The man working the drive thru around 4pm today was super friendly and fun. They were very busy but they got everyone through the line in a very timely manner, the food was all made correct and was very good! Best taco bell I've been to!
I come here almost everyday since I live close by and they are always so nice to me. I used to get asked to do surveys at other locations and wouldn’t do them at all but I did one for the manager there. Best location in my opinion!
The best Taco Bell west of Columbus. No errors in 2 years. Taco Bell sets the bar low and this place is definitely above it.

Even on Cinco de mayo, this was the fastest, and most friendly, Taco Bell I've ever visited. Nearly 20 cars in front of me, and it took 23 minutes to get through the line. From pulling up to the speaker, with a long and complicated order, it was only 3 minutes to be pulling away with my order. And no attitude. They were actually pleasant and professional. And the order was accurate down to every omission or addition.
LITERALLY the best Power Menu (taco salad) Bowl I’ve ever had. No exaggeration…packed with freshness, flavor, and my personal favorite - xtra cheese.
Ordered Uber eats Delivery from this restaurant is not so tasty, however, going there in person is an entirely different experience. Probably the best Taco Bell in the Columbus area! Jay The manager is so nice!
Of all the Taco Bell's I've visited and the many times I've visited them over many years; I'd have to say this one on Tuttle Crossing in Dublin, Ohio was by far the best in the three areas that most matter to me. Fast, friendly and accurate. The gentleman who took my order and handed me my food was so personable. That's ALWAYS a nice thing. Everything was really fresh and well made. 😊
I used to live in Mexico. I love Mexican food. Taco Bell is not Mexican food. It is however absolutely delicious and sometimes nothing will do but a bean burrito. I’ve had nothing but great service and accurate food orders at this drive-through.
It's hard to find a taco bell with fresh food and made right! This taco bell I've NEVER had a messed up order and the food is fresh everytime and the employees are friendly ... keep it up ! ......I frequent this place quite often because of this
Went to Taco Bell tonight. Dave through the drive-through was awesome! I will definitely be come back. He always makes sure to get my order right. Tonight he had asked my friends and I to do a survey for him and we all agreed but could not find it online. There was 5 of us that was going to do it! Thanks for the great fast food experience.
I eat here frequently for lunch since it's close to work. They are ALWAYS pleasant through the drive thru and serve you with a smile in their voice and on their faces. The impression is that they are happy to be there and happy to be serving you. This is what I consider to be the BEST fast food location in Columbus for service. I don't know why the employees at this location are top rate, but kudos to the hiring and training management. I'm sure it had to do with starting off with quality people to begin with, but I am always appreciative of being served by someone who appears to care about your buying experience.
I try not to be too hard on fast food joints. To be a manager there you have to try to motivate a bunch of teenagers to actually care. I know, I used to run one. Fortunately, my visit tonight was great! Fast and friendly service and best of all, the tacos were perfect! At other locations, they often look like a toddler tossed some ingredients and some of it might have landed in the shell. Tonight was toddler's night off. Great job!

One of the best in town. Recently I drove through with my dog and she got a Puppy Cup of Chicken and Streak given to us. On a later visit I gave a tip for one. Check it out!!

I go to Taco Bell a few times a week and this location has exceptional customer service!! It’s top notch and other locations and businesses should take notice! I wanted to recognize Keeile and Amarya for their astounding customer service and friendliness!! People like this make a place stand out and above the rest of the competition! Also, I spoke to the general manager Camarie as well to commend them on what a great job they are doing! That team is what the standard should be, not the exception!! Thank you so much for your wonderful and kind service!
Honestly, some of the best fiesta potato’s i’ve had! Staff is welcoming and nice, their costumer service is great. Most of the time I order thru the app and pick it up and my food is always warm. From time to time my soda is missing some syrup and isn’t as strong but honestly super good location in dublin. 1st Plain City and 2nd Tuttle!
The Tuttle Crossing location is literally the very best Taco Bell I have ever been to!!! The people are polite, friendly, and far more professional than I have come across at any fast food restaurant in recent memory. I have been coming for a while now and have not had a single messed up order - not incorrect, not cold, not overly greasy. Absolutely phenomenal - thank you so very much!!!
After moving near this location, I have to say that its definitely one of the more friendly, inviting and more food filling locations I've been to in awhile. Sometimes their Online Mobile only options stop being there, (the Luxe box being the biggest noticeable disappearance) but options usually return rather quickly. That being said, I got lucky to be there day one of this are Baja Blast Pie. And although it was to sweet to my liking, if you are after a nice cool, creamy, lemon like tasting pie, this is definitely the right choice for you, (original Baja blast lovers might be a tad disappointed, but overall its still a good pie) the crust is beautifully thick and crunchy for an Ice cream pie, and the presentation does not disappoint. I about giggled like a kid on Christmas seeing the box for the first time. The staff in drive thru has always been so friendly and bright, its always a new experience when going through and ordering something. Although its not my favorite location in the Dublin area, its still a high quality place that I find myself always returning to after a long day at work, keep up the amazing work everyone!!!
My wife is an avid coffee and unsweetened tea drinker, and she hates the tea at Taco Bell. And for her to not drink it, it must be really awful. I get that it is easier to have the pre-made Lipton tea, but it needs to be tasted every now and then, because it is not good.
This taco bell is almost always a great place for a late night snack. They did get my order wrong the last time I was there. I ordered 4 black beans and received 4 black beans and rice. Other than that they have a perfect record and always friendly service.
Sometimes when placing an online order, things get missed. But all in all a pretty good experience. Additional information: I accidentally ordered it the wrong location and this location was willing to remake my order! That is fantastic customer service!
Very Nice TBell! Staff was great, very clean, and service was quick... BUT, You forgot my lady's cheese roll-up (This cost me FAR More than it was worth). I trusted that my order would be accurate and regret not checking it up on receipt. Please check your orders before someone leaves to avoid future errors & dissatisfaction. Thank you!

They were friendly but the wait was so long and my chalupas came out crispy and rolled out weirdly uneven so everything was spilling as I ate it.
Food was good but if you’re trying to pay with cash inside, forget about it, after standing there for 10 minutes while they get 8 cars served in the drive through I decided to go through the drive through then bring my food inside lmao. This is a common theme at other fast food places too they just throw you to their kiosk that’s card only

4/19, 5:30pm I came through drive-thru for dinner. Service was friendly & speedy for the 7 items I ordered however, EVERYTHING was cold and stale. Nacho fries were the first thing I started eating on my way out of the drive-thru & they were cold and soft, crunchy tacos were soggy and cold. Chalupas were WET and cold. Very disappointed for the 30$ I spent on food.
This location (Tuttle) is kinda sketchy. They are often out of stuff like soda (?!?) drive-thru is slow. I like taco bell in general, this day I really wanted a crunch wrap supreme. But I usually avoid this location even though it is convenient to my work. Also, getting out of the lot going left is often a challenge.
My chalupa are constantly soggy, I order extra beef and never get anything more than regular. Typical tacobell drive-thru greeting is 'hi how are you today?' The staff is very nice and friendly but you can tell they prioritize socializing and hanging rather than working as if you go inside. There's only ever one person making food, one person on drive-thru and the front register person never does anything bc everyone just uses the kiosks. Probably better off going to a different tbell tbh. This one will disappoint you. *IF YOU WANT A MEXICAN PIZZA** - You MUST order it at the counter inside, no drive-thru or kiosk. Also, like everything else, prices have gone up.
There were three cars which included mine when we went through the drive-thru. I placed my order for three items I moved forward I paid and then I sat in my car at the window for about five minutes and waited for my food. Eventually somebody opened the window and asked what I was waiting for and asked if I still needed to pay. I said I paid and I was just waiting on my food and I gave her a smile and she said " okay well just making sure you already paid your food will be out" and then looked at me like I was holding up the line. I wasn't told to move forward I know cars were waiting behind me but no one communicated with me what I was supposed to do. They didn't apologize for the wait or anything and her attitude was extremely strong. It was just a really weird experience and I felt super awkward
Ordered right before they closed. Taco Bell Grande with no meat. The beans were burnt tasting and the chips were front the bottom of the bag. I was very disappointed! I couldn’t enjoy my nachos!! My husbands order was incorrect as well! I wouldn’t suggest anyone go there close to closing time.
Have been here multiple times during working hours (usually a little after open, like 8:30,and slightly before close) and have had no one present working. Empty parking lot or people working but stated no one was available to help so they were closing early.

I have ordered for delivery multiple times and my order has yet to be correct. Yesterday one of the meals I ordered was completely missing and I had to drive to one of your locations to reorder it. Kind of defeats the purpose of offering delivery, please do better
Weird how every other taco bell is $2.50 cheaper on a grilled cheese burrito... and 10 mins faster on the drive thru wait.... totally see why it's so expensive........ go somewhere else.... I could've gotten an entire meal anywhere else for less $...........
Normally the wait isn't bad. Total time to pull in the drive through to actually getting the order this time was 10+ minutes. Wasn't sure if workers inside were understaffed/slow, or if the 4 cars in front were getting massive orders.
Every time I order food from this location it’s always wrong. The ticket even says NO SOUR CREAM but they put it on there anyways. I hate sour cream more then anything. So it ruins the food. Please train your staff to read the ticket. SMH 🤦🏻
This location was horrible!!! They rudely were talking amongst themselves so loudly, while my fiancee was telling the cashier our order, that he repeatedly asked her to repeat herself, got the items wrong on the order, and had to be told over and over, several of the items special instructions, before he took note of them on the order and they finally showed up on the order screen for us to confirm. We also, gave up on ordering a few items, because of the rudeness we were being subjected to, as well as the frustration and anger that was rising in myself and my fiancee! Then, after the battle of ordering was FINALLY finished, we pulled up, paid, and then received someone else's order altogether. We promptly informed the cashier of the mixup, at which point the young man proceeded to argue that we were mistaken, and only upon our showing him our receipt, was he swayed to believing us. Then, having FINALLY gotten our order, we drove off on our way home and I began to eat, or rather, ATTEMPTED to do so. When i began opening the wrappers on my tacos, burrito, and chalupa, i found to my dismay, that literally, NOT ONE ITEM THEY GAVE ME, WAS PREPARED AS ORDERED! The food was made so terribly wrong, that I chose to not eat ANY of it, as the items I received ALL had at least one thing on them that I do not eat. Altogether, this had been one mistake after another, in a long running series of taco bell blunders, and is strike one in my book, of the 3 strikes left for taco bell before I discontinue my future patronage.
I go to this location a lot and usually Everytime i ask for extra meat I usually get it. I got charged for extra meat and I swear I got less than usual in my crunch wrap. My regular tacos were stale somehow and usually they are fresh. Not a great experience today.
Worst place for drive through , waited from 7.10 to 7.22 pm 5/18 just to be told , today we are closing at 7. If they had decide to close and didn't want to take orders they should have put a note before. Also the lady who informed me was obnoxious, rude and very unprofessional. Pretty sure Taco bell doesn't want a person like her representing them. I along with 5 other ppl wait to place the order where really disappointed.
The people there are rude as hell, I was DoorDashing and I came in and tapped on the window because I did see people inside the building (it was closing hours but apparently a customer ordered from this location and I’m just here to do my job) I did go through the drive through, they said it was closed then I tapped on the window because I saw a couple of workers there, two men saw me tapping on the window but just blatantly ignored me…
Third time they gave away my mobile order causing me to be late to work. Staffing at this store is pathetic. Consistently messing up mobile orders. They do not add sauce or napkins drinks etc
Might be the worst Taco Bell from a staffing and performance perspective. They still haven't figured out orders through the app, but every other one I've been to has been fine. Waited 15 for my order and then said they accidentally cleared it so they just kept going until I was the one to say something. Dining room is small as well.
I waited in the drive-through lane for literal 12 minutes. Not one of the 8 vehicles moved an inch. Had to leave.
My wife only eats chicken at taco bell. We ordered, which took a while and needed a few corrections. We waited forever for them to prepare the order in front of us. We get to the window and they say the car in front had a large order and there was no more chicken. Like in the store at all or what? The excuse was very vague, we literally shut the car off and waited about 15 minutes for the large order to be made so a bag of that fine chicken surely could have been cooked. Chipotle can grill chicken in less time! Pathetic. I wasn't going to try and pry how long it would take for our order or what they could do. Clearly nobody knows how to work nor manage or fix a situation. I get a large order in my work we immediately start cooking more items! Yikes.
10/2025 update: Orders missing items and made wrong, employees who seem to think they’re doing you a favor, and crazy prices on top of it? What part of this experience do you think makes me want to come back? This Taco Bell is an embarrassment for the entire company. I don’t know how franchisees are able to get away with running a brand into the ground like this.
One of the slowest taco bell 🔔 around. Also they are always out of something napkins sauce drinks etc. Update Went back last week because of its convenience of location, A long huge black hair in my food as well as messing up the rest of the order even though it was ordered through their app! Also guess what drive through was closed during the day and was out of sauce again too. Corporate doesnt care either. I would avoid this one!
I used to really like going here in the past. Now, the service is not that good, my order is always wrong...always. Service is not friendly and the food is usually cold and thrown together, barely wrapped up, and I never get my sauce ... c'mon Taco Bell...pull it together over there. geez.
This place has been on a consistent decline of good service. They have been extremely slow lately, not sure if they received a new bunch of staff, but whatever happened recently is not a good change. Very slow service and tend to get things wrong in the order. It is becoming more and more worth the time to travel to the other locations. Messed up my order again and again. Lets get it right....
So I come to this location all the time and there’s this Mexican dude always asking me if I have a card bro? like having cash is a problem !!? and is rude always , basically threw my change in my hand not good with customer service at all and rushed my food cheese wasn’t melted if u don’t like ur job quit

These two women working the drive thru on April 16th, 2024 at 8:40pm (I believe one of their names was Denise) gave us the wrong order, and when we circled back around, they proceeded to look in the bag and tell us we were wrong, and that our food was in the bag just in a ”new” wrapping. There were 5 wrong items in these “new” wrappings. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! This is the third time they’ve done this. They need to be let go.
I’m so disappointed about this location my husband and I we where really happy to bought our dinner today at 6:50pm we got to Taco Bell and it was only 1 car in the drive thru we had to wait almost 10 minutes then when the person answer in the drive thru and we asked a question about a combo she or he answer that we have to wait a “minute” after we wait my husband went to park so we can order inside, when we got inside the man who was inside ask my husband that if he had a pick up order and he said no I just want to order now and the man who was in the counter just left to the kitchen. We did not have the opportunity to order anything never coming back to this location.
Like others I too was told their system was down and can only take app orders or Doordash (this was on a Sat. @ 5:30pm) but after reading all the other bad reviews I would not trust eating at this taco bell. I had few other not-so -great experiences here before and it seems like the workers are just lazy and don't care at all and who knows what types of games they'll play with your food. They are doing a terrible job of managing this place. I'm surprised they are still in business. Never spending my money there again.
Just spent 45 minutes in the drive-through… Never have I experienced this low of service at a Taco Bell. And when I finally got up to the front, they offered zero explanation. I ended up asking to find out that they had no staff working. I find it hard to believe that the person taking the orders cannot help in any way to assist the kitchen while they’re waiting 15 minutes per order unless you are cooking the ground beef from raw every time.
Some times their drive thru machines dont work some time chicken is not available.......staff is very friendly but the maintenance is horrible like i told above
Employee cars in the parking lot at 9:30 AM but no one responding to the drive-thru box. If you're not open then indicate you're closed on the mobile app so I don't put in an order and sit waiting for someone.
They close an hour (if not earlier)before they’re suppose to according to their hours online. This is not the first, second, or even third time this has happened. Change your hours or find better/ trustworthy employees!

I am not one to normally write reviews, but my experience at this location was awful. Fred their General Manager is extremely disrespectful, they were out of multiple items and because I was “taking to long to order” I was told to move forward and then I was told that this restaurant has a not been great with getting customers out within 2 mins so I needed to move Forward. After this our convo and before receiving the food I asked for a refunded and although my card was charged he told me I was never charged. Lol I ended calling corp office and filing and official complaint. I have never in my life called a fast food restaurants corp office but this experience was so bad I felt it needed to happen. Drive to a different location this location is terrible.
I visited this location twice about two weeks apart at the end of December and again on January 9th. On the first trip, we ordered ahead on the app and when we arrived at the drive thru, we were told that all of their systems were down and they were unable to fulfill our order. We were able to cancel our mobile order and get a refund so this situation was annoying but not a huge deal. We went back on the evening of January 9th and pulled up to the drive thru to order. We started our order and the employee cut me off and said “My system just went down. I can’t take no [sic] more orders.” Of course it can be purely coincidence that their systems went down both times I visited in two weeks but I highly doubt that being as I’ve never experienced that at any other fast food establishment.
It's 8:39 am an there's two girls moving extremely slow with lobby closed. Please watch cameras. These girls need new jobs. Every car has to go thru drive-thru, then pull over and wait for food. It's 8:41am. They need better employees
Trash. Your gonna wait in the drive thru for 30 minutes. Then when you get to order there gonna tell you there system don't work. Don't waste your time here. Epic fail, everytime.
On 3/30/2025, at 12:00 AM, about seven people were waiting for their orders at the drive-thru. After waiting for 30 minutes, a staff member came out and announced that they could no longer take orders. Since I had placed a mobile order, I stayed in line. When I finally reached the window, the same person claimed I should have waited at the speaker, alleging that this caused issues with their system. However, they hadn’t responded at the speaker for over 10 minutes in the first place. It’s clear that the management of this location is ineffective. I have several suggestions for the staff working today. I know for a fact that three people should be enough to efficiently manage the store. It’s frustrating and honestly pathetic to see employees struggling to handle even basic operations. Here's the idea: 1. Don’t accept doordash orders after midnight 2. Instead of wandering around arguing with customers, move your hands. 3. Simply close earlier. Clearly this location could not handle anything before and after 12:00AM. 4. Stop using inflammatory words on customers.
Sat in the drive thru line for over 25 minutes just between the order speaker and getting my food. Felt like a hostage since I already paid. Exact opposite of fast food
This place is supposed to be open at 7am. The hours are even listed on the drive thru window as 7am to 1am. I ordered breakfast thru the app at around 7:15am and arrived at 7:25am. From what I could see there was one employee working who wouldn't answer the speaker or come to the drive thru window. Like I say, I ordered and paid through the app. So, I've been charged, but no one there to give me my food.
Asked for no cheese and they said no cheese I said yes then when I got the food I had cheese on my tocos only toco bell that did this to me
Thursday Jan 16 3:40p Went through the drive-thru ordered three potato soft tacos With a medium Baja blast. I had to inform the guy running the speaker that it is happy hour and my drink should be $1. During ordering, I asked for extra mild sauce for my soft tacos. After I received my order, I was seeing that there was literally two packets of sauce in my bag for three soft tacos. Then, when I pulled over to eat my tacos, I noticed the weight was extremely light. Each taco has three potatoes on it. Extremely dissatisfied. Totally unacceptable
This is the worst taco bell on the planet. They say they're open for breakfast, but clearly they don't have the staff to support this as on more than one occasion, I've placed an order through the app and either received no response at all when I arrived at the restaurant, or was told it would be as long as 10 minutes before I'd get my one item. If you don't have the staff to support serving breakfast, don't serve breakfast.
This is the absolute worst taco Bell I've been to. I've been many times because I live nearby and they get my order wrong about 80% of the time. Many times items are left out and sometimes I even get someone else's order entirely. They forget to put sauce in your bag in drive thru at least 95% of the time. The food tastes awful especially when compared to the taco Bell on broad Street on the east side. The employees are dismissive or outright rude. The food looks like it has been sitting out for hours before it's given to customers. DO NOT GO TO THIS TACO BELL
If you're looking for breakfast I would suggest any of the other surrounding restaurants. This location can't seem to make a breakfast order in any amount of decent time, assuming they even answer you at the drive through. If you're looking for lunch or dinner, again try any other restaurant. This location is slow, employees range from indifferent to upset that you're there, and will ignore modifications half the time (like no sauce on something). Just save your money and move on

Worst employees working right now. 2 girls working if you can call that working, slowly. Very slowly, there were 2 cars there, myself and another gentleman. Both had to be directed out line so that we could wait further. Took 15 minutes in the morning. I watched the blonde keep going to backroom and sit down over and over.... Imagine waiting for food, and food watching the food preparation employee just on there phone. Sitting down,. While you have to be at work. There were no managers. The lobby was locked. I will never eat here, and will never ever recommend this location.

Lol they only take app orders and won't even use their drive through to give you an already ready order. They make you drive all the way around to pick it up inside instead of just handing it to you. What kind of dumb policy is that?
On 12/08/25 during the evening shift the manager was sooooooo rude and had a very nasty attitude.! She did not greet me at all. She also had on so much jewelry she did not look professional, she need to be trained on having a positive attitude and mindset while working with customers! I’ll never come back to this location!!
This is the ONLY Taco Bell in the Cbus area I’ve seen that doesn’t offer the $7 luxe box. Since those are store dependent, I’m guessing it’s stingy/greedy owners. It’s the biggest selling point of TB in 2025 with rising prices, and they decide to be the only location to not offer it. Do not order here, go down the road to either the Cemetery Road or Hilliard-Rome location. Both are great. Only saving grace about this location is that the workers were nice and friendly.
This is worst Taco bell location in Dublin. On Friday, I took 2 veggie Maxican Pizza and when we tasted we felt like the beans and all ingredients were too old, it tasted disgusting. But after few hours, me and my husband both had experienced vomiting and diarrhea and we felt really uncomfortable because the taste of beans kept on coming back since next morning. It was soo bad, my family suffered this weekend for 2 days just by eating from this location. This bad taste is experienced only at this location, but we were sick this time. The owner of this location should really focus on the quality of the food. I could have complained to Ohio health department, but I didn’t wanted to harm anybody’s business. But this needs to be improved.
manager was so rude, we sat and waited 5 minutes just for someone to notice us, then they yelled at us to use the kiosk but they didnt have nacho fries on it, they said they got rid of nacho fries again(they were back for 3 days), the kitchen was a disaster, 4 people were waiting for their food for over 5 minutes. horrible management, and horrible customer service.
New Steak street taco things, 2 tiny pieces of steak. Grilled cheese burrito, not grilled, slapped cheese on it and wrapped it up. Also burst the tortilla so everything was everywhere. Crunchwrap supreme no meat. Overall this was an awful experience, food was so awful for almost 40 dollars. Do not recommend, will never be going back.
The orange hair girl who's usually on drive-thru needs to fix her snobby attitude. She ignores everything you say and slams the window shut in your face. This place needs to learn some manners. Absolutely unprofessional.
Rude staff and some of the worst quality taco bell I've ever had. Why is my crunchy taco wet? Not from sauce or grease but actual water. Why is there rotten lettuce in the burrito? Save yourself some headache and get tbell somewhere else.
They literally lost my order and left me waiting so long my co worker left to wait in the car. No apology or acknowledgement that you took my whole lunch break to just get the food to me and my coworkers too. Final topper was not getting the 4 Diablo sauces I ordered. Terrible restaurant, do better.
The manager on shift (6/4/25 at 12pm) was extremely rude, we ordered the new boxes asked for everything to be beef and NO TOMATOES, we check our food and sure enough there were a few scattered on there go back through and tell them and she looks and says there wasn't but I told her I got my hands dirty going through checking it obviously I knew there was so I walk in myself with them open to show her and this woman literally said to me "how do I know you didn't put them on there yourself" I said what you think I'm carrying tomatoes in my purse when I specifically asked twice for no tomatoes or veggies bc the second time in the drive through we said just put beef and cheese nothing else. Told me I was doing it for "free food" and walked away so I sent my husband in for a refund and they charged us for the drinks. I will say Hannah at the window was very nice and said she was sorry a few times but the manger speaking was beyond rude and refusing to fix our order. I'm almost certain she refolded the original ones and heated them up to give back to us hence why I physically showed them to her myself
Stopped by on a road trip to grab a quick bite and to redeem a free item on the app. There was noone in the restaurant and noone in the drive thru when we pulled up. Gave the employee our mobile order and pulled up to a window of 3 employees standing in a circle chatting. Food took 2 minutes or so to come out. We get back to the hotel and find out that the crunchy taco was a soft taco, and the "easy on the jalapeño sauce" turned into extra. If they can't get a single customer order correct with no other orders in place, there's little hope. Coming onto google reviews, it's no surprise to see so many complaints about this. People talk all the smack in the world about Ohio, but I can see why. Charge back incoming. Avoid this place.
Had the worst experience at this taco bell. I don't have high standards for fast food as it is but I wouldn't mind seeing an effort. Ordered a box and wasn't told about them not having lettuce. I thought for a minute they also didn't have cheese because my items were only meat (I did not order my food plain) The staff just walks around and looks at you as they walk by for at least 5 minutes until they ask if you need anything. They replaced my items but unfortunately once again they were the exact same. Terrible experience here
Spent 25 minutes in line. Most of it sitting at the box to order. 4 cars in front of me made it to the window and left before they even came on the speaker to tell me to wait a few more “moments.” They are of course out of ALL Mountain Dew products. Annoyed for the long wait and the fact I come here for Baja Blast I ordered anyways. Finally make it to the window to have the guy be messing around with another employee instead of working. Hands me a medium drink… I have to then tell him it’s supposed to be a LARGE drink as what is served with the combo meal. I’m like whatever I’ve been waiting way too long as it is so I leave. Get home and there’s a giant scoop of beans with no meat on this… go to eat my supposed supreme taco to find a good portion of the shell MIA. Legit looks like they got hungry in the back and were eating when they realized they needed to serve actual customers so they wrapped this hot mess up. Pictures of this joke of a meal. Seriously the worst food service and you need to hire some actual adults to work here instead of kids who just want to mess around and make people wait half an hour in the drivethru.
