No consistency . "Deluxe chili cheese fries" with no tomato, no onion, and couldn't find cheese if I was a mouse.. used to be very efficient and consistent, maybe they need to do a QC from franchise if they really care about customer experience.

Very disappointed with my experience. I normally use the drive thru. This time I went inside because I have some coupons. The food prep area was extremely messy and unsanitary. There were fries all over the floor, and the counters were covered with scattered cheese, beans, taco shells, napkins, and vegetables. There were three employees present, and it wasn’t even busy (Sunday with only a few customers). Unfortunately, no one seemed to be cleaning or organizing the area. Seeing that made me very uncomfortable about eating my food. This experience was enough for me not to return.

I’ve been having an issue during the night shift. I’m often told the system is down and that my order can’t be taken. I’ll be told it will take 10 minutes, then another 15 gets added, and this keeps happening. It’s usually the same female employees saying this. However, when the guy is working, he takes my order with no problem. I’m just confused why the store is open at night if orders can’t be made

Came at 4am and she made me wait 30 minutes to order and when I went to order she said the fryer was being cleaned so my only options were tacos or burritos, no fries. She could have told me that in the beginning. What was she doing those 30 minutes that she clash clean the fryer?? This location gives me problems every time I come. get it together!

🌮🌯 There’s a serious underlying problem with management telling they’re workers to undercook the food to speed up time so they can have better ratings; people have gotten sick and continue to get food poisoning for undercooked food

The food at night is always horrible cold beans cold fries, I order the chili cheese fries but the fries are always old and cold with sone chili on them. I don’t recommend this deal taco! This deal taco is by the worst ive ever had in my life.

I work nights and this Del Taco is the only place in my area that’s open, but the night crew constantly makes excuses about why they “can’t take my order” even though they’re open. This has happened too many times to be a coincidence. Very frustrating for night shift workers who rely on this location. On top of that, they really need to start verifying orders before handing them out

Absolutely horrible customer service. The night team forgot to bag items from our order and our dasher kept a drink which is no fault to the workers. The lady taking calls was rude and when I arrived I was still charged for some missing items. The worker stated they put items in the bag but when we recieved the bags items were not in the bag.

The shift leader named Emily seemed very annoyed every time I got up and asked her for something but it is not my fault that items are not displayed out for customers and therefore I have to ask her for Stuff and it's not my fault she didn't hand me a fork with my order so she kept looking at me like she was very annoyed and every time I would say thank you she would just give me a look. Poor customer service.

I purchased two orders of fries and a Coke from this location at the drive-thru when I went to take a drink out of my soda I spilled the entire thing on my lap because the lid they put on the soda was too small and it wouldn't fit the cup when I tried to reach for a napkin to clean myself off they only put one napkin in the bag and they also failed to give me a receipt when I called the general manager Shelly all she could say was I'm sorry and didn't offer to fix the situation in any way whatsoever huge thumbs down on service and I would not recommend going through the drive-thru

I do online orders here for pickup sometimes and my order is ALWAYS wrong. Items are ALWAYS missing. Its so frustrating getting home and having to go back. Or even going back in to get the order. The employee gave me a hard time today when they got my order wrong and forgot a burrito. Sometimes the drive to Indian canyon is more worth it. They dont get the orders wrong ever. Update from 06-29-25 they didnt give me one of the quesadillas I ordered. I got home and had to go back and Ashley argued with me saying she put it in the bag. If you put it in the bag I would not have left home to go all the way back. It looks like the Indian canyon store is the way to go from now on.

Waste of money!! Gross every fast food is horrible now. I got a carne asada Taco I'd hate to see what the snack taco looks like this thing look like a wonton. And just every Taco was pathetic and the nachos I guess when they microwaved them they just got chewy and not Crispy ! disgusting! Well there's another restaurant I will not go to anymore.

My Chicken Avocado Taco was a mess and the fries were cold and soggy. I have given Del Taco too many chances to redeem themselves from serving bad food. I'm not going back.

No hot sauce was given when I asked for it face to face. But that’s nothing in comparison to the taco that had PLASTIC inside covered in (hopefully) beyond meat. I have never had this happen to me and it’s worse that it took place while trying to enjoy a vacation in the desert. Clearly NO ONE CARES at this location.
