WILDE RESTAURANT

This was the breakfast room at the hotel we stayed at. The food was fantastic, the staff were quick and friendly, but the best part was the atmosphere. It was so cozy - comfy sofa seats at the table, a fireplace, greenery draped along the walls and ceiling, and more. Excited to dine here again.

We were 15 people eating a beautiful 3 course. The staff were very professional and friendly. The food was good, the starters and dessert were the best. And it is a very pretty interior.

I was there for my dad’s 50th and we came specifically for the sunday roast, and it did not disappoint. Great service and the food was just exquisite. I, along with the majority of the company, took the Irish beef roast, which i can highly recommend. The lamb however, also looked heavenly, I don’t think that you can really go wrong with any choice. For dessert there was a good variety of options and the as well, were all lovely.

Lovely dinner experience. Fantastic presentation with the seafood platter tower. The appetisers, sides, and dessert were outstanding too - scallops, roasted cauliflower, and creme brulée are highly recommended. Get the 'adventurous' wine flight if you can - lovely exotic wines from countries I generally don't associate with winemaking. To top it all up, the knowledgeable, attentive waiting staff made us comfortable throughout the dinner. Highly enjoyable experience.

Nice environment, very nice food and great service. Was rather busy when we went but I could see why. Prices reasonable given the venue and quality of food and service.

One of the best restaurants I’ve been to in Ireland. The flavours were really well balanced and the food was perfectly cooked. Everything was well looked after. The staff were lovely as well. I spent my birthday there and it was absolutely worth it!

We’ve eaten at Wilde a couple of times now and it just seems to get better every time,the food is amazing from the steaks to the Dover sole,the prawn cocktail is delicious,I had the wild mushroom risotto this time for a change which was perfectly cooked as everything is. The staff are all lovely, Anderson who looked after myself and my daughter was so nice and very professional.What a beautiful restaurant for any occasion.Such a treat.

This is a top-notch restaurant in Ireland. All of the food was amazing. My top dishes were Oysters, Scallops, Buratta, Lamb and Sole fish. Everything was very fresh and each dish was packed with great flavours. The place was kids friendly. Chicken Fingers in Kids menu was perfectly crispy outside and juicy from inside. Apple and Rhubarb Crumble was also very good. Good Creme Brulee. The people who served were very knowledgeable about what they served. The bar tender who attended us was very funny and very helpful in pairing drinks with food. I would say they need a bit of improvement on Penne Rigate Pasta and Mushroom Risotto. Risotto was not bad but not great either. For Pasta, it lacked flavour, and 2 of my friends who ordered it couldn't finish it.

WILDE – Romantic, Refined, and Unforgettable We dined at WILDE to celebrate our anniversary, and from start to finish, it was flawless. The atmosphere is exactly what you hope for on a special night — soft lighting, a cascade of flowers, and that rare mix of elegance and ease. It’s romantic without trying too hard. Just… perfect. Our waiter, Anderson (or the Brazilian equivalent — he was wonderful), took excellent care of us. Attentive without hovering, gracious without being stiff. He guided us through the experience like a pro. We shared the burrata starter, served with bread and some of the most delicious olive oil we’ve had in a long time — silky, bright, and flavorful enough to be its own course. Then came our mains: I had the salmon, and my partner had the cod fish of the day — both cooked beautifully. The flavors were layered but not fussy, the kind of dishes that make you slow down and savor. Dessert was a double hit: one rich chocolate creation and one stunning macaron-style confection sent out to celebrate our anniversary. It was a thoughtful touch, and absolutely delicious. The wine pairings elevated everything. Eric, the sommelier, recommended a lovely rosé champagne to start and a perfectly matched white wine with our mains — both spot-on. It’s not easy for a place to feel both elevated and warm, but WILDE nails it. This was one of our favorite dining experiences in Dublin — romantic, celebratory, and deeply memorable.

We came to Wilde to celebrate a graduation, and everything was absolutely perfect. The service was outstanding – attentive, friendly, and professional. The food was excellent, beautifully presented and full of flavor. From start to finish, we felt truly looked after. A wonderful experience in a beautiful setting – highly recommended!

I had the pleasure of dining at WILDE last December, and it was the most amazing experience! The atmosphere was both luxurious and cozy, making it the perfect spot for a special night out. The service was top-notch—friendly, attentive, and truly made us feel welcome. The food was incredible, with a great variety of dishes, wines, cocktails, and desserts to choose from. Everything we tried was beautifully presented and tasted fantastic. If you’re in Dublin, WILDE is a must-visit. It’s easily the best restaurant in the city, and I can’t wait to go back! We had booked well in advance and came here for dinner on New Year's Eve. We came early in the evening not wanting to brave the crowds in Temple Bar and we had an absolutely fantastic experience. The food and service was outstanding; the environment was very classy and we never at any point felt that we were being rushed so that they could turn the table. The Head Sommelier, Eric Arens (pictured with us) took time to ask and understand our wine preferences before recommending a particular bottle and kept returning to check on us and make sure were enjoying ourselves. His recommendations were spot-on! I wish we didn't live in Los Angeles, we'd be regulars at this restaurant.

I really enjoyed my dinner here! I had the fillet which was PERFECT, for starters we shared scallops and as a dessert we had the pavlova which was delicious!! Highly recommend. Our waiter Carlos was so nice and attentive! Thank you!

I keep talking about how wonderful our meal was. Our server was attentive, professional, and easy to talk to. Loved the duck breast, and I don’t even usually like duck. Caesar salad was very tasty.

Maybe our best experience in Dublin. Very classy but not stuffy. Food was excellent and we were met by the sommelier upon sitting down. It’s an elevated food experience but not over the top from a price standpoint. Great spot if you are looking for a nice dinner.

We booked this for a Sunday lunch on our trip to Dublin. It is one of the nicest restaurants we have ever been to. They serve the beef table side which is so tender and the perfect pinkness. The staff were so attentive and friendly.

I booked the restaurant for our first night in Dublin for my birthday. It was such a treat! My husband and I were pleasantly surprised with how good the food was from apps to desserts. Everything was delicious! My husband got the steak and I had the curry. We shared the burrata, which was the highlight of our meal, and the apple tart. Best part was the staff was extremely friendly and attentive to us throughout the entire evening. Would definitely come back if we were in the area!

Wonderful experience! We are staying at the Westbury and last minute decided to dine at Wilde. The restaurant accommodated our impromptu request for a table. We had exceptional service and the food was amazing; specifically the burger, halloumi and the drinks. The indoor decor is very floral and verdant. The hostess (Camilla?) happened to remember that it was our wedding anniversary (which we had mentioned off handedly) and had the waiter (Anderson?) surprise us with a chocolate truffle dessert cake. Was really the best experience ever! We have loved every minute of our Dublin trip and the Wilde dining experience was the icing on the cake!

Had a wonderful experience here with the ambiance, the service and most importantly, the food! I had the the shrimp cocktail, duck with a side of buttered veggies, my friend had a Striploin with fries and we shared the chocolate bar for dessert. My duck was made to perfection - perfect tenderness and so juicy and my friend said her steak was very good. The sides and dessert were also good. I also had some wine and their by the glass selection was very good! Their Chablis was one of the best by the glass wines I’ve had outside of France. I’m sure their bottled collection would also be great. All in all, it was worth the hype and I’d totally recommend/come back myself.

The restaurant entrance is via hotel entrance and is located in first floor. The wheelchair access is available. The atmosphere is great and you can enjoy while you are waiting for your order. The staff are very polite and professional. The menu has variety of option including vegetarian. The foods are delicious and tasty. We had our lunch as a team and we really enjoyed the food and services.

Wilde is a classy and warm spot in the centre of the city. Nice food and great service.

Top notch service and exceptional food. We counted seven wait staff that serviced our table. The atmosphere was lovely - decorated with pink flowers. They even brought us dessert to celebrate our anniversary. Definitely worth a visit if in Dublin, esp if celebrating a special occasion.

One of the best dining experiences I have ever had. The food was superb, with attention to every detail. Each component on the plates was well presented and tasted wonderful. The sommelier gave excellent wine pairings and was attentive to our differing tastes. A classic dining experience with a semi-casual atmosphere.

If I could give the service a 6 I would! Anderson was amazing as was the rest of the crew. Best I’ve experienced in Ireland and I’d put it right up there with the best globally! I ordered the chicken… which sounds boring, but when I tell you it’s cooked and seasoned to perfection… just delicious! They alter the menu a bit with seasons, but consistently cooked perfectly. And did I mention the service? They anticipate your every desire! 🫶🙌

This restaurant was delicious. Very spacious with great ambiance and a pretty view. The cocktail menu was extensive as well. I have celiac disease and there were a few gluten free options for me as well. They had gluten free bread (pictured) which was great. The gluten free pesto pasta was fantastic. I enjoyed a strawberry souffle for dessert which was amazing. After we had barely finished dessert our waiter came over with the bill and told us our table was only reserved for ten more minutes and would have to finish our drinks at the bar. That was strange considered we had barely just finished our dessert and had been at the restaurant for maybe an hour and a half. We certainly weren't just sitting around. Other than that we had a great experience.

Delicious Sunday lunch today at Wilde. Would go so far to say best roast beef I have ever had. Cooked to perfection with perfect service to match. Compliments to the Chef and our attentive waiter Anderson. Would highly recommend.

This is a splendid find just off Grafton Street which I would certainly recommend to others. While it is a little pricey, from the fabulous food and service you receive, you can see why that is the case. There's good value for your money to be had. The venison was perfectly cooked and my wife had the sole expertly removed from the bone at the table. It is always reassuring to me where a restaurant accommodates a gluten intolerant person, which my wife is. They even had some nice gluten free bread for her (none of the off-the-shelf stuff). I'll definitely return at a later point.

My wife and I had an amazing dinner experience at Wilde while visiting Dublin on vacation. The atmosphere and ambience of the restaurant was fantastic. We felt very welcome from the minute we stepped in. Gabino did an amazing job as our server - he answered all questions we had regarding the menu and was very attentive and prompt throughout our dinner service. We look forward to coming back next time we are in town!

We had the most beautiful meal to celebrate our engagement here. The food is incredible which is a high compliment from someone with coeliac disease. The members of staff couldn’t do enough for us, gave us the most beautiful table and were very friendly. Our waiter, Anderson, was especially attentive and lovely to chat to. This is definitely the most beautiful meal out I’ve ever had and highly recommend to any and all in Dublin!

Had a wonderful date with my wife here tonight and couldn’t be happier, the food, service and atmosphere were absolutely amazing! We had the Chateaubriand and it was perfect toy cooked. I also had one of their non alcoholic cocktails and it was probably the best I’ve ever had. Can’t wait to go back next time we are in Dublin

Food and setting are amazing! Our waiter Anderson made our engagement meal here a lovely experience, he was calm, funny and thoughtful throughout the meal. I’d go here again for bread and butter (which was also very nice here…), as long as he was serving us! The Belgian sommelier was also a great character! Food will always be good here, but the people make it 100x better.

We had a little birthday party of three people. Food and atmosphere was amazing 10/5. What I didnt really like is that we had to remind the waiter that we ordered 2 sets of oysters, not 1. I also believe that staff should have a little bit more training on the cocktail menu. We tried few, then I asked for something sweet/sour and got something completely opposite, which I had to return. I really wanted to spend the money on your signature cocktails, but ended up drinking my usual Tequila Sunrise for 24 €🤷🏼‍♀️

The best I can say, is that the sommelier really knows his flavors. He perfectly paired the scallop starter with a new cocktail not yet on the menu and it was amazing! The food was phenomenal!

The restaurant is absolutely beautiful, with a great atmosphere that sets the mood for a nice evening. However, one thing that stood out was that every dish we had seemed to have an unexpected Asian twist — something that wasn’t mentioned on the menu. Since it’s presented as an international restaurant, it felt a bit confusing. Even the duck had strong Asian flavors and was also slightly overcooked. The service wasn’t the best either, as the waiters weren’t very attentive. That said, the setting itself was lovely and made the experience still enjoyable overall.

Food was great! Atmosphere was lovely. Our servers were fantastic. We had filet, beef tartare, seafood risotto, mushroom risotto, chicken, and a lovely salad. Would return.

I had an anniversary dinner with my wife over a month ago, and while the food was generally great and the service absolutely excellent some elements fell below expectations. The service was truly top-notch, professional, attentive, and of a very high standard. The ambience was also nice, but unfortunately, the table we were given was in a walkway, which significantly affected the atmosphere. To make matters worse, one of the chairs was wobbly and had to be replaced. For a special occasion, I expected a more carefully selected seating arrangement. While most of the food was excellent, the lobster was a major letdown—chewy and lacking freshness. That alone would be a deal-breaker for me. The steak was good, but I’ve had better, and my classic surf and turf overall didn’t live up to expectations. Drinks and food felt overpriced, especially considering that similar quality can be found elsewhere for better value. The lack of draft beer options—only Guinness available—was also disappointing. This might have been my last visit, which is a shame, as the service really stood out. With a few adjustments to food consistency and better seating, the experience could have been much more memorable.

I celebrated my birthday at this restaurant. The waiter was very polite and attentive, which I truly appreciated. However, I was a bit disappointed that the restaurant didn’t acknowledge the occasion, even though we informed the hostess upon arrival, as suggested. Also, the dessert, I ordered, was served without any decoration, unlike what is shown in the Instagram photos with berries and flowers. These small details made the celebration feel less special than I had hoped

It’s a pretty location and the food was very tasty. BUT there were a few things that I didn’t like. The maitre’d was vey nice and offered us a glass of “house” rose champagne. We later learned (when we got the bill) that it was €35 a glass. Also, we had a server with horrendous personal hygiene issues. Imagine the worst BO and multiply it by 10. We brought it to the maitre’d’s attention and he removed him from serving our table…and put him at another table…seriously? I’m a nutshell, this is probably a great place for tourists, but as a local here in Dublin I would pass on it.

Noisy Americans is not the restaurant’s fault but it’s still the atmosphere. Granted arrived close to kitchen closing but they took me, so i don’t appreciate being rushed. Beets salad excellent. Oysters excellent the sun fire is a nice addition. However, if you are going to do a gourmet Burger you should be able to offer different cooking points of the patties. underwhelming. Wine is an armed robbery. I get places tripling the cost of a bottle. but you could still have more interesting budget wines Service too friendly and they made a mistake in our bill. they also made a mistake in the bill of the table next to us so they clearly know they have arses and elbows but they just can’t distinguish them Good coffee

The staff were great and the atmosphere was excellent. They have a vegan menu but weren’t really prepared to cater for vegans. They advised that the goats cheese salad could be made vegan and delivered shaved lettuce served on a lettuce leaf with no toppings, no dressing, nothing. When we asked what had happened, the chef sent a dish with a block of supermarket vegan cheese. Disappointed and embarrassed. The sommelier was very helpful though.
