Sometimes you just want a quick dinner with no suprises, where the food and prices are predictable, and this Sonic provided that.

Food is always great as well as the service, and they always get my order right!

Honestly the best Sonic I have been to in a long while! Super professional, so fast, and the food was so tasty!

Went through the drive through on a road trip. There were four cars in the line when we arrived. The line moved quickly, the cashier was very friendly and the food was good and fresh.

I only got a Cherry Limeade and a order of Onion rings thru the drive thru. The girl (Mary) took my order which was a Cherry Limeade with lots and lots of ice with extra cherry juice, and it was made "Perfect"!

Other than not remembering to take the pickles off my burger (almost everytine) this place is outstanding. They have a positive attitude just know that if you dont want pickles your going to get pickles. 😀

Dumas Texas is a great place to eat at sonic people that work. There are very nice and courteous and always willing to help.

Plenty off parking as well as drive thru service. Full menu with price screen and accepts credit and debt cards from convenience of car. Car hops friendly and willing to provide extra service if needed. Plenty of discount specials and the food is good. The one in Dumas Texas is great.

I placed a order here using the mobile app. This location got my order done correctly. Even down to giving me all my sauces as requested. The car hop that delivered my order to my car was very friendly. The food was very delicious at this location.

As far as fast food goes this Sonic is on top. Half price shakes after 8pm and happy hour slushy drinks. Got to love it

This was probably one of the better Sonics I've ever eaten at. They were quick as usual but the food was really good and didn't taste like it had been sitting just waiting for someone to take pity on it and order it.

Food is always a bit heavy. Tots are good but greasy. Love their cherry limeade, but have cut sugar so no more for me. Burgers are not great, breakfast is pretty good. Grilled chicken is decent. If you want a good shake, this is a good place.

This Sonic only gets three stars. We went and ordered cherry limeades. And ordered extra cherries. We got the limeades but no cherries. They were good limeades, but no cherries.

13.00 for a number 1 with a shake. The burger is not worth it. This place should be sued for false advertising. Never does the quality of the burger look anything like the picture.

I really love sonic drinks, and snacks. I ordered 2 corndogs and started down the road, when I got them out, they were over cooked, way over cooked. This location needs to do more training with the cooks.

Mostly I avoid sonic like the plague but the husband wanted to try some new sandwich he saw so we did and I'll say it was pretty good. Their new philly cheese steak sandwich was a delight it doesn't seem to be fried so ,maybe that's why.

This facility is not one that I have ever visited. Everything was great, receipt that they made the breakfast sandwich with cheese, even though it was identified by then too be without cheese. We had to have them remake that sandwich for to allergies.

Very disappointed in this visit the .speaker was jumbled was hard to place my order. The parking area was so dirty.screen wouldn't let me tip .poor kid retried so hard and Couldn't even tip him. Had to ask for ketchup and sweetener for my tea. But my food was great.

This place is SO slow. Don’t stop here. Oh and they will get your order incorrectly and make you wait AGAIN! DON’T GO HERE!!

Nothing too exciting. Just passing through town on our way to our vacation destination. Had to repeat the order multiple times because every time they repeated it, something was wrong. Mediocre breakfast at somewhat of a high cost.

Drive into Sonic Drive In waited over 5 minutes and no one called to take my order. Move to another location ... still no order taken. Left for another restaurant.

food was an awful mess in its own wrapper. some of the sandwiches weren't even assembled. will not eat here again.

Ordered a sweet pretzel with cream cheese and they didn’t get my order right. Carhop says they don’t sell sweet pretzels. I didn’t know Sonic had a different menu at different locations. I will not be coming here again.

Happy Hour. It's sad that half off also means half the quality. Drinks are watered down. Less cherries on cherry limeades. And the $1 corn dogs look like $1 corn dogs or less. Very false advertisement. When things are half off, the quality shouldn't also be half. This has been going on for as long as I can remember here in our home town Sonic. I don't see business growing anytime soon.

The cookie bits were not stirred in to my Sonic Blast. Also, I had paid extra for caramel and whipped topping, but it was not provided. I was disappointed to not get what I ordered and paid for.

I love sonic but out of our last 5 orders 4 were wrong. By the time we realize it's wrong we're to tired to wait back through the line. Always check your bag!

The service here is going downhill at night. The girl took my order wrong then said she rang up my shakes that way because she doesn't have a button for the new shakes, but she would make them right. Then they made them how she rang them up and when we returned them they just added the other flavors in and so they were still wrong. We didn't notice until we got home.

Always such a long wait. Waited almost 12 minutes for an order of cheese sticks (only reason I waited is because I was trapped in the drive through.) And when I finally received my order, they were cold almost to the point of being solid!

Ordered 2 chicken sanwichs 1 breaded. 1 grilled. After a long wait got 2 breaded and was very tough plus the cost was over $13. This was my experience.

I used to come here often but service has become ridiculously slow, so much that it’s such an inconvenience and I’d rather not come here anymore. Which is unfortunate because the food is fine, but the long wait every time is just too much.

Low rating because for the past few times I've went for food my order has been messed up on everything. But tonight, its just annoying. I put an order online for customized food where toppings are removed. when going to eat, I see that they still put the toppings on. its just been done too many times and its gotten annoying. please fix it

We showed up at 10:50pm and nobody took our order! All we wanted was a sweet tea, website says they close at 11, so we should have had our order taken. I understand not wanting to serve food that late but all we wanted was a sweet tea! We sat till 11pm in one of the stalls and they shut the lights out on us. Again all we wanted was a sweet tea.

Ordered an unsweet tea with lemon, and got a coke with lemon. Pretty sure that’s not even close.

The food is good but they take FOREVER and they can't hear.

Ordered a blast, got to the very bottom, took one last bite, and a huge dollop of Carmex just chilling in my mouth.

They never get my irder right ask for extra cheese on cheese tots and barely get any cheese on barely cooked tots never again they always mess up !!!

Third time ordering and paying for a route 44 cherry limeade with extra cherries and they always charges extra. The problem is that they always forget to put the cherries on the drink

Push the red button- set for 15 minutes and never got any service. Only 2 other vehicles there. Ended up leaving.

It was horrible we waited for 25 min just to order food and when we finally did the speaker you couldn't hear them and for some reason we had to get out of car and pay for our order at the lot next to us we finally got our order after being there for 40 mins and we mentioned it to the gal that brought our food and she didn't even apologize to us

Sonic on jbs in odessa was horrible. Service was worse ever. I sat there for easily 15 minutes and finally just left. I won't ever go back as they acted like they didn't care if I left or not

It sucks, we ordered and waited but watched everybody get their orders only to get walked past time after time. We got fed up and left. Never going to Sonic again!

I order two drinks and the first round was flat. I asked for a remake and then received the nastiest tasting overly carbonated drink ever. I just left without further complaints because I was just sick of it.

We went tonight , ordered a 44 strawberry lemonade. Lg. Natural lemonade. And an unsweet tea WITH LEMON!!! AND got home n nothing tasted right. Lemonades were more water than FLAVOR. THE TEA HAD LEMONADE INSTEAD OF 🍋. Was a waste of $9.50 .. Very dissapointed.. !!!!😞😞😞. I came home n put my own lemon. N more sugar just to not waste the watery n ice. Ughhhhhh!!!! My granddaughter was so upset. She is not drinking it. Never again....

Absolutely Horrible, the last 2 times I've been to Sonic and bought their expensive food they've gotten my order wrong/not completed my order. Total waste of time and money to go there again. It's not rocket science, simply looking at a computer screen, reading the order, and making the CORRECT food.

Wow. Epically bad service. Sat at the drive-thru for 14 minutes waiting on 2 hot dogs. The kitchen staff was more concerned with throwing ice at each other along with eating. Needless to say I will never return.

Gag if had wanted Banquet chicken nuggets I could have made them at home!! When did Sonic change their Jumbo pop corn chicken??

Coming thru Dumas from Lubbock. Bought 2 cheeseburgers. The bread was old and the burgers were cold. Tatertots were luke warm. Over $18.00 and we threw them out. Very frustrated and upset!

Terrible, zero stars. Couldn't even get anyone to take my order. Absolutely zero effort to even pretend they were doing their job. Not even a functioning resteraunt as far as I can tell. Don't waste your time.

We ordered $38 worth of food and only got half our order the kids meals only & they didn't even get those right they gave tator tots instead of fries. Then took forever to bring us the rest of our order when you would think it would be ready since we ordered it & they didn't bring it.

Ordered the chicken strip dinner and continued my trip to Amarillo. I was out of the city limits before I began eating my food. I have never had such a terrible tasting meal from Sonic. The strips were overcooked and not edible. They were burnt and tough to eat. Very disappointed in this Sonic

good food , TERRIBLE SERIVCE!! when I stop by in the mornings the drive thru girl is EXTREMELY rude! She sounds so mad at the speaker annoyed that we are there and tells me to drive up VERY rudely! at the window she is even more rude , and if I ask for extra condiments it's a very big deal to her she gets an even bigger attitude! I love sonic food but I dont like going because the drive thru lady in the mornings! I have no idea what her name is never see a make tag and I NEVER get a recite with my order .

About a year ago Sonic really turned themselves around and I loved going there. But recently, almost every time I go, I deal with a very rude employee. My husband tries to order and they cut him off and end the order after the first item he says he wants. It has been a hit or miss with my order as well as it is getting a decent human being to take my order. Just today I ordered the same ice cream I always get (Reeses blast with extra Reese's) and not only did the employee refuse to actually take the rest of our order, but then the manager came out with the ice cream, gave it to us and told us to stop harrassing his employees and to leave. My ice cream only had a few pieces of very very hard, chewy, Reece's sprinkled on the top and the rest was just vanilla ice cream. I'm extremely dissatisfied and unfortunately can't even speak to anyone there who would care to listen.

Oreo blast had a few bits of Oreo on top and then just vanilla. I would have asked for my money back but then I would have had to talk to the punk kid who made it, and frankly I’ll pay $6 to not have to talk to people like that. Avoid at all costs.

On our way through headed to Colorado. Just wanted a fast bite and be on our way. Went through drive thru and ordered..2 card in front of us. Got up to window and sat for at least 5 minutes. Said to my husband must be cooking our meal for as long as it is taking to get our order. Nope! Good was cold, talking not even warm. Also got some one else's grill cheese sandwich in with our order. Will not stop at this Sonic again.

Unfortunately, unless you go thru the drive thru at this Sonic the likelihood of you getting your order is slim to none. Almost everytime I go to a stall it says they are making my order and then on its way....the order is then closed out on the screen and no one makes their way out. A young lady was sanitizing the red buttons and I tried to get her attention as well and was ignored. A person had just drove off beside me and I ended up leaving as well. I also have trouble with incorrect orders as well. Order an unsweet tea you get a sweet. Order a route 44 you get a large. Hopefully they will be able to figure out a better system to better serve their patrons.

Everytime I go through the drive thru and get home my order is always wrong. I usually let it go but enough is enough. Today I went through drive thru and again my order was wrong so i called to let them know and when i asked for the manager the guy at drive thru said he was the manager. I told him my order was wrong and he didnt even listen to instead saying i took your order and it was correct. Then he hung up on me. Poor customer service when you cant take a complaint take responsibility for a mistake. Will never go there again.

I had to repeat my order 3 times. I basically had to yell for the lady so she could understand and my drinks were still wrong. Service there has gone way down the last couple of years. It's sad that I can go to almost any other sonic and get better service and food for that matter.

Manager is super nice person but apparently employees are hard to come by anymore. You will not get a hi or even a thank you anymore. I don't usually review unless super good customer service but you would think we would be appreciated a little bit more since we are daily customers.

Sonic customer service is HORRIBLE. When a problem arises with online ordering (like today) this location says there's nothing they can do and to call the hotline, while the hotline voicemail says to expect a return call within 48 hours. But I had a problem, and called Sonic 6 months ago about it, and I'm still waiting on that call. In the meantime I have $30 of Sonic app gift cards that are completely worthless because the app refuses to let me use them. When it comes to Sonic apparently their corporate-wide policy is "buyer beware" and that's what I'll be doing in the future - no more Sonic gift cards, bought or received, and no more trusting this Sonic location to get things right. There's too many other fast food choices in town to put up with this nonsense. Addendum: I called the number Sonic provided and spent an hour on the phone (45 minutes of it on hold) just to be directed to the website I had already visited. So I visited the website (again) suggested by Sonic and what a surprise... I was told (again) to expect a call and/or an email from Sonic within 48 hours to get the problem resolved and now, three days later, nothing but crickets from them. "Sonic buyer beware" still holds true.

When I asked for the manager yessina she wanted to be rude. So thank you BURGER KING for their outstanding customer service!! Sonic needs to learn a thing or two from them.

Terrible experience at this Sonic. We visit more Sonics than I care to admit and this is on the list of the worst. Slow, incredibly unfriendly, food subpar. I use the app and always tip 20% and this is one of those situations where I regret tipping so well because the experience was so bad, which very rarely happens at Sonic.

Horrible Sonic. Burger and fries were cold and tasted like they were a couple hours old plus the bag was ripped half open at the bottom and the carhop said there was ketsup in the bag but there was none... I love Sonic so this was very disappointing. If I hadn't been in a hurry and taken the meal to my hotel around the corner I would have demanded my money back.

Horrible experience! Very unfriendly staff! Our sonic blasts looked like they had been dropped prior to handing them out the window! The workers were definitely not friendly at all one of the ladies even rolled her eyes at me when I asked to add an item to the order at the window! This place needs some serious attention from the owners! From the reviews looks like it’s going down hill quite fast!

For being a drink specialty place.....they ignore simple request such as ice levels for the drink. Some say it doesn't make a difference, some do think it does, your job is to do it as requested. Read the order, then fulfill that order correctly.

I ordered a chicken club toaster meal which was over 10 dollars to get a piece of a tiny piece of chicken that’s super breaded and doesn’t even cover half of the bread very disappointed and it ain’t the first time their chicken tenders are always so old n overcooked it’s a joke sonic used to be one of my favorites places not anymore since all I’ve had over and over are bad experiences common guys you could do better for the prices you guys charge smh!

The last 2 times I went to Sonic were not good experiences. The lady that took our order was arrogant, condescending and was not familiar with the menu. Today, the lady that took our order was basically the same. Did not get our order correct, charged two much and took way too long to redo and get our order out again. We canceled and left. Most likely will not return...and take our business where they care about good service.. The Burger is one of the best!!
