I love the carne asada tacos. Nobody makes tacos like this. Nobody.. The mushrooms are a fantastic twist and treat.

Cheeseburger meal , tacos, and nachos grotto. We suggest to order a couple of things to try, since there are so many options to choose from. There was 2 of us and we ordered all this and each were able to split it all between us. They TOAST THEIR BUNS!! This gives their burgers that extra yuuummm, and flavor bomb. The only problem, (and it's my problem) Is that now, I'll have to order a cheeseburger, a taco, and then something new to try, just for myself! Lol!

Hands down the best burger in the valley. The grotto burger has me making the 40 minute round trip to Dos Palos every few weeks to get one. Their onion rings are killer too. If you're in town you have to try it.

Today was the first time visiting Taco Grotto (don't know why since i lived here my entire life) and can honestly say I had a good experience. The food was good and the employee that took my order was very kind. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you!

We had the ground beef tacos hard shell they're very good we also had the french fries I'm not a french fry person but for some reasons these were good. I seen a few kids and they ordered the nachos and they really like those they're a boys though boys eat a lot lol

Went tonight and got a grotto burger, sauce burger with cheese and 2 large fries. Food is always good and Angelica is always super nice! Today Hailey rang me up and I believe took my order over the phone, she was so sweet and had such good customer service. It's nice to see this place getting kids from high school or right out of high school. Gives them experience and a step into the work world. Great customer service and friendly faces 🙂

My Taco salad was so good I went back the following month again for another taco salad!

Super busy and they focused mainly on the drive through.

Service was great they were really nice we stopped since it was open and on our way home food was good but it needed something overall it was good 😁

I grew up here in Dos palos on sauce burgers, cheese fries & pepsi freezes. It's always nostalgic visiting DP.

The only good thing was the special shrimp!! The environment smells and seats are not good.

Good price on their rolled taco's. Food's average. Prices are pretty good.

This place was very clean and very polite service. However I paid $9.95 for Asada nachos and was very disappointed. There was hardly any meat the beans were piled in the middle of the plate and cheese to the side of beans. You can see them in the photo. Another thing I asked for green "sauce" which she brought that has a piece of Verde in it and I didn't really think nothing of it until I went to pay and noticed she charge me $3.75 for the green sauce. I won't go back here. Sure it looks like a big plate of chips but I was sharing this with my daughter.

The service is good but hecka slow to get ur food. the food is pretty good . I've eaten there twice and the tacos were very crunchy. not my thing. Light on the filling and the salsa is so salty it don't take much. But if ur a super salty eater it could make you happy.

Don't buy the chili Verde burrito ! It only has a lil bit of chili Verde. Nothing else.its a rip off for:$6.45

Food is ok. But the prices for the portions being served is too much. I ordered the large onion rings and large mushrooms and was extremely disappointed. The onion rings had a thin onion inside it was mostly batter and they were over cooked. My kids ordered the burgers combos and fry portions could be bigger for that price.

Tacos are way too greasy. They charged $4 for four onion rings.

I just ordered 4 burritos from them at 5.00 a piece . When we got home opened them and the tortilla was hard and the meat was burned. I will never go there again.

Watch what you order and ask the cashier to repeat the order. Evey time I order they give me the wrong item denying that I ordered it. The owner needs to get up on his game straight out get your business straight freaking go and pay double for this stuff

Worst place I ever visited food was horrible didn't give me no napkins and the drive-thru speaker didn't work not to mention I waited forever for my food and then when I got it, it was the wrong order!

The Service & Accuracy: I was incredibly clear when ordering: no cheese on the burger. I actually overheard the cook asking the cashier for clarification on the ingredients, and the cashier was completely clueless, just saying 'sorry no' and 'sorry yes' without any real idea of what was going on. Unsurprisingly, the burger came out with cheese on it anyway. Total incompetence. The Value: They charged $40 for two double burgers and two orders of fries. Charging that much in this town for basic burgers is absolute robbery, especially when the quality doesn't match the price. The Atmosphere: The restaurant itself was in terrible condition. The seats were torn and ripped, and the tables were so filthy I didn't even want to stand up, let alone sit down and eat. It’s clear that management has given up on basic maintenance and cleanliness. The Verdict: Save your $40 and go literally anywhere else. Between the incorrect order, the 'dumb' lack of communication between staff, and the disgusting environment, this place is a hard pass. I’m beyond frustrated that I wasted this much money here.

i got a burrito an some plain asada fries just the fries and the meat an tha was already like 20 something bucks so not worth it an they gave more fries than meat an the meat was not that good anyways an they messed up my first order so i had to go back n they got mad so i just ate what i got to not waste food or money
