Been a while. Stopped in to get some plain crispy, but moist nuggets. I got the vets discount. It helps. I did the drive thru. Processing was fast and the lines were bumper to bumper. But folks and staff, waiting, were very Courteous and Patient. Mee to. The Window threw in some sauces. The staff was very helpful. I had along drive home. But finally settled down to the meal. We picked up a catered meal. We were treated with respect and courtesy, and given free drinks while we waited by Joey. Once ready another very nice young man offered to carry out the order and put it in the car. The food was great, a birthday card and coupons were also included. What great experience.

I just wanted to take a moment to recognize Andrew at Chick-fil-A—he was absolutely amazing! From the moment we sat down, he came over and asked if we needed anything. He brought us drink refills without us even having to ask, and the kindest part was when he offered ice cream to my boyfriend’s 99-year-old grandma (it was her first time there). His kindness and attentiveness really stood out. Andrew is the kind of person who makes a visit feel extra special. Thank you for going above and beyond!

Being a Canadian I was super excited to try Chick-fil-A. Well you did not disappoint. The lovely person who took our order was so patient with us as like I said we've never been before. Chicken burgers and those awesome waffle fries came out fast and piping hot. The chicken was more than a breast and the breading super yummy. The sauce, I could drink it with a straw. Would most definitely recommend and go back to this location.

My experience here was excellent from start to finish! Definitely a pleasant surprise! I walked in and there was a line so I thought it was gonna take a while, it was very fast and efficient the employees are very pleasant. And everyone was in a good mood smiling and eager to take care of the customers! The food was absolutely amazing definitely far more than what I expected from a fast food restaurant! The dining room is very clean.

My fiancé and I tried Chick-fil-A for the very first time today when we were out and about shopping. We chose to dine in and I can’t even begin to say how pleased we were at first off the cleanliness of the restaurant, the kindness of the staff, how quickly our food came out. The lady at the register asked a name for the order, which she never had to call out because by the time she filled our drinks, the other lady was handing our food to my fiancé. After we finished our meal, a young man came over, asked how our experience was today and took our tray for us….. I’m blown away as to how amazing our whole experience was today and I can say we will 100% be back and all of those employees that work there are amazing at everything they do. Thank you for making our experience wonderful today we will be back very soon with our kids.

Great tasting chicken however you choose to have it... nuggets, tenders, sandwiches. They have it all. Service was quick even though it was a little busy and the app was easy to use. Two drive thru lanes and lots of parking. Good amount of wheelchair accessible spots too. An awesome place to eat with family, friends and kids!

Went thru drive thru. Food was so so. When receiving our food we ordered 2 discovery boxes. They came in a bag. There was a paper cut out stating to contact the manager if there is any problems. That should of been clue #1 They tasted ok. The crunch wrap supreme had no tomatoes on them. Barely any meat. Where's the beef??? The rest of the food seemed good. Made an order with a correct receipt tho the quesodilla I ordered had literally nothing but a few peices of rice, and 3 peices of chicken.. so a toasted tortilla more or less.

Went through the drive-thru ordered and ordered a two piece leg and thigh meal. The girl asked original or crispy. When I said crispy all of sudden she’s like oh we don’t have the leg and thigh in crispy. There was a piece of paper taped to the speaker box saying no ice. I got to the window. The girl rips the money out of my hand and hands me my change. Then or some reason her and the manager start fiddling around with the safe looking for rolls of quarters. I look at my food sitting there. She closes the window. She hands me my bag of food and I ask for my drink. She’s says “I only have so many hands” and hands me my drink and I say thank you to her. No response back and slams the window. I get home and the drink is room temperature and the chicken was a saggy greasy mess. Thanks…

I’ve given this location plenty of chances, but it’s been disappointing time after time. My order gets messed up far too often, and it doesn’t feel like the staff really cares about accuracy or customer experience. Even when mistakes are pointed out, there isn’t much urgency to make things right. Fast food doesn’t have to be perfect, but it should at least be consistent. Unfortunately, this Taco Bell has shown the opposite.

Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru the line was moving extremely slow. There was no one outside taking orders, the line was long. Person taking payments was a main factor due to their inability to count money properly. No one apologized for the wait. Worst experience yet.

Ordered a couple of burgers and a couple of fries. Cost was over $40.00. That being said you should be able to expect your order to be correct. One burger was missing the condiments, the fries were supposed to be their regular size. Both were small. On top of everything the food was cold.

Absolutely terrible never come here. My order was missing an entire burrito and messed up 4 different times. And I was given this as a so called burrito. When I asked them about it I was completely ignored and waited over 15 minutes to be given a burrito that had a completely burnt chicken tender in it. No one has any clue what they are doing. So disgusting

Never again. I ordered 2 STEAK CRUNCHWRAP SUPREMES and the wraps were super light weight-there was NO MEAT within the first 2 bites just to find out they slapped 1.5 dry pieces of meat on my Crunchwrap. Somebody up there owe me $43!!! You’re better off going to the Taco Bell on Union in Cheektowaga. They don't mind feeding you since they're getting your money too!!

I never wrote a bad review for any restaurant till today. If I could chose a 0 star I would. I ordered bean and rice and I couldn't believe my eyes once I opened it. It's not even worthy of 10 cents.

This used to be a decent Taco Bell, but now this is absolutely ridiculous. I paid 4.99 for a shell when I asked for a black bean chalupa. I asked for a grilled bean burrito The beans were crusty and dry on on top of that my burrito was not even grilled. As a Taco Bell employee you at least have some Courtesy when making food. What a joke.

Beyond disappointed. Got a beef taco, they forgot sour cream and only had a tablespoon of meat in the taco, they forgot the sour cream in my burrito and the beans looked old and super dried out. Store was out of frozen drinks. Won't be returning.

*Edit: I don't know about all Taco Bell's, but they're using the TINY tortillas, now. I'm out.* It's Taco Bell, so the food's always the same. Tho today the sour cream was actually on the OUTSIDE of one of my tacos. Fine, it's fine. It tasted the same, I guess. Service is always good, never overly busy, despite the prime location directly across the street from Chick-fil-A.

I had specifically mentioned for a veggie mexican pizza, instead I received a beef pizza for to go. This was my 3rd experience in tacobell wherein even after mentioning for a veggie meal I have received a non-veg. This is not acceptable. Tacobell needs to be very vigilant while doing so and should take steps for this asap.

They are slow. Especially with the car in front of me having to order one of everything on themenu

as out of state visitors, we decided to place our order inside and we were greeted with not so nice employees. My friend and I each placed separate orders. The restaurant was not busy at the time. For a Taco Bell, they claimed they did not have happier hour, and when I asked for a cup of water, they charged me three dollars for a bottle. They also made our items incorrectly. And did not ask if we would like any condiments or napkins. Overall, this experience was a zero out of 10 and we will not be returning when we visit this area again. I am surprised this location has 3.7 stars. I would recommend going literally anywhere else. dissapointed.

The Chicken bowl was TERRIBLE. Chicken nuggets were warm but macaroni & cheese was cold. And the amount was "FALSE" advertisement compared what the commercials and advertisements show what you supposedly get.

Making food correctly is very hard. Cant wait till these places are staffed with robots who can actually read an order.

Oh my god I didn’t think the fast food industry could get any worse. I would give this a 0 star rating if possible. The person taking my order took about 5 minutes to process what I was saying and couldn’t correctly get my order right. Then at the drive through they took forever to get me my food and my experience continued to just get much worse. They forgot my ranch, nacho fries, had no beef or nacho cheese, and somehow got a crunch wrap mixed up with a burrito. The people working here have no sense of urgency and the 10 piece nugget I ordered had literally 5 in it. These people can’t do anything right and this place absolutely sucks.

Then I did a Uber order and they gave my order away to some random person in my Uber driver who drove all the way there to take the order called us trying to rectify and the man said we’re sorry we screwed up and gave your order to someone else, but we’re not gonna remake it. Take it up with Uber. To me the fact that they don’t double check who they’re giving food to really scares me on a bunch of levels because if they are complacent in one area most likely they’re complacent in all areas. Don’t let the hype get you. This place ain’t worth your money. and I’m very sorry to the Uber driver who wasted his time and gas. I wish I could’ve tipped you somehow.
