Pizza was great. The view was great. The tiramisu was crap- the cookies were over soaked. There was too much cream and looks like they use the sprayable whipped cream.

I recently had a very disappointing experience at a pizza restaurant in Italy. The service was extremely poor. When we arrived, the woman attending us immediately got angry and kept complaining because we wanted to push two reserved tables together so our group could sit together. This simple request seemed entirely reasonable, but it was not well-received. For the rest of the evening, she disappeared and we didn't see her again. To make matters worse, this woman was yelling at the other staff members throughout the evening. The pizza itself was okay and the view was nice, but the unpleasant service really ruined our experience. I would not recommend this place based on our visit.

Food was fine. Not very special. Very thin pizza’s and no second round of drinks. Service was terrible. We were with a group of 8 but in no way able to sit together. (Outside) We could not move tables because there wouldn’t be enough room to walk past us, but they walked by not a single time. (There were also more entrances so not in any way a good reason) The women was very mad, not kind and I saw her yell to her staff inside. The view is stunning tho.

Last Saturday, we arrived at 21:15 after calling ahead to book a table for a group of 8. We ordered from the menu, without any discussion. After 40 minutes, the waiter came to tell us that the kitchen was closed, forcing to switch to the pizzas. The pizzas were acceptable, but we were disappointed that we couldn't order from the full menu. This is not the way to professionally manage a restaurant, especially one that has some potentiality because of its large parking lot and nice lake view.

The restaurant is set in a truly beautiful location, and the atmosphere is pleasant and inviting. Unfortunately, our experience with the food and service left much to be desired. The pizzas were disappointing in both taste and quality. Communication was difficult, as there was no service in English, and the staff came across as quite rude. Our order was forgotten, and we were left waiting for a long time—especially challenging as we had two small children with us. It also became clear that the restaurant is not very child-friendly, which made the overall experience even more uncomfortable. While the setting is lovely, we wouldn't return based on the poor service and unwelcoming attitude toward families.

The older waitress was very rude. She said all seats on the balcony are reserved. I think it's because we were with the baby. We wanted to sit so as not to interfere with the aisle, but she refused. we were around an hour and 80% of the tables outside were empty…The food was tasteless, there was very little pasta sauce. I ate almost only pasta. There was no atmosphere in the restaurant.
