Consistent drinks and hard working staff! They are always busy but I've never waited longer than 5-10min for my order. Great location to visit with friends or work!
Lori is such a delight to see in the mornings. She always remembers how I like my coffee and brightens my day! My dog Penny loves to see her and Lori always has a little bone treat for her. Lori makes a big impact in the community with here efforts to remember people and brighten their day. I'm always glad to see her!
We are here from Louisiana and our barista was Jordan and she was SUCH A SWEET GIRL. We had a huge order and she had a huge smile on her face and the service is amazing. Definitely recommend this location.
Lori & Sarah are the absolute best. They never fail to put a smile on my face even when I’m having a terrible day. They both deserve a raise!
Just wanted to give a HUGE shout out to the amazing staff Maddie who was working the drive-thru around 3 pm today!! She was patient and kind with me when I couldn't figure out exactly what I wanted. The kindness didn't stop there. When we pulled up to the window she had a beaming smile and was just the sweetest ever! I know sometimes we're in a hurry and forget to take a moment to appreciate the genuine joy someone's smile brings!! So Maddie, my daughter and I thank you for being what I can only imagine is exactly who you are!! Starbucks, in my opinion, this lady deserves the utmost praise, and hey a raise for her AMAZING customer service!!
Once or twice a week, we order on the app on the way to work. We pull up, walk in, and the order is always ready and correct. They get us off to a great start for our day.

This is my first time in this Starbucks but all the employees seem to be actively ignoring me. I was there for pick up a mobile order. When I entered the restaurant, I walked straight to the area where you pick up your mobile orders. I stood there waiting for one of them to say hi or at least acknowledge my presence. They are right in front of me and avoid eye contact. I wanted to speak up and get their attention, but it seemed like they were going to be bothered. I figured I would just stand there and see how long we can drag this out. After standing at the pick up area for over 5 minutes, finally someone asked me if i needed something. At least they had the order ready to go on time so three stars.
Consistently very slow service. Orders take much longer than expected, even when it’s not crowded. There doesn’t seem to be much urgency or order control, which makes this location frustrating to rely on. Definitely needs better management and efficiency.
My beverage was great, but that's more than what I can say for the service. After waiting 20 minutes I asked for the status of my beverage. I was told that my sticker had gotten thrown away but it would just take a minute to make my beverage . I shared my experience with a family member who is a manager at Starbucks and they advised me that the process is to immediately place the sticker onto the cup. Well whatever the case was this was not a good experience for my first visit to this location.
The slowest Starbucks I have been too. I waited over 20 minutes this morning, which I have never had to wait that long at any other Starbucks. And the barista Sarah had an attitude whenever a customer asked how much longer on their drink.
Went yesterday morning, Lori was very rude through the drive thru. Decided to go back and forth with me, have an attitude and slam the window in my face.
Barrista named Lori was VERY rude over the speaker. I tried to correct her and she kept sighing and acting like it was a hassle. I asked for a drink without protein and to add whip. She kept saying they couldn’t do that. It took someone else talking over to tell me they could. She gave me my drinks extremely rudely. And said “here.” And closed the window before I could ask for a straw. I try to be understanding of these workers. I smile and say thank you. I don’t understand why she was so rude. WONT becoming back here
i ordered on the mobile app at a super busy starbucks full of high schoolers and commuters. after waiting 20 minutes, they told me there were 70 drinks in the mobile queue. the manager, jeff, said to come back at 9:30 when it’d be slower and they could remake it, but it was even busier when i returned. i just took my melted drink while the girl with the “who has a why can bear any how” tattoo seemed to find the whole thing funny.
This was the worst, slowest service I've ever received. Do not recommend going to this store during the day. Received one drink, then had to wait almost 30 minutes to get second. When they finally start to make the drink... I'm then notified they don't have what was order so I have to get something different...The first drink was melted by the time I received the second. ... Over 30 minutes to not get what I ordered... pathetic
20 min for one coffee since they prioritize drive-thru. Made me lost my appointment
The staff can be oddly catty. It feels uncomfortable and I cringe at the thought of ordering anything because they seem to take issue when you order a water with your coffee. The staff makes eyes at each other like they're "put upon". When I tip they rarely say thank you. The staff is confusing because they smile to your face but act strangely catty - there's just no other way to explain it. I think I am done with corporate coffee shops... it's a bummer because I really like the milk alternatives creamer and flavors. I just can't see fit patroning a place that has this sort of atmosphere and energy.
We always get the same thing. A Cortado. When we came through the drive through the cortado was half full. We told the woman. Older blonde headed lady that it’s usually not just half full. I think they forgot to add the milk. Her first response was “I didn’t make your drink”. What customer service rep is training the Starbucks employees to say “I didn’t make your drink” shouldn’t it be, oh no! What’s wrong with it?, let me check on that for you. Even her tone of voice is harsh and rude like she hates her job. No wonder they have 2.5
I usually enjoy starting my day at this location, but Monday (7/28/) visit was deeply disappointing. A tall, brown-haired male employee made the experience frustrating from the moment I walked in—no courtesy, no professionalism, and a tone that felt downright dismissive. To make matters worse, my order was made incorrectly because it wasn’t read carefully. When I asked for it to be remade, it clearly felt like a bother to them. I paid for a Venti, and I expect to receive a Venti—no shortcuts, no attitude. Starbucks should be known for consistency and respect, and this visit fell far short of both. From reading other reviews its clear management doesn't care about customer service either.
Took my granddaughter to enjoy the new autumn drink. So disappointed!!!! There were 5 people behind the counter, very few customers, yet it took 20+ minutes to fill a one drink order. Plus, the drink was not made as ordered. Had to discard a $7 drink. Will not be going there again. Have not really been a fan of Starbucks anyway, and this sealed it.
