Stephanie is awesome 😎 Food was fast and delicious. Slow time of day 245 pm. Did not wait when ordering from a human at front counter ( I support human worker jobs, not corporate greed and robots ), but I did need to say hello to place order. Keep a dedicated cashier at the front counter every minute the lobby is open, or just remove the lobby. One of my 2 cheeseburgers had no onions but no big deal, the machine that adds them is not the best design haha . Keep up the good work 💯

Went through the drive through. I pulled off the highway to get fuel, saw this place, easy in and out. Quick enough service, food was typical McDonald's. The parking lot and drive through were big enough to handle my 8' tall 4 door, 8' bed work truck, bit tight, but no problems.

WoW! stopped in, this place is extremely clean. I learned the expression here from the crew shouting in the back" if you have time to lean you have time to clean". 🤣 What a good mentality and it really shows in the restaurant. Our happy meal box was literally soggy. Lol! Like they spilled something on the happy meal boxes and then just kept using them. They DID take the extra pickle request seriously and add a decent amount of extra pickles though!

My family and I get meals here frequently and the service is always quick and efficient. However, there are times after we get home, when we go to eat, and our order isn't complete. Items are occasionally missing, yet our receipt shows that we paid for them. We now check our order before leaving the parking lot. Other than that, we don't have any problems with this McDonald's. Hi everyone! Good food, pleasant atmosphere, helpful servers and not a lot of time to get my order. Highly recommend this McD's!!

Went through the drive through today while traveling to Kalamazoo around 2:55 and the girl at the payment window was an absolute GEM!!! I didnt get her name sadly, however, she was so kind, my aunt, who I was on the phone with, said “ where are you? That’s the best customer service I’ve ever heard!” And it truly was! She smiled, asked me about my day and was just so kind! Thank you you beautiful Angel! I will always remember you because of your kindness! THANK YOU

I am not sure what is in the water here but our country could use it! Manager James made our dine in stop amazing. The regulars are friendly and make you feel like family. Don't use the kiosk! Prepare your arsenal of dad jokes, and be ready to have your day brightened! Also, the shake machine was working!

I've used this mcdondalds a couple of times, just for the drive through though, and haven't had any issues yet. But my recent experience was a very interesting one. I ordered a 4 PC. Crispy chicken Tenders as well as some food for my kids. I know there was someone who HAD to be laughing up a storm when they put my tenders in my box (because on my drive home in the dark, I had to save that one until I could see it in the light, and I laughed)...due to the...shape...of one particular piece of chicken. I see you, mcdonalds worker...I see you!

The fries were hot and tasty. The burgers were normal as any other McDonald's. The buttermilk chicken sandwich was pretty good without the tomato. The drive-thru was pretty quick. The staff is friendly and courteous. I would recommend that the staff wipe down the cups when giving the customer their pop through the drive-thru.

The Bath, MI McDonalds is both excellent and sub-par. If you come here in the morning, then you will get excellent service and usually hot, fresh food. I also get personalized, friendly service every day. I am usually in the drive through and out in less than 3 minutes! However, if you come at night, then you can expect to wait much, much longer. Why can’t the service be better balanced?

I visit this location regularly. The play place is a favorite for our children, however it isn't connected to the seated eating area. Sometimes the pump ketchup has some odd color and texture to it. Overall the restaurant is what I expect from a McDonald's.

Has your kid, or you, ever been out and about & wanted a grilled cheese sandwich? Did you know that McD serves a pretty good one? Either ask at the counter or order a burger without anything except cheese (no meat). They will reverse the bun to grill it and it's pretty tasty! Food here was great but they were a bit busy today and the workers were trying hard to keep up. Very friendly staff though!

I tried the mobile order for the first time this summer. Each time the wait was so long that I went into the restaurant to retrieve it myself as it was sitting on the counter waiting to be delivered. Food would be lukewarm. Started using the drive-through again and that was just as bad the time you have to wait is so much longer than any other McDonald’s I’ve gone to sometimes I’ll pull in because I’m hungry for it and then see how the lines not moving and head over to Arby’s instead, the service has really really bad.

Usually I experience great customer service here. I am always polite and nice to every employee here. Lately however, there is an older lady who has been working mornings who is beyond rude to me. Today I guess I jumped the line a little (my mistake I really didn’t mean to) and she was yet again very rude. Hours on google say they open at 6 am. Just pulled through 2-10-23 at 6:23 and not a soul in sight, lots of other cars trying to go through the drive through too. In all honesty this is one of the better McDonald’s out there, but you guys gotta get your stuff together man. Either change your hours online or put a sign out or maybe turn your menu lights off? The DeWitt MacDonald's served us some of the freshest and hottest fries we've had in a while. However, it was because they had missed our order (gave it to someone else?) and we waited over 20 minutes in the drive through lane for a 2 person order. They also did not give us any napkins.

This McDonald's is particularly slow. Every time we order food with our for kids we are asked to pull up and wait. Well I guess I can't say every time but I would say 9 out of 10 times we are asked to pull up and wait. Today we were in separate vehicles. When I got to the window behind my boyfriend the girl working the window was talking about how rude he was for being asked to pull up. When I came in she said well he didn't say anything he just drove off and pulled up. To be honest she's probably lucky he didn't start yelling at her because every time we come here we have to wait. And sadly usually everybody just orders a sandwich and nothing else to go with it. And it's usually the same type of sandwich. I spoke to the manager but he didn't really seem interested he just kind of stood there while I told him that it was very disrespectful for her to be talking about customers when there's another customer at the window. And then I am pretty sure they were talking about me when I walked in there because the two girls working drive-thru were huddled together. So if you are looking for crappy service and somebody to talk behind your back when you pull away this would be the McDonald's to go to

It’s not often these days you see somewhere so staffed as this McDonald’s was while I was there. The bathrooms were clean and that’s about the best I can say. For what appeared to be full kitchen and front crew I ended up with the wrong sandwich and cold, half filled fries after waiting over 15 minutes after ordering while they fulfilled DT orders. I asked for new fries and received a fuller one but they were still luke warm despite both screens having orders flowing on them. How do you have cold fries during a lunch rush? I’m all for enjoying who you work with but less of the amount of talking and goofing around from the staff probably would have sped up the wait time and not distracted who was bagging my order so I got the right things. There’s plenty of other places to eat around here, I’d choose somewhere else.

Whoever is working grill today needs additional training to bring the food in line with McDonald's standards of consistency. We both ordered Double Quarter Pounders and they were super greasy. My husband's was still slightly pink in the middle. Not sure about his, but mine looked like a smashburger, with patties that vastly exceeded the size of the bun. Service was friendly, but food quality matters more.

I am a regular drive through customer here, they almost always have me full forward after getting drinks, which is fine, but twice in the last month after pulling forward it has taken over 20 minutes to get my food. When I go in to see what is going on the food is usually just sitting there getting cold. Very very annoying. If this happens one more time I will be done pulling forward. Maybe if it effects their window times they will give me my food before it's room temperature. If you are unfortunate enough to have to go inside they treat you like an inconvenience and will just pretend like you are not there. When dinning in the bathrooms are typically very gross 🤢

We have ordered here many times and most every time, there are missing items. Don’t bother calling the number they have on the Google page, as it just goes to a recording. We always order through DoorDash, and the bags are sealed, so I know it’s not a Dasher issue. Tonight for example, ordered nuggets, received the sauces, but no nuggets. Then the only recourse is to drive to the store. Just a big waste of time and money to order from this location. P.S. Don’t bother ordering a large fry, as they fill up the carton just over half way. So your just paying for a larger carton.

The fountain drinks taste like pure iron. I ordered a large coke and I tasted it. At first it was good and then it hit me. The after taste tasted like strong pure iron. I don't know if the place where they keep liquid in is dirty and rust or what... but it has to be VERY unhealthy and nasty.

Took my 6yo grandson to breakfast this morning placed my order in the lobby and after waiting 35 minutes for our food I went up to the counter to I quire about my order and the only thing the manager could say was do you want your food or a refund. I told her I have a 6yo that wants his breakfast, she got our order together and gave it to me. Not once was I given an apology for the delay or any type of compensation for having to wait so long for my order. This is unacceptable for a fast food chain.

I want to like this location, but I have had too many bad experiences with service here. I never have a problem with morning orders... but any other time it's a 50/50 chance of bad service. Yesterday I ordered 2 McChickens and a large fry in the drive through... I was told they were cooking the chicken, and had me pull into the #4 parking space. 15 minutes later... I finally went inside, and I guess they gave my order to someone else and forgot me. They quickly made it... but this feels par for the coarse here. This location really needs some customer service improvements. It's unfortunate.

Quality of food has gone down hill with price going up, once our nuggets (entire family) were over cook and hard as a rock, also the oil has not been changed in awhile, you could taste it. today my quarter pounder was put together half a.. and was over cooked and tasted weird like it was dropped on the floor and put on a bun. The Bun was old as well. They also forget items all the time as well. Culver's opened up down the street go there its about the same price with better quality food.

My wife and I stopped on our way home to get dinner. My wife had to go to the bathroom and 1 stall was closed because of a plugged toilet. She then looked at 2 more stalls, both of which had plugged toilets. She had said the women’s bathroom was filthy. I waited for 5 minutes for her smoothie and my dinner. When she came back, I took my dinner to the car. After 7 minutes had gone by, I was going to go back into the restaurant to see if something was wrong. As I was about to open the door, my wife came out with the smoothie. The wait was 12 minutes inside, just us, for a smoothie. I don’t recommend this McDonald’s and there are plenty of alternative fast food places close by to either use a bathroom or get food.

So I've given this location a shot, and somehow they're worse than the others. They regularly forget things like sauces, happy meal toys, and spoons. They have their curbside spots on 2 different sides of the building, which not only makes no sense but the spots on the not drive thru side are always full of people dining in. So when you park on the other side of the building where the open spots are they ignore your presence and then provide you with cold food and an incomplete order when you go inside to retrieve your food. Absolutely terrible service and no attention to detail, you're better off driving down the road and going to the Larch street location where the employees at least exhibit some common sense.

Most of the McDonalds in Lansing suck and since we were in Dewitt for a sporting event we stopped here. Hmmm...not much better. It's my understanding that quarter pounders are made fresh when ordered. Nope, not the case. Fries were warm not hot and no catsup available for inside diners so I had to stand at the counter waiting for someone to acknowledge me because they DID see me standing there. 😣😣

Our entire order was wrong, the burger pattie was raw on the double quarter pouder, the staff was very unprofessional, I would recommend shutting them down, locking the doors, and count your losses. Note:not only was our order wrong many others were as well.you want more money try doing your job correctly first.

Avoid at all cost. This location use to be legit but has since went in a downward spiral. You will get old cold fries OR NO FRIES (even if ordered). They never can complete a full order without leaving a thing or two out. Just say no to this location.

Lobby is great a little bit too long to get food people are nice pop machine needed to cleaned don't think it's getting done enough as it seems always dirty as far as drive through goes that experience is horrible rule of thumb if there's two cars in line don't even go it's going to be 45 minutes

Tonight there was a long line in the drive-thru and all I needed was happy meal, so I went inside to order thinking it would be faster. I was told by the lady at the counter that I had to to make my order at the kiosk as she abruptly turned and walked away, but okay, no problem. While I was doing my order an older lady came in and she was also addressed very rudely, being told to do her order at the kiosk, to which the lady replied that she didn't know how, and she was told too bad, figure it out, basically. The crew was fulfilling two very large DoorDash orders while several of us waited for our smaller orders, when the older lady asked for a refund because she didn't want to wait any longer, the manager came out and again spoke very aggressively. I had already waited long enough and decided to go ahead and continue waiting. I made a joke to one guy about how it was taking awhile and the manager then turned around, and in front of the whole place yelled at me "does somebody else out here have a problem?" Challenging me.. I replied that it was taking quite some time and was confused as to why. Not to mention the whole time I was waiting people were coming in from the drive through with order issues, missing food, wrong orders..I was told I had a choice, I could wait or cancel my order. I waited 30 minutes for a happy meal and in turn witnessed some of the most rude and aggressive behavior by a manager of an establishment that I've ever seen, it was absolutely ridiculous. If that's how customers are treated I can only imagine how she treats her employees.

Not allowed to do more than one order per car, so we did one order, intending to just circle back through for the second. We were parked, and then the food came out cold. Went through the dt again for the second order. We were parked again. The second order also came out cold and made wrong. So. . . We spent an hour total at this location for a total of two big mac meals and couldn’t even get hot food. Epically disappointing.

Went there this morning to get breakfast, i wasn’t sure what i wanted so i had said one second. i ordered when i was ready and the lady over the headset was taking awhile to respond back and i had decided to add a few things. she was rushing me the whole time i was ordering. i get to the pick up window and it’s open and i can hear the girl who took my order say “she literally took forever ordering and then she adds a smoothie”. for one if you wouldn’t have rushed me i would’ve ordered perfectly fine, secondly to talk rude about your customers especially when the window was open was very uncalled for. i will not be returning to this mcdonald’s ever! i always seem to have issues here. very poor management.

I'm very disappointed in the crew at this McDonald's for about the last 6 months or so the service has gone down hill. I find myself very disappointed when the higher ups are more worried about time than customer service. I would rather wait for a extra few minutes and get what I ordered right. Then get it fast and have to call or turn around and go inside. To fix what they were in to much of a hurry to get it right the first time around. I've worked at 2 great McDonald's here in Michigan one up north and one in the thumb. We had to have orders out on time but we Also had to have them right and if it took 30 seconds or up to few minutes to get it right they were happy they had happy customers. Because when you have happy customers you have a great business.

On a rare occasion we got fast food and my kid wanted McD's - the chicken sandwich I got was undercooked, rubbery and inedible. I called immediately and was told a coupon would be mailed to me for next time, but I never received the coupon either. Between the bad food and the bad service, I can't think of a reason to go back to this location.

The crap never ends with this location. There are literally no cars in line besides myself and the people in front of me. They have them pull forward and then tell me to pull forward. Im like no body is behind me. Then lady gives me an attitude and says "well your food is already out the door, so if you want it pull forward" then the manager comes over and gives me an attitude and the stink eye. Someone needs to take care of this asap

My car was pulled from the drive thru for no reason because the food I was given was not hot or anywhere close to fresh. When I called I felt like I was talking to a teenage cashier that had no idea what way to talk to customers on the phone.

I pulled into the drive thru this morning at 10:27, there was a long line, but the kids wanted breakfast here so I remained. The line moved slow, but I attributed it to driver error because multiple cars were leaving larger gaps than necessary. I ordered, I paid, I got to the pick up window around 11:00. Longer than I would have liked, but I was still patient. Window attendant handed me half my drinks and asked me to pull forward to the sign to wait on my food and shakes. (Yes I got my kids shakes with their breakfast.) I'm officially annoyed at this point but I remain polite and pulled ahead. 5 minutes later my food comes out, but no shakes. I let the runner know I'm waiting on shakes and she says she'll be back with them. At 11:17 in still waiting for my shakes. I shut off the car and go inside to get them. The store upgraded the medium to a large and sent me on my way. 50 minutes in a drive thru is outrageous. There were multiple opportunities to make this a normal drive thru experience, instead it had left me feeling irritated by the inefficiency that you were operating at today. Everyone was nice, no one was rude, but y'all need to get your stuff together. I know it's a challenging time of day (breakfast-to-lunch) but don't forget about all your customers next time.

This was by far the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. Managers were rude, told people to be quiet when questioning where our food was. We waited 48 minutes for a big mac!!!! I had to give it a 1 because 0 was not an option. Hire more people instead of telling everyone only 4 people working( counted 9 total walking around). By pass this one if possible.

I tried giving this location a second chance, but I had to leave without my food this morning. I was told to pull to curbside to wait for my order (a hashbrown and mcmuffin). I saw a lady bringing out orders, but multiple cars ahead of me kept getting theirs while I still sat and waited. I waited as long as I could, but had to decide that it wasn't worth being late to work over. I think they forgot about me, but I didn't have time to go inside after already waiting close to 10 minutes. Now I'm late to work and without breakfast today.

After telling my code at the speaker I go up to the window where the older white lady with blonde hair said they didn’t have the order suggesting I placed it at the wrong location saying the address 13230 S US 27 isn’t in Dewitt it’s Saint Johns. She then proceeded say I canceled my order even though it was still pulled up on my phone, then very condescending told me there was nothing she could do so I asked “could I come inside and talk to someone to place the order so I don’t hold up the line and loose my 25% off discount” she then proceeded to shout to her co workers “this customer isn’t happy and wants to come in and speak to someone”. Truth be told I wasn’t upset but I didn’t appreciate her trying to paint me as a Karen or that I was upset. She then turned to me and said “sorrrryyyyyy there’s nothing that we can do”

Avoid this location if at all possible! Stopped to grab a quick bite. We ordered two meals, and an order of nuggets. They had us pull ahead where we waited literally 15 minutes (with a couple other vehicles)to have them come to the window with two bags that without the burgers, cold and soggy fries, the wrong drinks, and no sauces for the nuggets. We took the bags inside to get it corrected to where the manager gave us a hard time about replacing the fries and didn't even bother apologizing for the wait or the mistakes they made. I would give the service a negative number, if possible. I would highly suggest advising this location!

My wife went through the drive through and ordered a Diet Coke, sweet tea, and small fry. The employee at the first window acted like they hated there job and dropped the change all on the ground. The second window asked her to pull forward for 2 drinks and then gave her the wrong drinks. I called up there and the customer service was extremely terrible. I talk to 2 different managers and neither of them knew the store number nor proceeded to fix the issue.

I ordered 2 cheeseburgers with no onions and they didn’t put cheese on either of them. They weren’t even busy, not during rush either. I’ve always had issues with them messing up my order but the label literally says “cheeseburger” how do you forget the cheese??

Don't bother stopping here unless you plan on waiting 20+ minutes for a simple order. To top it off, your order will be wrong. At the very least, put up a sign in the front of your building warning customers, "A 20+ minute wait is expected, and your order will be placed with 10% accuracy." It will at least give people the opportunity to drive away. Potential customers: don't stop at this McDonalds. Visit was 9:12AM - 9:36AM on 6/28/24 stuck in drivethru for a simple breakfast sandwich, coffee and hash browns. AND they got the order wrong: wrong sandwich and wrong coffee. Corporate needs to intervene.

First when we walked in menus were not on. We put our order in. My husband ordered oatmeal with a hashbrown. He thought we said oatmeal hashbrown which they don't have and didn't clarify so we didn't get either. He stated it was to ealy in the morning (9:40 am) and he had just woke up an hour before his shift. Then we waited for 20 minutes for our meal just to find out we didn't get half of what we ordered. As we waited for our food the Driv thru was busy and they kept pulling cars forward. Those people were coming in cause they had waited so long for their food also. We went to the counter and he said oh I was confused about what you said. Horrible service. The manager wouldn't even talk to us and we just asked for our food. Will not be coming back.

Absolutely ridiculous. Walked inside, no notice of anything wrong. Multiple people ordered and found out after that they "have no water" after paying???? No soft drinks and Kiosk was broken as well, no ability to pay. Waste of time, will go somewhere else next time. Staff were less than helpful, "oh yeah, that's broke right now".

Absolutely WORST and RUDESTservice . Manager wanted to give adittude about sweet and sour sauce. When my MEAL comes with it. The food was thrown and spilled all over the bag. And they had forgotten items. Already frusterated and not wanting to deal with the maager again. Decided its not worth my time and go home. I highly do not recommend this Mc.Donlads at all. My sick friend wanted a McDonalds sandwich. I just waited in the drive thru line for actually 30 minutes, got up to the window to get my food, the girl working gave us our drink, we waited another 5 minutes or so, and they asked us to go forward, I was going to ask for a refund but she closed the window. I stopped here on my was through to get home to Battle Creek, just flew in from a Business trip and decided to stop here to avoid stopping in downtown Detroit to save time. That was a mistake, this location needs a lot of attention to be improved. There were 2 team members taking one order at a time, this resulted in the line being wrapped around the building, then continued to be a 27 minute wait for a chicken sandwich meal and 2 double Cheeseburgers. When i got to the window to pay, there were 2 teens on their phones hanging out and in no hurry to get people what they came their for. Very disappointed in this experience. The food was thrown together and sloppy, the fries were cold when i got them, based on the attitudes and Engagement from the workers i did not dare to complain to this team.

Never had a problem with this Mcdonalds location until today. I never really give out reviews, but I felt compelled today because of the disrespect I’ve experienced. I had a mobile order that was created at 2:55PM. I selected the option for drive thru. I get there at 3:00PM. I gave the person the code and was told by the person that I’m supposed to come in because they don’t see my order. I went to check the address to see if the location was auto updated to a different one by mistake. It was the correct address. I went in at 3:03PM. I wasn’t acknowledged by anyone until 3:15PM by the manager. I showed him my order. He told me that I shouldn’t have had to come in. Before he talked to me, I stood at the counter the whole time, and I was not even asked if I had been helped yet. The people who ordered later inside on the touch screens got their orders before me. I only wanted 2 mcchickens and 20 piece nuggets. This was not a large order. At 3:19PM I was finally able to get my order and leave. If the manager didn’t help me, I think I would still be there right now. I don’t mind waiting for my food at all, this location is usually really busy and there is always a wait time, but please don’t pretend I’m invisible. I’m not sure if they are under new management or employees, because I pretty much always get good service here. I have NEVER disrespected their employees from all the times that I’ve come here, and I was just appalled at how I was treated today. As someone who works in customer service, I would never treat my customers this way.

This locations service has spiraled downhill for a while now. My husband and I placed a mobile order tonight, not only did we have to wait 15 minutes after making it through the line, workers trying to hand us another person's order twice, our burgers were raw. In the past few months they've missed items paid for and when we called after getting home the manager said we could drive back to get it or he could mail coupons to us which never even ended up arriving. They will not issue a refund for the food you paid for that you don't receive either. Because honestly who wants the food they did receive to get cold while you drive back to get items you paid for that they neglected to give you?

Waited over 10 minutes for food in drive thru. Fries were luke warm. Ordered 1/4 pounder with cheese, no onions. I opened burger package and checked to make sure there were no onions (I have allergies) and what do I find? A burger that looks like someone took a bite out of it! Disgusting! I'm not eating it! Can't take it back cuz we're on xway!
