Four cheese Mac and cheese had no cheese flavor and was more of a soup. This restaurant also has no sugar free beverages, other than Red Bull, which they were out of. We weren’t the only customers that inquired about that.

Took my son for lunch this week for Mommy Son date. We were greeted warmly and pretty quickly. There were not a lot of people which was nice. Saturday Night I heard a woman manager yell something about Epstein Island and sending all the employees there, very uncalled for and whoever it was shouldn't be employed there. I had an extremely disappointing experience at Applebee’s tonight. I placed a DoorDash pickup order at 8:30 PM, and my order contained only one item — nachos. Something that should have been quick and simple. I didn’t end up leaving the building until 10:15 PM. I was repeatedly given the runaround, being told “we’re working on it,” “the kitchen is backed up,” and “there’s nothing I can do.” Meanwhile, I watched multiple customers come in and out picking up their orders without issue. No one offered a real explanation, a solution, or even basic accountability. When I finally received my food, it was cold and the cheese wasn’t even melted. You’d think my food would be hot since they were prioritizing my order right? After waiting nearly two hours for nachos, that’s completely unacceptable. This was by far the worst customer service I’ve experienced. Poor communication, no urgency, and no effort to make things right. Think twice before ordering from this location

Today, December 31, my three coworkers and I went to this location to eat. I ordered loaded waffle fries and specifically asked for only fries, cheese, and bacon — nothing else. When the food arrived, it had a side of ranch, but the container had spilled all over the fries. The server, Tabby, was the one who brought the plate. I politely asked if it could be exchanged since I don’t like ranch and had clearly requested nothing else. Her response was, “It’s just ranch,” said with a bad attitude. I replied that I still didn’t like it. She then took the plate and said, “You’re going to have to wait then,” again with attitude. When I asked why the attitude was necessary, she walked away without responding. Another staff member later brought out the corrected order and was very kind — she even made me laugh and helped improve my mood, as I was pretty upset at that point. Shortly after, the manager Cory came to our table, apologized for what happened, and handled the situation professionally. He genuinely turned a bad experience into a good one, and because of that, he will be getting a separate, positive review. Tabby, I know you’re likely to read this, so please remember to treat customers with respect. You never know what someone is dealing with when they come in to spend their hard-earned money. If you’re having a bad day or don’t enjoy your job, that frustration shouldn’t be taken out on customers. I also witnessed you trying to pressure another customer at a nearby table to keep a pasta dish he didn’t want because the bacon had already been mixed into the sauce, even though he asked for it differently. Please do better.
