Great food, and great people working there too!

Saw alot of bad reviews. Placed a mobile order Sunday night, large order. Everything was fresh and the order was correct, had to pickup at drive thru since lobby was closed but lady there was friendly

I came inside the restaurant to order my food today and the gentleman working the counter was so respectful and helpful. I couldn't see the menu board so he took a picture of it with his phone so I could see it better. He then brought my food out to my table when it was ready and was so helpful. My food was freshly made and crispy just the way I like it. The dinning area was also clean and felt comfortable. One of the better experiences I had at a fast food located in some time. Thank you young man!!

I came in to get lunch for my break at work and I was very satisfied with my choice. The guy wearing glasses at the register was very polite and I did not wait no more than two minutes for my order. When I received my food it was very hot and tasty!

Ordered online an hour or two ago, chicken was good! Even was given extra chicken I believe. Good, quick service!

Cashier asked whether we wanted crispy or original. We told her original. She replied you want crispy. We said no, Original. She gave us our total and went over what was ordered (16 piece, which comes with 4 sides and 8 biscuits and we got 6 chocolate chip cookies). She went over everything and again said we we ordered crispy chicken (we did not). We told her no we want original. Now she says well we don't have a lot of original left, so you will get some original and the rest crispy. When we got home unfortunately we got all crispy. Not happy, we were hungry and ended pulling the crispy off. The crispy was over cooked and some of the pieces the crispy was rock hard. Come on KFC check out your locations. Your brand used to be so much better than this. Food wise and employee wise. A little spot checking once in a while would be a good wake up call. Especially, for those franchisees who forgot why they wanted to buy in to KFC to begin with. It's like some of them have lost their way and just don't care.

Well it was a painless experience in the drive-thru.. the food has gone down hill a bit but we ate it 😋 so it can't be that bad lol .. I was surprised that due to the way they packed the food up it was still really hot when I arrived home 15 minutes later 🙃

Guy at the window was kind've dickish and acted like we were bothering him or something when we pulled up to get our food. Usually I'm not the one but when it comes to someone making my food I have to bite my tongue. I've been here a few times before without any issues it was just THIS time with THIS guy! Overall I guess it's no better or worse than any other typical KFC.

It was quiet at the place. Must have been Lunch timefor the people coming in. After getting there, the place had started to pick up. Probably because it was lunch time for them eating was shortly after that The place started. To fill up. I had received cold fries that 1 bite. I wouldn't eat anymore. Told the girl and she had gone and got me hot, good fries.

For fast food chicken, we are KFC fans and after trying the others, are still KFC fans. The others tend to taste oily to me, and that upsets my stomach. Deals are great, Always a good special. We order delivery and they are the fastest as far as receiving food. That's a big plus. Prices are reasonable compared to the other options. My only complaint is the little sauce tubs!! Why so tiny?? This is chicken!! Not French Fries. And just 2 or 3 per dinner order?? C'mon!! Either get bigger sizes or toss those babies into the sack!! By the way - still love the packaging for the KFC Dinner Packs!! Yum!!

Staff was nice and preordered online. However the chicken itself was a big let down. Now granted I haven't been to KFC in over 2 years prior to this visit so this may just be standard fair now. Got a 2 pc thigh and drum and it was super bland and flavorless. Now I'm craving the KFC from my memory and looking up copy cat recipes

I’m disappointed at this location, as I always enjoy the food tasting fresh and rarely getting my order incorrect. I went through the drive thru tonight at around 8pm, they were outta white meat so I ordered 2 chicken Littles sandwiches. As I paid for my order and the young man gave me my change, and closed the window, I see the person who made the sandwiches throw my sandwiches across the room to the guy at the drive thru. As he handed the food to me, I asked him to tell the guy don’t do that ever again where a customer can see it! And if he just feel like he needs to throw it .. make sure nobody is looking ...Only because of the good food is why I gave a 3⭐️ rating. 😡

My husband went through the drive thru, the staff was very friendly and helpful.When he got home, all was very good except the chicken. The breading seemed to be dark and greasy. The chicken inside was tender, but couldn't eat the skin due to the burnt smell and taste. After the amount of money we spent, I would have expected a better meal. CHANGE YOUR OIL. I won't be buying KFC anytime in the future.

I genuinely try to be understanding when it comes to working in the service industry and having to balance customers with supply chain, corporate policy, etc. However, the service at this location has consistently gone downhill. I understand if something happens and there's a reason that when you arrive to pick up your order at designated time but try to communicate with customers instead of side eye them and try to get away from having any sort of interaction with them. I know it isn't easy and you get a lot of people who aren't understanding but it shouldn't be assumed that all customers are or that a customer is without even engaging. And if it is that difficult there are so many opportunities elsewhere that can fulfill your employment experience. The unfortunate thing too is that I see the most egregious behavior when it comes to customer service from those who are in higher positions at this location and the general staff tend to be kinder. However, that isn't going to stick when people see that is the norm of management. Also the fairly recent sign plastered everywhere about "No refunds" despite any sort of service issue says a lot. It's almost like an insurance to the restaurant that they can act and mess up whatever and that by entering the location or choosing to engage customers are accepting they are not guaranteed to receive appropriate service... and that's okay! because the sign warned them. Really weird vibe.

Last couple times the chicken has been soggy, we ordered crispy, missing half the breading and very greasy. Also was missing part of our order for take out last time.

Visited this location a few times and there are 2 things that remain consistent. The strong smell coming from the deep fryer floods the air as you walk into the store, it's absolutely horrible. Second thing is that the chicken has a "bitter taste" that comes from the oil not being replaced. The oil most likely gets cleaned over and over again but rarely gets fully replaced with new oil AND you can taste it in the chicken. Additionally, all visits were shortly after opening and the floors felt greasy. On the positive side, staff was nice and the chicken was fresh but wasn't enjoyable due to the bitter taste. I won't be returning.

Disappointed in the size of the chicken pieces and the taste seemed off. It was lacking in that classic KFC flavour and the oil tasted old. The Nashville chicken strips could have used more sauce but tasted good. The mac and cheese bowl with Nashville popcorn chicken on top was delicious.

Drive through was quick, but the chicken honestly left a lot to be desired, especially for its high price tag. I could have gone to tops for half the price and twice the quality.

Very unfriendly counter person, no response when WE greeted HER. The young woman who filled the order and gave us our food however was very nice. Chicken was tough, had to pull on it to bite a piece off.

The black woman who works there…seems to be a shift manager or something is very rude. Some food I ordered online was not available…a chicken wrap that had Nashville sauce, coleslaw and pickle. She offered a substitute thar was the tiny chicken sandwich. I accepted it. She asked if I wanted coleslaw on it, I said yes. Asked her to make it the way the wrap would have been made. She got an attitude and said “that’s what I said”. Very unnecessary. Had an attitude the whole time I was in there. I see why they have no customers there. She was rude to the workers there too.

Kentucky fried Chicken in depew on Dick road ripped us off on $25 and on top of it my wife called them up and they hung up on her I wouldn't buy anything from them ever again the people are rude they were nasty door and then they hung up on her it was a woman that hung up on her and she refused to get back our money

I placed an online order and they said it would be done in 10 minutes which was perfectly fine so I sat in the parking lot for 10 minutes waiting…in that 10 mins exactly two cars came and other than that it was absolutely dead yet my food was not done at the allotted time. I went to the drive thru to pick up my app order and was told I had to come in…I don’t get why but ok. I go in, order isn’t ready still and then I’m told they are out of coleslaw because the truck didn’t come in which they can’t help especially with out weather so I choose another side…the customer service was TERRIBLE, clearly they didn’t want to be at work. My lemonade tasted like water literally which you could see because it only had the lightest yellow tint to it. The store was NOT clean, it didn’t smell good in there, and I regretted spending my money there. Customer service is always key for me so I will never be back, I’ll take my money elsewhere.

update: they forgot my drink and the person disappeared from window instantly. I waited a bit to see if anyone would check in why I was waiting there and nobody came so I had to go without. rude and shitty of them Fast service, friendly staff other than the initial person who took the orders. The restaurant was much cleaner inside than most KFC I've been to, although I almost always get carry-out.

Worst drive-thru experience that I felt in a while. Ever. The food was great and no wait so... Normally I've never had a problem here before.

Only pro was i got my food. Pull up to drive threw to be told to come inside (in the middle of winter) When asking worker threw drive threw if I had to come in for a pick up order they respond no pick up orders are ready, come inside. Upon getting inside it is clear the front counter worker doesnt want to be there. Gave them my name and they had my food hot and ready. Thanks for dinner but I dont know why all the rest was necessary.

Bpught chicken there twice. Tried once through drive thru but no one answered the mic. Went inside & chicken was dried out and nasty. Wasted my money & found out afterwards people that had eaten there got food poisoning. Never again at kfc. Disgusting & employees are rude as heck.

I would give it a zero if I could.. ordered a breast and wing 2 piece and a classic chicken sand w/o pickles + sm mac and cheese. First time thru, we got breast and thigh with ff, nothing else. 2nd time thru, find out they gave us the wrong order, and give us the right bag. My sand had ex pickles.. we won't be going again.

Got here at 10:06pm after working all day for a quick bite, they told me they were closed even though website says 11pm. The other one on transit stops serving kfc at 10pm. It’s available to order on the app, I’m glad I decided not to and am not out any money. UPDATE: 6/13/23 I tried KFC again and at 10:03pm. They told me they were out of everything except for some drums and that they only had enough supplies to make ONE famous bowl only. I don’t understand how this is consistent. As I sit here in the parking lot contemplating my next dinner, I have seen several cars pull around. They are losing out a lot.

Don’t bother with this location. Always short staffed, always runs out of chicken and the service is beyond awful. Not to mention the place is always dirty. Just close it down.

$62 order It was in a sealed bag with my name on it , so I assumed who packed it checked it . We ordered 16 pieces, 2 large mash, 1 lg Mac and 1 lg corn We received horrible looking 12 piece 2 small mash 1 small Mac and no corn . The food was just gross . Will never return .

Placed an order online, got to the parking lot a little early so I sat in my car in the parking lot, as I was sitting there I saw people go in and out go in pick up their orders and then leave, my girlfriend said we'll just go through the drive-thru so I did to pick up my online order they said drive up to the window I did first I thought I was at GrubHub. when I told them know that I placed an online order at they told me to pull forward they would bring it out I figured hey I'll save him a trip and I'll go in and pick it up grab it as it should have been ready because we're supposed to be ready at 6 it was already 6:15. Is our standing away from the counter the manager told me the lobby is closed you're not supposed to be in here, he was very rude I know these are bad times right now but there was no call for him to be nasty 😡

Messed up my order. Was put in their "black book" a customer appreciation book to compensate. A huge inconvenience to start with. Was told it was good forever just stop in when i could. I went to KFC in Cheektowaga NJ I seen that it closed at 11 and I went at 10:30 pm and it was closed they were cleaning. If you have a sign that says till 11 it should be open till 11 not before the end. I think they need to do better with the advertisement.

AWFUL! Employees were a mess, rude and yelling the whole time. Orders kept getting messed up, not just ours. We waited 45 minutes just to get our food and one even snapped at one of the poor people with us also waiting for food. One of the workers ignored customers to get free food for her daughter that was there as well. Never coming here again!!! Just go to a Taco Bell combo one if that's how the staff is! Update: Just got home....OUR BISCUITS ARE RAW! WTH!!! Waste of money!!! SO UPSET!!!

The atmosphere was great since I was in my car using the drive thru. The person taking the order didn't even ask what kind of chicken I wanted, maybe she knew that some chicken was old and some was fresh. Unfortunately for me, I must have chosen wrong. I drove from Buffalo to Depew thinking that my family would have a decent, fresh meal...I was wrong. The chicken tasted as if it were from last week. The biscuits tasted as if they had be refrigerated uncovered, they tasted like everything except biscuit. The Cole slaw was the warmest item in the meal and the mashed potatoes weren't fit for human consumption. Disappointment all around, I'll try again in 4-5 years.

This is the worst Kentucky Fried Chicken restaurant in the Lancaster, Depew and Cheektowaga area. The workers are so poor in every aspect of restaurant work or knowing what they’re doing. They mess up the order every single time. You have to check your order before you leave the restaurant. The chicken is greasy and as tough as shoe leather. Most of the time they don’t have the various coatings. What a waste of time going there. These are there just for a paycheck. The workers have no pride in their work or themselves. Please save your time and go to a different Kentucky Fried Chicken restaurant. This one would be doing the neighborhood a favor if they closed.

I wanted a crispy chicken sandwich meal, had not had one in months so that is what i ordered with a lemonade. Took it home and everything was completely disgusting! The chicken was so small and rubbery, and it tastes different. Not sure if they changed their recipe or what happened but it was gross, and had a pile of mayo and pickles to compensate for the lack of chicken. The fries are also different and have a new seasoning that is very very salty. I took 2 sips of the lemonade and poured it down the sink. Really nasty food all around. I will never eat KFC again after this.

I came in Saturday at 12:30 to this terrible location and was very disrespected by this Hispanic lady maybe around her 30s I wish I would have known her name. I’m guessing she is a supervisor or something from what she was wearing. very rude and terrible customer service yelled in my face. Mom asked for KFC for take out. Arrived at 4:30pm for an 8n pc chicken take out after driving 20 miles out of my way. Depew location was empty. Young man taking my order said it would take 45 minutes.He said he was cleaning the fryer. Why would they be cleaning the fryers at dinner time on the busiest day of the year - Mothers Day. I know they have multiple fryers. It was obvious they didn't want to work and didn't care, Don't go here as service and management is very poor. I know I will never go to KFC again.

Waited over 30 minutes for my order as the 4 workers didn’t seem to know what they were doing . Had one worker going in and out to the parking lot and coming back in with the food she took out several times as the orders were wrong . Finally got my order I checked it before leaving to make sure it was correct, well it was wrong . Waited again as they fixed it looked quickly again only to get home to find 8 dried out pieces of crispy chicken when I ordered original and 2 super crispy sandwiches which were also supposed to be original . One customer who had also been waiting was offered crispy chicken instead of the original and told if he waited it would be another 20 minutes when he asked for a refund he was directed to look at a sign on the wall that said no refunds .. I was never offered an option they just took it upon themselves to substitute my chicken!!! Worst KFC ever !!!!

I went here for a DoorDash that was supposed to be pick up at 7:30 and at 8 pm the food was just started. There was one other person waiting. You had these two girls working on things while the manager sat in his office on his phone the whole time. Absolutely disgusting

Ordering here is a joke. No matter when you order your food it's never actually ready even though you get a notification saying it is. Amthe workers just keep saying "they're working on it", even though nobody is until you ask enough times.

This location is honestly TERRIBLE. I’ve been here three times in the past few months because my mom loves KFC, and two of those visits ended with most of the food going STRAIGHT INTO THE GARBAGE. The chicken today was unbelievably dry — I’ve literally had BEEF JERKY THAT WAS EASIER TO CHEW. My mom is on hospice and couldn’t even eat it because it was like SHOE LEATHER. The biscuit was ROCK HARD and completely inedible. Last time we ordered a 12-PIECE BUCKET and only about TWO PIECES WERE EVEN EDIBLE. The rest was so dry and old it got thrown away. The drive-thru employee was EVEN WORSE THAN THE FOOD — extremely rude, impatient, and clearly miserable. No courtesy, no help, just a VERY NASTY ATTITUDE the entire interaction. At this point going to this KFC feels like THROWING YOUR MONEY DIRECTLY INTO THE TRASH. If you want food you can actually eat, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Came here and ordered tenders combo. My jaw hurt while im chewing the tenders. It is veryyy stale. And the lady with a red hair went out to smoke while there’s no one in the front and drive thru and when a car was at the drive thru she just went inside and started working without washing her hands . And our order is messed up as well. I dont recommend this location .

Why can't they follow simple requests? They can never seem to get orders correct, every time I come. I can't believe I even keep trying, and thinking things will change. The service is terrible, the food has gone down in quaility (not that it was great to begin with anyway), they could care less about anything, they never seem to have certain items. I'm honestly surprised this location is still around. The colonel would be ashamed.

I picked up an 8-piece to go to Canada. When me and my mom opened it, the chicken was so dark I could not believe it. It's like I asked for it well done or something. HORRIBLE! I CALLED THEM FROM WELLAND ONTARIO, and they said absolutely nothing.... No sorry, no bring one piece back so they could see. Didn't say anything I just hung up. HORRIBLE STORE, HORRIBLE WELL DONE DARK DARK CHICKEN DON'T GO HERE! ABSOLUTELY GARBAGE. MAYBE THAT'S WHERE THE WHY THEY WERE 40% OFF. BUYER BEWARE 😁

When ever I come this location for delivery even if is 1hr before they closing they’ll will never have the item, when you go for pick up normal time they’re will come to help you after good few min to 15min then tell you biscuits missing or w.e that’s another 20plus minutes, etc they’re never fully working in this place I go other Kfc never ever go through anything like this location, the whole manager and crew is mess there owner losing money because of their negligence.

Drive thru is never open, go inside to order stand in line to order for almost 15 min to have someone come out and say another 45 min wait for chicken. They didnt know they were running out of chicken? This isn't the first time this has happened. Only 2 workers working. Didn't get anything walked out

Went there for a uber eats pickup. Took 5 minutes for anyone to ask what I wanted. When I told them the name of the order I was told it wasn’t ready… and the employee disappeared in back never to be seen again. I walked out 5 minutes later… cancelled the uber eats order.

Terrible customer service and wait times. I would give 0 stars if I could. I did an online order and showed up 10 minutes after it said it was gonna be ready- it was a Friday night. When I walked in there others walked in behind me. We all stood there for 10 minutes before we got some sort of acknowledgment. All they said when they looked at me was one minute. I then proceeded to wait for another 20 minutes. A person who walked in after me and placed a take out order proceeded to get their food first. I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches 2 drinks, nuggets, fries and cole slaw. It took in total- 45 minutes to get my food. During my wait I asked what was taking so long and they said they didn’t have a cook. I get that- I come from a fast food background BUT I was ALWAYS transparent with my customers if it was gonna be a while. I would have left and come back if that was the case instead of making my kids wait in the car. The employee walked away mid conversation and started swearing behind the counter. They were out of the drink I requested so they offered a different one. When I tasted my SWEET tea. It was the fountain raspberry tea (I hate raspberry; glad I’m not allergic to it as they didn’t say anything about it). I dumped it to get a different drink. I got home and found my order was missing the fries. I’m not shocked. I didn’t bother to go back. I will never go to this location again. I will be going to Popeyes over this place. If you can’t handle the online orders- refuse them or turn them off. The employees act like they hate their jobs.

Have gone there about once every 3 weeks for years. Usually on Wednesday for the special. About 3 months ago something changed . One time I went the fryer wasn't working, so they didn't have regular chicken. Next time they were out of regular chicken.The next time they didn't have original so I took extra crispy, I was desperate. The last two times, I get to the drive thru speaker, and a very obnoxious voice yells out...The drive thru is closed! You " have" to come in!... I don't have to come in! You need to get your stuff together. I love KFC but this is ridiculous. There is a Popeye's not too far away. This KFC has never been perfect, but now it's bad. It'll be awhile before I try again. (Regular chicken= chicken with bones in it)

I planned to go to the Dick Road KFC when I got off of work. Full disclosure there was only two people I saw working not fair! But the person that took my order was so rude. I laughed in her face. I mean, I get it, but then when I got my food, my wings look they had been in the warming tray for two hours. They were dry and hard biscuits were good. Overall experience says to me, don’t go back! And I promise I won’t! It’s not their fault that everything is so expensive. I got a eight piece with two sides and four biscuits and a six piece spicy wing cost me $44. Can I get a little respect and a smile when I’m spending my money at your establishment? Never going back.

Absolute trash location. Placed an order online, got the notification that it was ready. Go inside to pick it up was informed by an associate that they were cleaning the fryers and there would be no chicken for more then an hour. Manager told me flat out that she won't be refunding money and that we could wait or leave she didn't care. KFC customer service was able to get me a refund. Would give zero stars if I could.

I received the wrong order. I was given a big box of five tender and individual mac & cheese and fries biscuit a large Pepsi. It came to $14.78. My ticket number was 1151. The location is 235 Dick Rd., Depew, NY and I was there at 12:10 PM today 9/25/25. I don’t eat fries and I don’t eat the macaroni and cheese and I don’t like barbecue sauce with what I ordered! And then on top of it, I didn’t even get to drink that I paid for regardless it wasn’t my order or not!

I am a DoorDasherb, every time I go to this location, there isn’t anyone working the registers. They never even look to see if there’s someone that came in that wants to place an order. Today I stood by the registers for probably 10 minutes. It was 10:45 AM, Absolutely no one was there. So I started yelling out “hello” “hello”. Probably after I yelled out .”hello” five times someone came to the register There is no reason that this restaurant should be so poor in taking care of customers that are coming in to place orders. This place has the absolute worst customer service.

I stood in this location for 3-5 minutes waiting to be acknowledged. No one ever came to assist me, meanwhile there were 2 ppl sitting in the office. The one you can see with the black hat on, look at me (3) times but never got up or requested anyone to assist. Mind you there were NO CUSTOMERS not (1) inside besides myself. Why wasn’t I assisted?!

I ordered 6pc chicken + 12pc nuggets with fries and mac cheese The mac and cheese was dry the nuggets were definitely old. The fried chicken wasn't fresh.
