I spotted the IHOP and right away I was thinking of an Omelet, a ham and cheese Omelet to be exact. I was down in Dublin for the Rack-N-Bang Society's Symposiums on the do's and don'ts of duck hunting, and Sundays topic was on the use of proper Duck Blind Camouflage, and where to hide the alcohol... I was early so seeing the HOP just made perfect sense. A light breakfast was just the ticket.. after all the HOP does breakfast better than any other national chain Restaurant. ☆☆☆☆☆

Everything was Great Except some of the Other Patrons they seem to Enjoy Watching People of Color like a Hawk All Bulging Eyes watching every Move i made, even walking to my Car. I just ignored them all & i hope they get Over it. I love Ihop. The menu is big. I like getting getting breakfast with my wife. One of us will get pancakes included with a meal. We share the pancakes. A lot of specialty pancakes and crepe, waffle, and other breakfast like bread stuff on the menu.

Gluten Free pancakes = Yum. What matters is the food. (The labor shortage afflicts service levels in every restaurant & one does not go to IHOP for 'atmosphere.') Breakfast used to be cheaper so I will remark in passing that aprox. $16 is a lot were they regular pancakes. But it is Not a lot given they are GF. Secondly, IHOPs are decently sound-contained & have large booth table tops making them a great venue to break open your laptop & get some work done.

We went here as my kid was craving for pancakes. Could be the best place for pancakes . We took clam chowder soup and a splashberry drink with a pancake . Really great taste and my kid enjoyed the pancake . Would surely recommend this place . Give a try to this place for sure .

Recently had breakfast from IHOP Dublin on Mother’s Day with my family. Plenty of seatings to manage people, there was no waiting time. Kid’s coloring activities provided to engage them while waiting. Great food and heavy quantity. We liked the omelette meals and kids enjoyed their strawberry waffles. Overall amazing experience and will definitely visit again. I will recommend to others for a nice breakfast/brunch.

This IHOP is so good, I would definitely come back. Let’s start off with the service because my server was perfect. Her name was Kermera G and her attitude was very welcoming. Ordering food was very easy and if you needed to order more food, she would be delighted to help you. Next, the food, it was pretty good. The pancakes had this layer of crunch and the insides were very soft. The bacon was crunchy and so were the hash browns too. The eggs were perfectly made and the people made sure the order was made to your liking. Something’s that is also good to mention is that the tables and seats were quite clean. Not to mention they’re quite comfortable. More than usual. To sum everything up, if ur going to an IHOP, go to this one.

We've been to many ihops, but not this one. The employees were really nice, my son spilled some of his chocolate milk and someone came to clean it immediately. Our order came out in a decent amount of time so we weren't waiting super long. I ordered the ultimate bacon pancake combo, as did my husband. Bacon was crispy (as it should be) everything tasted good. I didn't care for the bacon pancakes which was disappointing to myself since I love bacon but the texture bothered me. That's more of a me thing than a fault to them though. The waitress kept coming to our table to refill drinks without us asking. All around an amazing experience with good food.

I arrived early Sunday morning for a quiet breakfast. They had social distancing dining outside, however there were no signs to guide customers how to proceed. So for about 3 minutes, I waited inside the restaurant until finally someone asked if I needed help. I was then directed to find a seat anywhere that I wanted to sit. They had disposable menu's and real silverware. After looking at the menu, I ordered, the chocolate chip pancakes. Seeing that I was one of 3 customers there and the only one waiting on food, it took longer than expected. I attributed the long wait to orders placed for pickup. Nevertheless, the chocolate chip pancakes with chocolate syrup and whipped cream were delicious. However, I was only able to finish 2 of them. When I return, I will try their pancakes and crepes combo. A tail of two great worlds.

I’ve ordered and eaten at the location and I’ve ordered in the App for pick up. The service was pretty good both ways. The servers have always been friendly and the food is what you expect from ihop. The restaurant itself is clean. I just recommend inventorying your order if you’re picking up. I’ve ordered in the App a couple of times and there’s been at least 1 item missing every time.

What a great morning. Our daughter was having surgery today at Stanford University medical. We decided to go have breakfast because she was gonna be under the knife for about 3 hours. Nice regular IHOP. Folks on the I-580 take the Dougherty Rd exit. Visited 5-6 times, no unpleasant experience so far, maybe a tad bit slow service (but not very), cordial staff. Folks who are regular at ihops need no introduction to the menu. For those who have never been at any location > This is a den of filling comfort dinner and lunch. Eggs everywhere, cheese all around. Pancakes, as many you want (not sure if there is a limit actually :))). Chicken Florentine is an all time standard favourite. Tried the Spicy Pueblo chicken this time, nice! Only moderately spicy. Very slow service. It took 27 minutes for us to get our breakfast. The store had roughly 20 maybe people inside. A full kitchen staff of 6 cooks and a good 5 servers. The standard for an IHOP. Food came out partially cold and missing wheat toast. We had to walk up to the counter to pay after waiting for a server to come by with our bill.

A surprisingly frustrating experience. I went to order chocolate chip pancakes (a childhood favorite) only to be told that not only do they not make them with chocolate batter anymore, in fact they NEVER have. This was news to me, having had them innumerable times in the past, but I assumed it was just the end of an era. The service is what ultimately determined my scoring for this. Suly was our server and ignored us, blatantly, and I'm telling you right now, it was racially motivated. It was not busy. It's easy for servers to provide poor service to Black customers because they subscribe to the discriminatory rhetoric that Black people don't tip. Then, when that prophecy self-fulfills itself because we were mistreated for absolutely no reason, then the server can go about and say "see, I knew they weren't going to tip" or "see, I knew they were gong to tip poorly". Let me be clear, we still tipped her, even after her lackluster service skills. All of our orders were incorrect. I understand that servers are not responsible for when the cooks mess up an order, however, our server came back asking if we ordered something, and it was absolutely wrong, so it begs the question as to whether she put the orders in correctly. Our server purposely ignored us. We were a table of 5. Next to us was a table of 9. She was extremely attentive to the family of 9, coming in and checking on them multiple times. She checked in on us ONCE. We had tried to get her attention multiple times--she made eye contact with us twice, then turned around and left. We had to ask for assistance from a completely different server--a woman with red hair, who was very kind. When our server saw we were being assisted by the other server, all of a sudden she emerged and wanted to be helpful. That was the one time she showed up to check in on us. When she handed us our bill, she mentioned nothing about coming to her to pay. Generally at IHOP, you go to the front to pay. Even if no one is there, someone will come up. As we were getting up to head to the front, our server comes up in a fluster telling us we can pay with her--like we were supposed to know by her lack of attention and communication.

Food 🫱 I went for the AYCE pancakes. They give you a stack of 3 at first, and then keep giving you around 2 to eat the next plates. I got the strawberry iced tea, and then mango, but they wouldn't let you mix both strawberry and mango together for some reason. I asked why, but they didn't know. Service 👎 It took a while for anyone to ring me up since my server just went missing after I was done eating. His manager had to ring me up. Although he was nice, the level of service was just slightly better than my last experience being at the same IHOP years ago. Ambience 🫱 it's just like any other IHOP. I do like how you're able to pay for your food on the IHOP app. I don't really have to wait for anyone to swipe my card and wait for them to give it back to me.

IHOP is no stranger to me or to anyone probably...but I can’t assume so I have to share. This IHOP is located in Dublin/Pleasanton. Been here a few times in the past but this is my first check-in. Parking lot is great and so is the numbers of seats inside. The price is right and they have some of our favorite breakfast food like pancakes, waffles, eggs, and bacon and more!!! The staff were nice. My friend ordered corned beef hash with extra eggs, guess what? They forgot the extra we ordered we had to asked for it again to actually get it.

Beware of bogus items on the bill! After a family lunch here today, I found two drinks on the bill that we didn't order. The server removed the bogus charges after my complaint, but the restaurant didn't give me any gesture of apology. When similar mistakes happened at other restaurants, I at least got something of equal value dropped from the bill. No matter what, pay attention to your bill before you pay.

Tired menu. over priced. Server did his best to keep up. Came here because it's my daughter's comfort place. I guess I've out grown it.

Our server was Lupita. I was not the SLIGHTEST bit impressed with her. In fact, she quite upset me. When my salad was brought out, I bit into it expecting a proper lettuce to dressing ratio to be met with an ALARMING amount of Ranch dressing in my bite. Upon further inspection, I found that my entire salad was drenched in dressing. I'm sorry, but I really don't like that much dressing on my salad. I tell her I'm sorry to ask, but if she could make me a new salad, as I don't like a lot of dressing. She mumbled something unintelligible about 2 ounces, and said, "well, you're gonna have to wait a minute..." Apparently, that meant she was going to make herself busy with EVERYONE else before bringing back my salad. In fact, it didn't come back until AFTER my entree. And low and behold, she brought me back my original salad with spring mix thrown on top. Last I checked, per health department regulations, all plates sent back are supposed to be disposed of, not brought back to the customer unless specifically requested. On a plus side, my clam chowder (that she finally brought me AFTER my entree) tasted good...

The servers were great and understanding. My only gripe was the food. It was honestly not the best tasting. Clearly, nothing was fresh, and the fish looked honestly disgusting. I just would avoid that place if you are hungry. Spent too much for such low quality. You know it's bad when the hash browns taste like dish soap and are burnt.

Inexpensive & great place to eat but the waitress 1 in particular can be very rude. I went on a Wednesday when traffic was slow but 1 waitress to each side caused an attitude. The customer shouldn't be blamed for lack of scheduling. She was fast talking, rude, moving quick and angry. I asked her if she wanted us to leave because it was that bad. Although, we received unwelcoming treatment we still gave her a generous tip.

My fajita omelette was edible, but not much better than that. Coffee was bland. It's nice that they leave you your own decanter, but it gets luke warm very quickly. I'll try Denny's again, before I go back.

Would give Zero stars if I could waited almost 45 minutes just to check in, was ignored by one of the female host who had her hair in a sort of bun, then had to fight custumers over me being here first but because the host never wrote me down had to wait another 15-20 minutes more. Then to top it all off waited another 30 minutes for my water. I don’t know if all I hops have bad service but my experience has not been great in the Dublin/livermore area.

Service is expected to be a bit slower at 1 am however the service we did receive was inconsistent and annoying at times. Our server would constantly ease drop on our conversations or forget to bring us refills. She kept apologizing but soon her apology meant nothing. This review is mainly for their curb side pickup service. Food was OKish. Arrived 5 minutes after estimated time of pickup and informed "I am here" via the order page. Waited in the car for sometine then decided to go in. The food takeout bag was ready with my name on it. The restaurant was not busy. Upon asking I was told unapologetically "curb side pickup does not work". This is poor service and very dismissive way of dealing with the customers. IHOP should spend some time and money on training the employees.

Service was terrible. I try to be a patient and understanding customer, however, my friend and I got there before a bit of a rush, and still waited for everything. People who arrived a while after us, ate their meals and left before I had everything even on the table. Anything I asked for was treated as if I was making wild requests. Even paying the bill turned into a long drawn out drama. The staff were not new people. You could see they have worked there a while, but splitting a check, down the middle, was treated as if I asked for a mortgage. That's not something we normally do, they said. My dad and I decided to order a catered breakfast to eat at home, so I just had to go pick up the food, something simple. When I arrived at the restaurant, there was a young guy who saw me enter but never asked me if I wanted a table or if I was waiting for something to go, so after waiting for my food for 30 minutes they finally put my bag on the middle table but the guy never said anything to me, he just looked at me and that was it. When I approached to grab my bag and leave, I asked the guy to please give me some ketchup and jam and he just turned towards the kitchen and just yelled yes at me. He started speaking to a girl in Spanish and was asking her if the extra ingredients I ordered would be charged extra and she said no, and he just told her that he would charge me for them so I wouldn't order anything else from him, I think he didn't know that I spoke Spanish too, so when he came back to me to give me my toppings, I told him that I spoke Spanish too and that I could pay for it, so he was very shocked by that, he just said no, it’s okey. It was very disrespectful, not helpful, and clearly doesn't like his job as a customer service person, he shouldn't assume that someone doesn't speak his language.

Place is dead as can be but I still have to point out the fact that my food is ready and needs to be put in a bag so I can leave. I can only imagine what ppl go through when the place is busy. A lot of these restaurants where gratuity is involved are a joke, no effort or service from workers if no tip is involved.

The food was mediocre overpriced, and it came with no onions and little spinach. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to request for it to be re-made (use with caution) because the no waiter was missing in action, but I felt bad for the waiter, so I still left good tip, but I really hope the manager can seek out and help the chefs do better, and I hope improvements are made rather avoided.

Kind people are very limited where I live as it. They were not an exception. The food was okay. I tried to use my rewards and the staff was very not helpful and rude. My food was covered by my rewards and they tried to make me pay double. Everything was fine until then. She tried to charged my card without my permission, luckily I budgeted before going. If you use their rewards systems be careful or just eat at another location because they don’t care.

Our server Yanira S. Was so rude while taking order ,not explaining anything ,kept saying next ,next . It's so ANNOYING she brought the bill while in the middle while we're eating & that's not all ,she added the TIP by herself in the total bill . We love IHOP but like they said service & people plays a big roll . I won't be going back to DUBLIN IHOP again 😕

Went in with a picky waffle addicted 3 year old, my mother, and me. We ordered a salad, the waffle, and a fried chicken dinner. The salad was wilted and old, and had salty chicken. My meal had mashed potatoes that were probably scrapes from an old batch (chunky, hard, and disgustingly rubbery) soggy broccoli, and the chicken had a funny taste to it. Waitress was great and helpful, but the fact they thought serving that food was appropriate actually makes me very frustrated. I will say the one thing that went well was the al a carte waffle, the toddler enjoyed it.

The worst IHOP we ever been to. Spun out waitress…definitely on something. Hamburger was raw and the steak was worst than leather. We expected this location to be top of the service and clean but it was nothing but that.

The service was horrible. The waiter didn't provide us service for 15 minutes after we arrived. When he came, it was like that he was giving us instructions how to order. He refused to take drinks and food orders from each one at the same time. He didn't provide us with water and we have kids. When I asked for water many times for my son, he didn't care. I had to leave my table and go to his station to ask for water for my little boy. He answered me that I have to wait!!!! When he got back to the table with water cup for my son 5 minutes later, my husband told hom that it's not appropiate to talk like this, he was so rude and didn't apologize!

I went to this place two times and the service is terrible. They take forever to take a payment and there's a waitress that usually is there must of the time with terrible actitud. Definitely, no good customer service. If she doesn't like her job, she should start looking for other job that don't drive her nuts. She has not skills for a good customer service. I had to speak with a manager cause her behavior towards customers and talk ppl with rude manners is not even correct for the customer that wants to enjoy a meal with no drama and it's bad for the company. So definitely I'll give only one star cause I have no more options. If I could ,I will give a zero to this place.

Today I visited i hop Dublin with my family and was very very disappointed with the service. The server (Yarnia) seemed impatient and didn’t take the time to listen to our order properly. Every time we tried to speak or ask a question, she kept saying “next, next, next,” which felt very disrespectful and rushed, rude as well. That wasn’t enough, she brought a bill in the middle of while we were eating and she added tip by herself which is absolutely not being professional at all. Dining out should feel welcoming and attentive, but this experience felt rushed and uncomfortable. I hope management can address this and remind staff about the importance of good customer service and listening to guests. Unfortunately that was my first and last experience in i hop Dublin since I won’t be going back so as my friends and colleagues

Waited 15 minutes no one gave us any service. Had to get up from my table to ask for service . The old Lady was extremely rude when we ordered our food . Her and the other lady were going back and forth blaming each other on who was supposed to take our table . Got here at 10:20 and got aervice at 10:45am . Not sure if it was cause we were a party of 5 but definitely felt unwelcome. Restaurant was not even busy .

This morning I was served my favorite breakfast with a ROACH. I have lived in Dublin the last one and half years and this place is right down the street so I’m a regular. My friends and I went there for breakfast and my food had a roach in it. Our server and the entire team here are nice but I don’t think this place should continue operating under such circumstances. I have been throwing up all day and I can’t have another meal just thinking about how many roaches I could have eaten at this place since I go there a lot. It’s the most disgusting thing I have ever witnessed in a restaurant. I will be reporting it to the proper departments and authorities. The location has recently gone through pest infestation services, as I was told. Please be careful eating at this establishment. IHOP has failed its customer and employees. 😫😤
