What a great place to enjoy lunch with some friends. I've only been here twice, but the service has always been good. Our waitress was very friendly and recognized me from the last time. I had the chicken fajita and it was so good!

Visited from Ottawa, our first time at Chili’s. We had to try the viral mozzarella sticks and they were phenomenal. We all really enjoyed our meals, which came hot and delicious. Pricilla was our server and she was absolutely lovely.

Destiny made our experience at Chilis, she was the sweetest thing ever! She was fast with our orders, the most accommodating server I have ever had. She offered to let all 13 of us the best service. She is insanely hard working! if you do, ask for destiny, she will be sure to take care of you!

Our family visited this location in October 2024 - we were visiting from Canada and drove into the area for the day to shop. We mentioned to our server that it was our first time at Chili's and she and the rest of her team went out of their way to make us feel special and continue the excitement over our first ever visit to Chili's, a brand which does not have locations where we live in Canada but which we'd seen in popular culture for years. Destiny, Leon, and Pat hosted us with fantastic service and food, while also checking in on us constantly while welcoming us to Chili's as first-time customers. They went above and beyond for our entire visit and we enjoyed the American fare at this popular restaurant chain. (We even took cheesy tourist photos outside the entrance!) Because of how great they were during this visit they absolutely created some new fans of Chili's and we will be back each time we come in for the day to shop!

We visit Chilis Erie Blvd Dewitt location at least 2-4 times monthly. Our party size varies from 2 to 10. Destiny is our #1 waitress. She is always professional and provides excellent service. No matter the size of our party, she ensures each one has a great experience.

I’m visiting family and came to Chili’s in the Dewitt location twice. My server was Sammie both times and she was FANTASTIC!!! Very attentive and extremely helpful each time!!! She really made the experience great not only for me by for my family too!! Jeff was also great! Very accommodating when we wanted adjustments to our order! 10 out of 10!!!

It was my first time at Chili's. The food was super yummy. I got the three for me. My waitress took most excellent care of us. We stopped for lunch. We left so full we didn't have to worry about dinner. A big thank you to Sammi our waitress. Chili's in Dewitt we will be back.

We are here from Chattanooga for work and this was the best Chilis experience we have had in well over 15 years. Our waitress Destiny was incredibly friendly and attentive along with the rest of the staff. To top it all off the food tasted incredible. I don't normally rate chain restaurants because everyone already knows what they offer and what to expect. That being said, I will take a moment to review the dish itself. Chicken Bacon Ranch Quesadillas. These are packed full of flavor. The chicken is tender, and bacon is bacon. Do I really need to say more... Well, I'm not gonna shut up now. Add that and some cheese on a tortilla and cooked to lightly crisped. Then you dip that in ranch dressing and take a big bite. Oh my, I ain't mad about that. I am one happy big man.

Our server Sammi went above and beyond the service you're used to, she was incredibly attentive and diligent. We felt very comfortable and taken care of. I wish all wait staff were this good. Our drinks and food were all correct and came out in a timely fashion. She made sure refills and anything extra was taken care as soon as we asked.

A great casual dinner with a few friends. The server was attentive, the food was tasty, and it was a good atmosphere for chatting.

I was in there last Wednesday evening, 6/4, and a friend and I sat on the bar side. Our server melissa was above and beyond! She was friendly and funny and professional! Great experience! Will be back for sure! The only complaint that I have is that the manager that was there (very tall gentleman), seemed miserable and unapproachable and we were in there for a couple hours at least and he didn't check on us or any of the tables around us at all. Other than that amazing!

Tonight my boyfriend and I heard about the Wicked inspired drinks so we wanted to try & they were a 10/10! No strong after taste and not syrupy either. The food was 10/10 , came out super fast and FRESH & I loved our waitress Adrianna she was very nice and on point. We didn’t need for anything she was very attentive. The day that me and my friend went to this chili's. They were closing early due to short staffing about an hour early at 10 rather than 11. But regardless staff was still very helpful.And nice and allowed us a seat dispite us arriving about an hour before closing. The service was fast and the food itself was delicious. She was extremely kind, well-mannered, and clearly well-trained. Her friendly attitude and professionalism made us feel so welcomed and taken care of. We both ordered the Triple Dipper, and everything came out hot, fresh, and delicious. Destiny checked in at just the right moments and made sure we were happy with our meal. It’s not every day you get service that stands out this much — she truly made our visit a memorable one. Thank you, Destiny, for such a positive experience. First let me give my review of the food. Chili's always has a variety of menu items that are flavorful and tasty. I opted for the salmon with rice and brocolli. It was very good. A bit salty but as it is a blackened salmon that is expected. I assume you could easily ask them to dial down the salt as the servers are very accommodating with dishes here. As far as the service. This is my third time I believe at this location. And every time the entire staff just presents a really solid vibe and are very kind. As far as the atmosphere. A few years ago my key fob on my cat broke and one kf the customers here was with his family eating. He left the meal to take me to fix my fob ehole his family waited and thw staff was totally cool with it while his family waited and we were gone. Whoever owns this location is a special owner, as the owners have put a solid team of people together who truly know the meaning of customer service. Thank you Chili's of Dewitt. You're all awesome!

A little outdated but doesn't get enough credit. Food is always good and service was awesome!!

The server was very friendly. Service, however, was very slow. I don't blame the server, I only saw her for the entire dining room! The food itself was loved by all. Portion sizes were also good. While it took 40 minutes to get our food, I would rather wait for something good than get something horrible fast!

Stopped in for Chicken Quesadillas, Texas Fries, and some desert. The quesadillas were made to order and delicious. We ordered the Texas Fries with bacon and cheese only. The order came out with onions, bacon and cheese. We sent the order back and let them know we ordered bacon and cheese only. They apologized and said they would take care of it. I thought they were going to make the order over, however, they only picked the onions off and brought the order back to the table. We noticed there were onions in the melted cheese.

Chili's 3 for me is always an affordable lunch. Makes me overlook the sticky bar tops.

Decent place to dine in! It's a blend of multiple cuisine I would say, American, Italian and Mexican.

Chili's Grill & Bar it was a pleasant experience. The food was flavorful and satisfying, with the baby back ribs being the highlight. They were tender and packed with smoky flavor, and the BBQ sauce was delicious. The sides, like the mashed potatoes and fries, were also good, but nothing extraordinary. The service was friendly, and the atmosphere was casual and lively, perfect for a laid-back meal with friends or family. It’s a solid choice for a fun and filling meal.

I have only been to this place once. I got a very good first impression from this place. The only surprise I got was that the food wasn't as spicy as I was expecting it to be. It may have been what I ordered, which was a fajita plate, and would expect it to be a little more spicier then most dishes. If you don't like spicy, and were apprehensive about ordering spicy at a restaurant, this may be a place for you. The serving size was big, which I liked and the service friendly. I generally don't like to be surprised, but the atmosphere helped me change my mind about not knowing what to order.

Every week we order out, and it seems that every week there is an issue. And for some reason it always seems to be her meal that has the problem. This week it was chili's turn. First problem was ordering online. I'm a rewards member so I tried to take advantage of that. I filled the cart and hit proceed to checkout, and the app said 'there was a problem with your order, try again'. Of course it didn't say what the problem was. So I called. Just to rub it in, their recorded message exhorted me to use the app for easy ordering. I told the person my first two meals, a chicken tender combo for 16 bucks and a 3 for me for 11. Instead of asking if I want something else (which I did) he tells me the total is 44 bucks. I was like what?? He put me on hold for like 5 minutes, then came back. He said something about the total changing when I get there cause of the 3 for me thing. I told him I needed another dinner, and quesadilla explosion salad. That salad comes with grilled chicken. When i got to the restaurant I wanted to look the bill over because the total they gave me seemed too high. It turns out that he gave us the salad with fried chicken instead and that is 2 dollars more. Also, the website was giving me 10% off, which I lost by calling in. In addition, they forgot one of the sides that we ordered with the tender combo. It was on the printed ticket but it never made it in the bag. The good news is that the food was delicious. My burger was cooked perfectly and Lisa enjoyed the salad despite the wrong chicken. Mine came with chips and salsa and they gave us a huge bag of chips and a good sized tub of salsa. I just don't understand why it's so hard for these places to get our orders right. The Chinese place we go to never makes a mistake and English isn't their first language. But like I said the food was good and we will probably go back.

With inflation these days, Chili's offers more reasonable potions than even Burger King or Taco Bell at comparable prices. I went for the Santa Fe Burger and it was great.

It's probably been 10 years since I last ate at this Chili's on Erie Boulevard East. I wish I hadn't waited so long to return because I had a great lunch. I decided on the 3-for-lunch special. It included a beverage, starter, and main, all for $10.99. I ordered a diet Coke which was delivered in a Stein with a requested slice of lime. Chips and salsa served as the starter, included enough chips for two hungry people. I did finish most of the salsa which was fresh with good tomato flavor and a slow growing mild heat. The starter kept me busy until my Big Smashburger with Fries arrived. The burger was supported on a delicious toasted brioche roll by shredded lettuce, diced red onion, wonderful large pickle slices, and a hamburger sauce consisting of mayo/ketchup and seasoning. The burger was substantial. A bit crusty on the outside as a smashburger should be, and juicy and perfectly cooked on the inside. It was topped with cheese. This was among the best burgers I've ever had in Syracuse. The french fries were good. Overall, an incredible lunch for an incredible price. The service was friendly and efficient. While waiting for an opportunity to request the check, I discovered that the screen of an electronic unit on the table encouraging me to play a video game could be refreshed to show my bill. I used this to pay. I plan to return soon.

Haven't been to Chili's in over a decade. I'm sad to say that they are not as great as I remembered. We ordered coffee and it was disgusting. It wasn't even hot and they said it was fresh brewed. Not even drinkable. When I complained our server agreed it was horrible and said it's always that bad. The food was mediocre. Nothing to write home about. The best thing we got was the chicken crispers. Doubt we'll go back again.

Food wasn't hot or slightly warm. It smells a bit. And there was nobody upfront for a bit before we got seated. It was a Tuesday around 3 , I wouldn't blame them either. But you can tell this chilis needs a revamp. I rather go to the one in clay then this one.

Apparently you could get food a lot cheaper if you orders MORE food than you wanted, but you would save a bunch of money? Why not just price appropriately? We always enjoy what we get, but it's like the restaurant is trying to hard to be a Texas Roadhouse. Be a Chili's, and make the menu make sense instead. Otherwise, most of the staff was friendly. The location was dirty at noon on a Saturday with almost no guests. The manager was walking around training someone, but wasn't helping the overwhelmed staff of focusing on cleanliness and guest experience. It's like the franchise and management have all their priorities in the wrong place. The food was great though, so three stars.

My family and I will eat at a Chili's fairly enough when one is nearby. When we arrived, we were greeted immediately and sat quickly. Our server came over as soon as we sat, and we ordered drinks. It took some time to get our drinks, and when we did, my beer seemed room temperature. I had my wife have a sip, and she agreed the glass felt warm and the beer was not cold like it should be from a tap. We ordered some appetizers and waited to order our main course. Our server came back, and we ordered our meals, and all seemed well. The appetizers took about 10 minutes, and it all looked good. We had silverware, but our server did not bring out plates for the food, and the person that brought it left quickly before we could ask for them. We waited about five minutes, and we were unsure where our server was, so I went to the back and asked for plates. The two ladies were nice and brought some right out. We were just about finished when our server appeared and asked to take the plates out of the way and only then checked in on us. Shortly after our main course came out, again with others and not our server which was fine, my bacon was a bit under cooked and wanted to see if it could be crispier but after 5 minutes or so, I just started eating. I ordered the queso fries and received plain fries, so again had to go out back to tell a server about it since we did not see our server. We literally finished our meal, and our server did not check on us once. She came when we were done with the food and then told us we could pay by the machine and asked us to do the survey and give her a good review because "My hours are based on the surveys". I was shocked she thought she served us well and wanted a great review. Is that what the service industry has come to? No effort and expect top tip and accolades? Luckily, this is one of the few Chili's that is lacking in these areas, but it is unfortunate the experience does not represent the brand name it is. I hope management conducts some remedial training for future guests and fixes the beer taps so the beer is actually cold. I personally would steer clear of this location if you expect normal service. On a side note, the food was prepared well and tasted just as it should that you would expect from this brand.

Arrived to the restaurant and was sat near the bar. This was quickly realized to be an error on my part due to how loud and obnoxious that environment was for my party. The hostess without issue moved us to a quieter part of the restaurant. The waitress (Jacque) was not what you would expect from a customer facing individual. She clearly got confused on the ordering customization and then had attitude problems and literally huffed at one point. (Not sure how it's confusing to leave off ketchup and mustard on the burger and put on Nashville hot sauce but for her it was). My husband requested his salad to go and I ordered a bowl of soup that she apparently also thought should be to go as that's how it came out. When the food arrived she came over and was apologetic for earlier but at this point I was over her and told her to move along and stop talking to us. Then we ordered lava cakes to complete our 3 for me dining and they were rang in outside of the 3 for me offer thus charging us double for them. I realized this after the manager processed my gift cards and I had a balance due. Then the manager couldn't figure out how to fix the issue as the ordered had already been completed (neither of us knew how that was the case considering the receipt brought back reflected a balance due) so he decided to just give me 3 $5 gift cards and off I went. In conclusion, the food was great but this service experience was not for all the above reasons.

2025-04-19 - 3.5 Stars There a ZERO ways to get on the waitlist before arriving. Not good! Checkin was told there is a 40 to 45 min wait, mmmmmmmm we already drover 35 mins and was not about to get on the waitlist before arriving list online. Yeah put us on the waitlist!!!!! Only good thing so far was the wait was only about 23 mins to get seated. Server could have been more attentive, checking in on the customer. Food was good.

So the first time I showed up no one was there to seat us and I was upset they complemented me with a 20 dollar gift card so we decided to go back and it was not the greatest we got in the person who sat us brought a kids menu then said oh you need menus I'll be right back never came back and then our server came over and ask if we could start with drinks and my fiance said sure can we get menus and she was like omg yes and went and got them and said she would be right back so we could look when she returned we ordered also seeing there was a party right next to us with 4 rows long and they were all catering to them so we ordered quick we waited a while and then the cook I believe or bus boy brought out our food and then left we ate and the food wasn't all it was hyped to be the ribs were way under cooked and the street corn was well not street corn at all mushy soggy corn the only thing I could say was good was the chicken crispers. Definitely not ever going again the hype and commercials are not what they seem. The salsa was like water the ribs were so dry and the sauce was ketchup and barbecue mixed the garlic bread soggy and nasty it was terrible

This is just as much of a shock to me! Historically my visits here have been nothing short of excellent. On this day however, Chili's did not bring their A game. While I try to be the first to defend any hard working associates in retail and dining what we observed makes you question how this place is managed. When we arrived we instantly notices how dead the restaurant was. Almost totally empty! We were greeted by 2 to 3 associates as we walked in. To our surprise they instantly seated us directly next to the 4 other families in the restaurant. In a busy restaurant you would expect this but when you are practically empty and the risk of Covid is still very real its surprising that the establishment didn't space out their customers. So we are seated... and waiting... watching... We only see one server running around waiting on the handful of customers clustered together in the dining room. I'm also watching 4 associates standing up front folding shirts and socializing. Part of me wants to say "good for you" after what was probably a busy holiday weekend but at the some time one of them could have taken our drink order. Food was good! Our server was great (while having no help) but common sense was lacking. Our picture shows how empty they were. just behind us were the 3 or 4 other tables just clustered in the corner.

Very slow, not organized, food wasn't the best, cookie burnt, Quesadilla looked like cheese and cheese and spices no meat and it was supposed to be bacon cheddar ranch no ranch, they did however try to fix it the people there were incredibly nice it was just not a come back place

Always have been a Chilli's Faithful from Cali to Idaho. Was in DeWitt visiting Syracuse University. You could never go wrong w/ Chilli's, but this location HAS to get their Kitchen in ORDER. Elwaoted about 30mins for the Food. Tortillas were Cold for the Fajitas Combo. The meats weren't Sliced or cooked well. Desert took another 20mins when ordered. Corporate or Franchise Owner needs to Address quality ASAP!!!

Chilis of Dewitt used to be decent. Now the wait staff only seems to care about moving people out of their area and getting to other customers. My family and I had the same waitress on 2 occasions and she completely ignored us once the order was put in. Getting drinks or anything assistance barely happened. The runner working was rude and reached across my mother without saying excuse me and was just unprofessional. Staffing shortages are no excuse for being awful.

Let’s start with tonight! Order strawberry lemonade the drink was very nasty! It tasted like the cups didn’t get washed I then proceeded to ask for a water , water then came with dirt floating around in the cup! I saw the post that went viral, and shame on both Chilis and Leon for creating an unsafe work environment. Sammi was one of the best waitress we had over the years, we always enjoyed her. Hearing she was jumped in the parking lot and the GM Leon failed to protect her and ultimately fired her over this is beyond disgusting. We will not be back to this location. We wish Sam nothing but blessings going forward we know she will succeed no matter where so goes and they will be lucky to have her!

I went to chilis on Erie blvd in Dewitt Syracuse and I had a very uncomfortable experience while attending this location. While I got sat down to eat my food with my fiancé we had this female busser come up to our table and ask for us to raise our legs so that she could sweep under our table while we tried to eat our food !!! This sort of have behavior is just unacceptable for an any restaurant of any kind. I would like to express this situation because I would hate to have this happen to someone else. If it wasn’t for the fact that I was with my fiancé at the time I would’ve left . Corporate needs to solve this manner whether it’s firing her or finding some else to do her job that she try’s to do. Over all food was great server was amazing and manager was ….pleasant. He apologized and that was about it which didn’t seem appropriate for the situation that had happen. But kudos to chilis Dewitt 10/10 service for sure.

This place is ridiculous. Today there were several empty tables, and the hostess said we had to wait because the kitchen was busy with so many orders. If the restaurant wasn't even half full, how can the kitchen be unable to keep up?

My food was good but the waitress parents were eating at the restaurant and continued to stare and look at everything we were doing at our table. She paid attention to her parents table and was not a good waitress

Every time we order from here there’s an issue. Incompetent workers who can’t prepare food or fulfill orders correctly. 3 fried pickles and egg rolls that are even finished and uncooked wings with no extra sauce we paid for? Ridiculous. I gave this place a chance. Im sorry I did. Very disappointing experience. The dining area was nearly empty, and the food was tasteless and appeared to have come straight from the freezer. Won't be returning.

Came for a normal dinner, order a steak medium well, got it well done. Sent it back and asked for it medium, once again I got a well done steak. Besides this being unacceptable, the manger came to fix the issue and his solution was to take it off the bill. I did not eat any of my meal. He was very rude and non personal. I have never had such bad service. It’s such a shame since this is the only chilis in Syracuse. I will not be coming back and will advise all my family and friends to do the same. The only good thing was the waitress, she was very hospitable and understands customer service.

The guy working around 10:30PM 2/18 with the dreads shouldn’t be placed on pickup anymore. I walked in and he proceeded to not ask my name after I tried to get his attention, two other people walked in and he acknowledged them. Finally he acknowledges me and guess what? My order was already ready just sitting on the counter getting cold while the other worker is sitting on the phone. I love Chillis but wow oh and by the way they were all men and I was the only woman there I’m sure it’s just a coincidence right? lol

Food is undercooked, burnt, or incorrect. My sour cream was ranch 😩😭. Don't expect your beverages to be delivered. I'd love for a manager to reach out and correct my orders. But this has not happened. Avoid online orders if you can. Otherwise you are gonna be in for a mystery surprise.
