A view of the car wash and freeway exit, tempered by a few well placed trees and bush make for a pleasant fast food repast. Get the bk app to save Big-time.

I made sure to say "Make it hot and fresh please" and it came out hot. I have a problem with many Burger Kings not giving me hot food so I feel you have to say that to get hot food at all locations.

First all a special shout out to the owners that allowed 98 Rock to hold a live broadcast for the amazing community of listeners. I ordered the new Abe Kanan whopper only available at this location and it was awesome. The employees were very friendly and the place was clean. My order was correct and prepared quickly. They had ample parking and I really liked having the owners mingle with the crowd. I will be back! Updating my review dropped in to order a couple of Abe Kanon whopper with none other than Abe Kanon joining me via the phone live on air. Only Burger King that carries the sacred meal. As always fast friendly service

Came here and enjoyed a fresh meal for my family. We were greeted when we walked it almost immediately. We ended up using the restrooms as we were on a road trip and this killed two birds with one stone. The restrooms were clean enough for use, though I would not call them immaculate, but well within normal limits of clean. The food was ready by the time we got out and then we left. All in all a pleasant and quick visit.

Food was hot and fresh, restaurant and restroom were both spotless and the staff couldn’t have been more pleasant! Best BK experience ever!

For fast food, this place is great, especially since their great looking make over. I came through the drive-thru with a mobile order, and Naelli (sp?!) was absolutely fabulous!!! She greeted me at the speaker, introduced herself, spoke clearly, and even thanked me for coming before I’d even hit the payment window. When I pulled up, she impressed me even more by asking how my day was, offered extra sauces, even asked if I wanted a BK Crown before thanking me again. It’s the little things... Because I like customer service just as much as the food I am paying for, she nailed every one, hats off to her! Oh, and the food? I’m eating it as I type this. It is fresh, hot, and tasty. I recommend the cheesy tots and the halfsies (why does no one else do this, onion rings and fries together is a match made in heaven haha) Huge thanks to Naelli and the BK crew. You’ve officially earned my repeat business!

Very great customer service and a great place to stop from off the highway. All I'd say is it definitely needs an upgrade and the drive through you almost drive right past it. Definitely would come back✌😊

Good was good hot and fresh, order was correct and made in a timely manor. The facility could use a little updating. All in all its a good Burger King never had any problems with the employees.

Friendly Lady at the drive thru. Dining room is closed due to Covid 19 Pandemic!! Order was accurate and we ate in the parking lot. Which by the way seemed clean!

I don't know why they serve there food with boiling hot ketchup, but besides that they have well prepared food that tastes good that they make in less than 5 minutes, wich puts them way ahead of the McDonald's and Taco bell across the street.

Clean tables and fun old timey diner setup. Staff was nice and hardworking. Fries had too much salt but rest of food was ok.

I had a Whopper. Being their staple name sake, you would think they would take care. Bun was warm not toasted. Tomato was just 2 end cuts, covered maybe 1/2 the burger. Yes, I was disappointed.

French fries tend to be terrible at all Burger Kings these days. Chicken fries are awesome though. These didn't taste fresh, unfortunately. They had been sitting for a while before they were served to me. On the spongy side.

Food is fine. Service is fine +/-. The dining area is just dirty. Dirty floors, dirty tables, soda machines are messy... and there is no one in the restaurant all three times. It makes no sense.

Ordered a long burger. Waited 10 minutes. Got a long chicken instead. The counter person refused to look at me. When asked why, she said she had a disorder. People that won't look at customers shouldn't be in a position that they have to deal with them. She was nice enough though. Other than that, the only disorder I could see, was my burger.

Large dining area inside as well as outdoor seating. Easy on and off the freeway.

I went thru the drive thru on my way home (over an hour a way) they were a bit impatient as I orders 2 whoppers fries and drink...as we left my son didn't get a straw for his drink and while on my way I pulled over to find my hamburger bun scorched and my hamburger under cooked. Needless to say I was not impressed.

I stood in urine as I used the urinal. My wife said the women's restroom was just as bad. In the dining room, the baseboards were filthy, upholstery on the "car seats" were ripped and dirty. I finished my meal and left as quickly as possible. There were few customers in this store for obvious reasons. Someone from the corporate level needs to get down to this facility and take corrective action immediately. Came through the drive through last night on my way from Marysville to Santa Rosa. Asked for the Classic Chicken sandwich, no meal. Naturally I am getting right back on the freeway, and eating in the car. At first, I wasn't sure it was even chicken. Halfway through, I gave up. It was the most grisly piece of chicken, and I believe, the 2nd half was not fully cooked. I wrapped it back up, threw it back in the bag, and ate nothing else on the way home. This was unprofessional to serve a piece of chicken this horrible, especially when the customer cannot simply turn around and go back. Surprised I was not sick during the night, but it has made me lose my appetite today.

Not only did this specific Burger King screw up my order for the fifth time in a row but aubergines do it whenever I want to order two double bacon cheeseburgers they beat me by charging me for the two double cheeseburgers and only give me single cheeseburgers and I'm usually on the road or far away or live across town so I don't do anything about it but I'm going to leave this bad review because I didn't call Burger King Chef store cooked so whoever makes the burgers and read them and you need to pay attention when it's a double as opposed to a single or quit charging us for the double. I would like a refund of the two double cheeseburgers and so I only got singles but I doubt I'll ever see it.

They don't care about truck drivers that deliver there products. They wouldn't let me in to place an order . I could not go through the drive-through with my semi truck. Go to McDonald's across the street they actually Let you walk in or place a curbside order. The owner of this Burger King should really consider opening their doors being that they don't seem to have very much traffic here in the first place.

Burgers and fries were cold and I asked for sauce on both sides of the buns....well I got it but they also charged me $1 extra per burger..and did NOT DISCLOSE to .e. I noticed after I had left and was already headed back down the freeway.

When I was ordering at the drive thru the woman kept rushing me and giving me my total when I was trying to still order. When I asked for my military discount she said “we don’t do that” but every other time I’ve came they do it. And she forgot one of my orders of French toast, didn’t notice till I got home. This place sucks and that worker is really rude.

They don't take expired coupons, make sure you check them before you go! And the bun on the burger was so stale it was inedible.

Very rude and unprofessional! I went through the drive thru and I pulled up to the window payed and got my receipt I checked the receipt to make sure everything was right but I didn’t see one of the sandwiches that I ordered on there so I asked about it and one of the workers responded in a very rude way, she closed the window and started making hand gestures and talking to her co worker about what I asked. It was all just a misunderstanding and she took it personal! Never going there again..

The girl at the counter seemed like she hated her job. No smile, thank you or hello. Asked for a well done burger it was not well done nor was ot hot. Won't be back here.
