This Wendys always treats me and my mother great. We go for lunch once a week and we enjoy the fresh food here. I love the Pretzel Baconator Double. Super yummo

Good location, although this visit was busiest I have ever experienced but that was because the schools were out early. They are always quick and accurate. We especially like dining in here because they have the choose your way drink machines, which is the only way to get 'Dave's' special creme sodas, berry, orange or my favorite, cherry!! Mmm! Available in diet and regular.

Our food was good and fresh. No complaints from a party of 3 so not bad. Service was fast and professional.

This is a really nice, old Wendy's. It is always very clean, fast, and the employees are nice. We like to get the Frosty's. For a dollar you can buy a card that lets you get a free mini frosty with a purchase. The money from the purchase of the card goes toward charity. It is a delicious deal, even if it is dangerous for my waistline! :)

Always quick and friendly service. Tried the new bourbon whiskey burger - tangy BBQ sauce and fried onion strips really compliment the burger. Made sure to pair my fries with a chocolate frosty.

This by far is one if not the best Wendy's in the Tri-Valley. I love the Dublin location my food is always fresh and the staff is always friendly. There's another location in Livermore that doesn't even come close to the service that's provided here.

Wendy's is hot. Buy their stock. Line out the door while McD and KFC was not busy.

I usually don't post a review of a fast food restaurant but this place had me impressed beyond belief! Overall, a clean restaurant, great service, the fries were amazingly hot, fresh and crispy. I mentioned to the guy working at the counter that this was the best Wendy's I had ever been to. If only all fast food restaurants can be like this.

Night time visit. About six cars in drive through. Not a long wait. Food was hot. Didn't order much. It taste like it normally does which is fine. Our visit was quick. They were fast, efficient and friendly. The order for three of us was correct even on the special ordered hamburger.

Nice service with clean restrooms. The young manager was very attentive with my Dave's triple burger noticing the buns was toasted on the wrong sides as I disassemble the burger to remove excess cheese and even offer a remake. That's great customer service and he seemed to really care about making the customers satisfied at this location.

I only frequent the drive thru, but my experiences with the employees here have always been friendly and courteous. There are occasional long lines when they get busy, but service is typically quick. The food is the usual fast food (delicious but leaning towards the unhealthy side), but the serving sizes are always more than enough to satisfy my stomach. I really appreciated how they put an extra patty in my Dave's Double when the patties were looking extra slim once, so I will likely continue to visit this Wendy's for my burger fix.

Possibly one of the best drive-thru customer service around. The staff never makes a mistake on the order and they are super polite,friendly, and professional. They know what they are doing! Wish other fast food places were like this. Plus, the food is good.

This Wendy's has really great customer service, they forgot my frosty but it wasn't a big deal, because they handled it with such professionalism quickly getting it to me and upgrading my size for forgetting it, that is the correct way to correct a issue, keep up the great work team Wendy's. When I'm in this stores area again all be pleasantly stopping by for another visit.

This location opened about 6-8 months ago & I go there 2-3 times a week. My orders are always correct and the food is delicious! Another plus is that they never charge for extra sauce unlike another fast food place!

We come to this Wendy's very often and no matter the time of day we always get hot food and great customer service. Jesus more often than not is who see in the drive thru and he is always so friendly and polite like give this man a raise, we never see him being unpleasant. Fresh never frozen beef. I just get four patties, two of them with cheese. Put a little salt on it and it’s great. Get a big ice cold Diet Coke from the soda fountain and it’s a great, healthy meal for less than 10 bucks.

This Wendy’s looks like the interior got remodeled and it looks great for the guest experience. The dining room was very clean and workers were very nice. Delicious burger!

This is our local Wendy's and it's a great location. Clean and friendly people working behind the counter. Bathroom seemed acceptable and people were constantly sweeping up trash left on the floor. The newer Wendy's have a updated drink dispenser you can do yourself and get lots of different flavors. I also recommend downloading the app, they have excellent coupons you can use

The place is near to my home. Staff in this location is friendly and helpful. We mostly drive through this place. The most important think is that this place is open till midnight where mostly other food joints close much earlier.

This Wendy's is in Dublin Californiathe staff is great and helpful I've never had a problem there they are very popular the only thing I can complain about is the long line at the drive-thru but that's just because the staff is so friendly and helpful people love to go their way from across town

You know I really love the Wendy's down in Las Vegas. I seem to get the nice is treatment when I am there. And I love the strawberry watermelon tea that they have in Las Vegas. But they don't seem to have it in the Bay Area.

Cashier handled the indecisive customer in front of me in line a whole lot better than I would have. He did an amazing job.

I usually go here late night. I'm always taken care of and my food is always made fresh. I am always greated and the customer service is excellent.

The Baconator is a great burger and the staff is friendly. I’ve gone here on and off for many years. Always double check your order before leaving the drive through. Several times, I’ve found mistakes during the evening shift, including missing food and even a drink one time. Clearly that was partly my fault because I should have realized it was missing. One time I got someone else’s order without realizing it until I got home, but I just took it as an opportunity to have something different for a change.

I'm very thankful I was only here for Doordash pick up. Because if it was for myself I would have heen a nasty customer with how thet nkt nk only presented themselves. As soon as I walk in they give me an eye roll and stop there gossiping at the register and disperse. Then continue to talk trash about me n Spanish because I walked in 20 minutes before they close the inside. Guess what they didnt know that I understood everything they were saying. I will spare all the details. But it took extra long to get the order and it was wrong. How cam you mess up an order when nobody else is there and you have it correct not only on your register, my receipt, but also your monitor to make it and bag it. Like come on. No excuses for the poor customer service and professionalism obviously went out the window here I think. The only justification I had was the order wasn't for myself so it didnt really bother me to much to wait for the countless mishaps and mistakes they were making, and when I left I told them in spanish that if they felt like the inside was closed already they should have locked the door and put a sign up saying there closed inside early for whatever reason they wanted to and that it's pretty bad that there car not starting thursday (3 days ago) waa so much more important then the customer standing right in front if them waiting, listening, and watching them mess a simple order up with nothing else to disturb them. As I was walking out I said you really should be more careful what you say while your in the clock and to have a great night. Since all the trash they talked was about a customer coming in close to not closing time but walking inside the restaurant for an order to go. Sad it's the only Wendy's I know about in the area too. Other visits here have been slow, and always rude customer service except for the two guys I've ever seen working the drive thru. They are always nice and helpful sorry for the long winded story here. I just had to share my honest opinion and as to why

Best Arnold Palmer's in the fast food industry. Salads are normally pretty good too. I haven't had a fast food burger in years but I do enjoy their fries.

Order online in Mobile app to get offers and reward points. You can use those reward points (once you accumulate enough which you can do that it after few orders) to get free food. Drive-thru is quick. Just check if food what you ordered is what you got. Sometimes they mess up your order and they will not help you if you realize after leaving the restaurant in your car. So just check and ask them if it’s wrong immediately.

One minor drawback was that the bun was a bit too soft, slightly soggy by the time I finished the meal. Also, while Wendy’s tries to offer some healthier or more premium options, the overall menu can still feel a bit heavy and limited if you’re not in the mood for a burger. Still, for reliable comfort food and solid service, Wendy’s remains a strong choice. Would definitely return.

The old Wendy's that was yellow was BETTER! I'm sure a lot of people do agree LOL. Wendys is always pretty consistent today I ordered a meal for my client I'm an in-home health nurse and they really really enjoyed the meal they had to be a big 🥗 salad w/ apple slices with blue cheese and chicken and they had a big baked potato and they really enjoyed it I'm usually somebody that likes to do home cooking meals but we didn't get out today because it was pouring and we didn't get to go to the grocery store. Classic fast food. Was disappointed Wendy wasn’t there though. I’m still trying to figure out why they never put bacon on my jr. Bacon cheeseburgers? Am I missing something here? Everytime they forget my bacon I take away a star.

Slow drive through service, really oily breakfast sandwich, so-so prices. Plenty of spaces to park and go inside. Breakfast food is inferior to Starbucks and Peet's, which aren't that good. I won't be going back.

Unfortunately they were under staffed. Food was being put on trays an item at a time and as the french fries were ready prior to the hamburgers the fries sat on the counter for about 4 minutes before the hamburgers got there so the fries were cold - a common complaint for everyone in at the time. Hamburgers were hot and tasty. Maybe if they left the fries under the heat lamp until the hamburgers were ready things would be better.

Packed! Drive thru had 6 cars in line. I thought since i was pressed for time to go in. Nope. 5 in line to order so back to Drive thru. Once my order was taken it was completed in a reasonable amount of time with all the extra condiments I requested. Food temps were great. Just have to be patient.

I was a regular customer here but the quality has gone down. The spicy chicken sandwich was good but the tenders were very ordinary and oily. The strawberry lemonade had bad artificial flavor. Chik filA is much better food than this.

The thing with fast food is that it’s always been low quality processed “food”. Visiting Wendy’s today, I can confidently say that their prior standards have taken a real nose dive. It’s somewhat affordable still but your body will never thank you. It’s basically eating plastic and fillers. I will say this location has very friendly staff and a clean dining room.

I tried to enjoy the food because I usually love a good Wendy's comfort meal but for some reason the junior bacon and French fries didn't have that great Wendy's taste. As always you can never go wrong with a frosty! PS maybe I should have puffed that blunt a few more times before visiting! That always gives the appetite 10 fold

Having to repeat ur order is irritating especially when you repeat yourself "4" times when ordering at the intercom! Then when you receive your order at the window and pay; before leaving the window, and checking your order, IT'S STILL WRONG!!! This has to be improved and the server has to have a functioning brain! This happened at the wendys in Dublin, CA.

Food is great however their late night staff stinks... I think it's when they are training people but there's always a crazy line in the drive through and your always waiting on them for everything... took 30 min one time for my friend to get his food

Upon ordering the waitress was not friendly and she did not understand what I was saying I find this every where why do fast food places McDonald's Jack in the box etc have people at the window that don't understand English ) I asked for a biscuit sausage only no cheese no eggs I was given biscuit with eggs and cheese the Sausage was not included! Ugh

They didn't listen to us, got everything wrong. Had to ask 3 times before they got my sandwich right. They put mustard on a burger that doesn't usually have it. Ordered two small drinks they changed us for a medium. We could see them goofing around through the drive thru window, they weren't paying attention.

I occasionally get sick from their value menu stuff, so i dont order that junk anymore, and rarely go here period, since i have a very hard time justifying eating at a place that has poisoned me on more than a couple occasions, and the first time they poisoned me was an absolute nightmare of pain and suffering. Whatever practices that are going on here are clearly an issue, and i advise you consider that in deciding whether you want to put this food into your body.

The food was OK but the restaurant had dirty trays and trash all around the drink area and the trash cans were overflowing. When brought to the managers attention she could care less and made no attempt to correct these issues while we dined. If the restaurant looks like this what condition do you think the food prep area is in ?

2 stars because the food is consistently good. What isn't good is their abhorrent service. Very rude fast food workers that clearly hate their lives and their jobs--well just so you know I did not make your life choices, you did! I use the mobile app to order now so I don't have to put up with their terrible attitudes. I leave my tray and trash on the table in protest every time I visit this place and receive poor service (which is 99.9999999% of the time). I recommend everyone else do the same until they improve. And a word of advice for the staff: nobody is above food service!

My husband went to Wendy's to get a veggie burger for me as listed on their website. They did not have a veggie burger so he came home with a white bun, piece of onion, slice of tomato, and one small, limp piece of lettuce. Disgusting. $5.99, but wasn't worth 59 cents.

We got a coupon for free Jr. Cheese burger with any purchase. I ordered Dave's double, and try to get the free Jr. cheese burger since I have the coupon. When I showed the coupon to the cashier, she said I have to buy another burger in order to get the free jr. cheese burger. Try to explain to her about the buy anything to get free on the coupon. But she does not seems to understand it. Keep saying something does not make sense. I finally gave up and left the store without buying anything, just no way to communicate with the cashier. This is the 1st time I tried Wendy's with this not so pleasant experience. Not sure will try again.

It’s a shame that this Wendy’s has been renovated, and I drive up to order food, and the fat old guy with the black apron on, started to rub all over his nose—just gross! There used to be a few good guys/women that worked here, maybe they were off that day. Their was a younger new guy there today, and to have an older person there with such bad food habits with him is NOT GOOD! He soiled the aesthetics of the place today. Nobody wants food from a place where the staff is dirty, no matter how nice the establishment is!

Bad service. Slow workers. Stood in line for 10 minutes. While constant workers looked at me and ignored me. But would serve any car that got in the drive thru after I'd been sitting in line.

The food was good but the dinning area was dirty with flies attacking you. The floor had water standing and the tables needed to be wiped.

This Wendy's is horrible. Can't follow simple directions. The drive thru has someone that doesn't speak English very well or understand it. My fries where cold and my burger not made the way I asked. Not that it matters to them but I will not come back to this Wendy's

They need to be SHUT DOWN after 6pm. PERIOD !!! WE WAITED in line for 30mins with only 2 vehicles in front of us . We Finally get to the window had to wait another 5mins for her to get our money. Wendy's used to be the top fast food chain, haven't been to one since they got bought out. This time I almost didn't get home before having to hit the thunder bucket, won't be going back.

Long wait times! The spicy chicken sandwich was bland and unappealing. The sauce was watered down by wet lettuce. They covered the chicken with too much pepper, yet it was still bland.

The menu pricing is deceiving. Small meal orders are refused -- though Corporate confirms 'smalls' should still be sold. Meat was soo over cooked it was hard and the fries were cold.

On my birthday my husband went to get me a baconator meal. They gave him a double bourbon bacon cheese burger. Not what I wanted!!! And the fries are old soggy and disgusting!! Very poor quality of food and service!! I rate them a 0 stars!!

Be sure to check your order when leaving. We went through the drive thru and for half way across town before noticing they gave us little 1 dollar burgers instead of the bacon ones we ordered. The guy at the window was rude when we asked for ketchup.

The last 6 times we have ordered here they got the order wrong. I ordered like a barbecue double burger with no tomato or lettuce or anything but cheese and bacon and the bbq sauce and they put in a double cheese burger with everything on it. I order on Uber eats from Habit Burger and it’s perfect.

I ordered a sandwich and nuggets with 2 small fries on the drive tru. When we got to the window they only gave us the sandwich and nuggets. So, we told Ellyn according to our receipt that we had order fries and they said the items we order had no fries, but we said we wanted the fries. So the two ladies on the drive tru just looked at us. I had to repeat myself again,I want the small fries. I told her we don't care if we have to pay just add it and we will pay. Next, they looked lost and still didn't understand. I heard them speaking Spanish so, I also told them what I need it in Spanish( the two small fries). Finally, they add it and they took my husband's card again. So we get the bag and guess what? These people only gave us one small fries. At that time we were over it. These women do not or understand my order in English or Spanish. These people are no competent to work on drive thru. They don't listen. I love Wendy's and I hate to have this type of service.

I really want to like this place since as a kid I have always loved Wendy's but this place is so unorganized and constantly have food items missing, wrong order and just plain unprofessional. Waiting at the window no acknowledgment several employees just chatting away meanwhile line of 8 cars finally got my order with barely a hi or thanks. Not going here anymore!! Too bad j gave them several trys but still the same old story.

Ordered online. At this Wendy's you have to go thru the drive thru to tell them you're there and pickup the food. 10 CARS in front of me. 20 mins to pickup an online order. What's the point of ordering ahead?

I suggest you ask food to be made fresh...I went for lunch gave me a cold burger with cold fries so since I'm not going to go back and ask for my money or food to be replaced I'll.just write down a heads up for future customers.. now I know what to ask for when I shouldn't have to ask for my food to be fresh and hot where I spend my money..next time KFC for me

I making sure I will not back here again. The lady Maria cashier handles cash then touches food scooping fries into the container and chillie in a bowl with washing her hands and not wearing gloves. Outstanding health code standards.

Went to drive thru to get a junior size pumpkin spice frosty for my daughter. Used key tag for free junior frosty with a purchase. At kiosk, was asked to wait 1 min. Waited over 5 min. The car behind me became impatient & drove around me cutting ahead directly up to the delivery window and ordered there while I waited for them to take my order at the kiosk. The attendant served that car instead of me. Attendant did not speak English well and couldn't take my order / answer my questions regarding drinks; given wrong drink / given grape not orange; ordered drink without ice and was given it with ice - member dipped big ice scoop into my drink to remove the ice; given chocolate frosty not pumpkin; given BBQ sauce not sweet and sour. Was not given a receipt. I phoned the restaurant to ask their store number. They didn't understand and gave me the number of their street address. A VERY DISAPPOINTING SERVICE EXPERIENCE.

Don't order through doordash my driver told me that Wendy's never received my order don't go through doordash with this location they scammed me! 35$.00

I wish i could give a negative stars! This was the worse experience ever and its sad that i even went through it. First the older man had an attitude with me when i asked for him to fill my drink when it was half full. He didnt give me a receipt when he gave change. I tasted one of my fries and it was cold as hell. I turned around and asked for them to it again. All the employees were behind the manager and it made me feel uncomfortable when doing so. The manager gave me attitude for asking for my food to remade after waiting 10mins on the customer before me. I didnt trust them to make it, so if anything nasty happened hopefully they will eat it. 👎

The place is very clean and public restrooms are clean. However, this entire staff just can't seem to get it together. The first time I went here it was too crowded and the line we not moving so I left. I came back the very next day and stood in line for 15 minutes with only two others ahead of me. Nothing moved. My time expired quickly so I moved on to the Taco Bell next door and got my order in 3 minutes and drove on my way. Poor training and mismanagement of time on the employees. It's the owners fault. Maybe I'll try again some other time.

Terrible service and terrible food!!!!! I ordered a mozzarella cheeseburger but gave me a mozzarella chicken sandwich, the baconator is totally cold. Cold fries, no sauce for the chicken nuggets even I specially mentioned I want the sauce, and I also ordered a chicken sandwich with avocado with extra $1 but no avocado at all in the sandwich. Don’t come to this Wendy’s!

Truck Drivers: Horrible! Called the number and no one picks up. We see a lady through the window and knocked, she sees us but ignores us. Waves at us to go around, around where? Went to the drive thru but that person ignores us too.
