Longhorn Steakhouse is a great place to get an affordable steak. My favorite is the Flo's Filet. On my last visit, I sat in the bar area and had a burger with the chicken bites as an appetizer. The server was polite and efficient.

Excellent service and speed for the holiday rush. Place was packed, but there was only a short wait for our table and the food was quick to arrive. Some steaks in our party were a little over or under done, but no deal-breakers. Everything was delicious. Our server was friendly and attentive. One server/expedite/manager (not sure which, but not our waitress) was a little pushy when we told her nobody wanted steak sauce, but that was our only complaint. The 5 of us all had different steaks, sides, and drinks, and a couple of different appetizers (onion petals and spinach artichoke dip) and we were all happy with everything (Brussel sprouts weren't great, though, especially with an upcharge). Overall, great service for the week leading up to Christmas at a busy location.

Bobby our server did a great job making sure our first time there was a good experience. He was a pleasure to have as a server, drinks were good and so was the food. We ordered a sirloin and buttermilk chicken sandwich. My only complaint is.....why is the sauce menu so limited ?? I mean I can help longhorn come up with some sauces if needed. Dont even have to pay me up front, I'll take the royalties quarterly 🫶🏾.

I love the portion size of their tacos and small fajitas and the taste/freshness is infinitely better than the nearby taco bell. also, their nacho cheese is incredible. i order a side of it just to use on other things. there's a mild heat to it that is to die for. I just wish they’d make my orders accurate. More and more lately I get either medium or hot when I’m specific to mild or it’s made in a way I can’t even unwrap item, it’s just dripping goo in a bag. I once contacted mighty’s email about this and they wanted me to give them time and date stamps to watch the cameras because apparently they don’t trust their customers which is kind of weird.

Obviously not the best tacos in the world but definitely better than the leading fast food taco chain. They have a great menu with lots to choose from and lots of toppings. An excellent place for vegetarians as they serve meat substitute. Very reasonably priced for the amount of food you get.

Decent experience. We ordered the Wild West Shrimp for appetizer, Ribeye with a side of Baked Potato and Sweet Potato, as well as a Filet Mignon with Lobster Tail and Mashed Potato. The interior was nice, featuring a rustic and warm theme with a pinch of Wild West. We got the Wild West Shrimp first. It was too salty. I had to down a whole cup of water to just eat half of the shrimp. The bread came out second, which was very strange considering how that’s usually the first one to come out. The bread was alright, it was bland and hard. Then came our entrees. The server dropped out food and left. The Ribeye was requested medium, but it came out almost well done. The Filet Mignon was also requested medium but came out almost rare. We had to wait almost 20 minutes until the server came back to check on us. Then we sent the steaks back to the kitchen for a redo. The second time around, the steaks were cooked perfectly medium. However, my baked potato never came back, so I had to wait another 5 minutes to signal the server to let her know that I’m missing that. Finally, we could eat.

Brought my dad to celebrate his birthday. Easy to park close to the front door, however, the greeting left a bit to be desired. Although I was standing right next to my dad, the host looked my dad directly in the face and asked if it was a party of one. Like, what?! We were seated soon afterward. Our warm bread came soon but it wasn’t really enough butter but we can for steak so… Our waiter gave us the appropriate amount of time to browse the menus before coming to take our order. We decided on the Texas Margaritas, my dad had the filet, Mac & Cheese and a Caesar salad while I had the sirloin, loaded baked potato and a house salad. The margaritas were okay, nothing spectacular and the steaks were on the wrong plates when we received them. After a little switch, the steaks were cooked as requested and tender. The macaroni and cheese wasn’t really that delicious and my dad said he wouldn’t order it ever again as it wasn’t cheesy-I tasted it and I absolutely agreed with his assessment. I wonder if it comes from a powder mix? He said his salad was good. My sirloin was good, the potato was good as was my salad. I remember my food always being outstanding at Longhorn but this just wasn’t “IT”.

It brings me no joy giving this place 3 stars. The good: food and service. The bad: atmosphere and cleanliness. Food and service was nothing spectacular but also not terrible. We ordered the Outlaw Ribeye. Char was good and flavors were there but there were some burnt pieces and the meat by the bone was rarer than hoped. Service was also not terrible but also nothing to brag about. What really gave this place 3 stars was the cleanliness. Again not the worst but you could tell that the booth walls haven't been cleaned in a long time. The carpet was also dirty and the place had a musky smell. The booth that we sat on rocked a bit and the cushion was not comfortable. It was clear that the booth cushions had to be replaced. This is not an indictment on LongHorn as we frequent other locations. Again not a terrible place to eat, just not better than average.

Our hostess was wonderful. Especially due to people constantly complaining in her face. Our server was so nice and attentive. My son had the ribs which he loved. My son in law had the strip which was not cooked correctly but said his Brussel sprout dish was delicious. I had the filet but what did I expect. It longhorn . The lobby is too small and people are crowded everywhere.

Customer service and prioritizing in fast paced environments needs improvement. I went to the bar yesterday night, March 4th. I noticed there would’ve been a wait for the main dining so I opted for the bar. There were three seat available but not cleaned (crumbs, plates, glasses) as if someone just left which is understandable. I stood behind the chair waiting for it to be cleaned. The bartender was busy which was fine. After waiting too long, I asked if it’s okay to sit at the table in the bar area since it just needed to be wiped. She agreed and stated someone would clean it. I sat down. Took a long time for the guy to come wipe it. I continued to wait for a menu from the bartender but she was still busy, so I was fine. I then noticed a few more people left the bar and two men came and sat at the bar. She quickly gave them menus and took a drink order while I still had not even received a menu which is when I became dissatisfied. I continued to wait while she prioritized the two new men that came. I tried to not take this personal or base it on my ethnicity/background. After waiting a total of about 35 minutes with not even a menu or water, I went to the host desk to let her know what happened and she was able to seat me where a server was able to come in a decent timeframe and manner.

It took 32 minutes to get my order even though there were only 2 other customers in the entire store. Those 2 customers came in after us and got their food before us. When we asked them about this, they said they forgot our order and asked us for the receipt so they can remake it. Food was acceptable.

Not the best experience this time. We remember the food tasting better, being less expensive and higher quality. Employee taking our order was friendly - but the food quality has declined. Tacos, Buffitos and Quesadillas were small, over priced, and packed with sauce as opposed to meat. May not return, which is unfortunate because we liked this chain. Restaurant was clean, probably because no one regularly eats inside anymore.

My wife and I ate here for the first time and it was decent. We ordered 2 mighty tacos(chicken), 2 pulled pork tacos with coleslaw, nacho strips with cheese and a water for around $13.00. Everything was decent with the pulled pork tacos being pretty good. All in all it is a good value and would return again.

Beware the Taco Terrorists behind the glass. Worst drive thru wait I have had since the pandemic began. I ordered two burritos and a drink and was given my total $10 and change. Wait 12 minutes to get to the window from the order stand (after waiting 15+ minutes to get to place an order). Pay with a card, get my drink and my card back. Get handed my bag of food and pull away quickly to be courteous to those poor souls behind me. Wait there's something extra in here, meatless nachos for an additional$3.59. And now my order is north of$14. So after waiting they add something I did not order to my bill. WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN. They only got 2 stars because the burritos tasted good. I decided to try out Mighty Taco because I'd heard some good things about their food and wanted to taste it for myself. This location is spacious and clean, but definitely lacked traffic on a Wednesday afternoon. This was my first time coming here, and it was honestly a struggle to read the menu board because the font was SO small. I did like that they dedicated a section of the menu to "Meatless" especially since I was travelling with some family members who were vegetarian. The service was just ok because the cashier wasn't too helpful in explaining what was in the items. We were also charged for asking for the sour cream on the side instead of inside the burrito, which I wasn't too happy about mainly because I just wish they told me they would charge me beforehand. I tried the Super Mighty Burrito with Chicken and the Beef Mighty Taco as well as their signature bean dip, to try and get good variety of what they offer. Overall the food wasn't great. The taco and the burrito both had lettuce and tomato ( which were long slices that had been sitting out for too long ) and the sauces were a bit sweet and smokey, which I didn't care for. I will say, the Bean Dip & Nachos were pretty great though! I liked that the nachos were actually strips instead of triangle shaped, it helped a lot when scooping up the dip and was a nice change.

First time Here, and the last time First let me say, that the visual display of the food may look appealing and look like it was a well- cooked dinner. But clearly from the looks ,don't be deceived it was disgusting. I haven't had a terrible off dinner in wny since 2021, yet this is exactly what happened. I feel sorry for the waitress, seeing her tips may be effected from the disoray of lack of fresh food. I tipped her anyway seeing our bill was way over a $100.00 First dinner , NY strip steak, gasked for medium well, I received over cooked super dry, over salted and unfortunately disgusting, sides sweet potato just barley cooked. And. Wow. Super uncooked hard as nails brussel sprouts, with a chard outside, and on top of they were completely Spoiled, spoiled you hear me , the smell and taste of fishy mold wash to knock me out. The bread was under cooked and raw in the middle, The second dinner was a Ribeye Ordered medium it was far from medium, just barley pink. This too was over cooked and heavily salted asparagus was undercooked hard and potato was just a small potato. Third dinner, T bone steak , was ordered as medium as well it was completely cooked, and over salted and the asparagus was hard, had to ask for a new side was told this time it was double steamed ??? Wth does that mean. Microwaved ? All three of our dinners were unpleasant,all three of us. My partner ordered the shrimp and rice lunch. Unfortunately, the food was cold when it arrived. My wife kindly asked if the shrimp could be cooked a bit more and mentioned that seafood especially needs to be served hot. The manager brought the dish back, but she showed no concern or effort to make the customer happy. When the plate was returned, it was still cold. The manager insisted it was steaming, but it clearly was not. This was something that could have been fixed fairly quickly, but the manager went on to still charge for the food even though my wife lost her appetite and did not want the food anymore . Clearly the managers lack of experience and poor handling of the situation made it a horrible experience. This was very disappointing, especially compared to the excellent service we received at the other LongHorn location in Niagara

Very disappointing experience. We waited over 45 minutes to be seated and another 30+ minutes for our food. My shrimp and rice came out cold. When I politely asked for it to be reheated, it was brought back still cold. The manager (Tara) insisted it was “steaming hot,” which felt dismissive and unprofessional. There was no apology. My kids who are 3 and 5 even touched the food-if it was steaming hot their hands would’ve burnt on the spot. I’ve worked in the restaurant industry, so I’m understanding — but the attitude and lack of customer service were unacceptable. This wasn’t about money, it was about courtesy. Very disappointed.

Absolutely HORRIBLE costumer service and food. We have traveled from Columbus, OH have been at a competition all day and just wanted a decent meal. The steaks were dry, orders were wrong, and the Costumer Service was just absolutely horrible. They were completely rude and obviously cannot handle a busy atmosphere.

When an issue rosed, she was quick to dismiss clients instead of finding ways of helping, or simply offering costumer service, she saw black and stuck to the same answer over and over like a machine.

Ordered 2 different super mighty burritos with sour cream, guac, and medium sauce. Got home and both burritos didnt have any of the 3 toppings. Great way to spend $25! Went there on 10/25 after 7pm so good luck with the cameras. I went back the next day and your manager said she couldnt help me since it wasnt same day

I used the drive through and noticed how dirty the window attendant was, no hairnet, no gloves. I hadn’t been to a Mighty Taco in a long time. Sloppy burrito badly put together with sour cream all over the wrapper. Last night I experienced cramps and stomach pain. No sleep as the pain came and went. Finally I felt the urge to vomit and spent an hour in the bathroom. Only concluded that the tacos made me sick! I’m done with MT - the food poisoning kicked my ass.

Every time I come here it’s a gamble - sometimes it’s great sometimes it’s terrible. After my experience today I’ll never come back, not worth the disappointment. I order something simple - a nacho Buffito with half blue cheese. I get my food and drive home only to see my food like this. See all that blue cheese? The inside was also LOADED with blue cheese. Absolutely disgusting. Oh and the manager Matt just was watching his employee make it, and somehow thought it was acceptable to give to a customer like this? Don’t waste your time or money, go to one of the many other superior options in that area.

Food is so bad that even taco bell felt better. I asked for nachos and salsa on side, they gave me a small bag of tostitos and a cup filled with salsa that comes with it. The tacos were no good. The soft drink was only half filled. I asked for hard shell, they gave soft one. Totally wasted my dinner.

Thought I’d try it since it’s a truck stop near. Ordered my food and the female who was working the register needed help and someone should have been shadowing her. So my order was called and I was drinking my lemonade the manager shouted can you put your mask on please as I stood up to look at my receipt. She did say please but she didn’t have to shout the way she did. Basically made a scene but that’s how we treat each other. Ok cool I was gonna pull my mask up but I didn’t even have a chance. Then my food was trash. Not gonna lie. The rice wasn’t cooked at all. I don’t ask for refunds I just never return to the location if the service is bad.
