Don't normally post reviews for fast food joints but this one is worth it. Here are the extras I noticed: It was clean all around, bathroom too. Employees were quick with the order, kind, and attentive. I messed up my order and they nicely explained what I did wrong, they helped me make it right. Food was made correctly eventhough we made some custom orders. It was yummy and fresh as a Taco Bell could be. I even saw them come out to help an elderly couple order from the self-order screen. I'd definitely visit them again and recommend them to anyone with a kid begging for cheese fries! Lol. Visited 1/10/2026 ~3pm

Not only am I hesitant to stop at random fast food on the highway but we rarely eat fast food. We decided to grab a quick bite while our car charged. The place was super clean, especially THE KITCHEN! The kitchen is the first place I look while ordering and everything was spotless and shining LITERALLY. The nicest most helpful employees were working as well! I have worked in the food industry for almost a decade and I would happily have these ladies as my crew! Keep it up!!

5 stars for April!!! She was so friendly and helpful. Unrelated to April's exceptional customer service, yay for the epic return of the mighty 7-layer burrito. I'm STOKED.

They had self-service, but one of the ladies was kind enough to help me with my order. I got the Crunchwrap Supreme, a crunchy taco, and a Pepsi. Unfortunately, the meal was a bit underwhelming—my Crunchwrap felt like it was missing some filling. 😕 The Pepsi, however, was surprisingly delicious! 🥤 Ever since I started boycotting Coca-Cola, Pepsi just seems to taste so much better. 😆

It's difficult to get top notch customer service anywhere these days..but I will say this particular Taco Bell went above & beyond. As a drive thru order, everything i ordered was there w/;all sauces and not being asked what I want! You know, & i know, how annoying that is to be asked these silly questions How many What kind Lol 😏 What a ++++ Employee was courteous and seemed happy.

I just Taco Bell. It’s all screen order like McDonald’s are starting to turn. It was so unperson. I’d rather be able to talk to somebody. The food wasn’t even made right it was just a horrible experience. I think the future looks bleak.

If you want to go to a place where the employees attitude and customer service is an all time low definitely recommend coming here. On top of that, smashing the tacos in the bag with sly remarks. Do better.

No Ice, all warm drinks, didn't get our sourcream, messed up on 2 of our tacos, the food was cold, and the place was just dirty from the bathrooms to the tables and we were the only guests and it was 6pm. This is the first bad review I've ever left for taco bell....

This review is for managers. I got there 1-21-25 9.40pm and they didn’t take my order there was 1 girl n 1 boy who denied even drive through. Very rude and unprofessional service ill not come back ever again

Waited at the register for quite some time for someone to take our order. Employees walking around but nobody seemed to care. Flies flying around inside the restaurant. Plenty of folks waiting a ridiculous amount of time for their “fast food” including us. The toilets don’t flush, and there’s no soap to wash hands in the bathroom.

Nuggets were super overcooked and when I brought it to the lady's attention, she said that's the way they come out. Had to wait 10 minutes for the bathroom because one of the employees was in the stall on his phone. No paper towels in there, so how did he wash his hand? I heard them say that the towels were gone, but they never got replaced in the 20 minutes I was there. Just overall, you could really tell that they didn't give a crud. I mean, I know it's easy to say they're making minimum wage, but minimum wage at fast food in California is $20 an hour, so I don't think that's a legitimate excuse.

Do not come at this place because they just want to be chilling at the time they are working they don’t want to work. They just said no we are not serving anybody at even 9:30 PM.

Order a Catina bowl and it was the smallest portion I have ever gotten. When I asked for a refund they laughed at me . Said sure no problem, refunded me yet it never got back to my account!!! 🤬 This Taco Bell has lost our family’s business for good!! Super rude customer service!!

With all hands helping in the back you would expect prompt and correct food. Nope! Food was slow, the quesadillas was cut at the oddest angles and not one cut went all the way through. At least there was plastic knives so we could do their job for them! When I addressed it to the manager I was treated as though the I was an inconvenience and we didn't matter. I told them I was stepping out to walk the dog, an employee scoffed when he thought it was expected for him to give me the food that they messed up in the first place.

The worst service I’ve ever had in a Taco Bell. Not the workers, but the policy of all interior customers have to order on a kiosk instead of talking to a person. This is the worst policy in the history of fast food!
