with the drink station! The entire store floor was sticky!!! When we walked in there was no employees to be found and finally one came out to take our order. I went up to voice my concern with our meal and had to call out for someone to come to the front to help me! Customer service is not hard! Do better Cabana!! I only gave this one star because that’s the lowest thing available! Should be a zero!!!!

Rude manager. Acted like he owned the place when my friend put a little bit of soda into a water cup. I understand that is technically wrong, but most places couldn’t care less if you did that. We ordered $15 worth of food and I came back to order more food. That’s when the manager was on a power trip and was rude to me and my friend about the water cup. He acted like we just stole all the meat out of the freezer and left. Terrible service. Would not recommend.

Holy cow never stop here. The place looks disgusting. Grill looks like it’s covered in charcoal (which is odd for a flat top), tortillas out and open just next to dirty rags and bottles of spray cleaner. It was like 15 degrees inside and gloomy as hell. The bathrooms we’re disgusting. Stood there for 10 minutes no service and line continued to build behind me. Politely called out - no response. Tried to be a little louder - the employee finally appeared to ask me to lower my voice. When I let her know how long everyone had been waiting her response was “I can’t do anything about that.” Which at this point I gave up and left. My family and I look forward to this stop coming into Texas. Never again. That may have been the worst taco place I’ve ever seen, and I’ve seen some trash t bells. This is by far the worst

Pickup order, food was cold within 2 minute drive home, they forgot the taco and flauta in the sampler meal, and threw guac for another dish into a different meal tray on top of side of rice. Rice wasn't cooked properly (hard and crunchy) and flauta were not fried properly (soft, not crunchy). Upon walking in, had to wait 5 minutes with multiple employees walking past me before a different employee came to the counter, and as I was leaving, another customer had just come back from a pickup complaining they got the food wrong.

I quit going to taco cabana when they closed the one hy UNT. Tonight I needed to patio bad and thought I would try this new one. I actually checked on here and saw it was listed as the 24 hour location. I walked in an unlocked door and saw guests dining at tables. The young man at the counter politely asked what I wanted and then a white female who appeared ti be having a temper tantrum rushed by me and without slowing down, rudely blasted me with "Just so you know, it's gonna be a to go order, because we're closing." She didn't even soow down enough tobhear me tell thy he younger than guy that i just wouldn't order at all. She then flounced out behind me and violently shook open the doors before locking them. I would havr been happy to go thru the drive thru if their dining room was closed, but I will never eat at taco cabana in denton again after having their employees bark at me like an insolent 5 year old. I sat in the truck and watched her storming around the restaurant putting other customers on blast. She should definitely not be working in customer service at all.

3rd world typical restaurant in failing America. Lack of hygiene standards and service. You don’t wear gloves to touch everything including the register, cash and food. No point in the gloves. 22 minutes for undercooked tacos. Disgusting place and forever lost as a customer at ALL locations. Gross

Disappointed in this food industry, nasty attitudes, food was nasty, cussed bc they took almost a hour to make our food and my husband was fed up with it, also along with it they left us a nice present and nasty glove with whatever nasty stuff was on it.

Very cold in the dining room. Like really cold. At least 65 degrees. Go some warmth sitting by the windows. Another customer was joking with me about how freezing cold it was. The manager took my order. When asked him about any recommendations he didn’t offer any. Just said everything is good. He should be managing the walls in the kitchen as his personality is as bland as base water and plants. Remove him from taking orders please. First time here and no reason to return.

My husband and I felt literally sick after eating here tonight. We had Taco Cabana a year ago in Frisco, and it was good, so we thought we'd try it here in Denton. Big mistake! I got the beef crunch pizza (like a Mexican pizza), and my husband got the 3 carne asada street tacos - something he loves practically everywhere we go. The filling in the pizza tasted strange, like something was off. It had the consistency of pate style cat food - and a bit of the flavor. No sauce on top, just sour cream and like 5 diced tomato pieces. Not like the photos. My husband's corn tortillas smelled (and he said tasted) like plastic yoga mat. They were rubbery and inedible. The carne asada had zero seasoning or flavor and was rubbery. All in all, a big waste of time, money, gas, and now - hours later - we both still have stomach aches and regret it completely. The girls working the drive thru were friendly and professional. That's the only positive thing I can say.

We ordered food online at 9:10am went to pick up at 9:26 like it said for 2 burittos and 4 tacos and there was a huge line inside everyone waiting and nobody helping. My husband went in at 9:35 and waited until 9:45 with nobody helping we left to get to a football game and one of us went back to wait. Upon arriving again not a soul was helping and still a huge line. Finally after yelling at someone to help my husband got our food an hour later!!! Then it’s not even correct. Stay away from this place we are getting a refund but nobody there can help. I’m contacting them and demanding my money back and we will never go here again!!!

I ordered at 5:33 pm and got my food at 6pm. Apparently only 2 people were working. The chips tasted like stale oil. My steak fajitas was burnt to a crisp. I would have tried to exchange it but didn't think I could do so quickly. The tables were all dirty as well. I don't blame the workers 2 people manning register, drive thru and cooking is crazy. The owner needs to pay better and staff better.

Please update the hours… why does it say the store is open until 2am if no one is going to take orders past 12am… on a Friday.. I’m pretty sure the workers were just inside and choosing not to take my order at the intercom or window.

I came to this location today and ordered several items after waiting in the drive thru for over 20 minutes i received my order. I was passing through headed to Oklahoma City. After getting home I realized my order only had my beef nachos and nothing else. Of course because I was not in Denton I couldn't go back to the restaurant. I'm disappointed that they don't take the time to check their customer's orders. Below is a copy of the receipt. DO BETTER THIS IS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Advertising their new Carne Asada Meals. I chose the meal. This is what I received. Excepted 3 full Carne Asado Tacos with “meat” involved. Advertisement and their delivery at this location is a big fat ZERO. The tortillas were nothing but grease. Rice was covered by 1/4 of an avocado that was supposed to be guacamole but instead saved to cover up the small amount of rice given. Save your money. Total Dissatisfaction and Money wasted. If it’s $10 or less, it’s money.

11/1/25 Sat in drive through for 12 minutes then about 5 vehicles and I backed out and left. The van in front of me took the turnout and left. Again, sorry service. Manager, you are losing business due to the poor service. Tried to call to complain, they know how pathetic they are, because they have installed a voice ignore system where nobody answers. The company used to be excellent, but Tavo Cabana senior management no longer cares. No wonder their are fewer and fewer of them left. 8/4/25 Manager must have shared my last review with employees. Counter employee apologized. Service was much better. Bacon was cooked. Thank you. ________________________ 8/2/25 Drive through. I was served raw bacon after asking for the bacon to be well done. The caliber of employees has not gotten any better since my last review. Sad, but this has become all to common in food establishments. Drove back to the place to show them. Lady at counter said she would remake them, after she took the next few orders. Asked for the manager. She came out, saw the raw bacon, and then saw the bacon staged on the counter for other orders. She made the "kid" regrill the raw (partially cooked) bacon. There are so few decent fast food choices in Denton, TX. As I was writing this review, an employee was leaving. Their vehicle was parked in the space closest to the door. Excellent customer service. ________________________ Entered the lobby before it closed at 10 p.m. The lady at the register told me after I told her what I wanted, "That's to go cause our lobby is closed." Very interesting how they treat the customer who is paying their salary. Also, everyone was walking around with their cellphones in their hands, texting.

Whoever was working drive through around 12:10pm on 8/9/25 actually had me wondering why I even chose to eat here for lunch. Dude on the mic was super mumbly, couldnt hear him at all. Cut me off mid order and just told me to pull up. Told them our order, was waiting over 15 minutes for our order. For context, we got one order of 12ct flautas, one order of cheese enchiladas (2ct), and a separate order of 3ct flautas, and two large dr peppers. When we got to the window we repeated out order since they did cut us off. After waiting 10 mins we got our 12ct of flautas , however was given a large sweet tea. we returned it back and was given a regular size dr pepper. back to waiting another 5 mins, some other person came to the window asking what we had. we repeated what we were waiting on, but she left half way through us talking. They handed us a bag of our enchiladas and said “have a nice day” but we were still missing our 3ct of flautas. ended up having to park and walk inside, which lead us to waiting another 8ish minutes. Kept getting asked if we were sure the flautas werent in the bag or in the box like no mamn if they were then I wouldnt be here… asking for them… wouldve loved to show my receipt except oh.. I was never given one :/ The guy that was taking our order was folding boxes in the lobby and talking to someone that wasnt an employee. i hope yall was talking about how to be a better employee cause im not sure what else is more important in that moment. meanwhile the kitchen looked like a mess. at this point yall just need to clean house, especially with lunch being a prime money making time for a restaurant… Unfortunately I did really like this place but this definitely changed my mind on ever coming back.

I went to pickup doordash order waited for 15 mins near window there are employees inside but no one responded to me or said they were closed. Atleast i wouldn’t get disappointed if they did basic communication. They need to teach their employees how to communicate.

Every time you come to this place, they are out of something. No Fuego sauce 99% of the time it took me 25 minutes in the drive-through for four burritos. The manager was rude. I had to ask for my receipt because if you don’t have a receipt and they screw your food up. They won’t replace it. This place needs some help.

Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru just to be told it would be another 20 minutes for a taco 12 pack during breakfast hours. Get it together!

June 08, 2025, 1PM. We had enchiladas w/ beef, soft taco w/ chicken, black and refried beans, drink and margarita. The lettuce was good. Place is dirty, stuff on the floor, tables need cleaning. Food should be rejected, go to any other place around. 7-UP too watery, tried Big Red, the same. Shame on the owner for not staffing up, there were two employees covering the front, drive thru, cooking, serving and clean up. Too expensive for what you get, $26.

I ordered through instacart. I never received a call they canceled my order. It was already 9 p.m. No dinner for us I guess. When I reached out to instacart, I was treated rudely. I am including a screen shot of conversation.

Terrible service, tortillas were dried out or old, fajita meat was the worst meat I've ever had and my food was thrown together in the bag..... if you dont want to work there then quit! Don't ruin everyone else's lunch with this type of service standards!

Food was charred. Meat in steak fajita tacos was burnt to a crisp. Cabana bowl had two blackened pieces of chicken swimming in beans. Waited 12mins at counter for someone to come and counter area not cleaned. Come on TC this isnt how I remember you!!!

Had a mikdew smell near the bathroom, floor and tables were sticky, taco only filled a quarter of the taco, definitely not worth the money you pay. Yes its fast food but charge fast food prices. The taco was worth 99cents not $3/$4. First and last time trying.

As a trained chef I tend to looks for sanitation rules being followed in restaurants and have the say, these workers seem to have zero clue on sanitation. Bare handing meat/toppings to put in tacos, then immediately going on their phone and repeating the same process. Floors were also a mess. Workers were very nice but I’d rather have mean works and sanitary food.

Fajita melts had no queso on them! We also didn't get the extra side of tortillas we ordered and only got like 2 sauces out of the 10 we requested for a larger order for multiple people. Now our food is bland and my coworker is hangry cuz he didn't get his tortillas. Who will right this injustice?

Literally ordered ONE taco! Took 14 minutes!! Another guy came in for his mobile order and they didn’t even make it till he got there. Staff are walking around in a daze and seem to be taking turns cooking on the grill. Even the worker that was out cleaning tables and sweeping. Did NOT wash their hands before flipping some tortillas on the grill. And the grill…looks like it hasn’t been cleaned since last year’s spring cleaning project!

Worst food ever Taco Cabana you have gone down drastically was craving a cabana bowl n brisket tacos . Got home me and the wife had to throw it away . It was not edible at ,Sad. Hard rice ! Dried out meat hard tortillas bland I know it had to be sitting there for awhile.luke warm as well. Will not return. Once u put a bad taste in my mouth that’s it. I don’t want free food I’m just stating the facts! Get new workers that care about your business. Deliver to the customers fresh hot tasty food. Easy!

We ordered in and ended up waiting long enough for the food that we had to go back to the counter and ask about it. Got our food finally, and the enchilada on my Mexican plate had a black hair in it. Gross. The Mexican plate was also missing the taco that comes with it. After finding the hair I didn't want to go back and ask for the missing taco.

Sadly taco cabana is nearing the end of their era. Rerouted to get a taco box during breakfast hours. Waited in like 15-20 minutes and get to the window to say that it’ll be another 15-20 minutes. Supposed to be fast food, not 30 minute wait food. Please next time at the intercoms tell people it will be another 20 minute wait so they can pull out of the line if they so please.

Closes at 2am. Workers decided that 1:45 was the time to close. Here lies the issue, two Uber Eats orders that someone paid for and a Uber driver arriving to pickup food. Workers just shrug through the window as they are cleaning. This highlights how uber and taco cabana colllude to prey and steal from drivers. I spent the time and miles to goto the store and since the workers decided to close early, I lose without recourse. One star for all restaurants that support taking advantage of gig workers.

Came to drive thru to pick up food no answer drove up to window no one in there it states closing at 2am yet no one was in there. Horrible. I waited at least 10 minutes

I love TC, and it’s the only location we have in Denton. However, they’re always short-staffed and incredibly slow. I even ordered breakfast tacos ahead through the app, and it still took over 40 minutes. Are they cutting costs by not hiring enough employees?

The lady that took my order was super rude. I am a overly polite person and she was sitting there asking me to pull forward before i was finished ordering- like literally mid sentence. and then she gave me the wrong tacos after that and the meat was super dry like it had been sitting in the heat lamp a while. Basically just stole 10 $ from me. Dont go here.

This location is awful!! I’m so disgusted!! We stopped at this location on our way home and had 3 cars ahead of in the drive thru. After waiting 20 minutes (literally) at the speaker, no one took our order. We pulled out of line and my husband went in to order. My 4 year old daughter and I sat in the car texting him for 45 minutes waiting on our food. My husband asked several times for a refund so we could leave and get our daughter home only to be told, “ it’s almost ready” ,” couple more minutes.” He finally came out and we opened our food which was completely cold and inedible. I just don’t understand. Total we waited an hour and five minutes for food we couldn’t eat. I would have been understanding had they been super busy but uhhhh 3 cars in the drive thru and 2 people inside is not busy. This location really needs to do better. I want a full refund and will be pursuing this. $37 and an hr wasted for “fast food”

We ordered breakfast tacos and coffee. The lid for the coffee was not secure and spilled in our vehicle. We had 2 steak and egg tacos and 1 fajita taco. The meat was burnt and tasted terrible. We ordered 5 other egg tacos. All the tacos were terribly wrapped. It was so bad that when we opened the bag tograb the tacos, we had egg all over our hands. These tacos were not wrapped properly and just spilled in bag. I would have taken the order back but we were on a fishing trip and couldn't double back. I need a full refund. Check your food before you pull off.

Awful lunch experience, if 0 was an option I’d have put it. 30 min from start to finish in a drive thru. Food looked like it had been stood on, broken and the nachos didn’t even have the toppings. Multiple Items we were told by worker were in the bag were not. Lots of Workers stood around having a great time on their owners dime cause they weren’t working to get food out. Go to literally any other place for better food, service and actual fast drive thru service.

They need to update their close times on both google and their window sign etc. I came tonight for an enchilada plate after work and both google and the sign on their building states they close at 12 however after waiting at the speaker for five minutes I drove to the window and the gentleman who was kind I might add informed me they close at 11 and not 12. It's Saturday. The sign says they close at 12 saturdays.

My wife and I are on our lunch break and we decided that we would eat Taco and we go to the store close by us which is this place Taco Cabana, we ordered street taco one stake fajita combo, and one 3 pack of chicken. The server was good but the food is had issue. The chicken is raw, this is very dangerous for customers.
