Lunch time is a busy time to visit but don't fret they've got it dialed in! They move so quickly, and are pleasant. The food is always fresh and so good. Great job making lunch time look easy! It is a lil pricey but it's lunch and dinner for me so I don't mind.

Chipotle Is one of my favorite restaurants to eat but this location has it's ups and downs. They have to do better keeping clean and better service. I remember once they gave me stale tortilla chips and that was unacceptable. Speed and efficiency needs work here, sometimes they're not up to speed. On the positive side now, the food is delicious when they put the effort into it, having fresh meat, cheese, sauce etc. I only really order the burrito bowl from here and with a drink it comes up to about 18$. A little pricey but It satisfies me enough to come back. I would come here when It's much slower during the middle of the day.

The food was good, but the employee with numerous piercings seemed kind of unpleasant. She also closed our food containers, leaving sour cream on the outside of the container. I had to ask the cashier to clean it up because why would it be acceptable to give someone food in a sloppy container? Aside from her, the food was decent and they were pretty busy (time frame was about 1pm on a Saturday). Their prices are slightly higher than the location in Redwood City.

Food tastes good but it's not what I ordered via doordash. I specifically ordered steak burrito bowl with extra barbacoa. I paid for it and didn't get barbacoa. Smh. This is why I never get Chipotle.

This Chipotle actually deserves 2.5 stars because while the food is good, service is definitely not, and the cleanliness is borderline at best! We stood in a long line for our dinner yesterday evening. Yes, it was busy, but unlike the San Ramon Chipotle, the folks in this Chipotle are not following an optimal operational process. As a result, while the wait for the food is long and the folks preparing the burritos were busy, the cashier was simply standing, doing nothing, and yawning (I am not making this up)! Finally, the entire restaurant tables were dirty, there were no napkins in dispensers (I had to ask the yawning cashier multiple times for napkins just to get a few) and the garbage was full and overflowing in the kitchen and the seating area (see attached photo). I won't be visiting this Chipotle location again. Food - 5 stars Service - 2 stars Cleanliness - 1 star

Every single table was DIRTY. The floors under the tables were disgusting. What's happening Chipotle? How is this ok? It's not just at this location, but majority of the locations I've been to lately are disgusting. Giving two stars because the food was fine (they were out of guac, but np). I ate at the location because it was my meal break on a long drive and all I could think of was how unclean the restaurant was. A bit of sloppiness is a different thing, this was outright neglect and a systemic problem in prioritizing at the corporate level. I'll be choosing differently in the future.

Literally the most disgusting burrito ever, this is how I opened it. To think that one of the employees knew that they overcooked and burnt the tortilla and still wrapped my burrito and threw it into a bag. Just disgusting. Also I reached out to their in-app support, emailed them, and used the contact option and they didn’t say anything! I was just told that the info would be used to “better” their care team. ???? Like thanks but that doesn’t help me at all.

I ordered a salad. Where’s the salad? There was Like 6 pieces of lettuce. It was nearly all topping and barely was higher than the edge of the container.

We just ordered pick up at12:40pm today, it was surprisingly how small the portion was for a burrito bowl. The portion was at least half of what I usually received. Definitely not a full meal for an adult and not worth the full price of the bowl. This is NOT acceptable!!!!!
