Um excuse me del taco where's all the sugar at? Only thing I don't like is when you order. They don't put what you order, its like mcdonald's always missing foods. Especially the beverage. Give you flat soda.

I had a very disappointing experience at Del Taco. The employees were standing around talking to each other and seemed completely uninterested in the customers. Even though it was not a busy time, they were not paying attention to people waiting to order. It felt like the staff cared more about their conversation than about doing their job. I had to wait longer than expected just to get basic service, and no one acknowledged the customers properly. Customer service should not depend on whether the restaurant is busy or not. Unfortunately, this visit left a very poor impression.

This location sucks. They also like having plastic in their grilled chicken taco. All the workers except the lady preparing the food just talk in the back. I showed drive thru lady with glasses and she just says "oh", and that's it. No wonder why this location is slow; there's no customers at the drive thru nor inside at 11am weekday.

Workers never listen when I give simple instructions. I’m allergic to tomatoes and ask for no tomatoes and they put them every time. If you are a picky eater or have allergies don’t recommend this location. Workers don’t care about customers

Del Taco Location #1163 Order# 43 Time Placed: 10:18 PM Date: 07/15/2025 It was clearly taco tuesday and I had placed an order at the drive-thru for 9 Snack tacos expecting to be charged for Taco Nite price. Woman who receives my order not only mishears my order as 5 tacos but also charges me at normal price and insists that i said 5 back at the speaker. I had to place another order for another 4 snack tacos to correct it - still charged me at normal price. So, not only did she gaslight me but also failed to remedy the problem. Terrible service, Do better.

This place sucks! The girl working the counter can’t even do her job!! I came here to get a meal for a fire victim and SHE DID NOT ring in the order correctly because the person got their food and said it wasn’t even chicken in the burrito. I clearly said, “Classic Chicken Burrito Combo” when I ordered and she asked as if she heard me. I trusted she knew what she was doing, that’s her job right? When I got the bag she was laughing about something I thought was off. It is so #Very #SAD that this is the kind of service you get from this store now. No greeting at the DT speaker when I pulled that I had to ask if they were open finally she responds, “I will be right with you” It is so sad and disappointing that she can’t even do her job to any fullest. I’ve been going to them for about six months, I always use walk in, because drive through is very very slow. Poor customer service, what I order is pretty much the same, it always bad, chicken is dry, mix drinks always taste different?? I’ve wind up throwing it away. So I’m DONE with del taco. Owner PLEASE don’t respond as I have seen your other response and YOU have done nothing about it?? Owner I’ve read Del Tacos sales were down for 2024 I see why. Good luck

I ordered a burger from del taco they are my fav. But when my Uber eats got there they were told they don’t have any. I got a call for A substitution instead and over the phone, I can hear hear the person‘s tone of voice, and how they were giving the person picking up the food, such disrespect and hostility and attitude, and also how they were not willing to work with me to get the full amount that I would’ve gotten for the burger meal do better del taco.

Filed formal complaint with corporate. Laziest uneducated workers at this location. Manger is hiding in the little corner wall, listening to problems and ignoring everything. Ladies working have unethical customer service. I literally saw father and son walk in not get acknowledged for 10 minutes until they left without ordering. When I brought it to the little girls attention. Her first excuse was "can't you see Im busy...." we both looked around the restaurant to realize she was lying since I was the only customer there... to which she continued, " well I don't care." After reading reviews, I'm not surprised with this behavior

Everything we ordered was cold.. like cold meaning you might get food poisoning. The bean burritos were all cold but my wife and I also noticed that the tortillas were hard and cold like they weren't cooked or they were old. I ordered extra cheese for the burritos and they just stuffed a large wad of cold shredded cheese at the opening of the uncooked tortilla. It was really bizarre. All my wife's food was cold like mine too. Like nasty cold. Lost our appetites and just tossed everything After taking a few bites. I hope we don't get sick. I don't know what happened but this used to be my favorite place as i was here several months ago and there was a different group of workers and the food was great.

This used to be my favorite Del Taco because it's close to work and they were very fast and efficient. Unfortunately the quality of service has really gone downhill. I typically use the app to order as I like to customize my items. However the last few times the items have been wrong even if the receipt has the correct instructions. Why offer and charge more for customization if you won't prepare it properly? Very disappointed.

On 8/22 at 750pm went with my family to buy several orders of 3/1.89 Tuesday tacos and a beef salad. Took several minutes for the person to take our order(basic english) not their language. Anyhow we were the only persons in drive thru. So we got up to drive thru pay window and realized that we hadn't ordered enough food for our family so we asked Chris( I dont think that is his name he hesitated to give us) to add 6 extra tacos. After we paid he told us not to do that,that we cannot do that-he was harsh and rude. He did give us the 6 extra tacos but was angry about that. Remember nobody else in drive thru else one of us would have gone inside. Anyhow got home and was disappointed, my beef salad was nothing but a bed of lettuce-didnt look nothing like their pics, neither did the tacos that had a half teaspoon of beef and nothing but lettuce. Never going here again. This was a family outing every tuesday. Go here if you have money to throw away. That is the presentation of my beef salad that I recieved.
