I've been here a couple of times and I'm looking forward to visiting more. Their tiramisu is really good. As for their cannolis — ever since moving here, and having grown up near the North Boston area, I've been trying to find a really good cannoli that reminds me of the Italian pastries from back home — and this place delivers that. Also they're prices are very fair. Will definitely need to try their gelato on my next visit.
Ive been two times now, both times it was absolutely delicious! My brother and sister took my husband and I one day..and I've been wanting to go back ever since! They have some of the most beautiful chocolates and tarts. Some of the most delicious Gelato. Definitely worth a visit, definitely worth a little splurge.
There’s always a second stomach for ice cream! My husband and I love coming here after dinner and also on a very hot day. I appreciate the variety of flavors and that some are plant-based! So if you’re dairy-free like me you have tons of options. Love the chocolate and vanilla combination. Also, the cappuccino flavor is divine and the coffee flavor shines. ✨ Overall, delicious and the staff is always friendly and helpful. We highly recommend!
After having the best gelato I’ve ever had in NY, I have been in search for something similar and this is the place to go! I had the pistachio and gianduja and it was delicious. Server was very nice too, will definitely come back. Other flavors were vanilla and stracciatella
Delicious! We tried a few flavors and picked our favorites, and then we also shared the tiramisu. We will be back!
Beautiful space! Staff was super nice, friendly and helpful. The pastries and chocolates looked excellent. Would love to try the coffee sometime. They use the tin cans for the gelato so that’s always a good sign. Tried a few of the gelatos, some had better thicker/richer gelato consistency than others but I thought the flavors were good, like you could taste the true flavor of it with quality ingredients vs it just being fake/cheap versions. The chocolate hazelnut I enjoyed, it wasn’t overly sweet or rich and had a nice hazelnut flavor. They also have a ton of sorbets and a few vegan gelatos as well.
Lovely shop on the historic Denton square! The sorbets look so refreshing, the delicate chocolates, the delectable cakes, but we came for the gelato! Amaretto was flavor forward yet so light- and the coconut kinda snuck up on you! Lovely summer treat- check it out- eat local!
I got the medium 3 scoops (limoncello, three berries, mango). Incredible, solid, and refreshing flavors without too much sugar/tart. Would come back again!
today was my first time visiting this sweet cafe!! my experience was amazing!! the service was perfect!! the aesthetic of the place.. literally so peaceful & definitely will be handy when it comes to college study nights!!(the location is actually in a good area: the denton square!!) but about the GELATO: they had all kinds of happy, fresh, fruity flavors!! i got 3 scoops~ papaya, blood orange & mango w/passion fruit!! what a dream😋(other flavors they had: blueberry, mango, black cherry, lemon, strawberry, cantaloupe, kalamansi(honestly tastes like orange/lemon peels🍋🍊) & a bunch of other flavors still. (THEY ALSO HAVE FREE SAMPLES SO YOU KNOW WHAT FLAVORS YOU FOR SURE WANNA GET😋😂👏🏼)…. they do have sorbet & hot coffee/espresso/latte’s/tea & macarons. soon there will be yummy pastries, sandwiches & other stuff i’m sure!!! worth my time & money!!🍨🤎☕️🤍🍵
Awesome! Authentic Italian gelato and more. Very good cannoli. Stop here for a sweet moment. Wide selection of ice cream flavors. Vegan, gluten free, no sugar, etc, according to your taste or diet. Friendly staff. Free gelato samples.
Love the gelato! They have a great variety of flavors and let you make combinations. I had the chocolate/cookie and cream combo last time, and my wife kept stealing a bite every now and then. It was perfect. They also have some pastries, cakes by the slice, coffee, and tea. Nathaniel is super nice and offers sample flavors on request. It has a relaxing cafe feel to it. We stop by about once or twice a month. As a matter of fact, it's about that time again.

This place is absolutely delicious! My husband and I have gotten many different things off their menu and every time it’s delicious. My favorite dessert that they have is their cannolis! 10/10 would recommend.
The Mango gelato scoop was a perfect 10/10 for me. Blood Orange gelato scoop was a 8.5/10 for me. I wasn’t a fan of the chocolate truffle and bon bons. I still ate them but would only return for the gelato.

The affogato and gelato flavors were refreshing and enjoyable, but the hot chocolate could be improved.

Super yummy, we took my grammy there for a birthday treat! I was so excited because she was excited. Unfortunately, the girl working was put out that we were there... she initially skipped us after we had been waiting and helped a group of people that just walked in. I was like oh no big deal, we can wait longer, then she came over no smile and very put out acting, and I said it's my grammys bday so we are here to pick out treats, she said oh...... and as my grammy asked questions, she answered with a lot of attitude. So your treats were delicious, but unwelcoming staff well keep us from coming back
Meh.... this review is about their hot/cold drinks and the pastries. The hot lattes came out cold and weak and the shake extremely sweat to the point that my kid threw it away. The pastries are ok but not a big deal. Maybe the Gelato is their thing but I am not willing to risk my money.... by the way expensive and not worth the money.
We really liked this place when it first opened. Our recent experience made me never want to return. I brought my daughter in and the gentleman there did not say one word to us when we walked in or as we ordered. The only thing he said as he walked away to make my latte was, “it’s ready” referring to the card reader. I really wanted to try a pastry but after the experience I didn’t want to give them any more money. He seemed to absolutely hate his job and as we sat down we saw more people come in and receive the same awful customer service. The gelato is wonderful but we will not be back.

When I saw there was an Italian gelato shop on the square, I couldn’t help but walk in and try however I couldn’t help but feel like my experienced was ruined by how bad the customer service. I had to wait for the server to come out from the back for roughly 5 min and when they did it looked as if they were under the influence, and when I did receive my gelato the portions were incredibly small and were not satisfactory at all. I didn’t get a chance to try the pastries and the macarons but based off my experience with the gelato, I doubt it’s worth a try. If you’re looking for a sweet treat type of place in Denton I would not recommend this place to anyone based off the service alone.
My family and I love coming here for a sweet treat after climbing at the gym down the block. I chose to come here tonight since it was my birthday and a very tall man who I had never seen before was working the counter. He immediately had a bad attitude as soon as he saw the 5 of us walk in 15min before closing. I ordered my usual Pistachio and Gianduia pretty quickly so we could get out faster, and this rude giant started tossing lids of the gelato containers and giving us a stink face as he DID HIS FREAKING JOB. While we were eating our gelato, I heard him belittling his coworker about how to mop too.. I felt bad for her. Super disappointed with his service. Love this place, so I highly recommend. But if you see him through the windows, just be prepared to find out there are, in fact, NO GENTLEMEN in VERONA.
My family and I walked in with about 30 minutes left until closing yesterday night and were told we could not order anything. We completely understood and respectfully left. As we were walking out, we saw another couple walk in and they were allowed to order drinks. As a Hispanic family, this experience felt like racial discrimination. Regardless of intent, the inconsistency was hurtful and made us feel unwelcome. No one should be treated differently based on who they are.
