The food and service were amazing! We had a little of everything, and they even made a combination antipasto for us that was beyond fantastic. I am at a loss for words on how much we enjoyed it. We will definitely go back the next time we are in the area. This place is a must visit, but make sure to make a reservation!

Very good food, super friendly waiter. We stumbled upon the restaurant by chance and were greeted by an incredibly friendly and attentive waiter. Since we were easily recognizable as non-Italians, he spoke to us in excellent English and took plenty of time to explain everything to us. The food was so delicious that we immediately booked a table for our second-to-last day of vacation so we could have a delicious and cozy end to our meal. Everyone was friendly, and the restaurant seemed to be quite busy. We would eat here again anytime!

Perhaps the best lunch I've had in months. The tajarin with ragù and Valdostana are simply incredible. Besides being super tasty, they come in generous portions and are very reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

Absolutely brilliant! We had our dog with us and even though she can be scared around some people it was no problem and she was even given some prosciutto. Food was excellent and for those who enjoy wine they have plenty of local wines to choose from. Atmosphere was magical and felt like a place frequented by real locals. Sitting there eating pan pizza and talking under the vines will be a memory for many years to come. Oh, and our dog gives the prosciutto A+! ❤️ Grazie mille Pizzeria La Lanterna

Cibo buono e si spende anche meno del solito. Personale gentile, unico fattore negativo e che erano in due a servire i tavoli quindi abbiamo aspettato un po. Comunque molto cortesi.

We waited an hour for dinner....the atmosphere was clean and very simple. The only flaw is that the tables are small, but that's perhaps the art of using limited space to its fullest, and that's to be appreciated. There was no coat rack...in fact, despite the cramped space, we put everything on our chairs...and the women? Who also have bags?...well, what can I say...All in all, it was a feast! And not bad at all. Happy New Year!

Dinner with relatives, a place they know because they're local. They serve appetizers, first courses, second courses, fried fish, and then pizza. I liked the location, the cleanliness, and especially the menu, with limited dishes (not too extensive), and the speed of service. The pizzas are all pan-fried with the most common toppings. There's a wide and comprehensive wine selection; after all, we're in Dogliani. I had a deviled pizza, with a nice crispy crust. I've heard good reviews for everyone else, especially the mixed seafood platter, which is a great price and plentiful. The only thing I liked about the place is that it didn't absorb much noise, and you had to turn up the volume to be heard.

We were attracted by the pan pizza, for a quick dinner...and we weren't disappointed...really good and unique... Good and fast service! We ate on the small but charming outdoor terrace above the historic center!

Traditional family-run restaurant in the Langhe. Handmade pasta made with traditional Langhe recipes. My mother is unbeatable at this! I recommend the "Ravioli al Plin" with butter and sage. The quality, price, and freshness of the ingredients are unbeatable! For some time now, her son has been in charge of the kitchen, having worked with the best traditional Langhe chefs still in existence. If you can't give up fish, try the mixed fried fish or the fried calamari.

Capitato x lavoro non è un posto che mi ha lasciato il segno. Peccato

Capitati x caso oggi girando in moto nelle Langhe. Entrata a chiedere se c'era posto x due accolta da un ragazzo(poi saputo che è il proprietario) in modo molto accogliente che ha detto subito che non ci poteva accontentare se volevamo pizza, scusandosi. Preso antipasto misto, tagliarin ai funghi e ravioli al ragù fatti in casa ottimi. Se ripassiamo ci fermeremo sicuramente. Prezzi onesti.

Abbiamo ordinato alle 20,30. I due primi sono arrivati alle 21,34 e i secondi alle 22,15 ed il locale non era affollato. Ai vicini di tavolo, già seduti quando siamo arrivati, è andata anche peggio: i secondi sono arrivati in ordine sparso: qualcuno mangiava, altri aspettavano. Una stella perché i tajarin erano buoni, ma purtroppo sono completamente disorganizzati e l'attesa sulle sedie scomode è snervante. Aggiungo che non hanno portato il pane e si sono dimenticati il contorno. Forse se il figlio che lavora (si fa per dire) in sala si occupasse dei tavoli, ogni tanto almeno li guardasse, anziché vagare tra gli stessi con aria bohemienne a propinare (per fortuna) saltuarie sciocchezze, il servizio sarebbe migliore. Eppure servono anche due cameriere. Spiace dare un giudizio negativo perché la cucina è buona, ma purtroppo questi sono i fatti. Da evitare, a meno che con spirito masochistico vogliate trascorrere una lunga e faticosa serata seduti su una sedia scomoda a chiedervi perché occorra quasi un'ora per cuocere una bistecca.

Unfortunately, we didn't like this place at all. Worst pizza on our trip to Italy. What we had on our plate had nothing to do with a typical Italian pizza. The ambiance was definitely cozier and more authentic before the renovation. Apparently, no one cared that we were visibly dissatisfied. Poor value for money.
