Simply put.. Chick-fil-A is awesome. I have never had a bad or even near poor experience with their service or food. Always get my order correct the first time, always have friendly faces and customer service is great 100% of the time.
We have always loved this place, but today was icing on the cake! Our bank card had an issue with the online transaction causing it to be declined and OF COURSE I forgot my wallet on the way out the door. I guess the manager saw my frustration when I said I understood he simply said, "Don't worry about it and handed me the food." I truly did not expect, nor did I ask, for that; but the kindness is appreciated. Thank you Chandler and staff at the drive thru. You guys are awesome.
Love the brand but this location is not always consistent with moist but crunchy sandwich but I guess you can't get it perfect every time. Had a glitch with my order. I asked for a deluxe sandwich and a regular sandwich and only got a regular. She repeated the order.. Charged for only one. My husband had to eat a P&J sandwich. LOL
I've always thought Chick-fil-A is way overpriced, especially having a large family, so this review is based solely on customer service. This place has the absolute best employees. Everytime I bring my kiddos here, Rhonda always goes out of her way to help in any way she can...rather it's clearing off our table (which she doesn't have to do but does just to help), offer us refills, & even helped me get all my kiddos & food to my car one day bc she said it looked like I had my hands full. She is amazing everytime we come!!
I was disappointed that they didn't have the bbq sandwiches anymore but the chicken club was good. A little dry But there's sauce
I believe his name was Trevor in the drive thru taking my order. He had the best customer service and for sure made my day better. Everyone there is usually nice but his service stood out to me and was very patient. Great customer service goes a long way! Good job.

Sadly there is not a restaurant closer than an hour drive from where I live and eating here is always a real treat. My children couldn't remember ever eating here so we stopped for lunch on our trip. The food was hot and fresh. The service was friendly, quick and accurate. My children and myself loved eating here! My children thought the catering vehicles parked in the parking lot were super funny how they were decorated and for whatever reason up until this visit they had never seen the promotions for this place and they thought the cows were just hilarious telling people to eat more chicken, even the clock on the wall was thoughtfully decorated with the restaurant in mind. I would recommend if you are thinking about stopping at this location, you should, this crew is hard working, they will get your food to you hot and fresh with a smile on their faces and you can tell everyone working here actually loves working here since it's reflected in the atmosphere in the store. It's an awesome place to stop and eat!
Stopped here on a roadtrip and received great service with a smile as expected. Spoke with a team member when we entered, a really sweet Lady who complimented my wife's Christian t-shirt. We walked in, my family ordered food while I used the restroom. The food was ready before I walked out. Great service!
I’ve been coming to this location for several years now. I have to hand it to ‘em this location is on their A game. Their drive-through sets the standard for the rest of the drive-through restaurants in the area. Longest I’ve had to wait here is maybe 10 minutes. 99% of the time my order has been correct. When dining inside the place has always been very clean and the employees very engaging and friendly “my pleasure”! My two girls love playing on the indoor playground which is also very clean. Parking is usually readily available and curbside is quick. I travel often and can’t say the same about many other locations. This one gets a 10 out of 10! Keep up the great work guys!
Always the best chicken and best service. Great play area for the kids too. It can be pretty busy sometimes, so keep that in mind. We get there before the crowd, which works best. The drive thru is always quick too. We are regulars here.
Who does not LOVE Chick-fil-a! Always great. The people are so friendly. And fast! We ate in, which is not the norm for us. We just sat down with our drinks and the food was there.
We stopped here on the way back to Katy from Galveston on a Saturday. The food and service was great. The door to the play area was propped open so the noise level was pretty high. It was around 3 pm and the drive thru was fully packed and most of the tables were full.
Alvin Chick-fil-A is the best around. The whole staff is great! The whole store is very friendly and will bend over backwards for you. The owner is awesome to talk with, he spend a great deal of time with his customers.
This Chick fil A location, just like the rest, never fails to deliver excellent service and great food. What sets this one apart, though, is how the staff always manage to make me smile or laugh. Their energy and positivity are contagious, and they truly go above and beyond to make you feel happy and welcome. I love coming to this location because the experience is consistently outstanding. From the friendly greetings to the fast service and, of course, the delicious food, it’s everything you expect from Chick fil A and more. If you’re in the area, this location is a must visit. They make great food even better with their exceptional customer service.
I can’t recall having a bad experience at Chick-fil-A, and today’s interaction with Joey at the drive-thru was especially pleasant. He had great energy and was very friendly. I initially thought he was a manager, but he mentioned he’s actually a trainer. I’m sure his positive attitude and excellent customer service skills will leave a lasting impression on all the trainees he works with.
Chick fil a is the ultimate fast food chicken place. Their nuggets are very delicious and their chicken stripe are my favorite. The sandwiches never disappoint.
Sucks when you order 2 Large Meals and only get one Large Fry…. and now you have to drive to a different CFA after realising when you got home to buy the missing Large fry…. If you’re reading this, make sure you check your bags because apparently it’s SOOO hard to bag 2 simple meals….

We went through the Drive- thru, and they were very efficient in getting out the orders. They wee very organized. System that they have in place makes going thru the Drive-thru a breeze!

This is one of the largest Chick-fil-A stores I have ever seen. There is parking that doesn't have to require crossing through the drive thru traffic which isn't available at any of the stores around where I live.
Always impeccable service at this location and my kids love the playground. It’s always spotless and my food is out within a minute or less. We spend mornings here before school and they’re always so polite and welcoming! Definitely one of my favorite fast food spots in the area.
Always great service and fresh food. Clean dinning area. Hits all the Chick-fil-A standards and expectations. Normally a long line here but It moves fast. We used them for catering multiple times at company functions, they deliver (figuratively and literally) flawlessly and they even offer food warming bags. Chick-fil-a never fails but I don't why but it seems like the sandwiches are getting smaller and smaller. I wish they would bring back the old breakfast burrito with the onions and peppers. It was delicious. The peach milkshake is so good!!! They are a little stingy on giving extra sauces,, But overall, I love everything on their menu.

Service (indoors) was a little slower than normal but overall very professional and courteous as one expects here. Our son had a blast playing on the indoor playground, which is a great amenity on a cold night (like we had) or a hot summer day. Food quality was great, just hoping they can hire a few more staff to help speed things along like normal.

Great food! Love the play place they have for the kiddos; I wish it was bigger. It was super packed on the weekend, but that's ok. They had plenty of staff to quickly clean the tables so we could get a place to eat. Excellent customer service! Love that the managers even help out with everything. Will return.

Chick-fil-a is by far our favorite franchise, and I want I see them succeed. but this location has poor accuracy, we have had food missing on our order so often, that now that I think about it, i wish I would've mentioned to them earlier. The lines are starting move slow in the drive through even though they remodeled to two lanes recently. I wonder if everybody is sitting, checking their whole order at the window like we do now? I also I literally waited 25 minutes at 930 pm to only buy cookies just to hear they are out. When the manager came over to void the cookies the cashier just told him I changed my order, i have I feeling there were cookies somewhere on-site but someone didn't want to dirty equipment late at night.
Usually, Chick-fil-A is exceptional in all areas. Today, there was chaos behind the counter. The order taker was busy joking with coworkers and I had to repeat my order 4 times. The fries were 3/4 full.

I live in the area and have never had an unpleasant experience with any Chick-fil-A . However this location is not what I would expect from a Chick-fil-A . The food has always been great. But the customer service is far from it in my experience towards the evenings. The drive thru customer service from the order to the end was awful. The employees were cussing at the window in conversations , I had my daughter with me and it was a very unexpected experience. I would compare this location at least with the staff on board tonight as any fast food chain around where they are not known at all for the professional customer service. It is the reason I go to Chick-fil-A over other food chains. I hope there is some more training for the younger staff that is being hired on to at least not cuss in front of customers at the window.
My kids love chick fil a, but the four count it's always burn crunchy. This is in Texas city. And drive thru is always very slow help them.
Decent place. But I've been here several times before where they make you pull over and wait. And then they don't bring you your whole order. Please, for the love of God and all that is holy, please give me more than two sauce packets. I've come on 3 different occasions, asked for 6 sauce packets and received 2. Two! I have 12 nuggets and a thing of fries. There is no way on God's good green earth, 2 packets of sauce are going to be enough. I love the Lord and he paid for my sins. But I'll pay for my sauce. Just please quit skimping!
So went by today for dinner. First, they didn’t give me chips luckily I was still in the parking lot bc that’s what I really wanted to much on my way home. I go in and let them know. They give me a bag & when I get to my car is all air. Hardly any chips. Second, I decided not to go back and just take the L because today has been a rough day.
Chick-fil-A is a southern tradition. They claim they invented the chicken sandwich. The basic sandwich is a battered and fried chicken breast on a buttered and lightly toasted bun with pickles. They serve waffle fries as the default side, but there are other options like kale salad, fruit, or macaroni and cheese. This chain is great for a fast meal on the go. The customer service is outstanding. The dining room is not particularly comfortable or refined.
2nd time i’ve gone and the cashier gets my order right but whoever is working bagging and kitchen is lazy. i usually come to this location and they’ve done good by me but when it comes to specifications they fail. they forgot my fries last time and this time instead of giving me a fresh chicken filet they decided to remove one from a sandwich as it had pickles on it when i specifically asked for no pickles. i’m pregnant and the sight of pickles literally makes me want to vomit. hopefully they get their training in order.

Past few times we have ordered from this location, items are always missing. Today my husband did a curbside order, missing his salad and then when I opened my chicken strip meal (supposed to be 3 ct) I only had 2 chicken strips in there. Keeps happening at this location, usually never have issues with chickfila.
Check your bag... Missing 3 kids apple sauce as well as the kids toy that come with the meal.. Both of the combo meals weren't correct (no big deal). As well as had us wait almost 20 mins. This happens pretty often sadly cause their food is great for the most part.
This location has definitely went down in service the last couple years. You stand at the counter for several minutes before anybody even acknowledges you. I have never been to a Chick-fil-A where I didn’t at least have one person say my pleasure not that it’s required but that shows you the lack of greeting at this location.

Drive through customer service has been horrible at this location for sometime. I would rather them not say “my pleasure” at all. They seem like they all completely hate working there. I don’t normally leave bad reviews but this had to be said. I’m sure they aren’t all bad but I will say I have not felt taken care of in the drive through specifically in a long time. Since their remodel, this location has really gone down the drain. It’s gotten to the point that I will drive out of my way to go to the South Shore location instead. Be prepared to wait 30+ minutes in the drive thru, and ALWAYS have part of your order not make it into the bag. You’re likely to be “parked” to wait in the parking lot directly across from the drive thru window for your food during busier times, and you’ll be faced with waiting through the entire line again or attempting to get someone on the phone when it comes to correcting their mistakes/missing items. We’re signature members and have been for years, which means we admittedly spend way too much at Chick-fil-A. With that being said, we’re giving up on this location.

They got our order wrong from the beginning. They did finally fix it after they complained about it. After eating our daughter had taken the left over meals we had and went to get a to go bag. The lady at the counter took all the food and gave her just an order of chicken nuggets and kept the rest of our food. I tried calling and speaking with the manager, but could not get anyone to answer.
I love this location and have never been so disappointed until today. I understand human error happens, so I was willing to pay the slight upcharge fee to have it corrected to be that actual price, but the employee at the window literally SIGHED while trying to correct my order, then proceeded to argue with me about what I ordered. The entire order was correct, minus the drink sizes, so I would literally only have to pay, what.. three extra dollars? Regardless, instead of showing outstanding customer service as they usually do, this employee sat there and argued with me until I told him to just forget about it. I did not catch his name but I personally will not be going to this location again, because they like to argue with their paying customers.
Although the staff was quick and super friendly, this is my 3rd time coming hoping the food will be different. The chicken is always dry, but this time it was dry and the breeding was falling apart, along with the bread itself. It was also dry... like it was sat out for a long time. My whole meal was cold... which it shouldn't have been since I used the app and paid ahead of time (in the parking lot). I would blame it on the drive home but I'm only 5 min away. It should haven't not been cold what so ever. The cheese was half off my sandwich. I get you want a quantity, but in order to get the quantities you need quality. I get it's busy, but I've been to others and never had this issue. Came in to enjoy dinner with my wife and daughter thinking it was a good idea since they have a play area for children. Unfortunately, she was only able to play for about two minutes before it was overrun by UNATTENDED children who were obviously OVER 3 years old . Parents should be more attentive to their children and respect that other children within that range are not enjoying it when they are being pushed over and completely disregarding her safety, it simply ruined our visit.
I’ve been to this location 3 times and every time the drive thru makes it a long experience. I waited at least 10 mins to get up to the window then they tell me to go park to the side for an additional 7 mins meanwhile 5/6 cars got their order. I ordered 2 chicken nugget meals nothing complicated. I put my order on the app before I even drove thru the line.. just disappointed.. not like all the other Chick-fil-A locations

I accidentally ordered at the wrong Chick-fil-A and when I asked them to cancel my order, the employee refused. Never been more disappointed. It was my mistake that I ordered but I would’ve liked a refund bc I couldn’t get to that Chick-fil-A
I works strongly suggest going to a different location. Unless you enjoy playing food roulette where every chamber is an incorrect order. I don't understand what happened. This location has gone downhill so hard. Here is a summary of my last 4 visits. 1st visit: gave me the wrong size drink and an incorrect food item. 2nd visit: I got half of my order, and two pieces from someone else order. 3rd visit: correct name and items on bag, someone else's order inside. 4th visit: I decided after multiple incorrect orders I needed to check thoroughly before leaving the drive through. First mistake I noticed was it was the wrong size drink. Oh well. I don't care enough to wait for that to get fixed. Then I noticed they did not give me my grilled nuggets or the right sauce. I asked for them. After waiting, they give me fried instead of grilled nuggets. I ask again for the grilled nuggets I ordered. After waiting more, they hand me more fried nuggets. This is after showing them the receipt showing grilled nuggets. They also still didn't get me the correct sauce. I get home to realize the sandwich I also ordered was the incorrect sandwich. The only thing they got correct was the fries. I can't understand what happened to this location. I have to assume some kind of change in management. I get better service at McDonald's.
For being that Chik-fil-a has such a great reputation for customer service, this location has really let my family down time and time again. The staff is not welcoming nor friendly and the food is not always fresh. Additionally, it is too hard for the staff to read orders as I placed an order for chicken minis and was given a box of chicken nuggets. As breakfast is already over, the best they could do is offer a replacement tomorrow, so I guess my family doesn't get to eat breakfast today. Way to go, Chik-fil-a.
Slowest drive thru experience of my life. Was REALLY HOPING when they did the renovations, they could be up to date and actually have a lane dedicated to scanning the QR code and moving through the line quicker than the ppl stuck in the stone age talking out their order and slowing up the works. Go to the chik fil a near El Dorado where they are actually helping society move forward.
I don’t have positive experiences when I come here. The staff always has an attitude, they have inappropriate loud conversations, and they listen to loud music/videos on their phone while people are eating. I only come here because it’s the closest to my house. However, I do want to give a special thank you to Skyy and Bryson. Every time I come here they always have the sweetest manners, are very attentive, and polite. The last few times I’ve been here I ate inside, and I’ve observed them working very hard from delivering food, cleaning bathrooms, throwing away trays, refilling drinks, and thank me for coming. They deserve recognition, and they are the only positive experience I have coming here. I hope they know that they are appreciated. Especially with the lack of customer service from their other staff.
I frequent this location and I have been very patient with them. Today I ordered the 4 count mini combo and there was only one that was edible. The bread was dry and the meat was overcooked. I literally gave away $9
I ordered the wrong type of nuggets on a big order $$ and the store manager refused to swap the nuggets Carson said it was because I placed the order in the app and not at the store. Then I get home and the rest of the order is undercooked and the sandwiches have the items on them specifically asked to be removed.
today 6/11 I went to get Chick-fil-A before my work. I’ve been trying to have a good week because it’s been stressful and I expect Chick-fil-A workers to be nice and welcoming well that was not the case when I went through the drivethru and STEPHEN was really rude all I wanted was dr pp and a cookie and STEPHEN was really rude and was mean mugging the whole time. Chick-fil-A used to be my favorite fast food. Never going back. Drive through was 25 minutes, then no ice cream. Got our 4 chicken strips and now they are the size of what used to be called a chicken nugget. Fries were warm, I guess that is acceptable, but not providing ketchup is not acceptable and not noticed until you have left the drive through line. On top of it all the chicken strips were burnt. $10.00 and 25 minutes of my life wasted!
Chick-fil-A has been one of the only fast food places where you trust they put all your food your in bag and don’t feel the need to check. Guess I’ll have to start checking now. After waiting for about 15-20 minutes in line, getting home and realizing my order was messed up and missing food. I was a bit annoyed. If I lived closer I would have gone back, but my 15 month old was ready to eat his dinner and didn’t have the time to go back and get my missing food items.
Forgotten Order. I spent 30 minutes of my hour lunch break waiting for my mobile curbside order. After 15 mins of being told my order was on the way, I noticed every curbside order had been serviced except mine. I exited my car from curbside parking, and I walked inside the restaurant to inquire about my order. Manger briefly confers with workers and one of the employees claim “I never got that order.” While they try to figure out what happened to my order, I turn around and see this. (Photo attached) I am only posting this review because this is not the first issue I’ve had at this particular location with timing and order accuracy. CFA is a great brand, but maybe if you are on a time crunch you should not visit this particular location. Visited on 7/19/21 3:20PM.
Drive thru is slower than dirt.. been sitting in the left lane for 15 mins and have hardly moved where as the right lanes moving.. they are so un organized.. like i ordered in the app this should have been easy.. drive thru is supposed to be fast..
I had asked the gentleman outside of my 4 year old could use the restroom. He said yes. I went inside to be turned around by two ladies. I asked if my son would have to use the restroom in the parking lot to which one replied “yes.” As I was leaving I asked to speak to a manager, the other lady stated the one who said no was the manager. I told me son they wanted him to use the restroom in the parking lot all he asked was “but why?” We returned to our vehicle. My son urinated next to my car in the parking lot. I returned inside to get the name of the manager who told me no after I was told yes. She refused to talk. I asked if I was just going to be ignored. Another lady walked up, identified herself as one of the managers. I asked who the other lady who I was told was a manager, this manager told me if she (as she looked at the other lady) wanted to tell me her name she would let her tell me her name and just shrugged. We argued. She finally told me her name. Katera Martin. But I’m unsure if that is the correct spelling. As a signature member I’ve never been treated in this manner. I’ll never return to this location.
Placed a mobile order and came inside to get my food, I ordered a grilled nuggets with Mac and cheese and a small fry, I then asked for just a plastic container, like the ones they use for the salads cause I wanted to put my nuggets, fries, and Mac and cheese in there and shake it to mix it all together, the heavy set lady behind the counter who I assume is the manager said no, okay fine so be it, I then take my food and look in my bag and the fries aren’t in there, so I walk back up and ask if I can get my fries, the same lady who I assume just doesn’t like her job says “well did you order fries”, yes lady, I did order fries as you can see on my mobile order receipt and also on the receipt on the bag. Definitely the most intriguing chick fila experience I’ve ever had, I’m not sure why of all customers they decided to be rude to me, I figured maybe because I’m Mexican or something I don’t know, but I know for a fact I will not come here again.
This chick fil a gets really, really busy during lunch. Everything overall is ohkay, not the best in the area compared to others, specially have a poor quality in employees. Also, how dare they have employees standing outside in the rain with NO Jacket or no awning? Absolutely disgusting lack of care of their employees. Was only able to get this photo bc I needed to see the menu.
if i could give zero stars i would. THIS IS THE WORST CHICK FIL A TO EVER ORDER FROM, WORK AT AND EXPERIENCE!!! never going back to this location
We used the drive-through and were waiting like 20 minutes. For a peach milkshake, 2 lemonades, strips, and fries, and not my pleasure at all. Not happy with the experience. Order 0854. I have to step out of my car and went to the restaurante to ask for my order.
The service staff is very slow and delays delivery by at least 5-10 minutes.
This is the worst Chic Fil A and unfortunately it’s the only one near my house. They mess up our order 100% of the time. Every single time we go something is wrong. It’s always on simple orders too. Crazy.
The African American lady ( i am black aswell thank you.) i presume is manager had a very very funky attitude with the young gentlemen handing me my meal in the drive thru. he was just telling her she had forgotten my fries and she appeared to be very disrespectful and snapy with him, yet he was still very nice and reassuring.
I usually have a good experience at Chick-fil-A, but this visit was really disappointing. The customer service felt very off. Most of the employees seemed unhappy and disengaged, and it showed in the way customers were treated. The only bright spot was James, who was outside taking orders he was kind, professional, and actually seemed like he cared. I hope management looks into this because the overall atmosphere did not reflect the level of service Chick-fil-A is known for.
More than 3 of the staff just standing around chatting with family instead of helping the 3 customers coming to the counter complaining about their food being cold or wrong. We are delivery drivers and waited for one person to do everything and finally get to our order that had been rddy since we arrived. While they chatted right beside it and never acknowledged us. This was at 2pm fri and the man who helped us deserved the most. He was at least very kind.
By far the worst location around. Continuously tries not to open on time by keeping driveway blocked after opening and by marking their store as closed till 1030 in their app. Then has the audacity to serve old cold food.
Ordered the Southwest Chicken Salad and it was terrible. Whom ever assembled that salad must had been upset or didn’t want to be there. First off it was lacking lettuce and the toppings were barely there. The whole presentation was just off and not appealing. It seems as the prices goes up the quantity/quality goes down in which this is a rip off to the consumers. Also ordered the Kale Salad for my daughter and that was also lacking salad in the bowl and she stated it didn’t taste like it normally does. We will be definitely cutting back on this location.
I travel for work all around Texas and Louisiana. This was by far the worst Chick-fil-A experience. I went today, at 7pm on 1/23. I ordered a Cobb salad & got the smallest portion of chicken I’ve ever seen. And I was only given 1 dressing pack. Was not asked if I wanted 2 nor given an option, just gave me 1. Very disappointed.
Normally have a great experience at Chic-fil-a, but today the service was absolutely terrible. I ordered a couple happy meals, I originally asked for juice on one of them, but my child changed his mind and wanted a chocolate milk before the food came out. I went to ask for an exchange and recieved a lot of sas saying chocolate milk is up charged. A manager got involved and did the exchange no problem. We went to sit to wait for our food. After 30 min we went to check on status and they had forgotten about us. They brought the food shortly but the order was wrong. I went to get an exchange and showed the receipt to the employee showing we asked for fruit not fries. A second employee the one that bagged the food went up and started saying she bagged the food right and wanted to see the receipt again to confirm it was wrong. To much attitude, unexpected for Chic-fil-a.
I love Chick-fil-A but this experience was a real disappointment. I ordered two biscuits and one had raw chicken. It gave me a stomach ache so I called the store. I spoke to Patrick, the team lead, and he refused to refund me. I would have to return to the store and get another biscuit, which is inconvenient since I’m already at home and suffering from a stomach ache. Patrick seemed more interested in making sure I returned than simply refunding me. Chick-fil-A needs to improve its training for employees. When a customer receives raw food, I don’t want to have to return to get a replacement biscuit. Patrick either needs retraining or needs to be fired. Either way should not be a team lead. Chick-fil-A needs to increase his standards
Second time I’ve been to this location this week. Drive thru is insanely slow both times. It’s 2:30 on a Friday. Hardly a line at all. I’ve been in this like 25m not even half way to the window. Unreal for a chik fil a or any fast food for that matter. Terrible. Respect people’s time!!
