Service is outstanding and the food was very delish. I will definitely come eat again!
Food is delicious service was great, very good bang for your buck. Helpful and knowledgeable friendly staff that really believes in providing good customer service. The deserts are really good. I look forward each morning to getting my sausage egg and cheese croissant. Stop by and check them out.
I HAVE NEVER EATEN HERE; HOWEVER, AS A URBER DRIVER I PICK UP ORDERS FROM HERE OFTEN AND IT SMELLS GOOD... THIS LOCATION IS ALWAYS CLEAN AND SERVICE HASN'T BEEN A PROBLEM. FOOD IS ALWAYS READY!
The young lady working the floor was amazing. She really cared that we enjoyed our time there. Eleah... I think... I don't know the spelling... she was incredible. Food was great... atmosphere... well we were with many others working remotely, so I am to blame as much as frustrated.
If I want coffee it must be decaf for health reasons. This location stops making decaf coffee after 2pm, sometimes depending on who is working they may make another pot depending on how late it is. Panara Bread does not offer any other decaffeinated drinks that are sugar free. This is very poor service. The cafe bathrooms are terrible. The cafe needs a remodel. Food is good.
I ordered Panera for delivery and was really disappointed. My soup was barely half filled, which feels pretty unacceptable for the price of almost $11 for a bread bowl. I got literally 5 bites of soup. When you’re paying Panera prices, you expect a full portion, not something that looks shorted. I can’t imagine someone pouring this amount and thinking it’s acceptable. Overall it felt careless and absolutely not worth it. The food is usually always good, which is why I kept coming back, but not anymore. Definitely won’t be ordering again.
Food was good, no complaints there. It shouldn’t take almost 30 minutes for my food to come out when there’s only a couple of customers. Also, when the food was ready, they didn’t call my name or the number I had, it was just sitting there when I got up to check if my food was ready. And the biggest ick of all is one of the girls was scratching her head while she had gloves on and proceeded to touch kitchen items. Never coming back to this location.
Our Men's breakfast group was sorely frustrated with Panera yesterday. The first man had a cold cup of coffee and curdled half and half creamer. After that there was no coffee in any of the three pots for more than 10 minutes. The manager made one pot of coffee which which did not provide enough coffee for our group and the other customer who was waiting. We have become increasingly disappointed in the service at this Panera's which has been the location of our breakfast group for several years. The prices are increasing and the quality of service and food is dropping. This was a breaking point. We shall be meeting in another coffee shop next week and probably never at Panera's again.
Such a unprofessional place. While I was waiting for my food, I saw an employee in the food area, on her phone, on a personal phone call. Could hear her whole conversation in the dining area. Bad enough that she had piercings that are probably not hygenic, she didn't have anything tying her hair and she kept playing with it in the kitchen area, with no gloves on. Will not be buying food from this unsanitary place again.
Every time we tried to order there system is down. I was on hold for over 20 minutes to place an order by phone. Not everyone likes ordering online. I have always got good service with the location in kingwood when we lived there, but this location we do not.
Stopped by for a snack and dined in with a friend. I ordered a hot chocolate and a chocolate croissant. The manager was polite and offered the microwave to warm my croissant. Unfortunately, the microwave was extremely dirty, dusty, and clearly neglected. As I waited for the manager to clean it, I looked around and noticed the entire facility was not well-maintained. Management and corporate need to do a better job ensuring cleanliness—this matters. Prices keep going up while product quality and service continue to decline. Something has to change. Patrons need to be mindful of where we spend our money because businesses will keep taking it while providing the service they choose. After the manager “cleaned” the microwave, the surrounding area was still untouched. Tisk, tisk—Panera must retrain staff to provide quality service or lose my business.
After repeated bad experiences this place has landed on my "never again" list. There's no excuse for the terrible quality of the food I was served. Wilted lettuce and old chicken in my salad. Don't know what was wrong with the sandwich but one bite convinced me not to take another bite. Bread was hard as a rock. Even my fountain drink tasted bad - probably because they're not servicing the ice machine. My daughter kindly gave me her bag of chips so I didn't go hungry. The only thing that was decent - the chips- was something not prepared there. Other than the friendly young lady at the counter the rest of the experience felt like an insult.
I really used to enjoy going to Panera bread for lunch and to enjoy time off of work, however, the employees are rude, entitled, always on their phone and gave really bad attitudes lately. Honestly, it’s really sad.
Slow, understaffed, and poor customer service. If you’re looking for two sandwiches, be prepared to wait 7+ minutes before anyone shows up to take your order. While also having to send back a sandwich with ingredients you didn’t ask for, the second time, they don’t give you the ingredient you’ve paid extra for.
been coming here for at least 5 years, and in the last 6-8 months it has gone WAY downhill. the service is absolutely terrible. i order on the app for rapid pickup at least once a week and its not been on the rapid pickup shelf once, nor has it been on the screen, and ive always arrived 5-10 minutes after the pickup time to ensure that it is ready. every time i ask an employee at the counter about the order they are very rude and dismissive, and then i go to the other counter and the employees are either standing there on their phones not paying any attention, or nowhere to be found. food is fine, but the service desperately needs improvement. i am a management major and work in food service management, so i know the standards that should be met very well and they don't meet any of them.
Don’t even know where to begin. Sunday morning. 10am. No bagels. Mountain Dew out of syrup. Dirty tables. Only a Cpl cookies on hand. Who runs this place ???? Def time for a new general manager. Worst location I’ve ever visited. Look at the recent reviews. All 1 star. Something has to change.
Really disappointed in my experience at this Panera. You know it’s understandable that an item that I was purchasing in my order was unavailable, but then I have to go back in not once but twice just to finish getting the rest of my order only to find out that in the end they didn’t even get the order, right the whole time acting as if they’re helping me out by giving me a bigger size . I will no longer be eating here anymore. On top of that, I couldn’t even get anyone to answer the phone to speak with a manager after calling multiple times. Would love a reply from Panera as to whether or not this is how they train their employees.
I’ve been coming here for a little over a year, and can say that my last visit was today’s. Over the year, I’ve had spoiled soups (milk chunks that had me sick for two days), weird coagulated chunks in my iced tea! How do you mess up iced tea?! (My only thought is that the drink dispensers match the inside of the establishment- filthy) Today was my last straw. Ordered delivery, and they’ve now forgotten utensils for the fifth time in a row! All pastries were old and stale, inedible. I asked for two modifications on my sandwich, so they put literally one piece of chicken and one piece of avocado between two slices of bread. I don’t know if it’s laziness or pettiness, maybe a mixture of both, I don’t know! But what I do know, is that you need to save your money and not visit this establishment. Plenty of other Panera’s in Houston, but stay away from this one - especially if you value quality, cleanliness, and decent service. Lost my business, and from the looks of other reviewers, many are following suit.
I don't expect Panera to be perfect but I DO expect them to toast my grilled cheese sandwich. I got slices of cold cheese and bread. Literally. They didn't put it in whatever they use to make the sandwiches. You can't make this stuff up. Shame on me for not checking until I got home. Ungrilled cheese - unreal. Additionally, order was 15 minutes beyond the pickup time. Inside? I guess the best way to explain it - STICKY. Do they even clean? I recently saw that a bunch of Paneras closed in Houston. It's a shame this location wasn't one of them. It really is that bad. 🤷♂️
Had been coming to this Panera for years and never had complaints. I hadn’t been here over 6 months. This Panera is definitely not the same anymore. Ordered some drinks on the app and arrived 10minutes past time order was supposed to be ready and they only had one drink ready. No apologies or anything. I had to serve the other 2 drinks myself. Floor was sticky and Restroom was so nasty. Will not be coming back
This is second time we have given this Panera a try in the past six months. The first time we left after not getting our food for nearly 30 minutes and had to argue with a manager to get our money back. Today, we ordered ahead of time and received and ETA. Despite the store being almost complete empty (and our order being incredibly basic), we had to wait 10 minutes over the ETA before the food came out. For the 30 minutes we were at the location, the only hot coffee they had was one stale bat of blonde coffee. Additionally, the booths and tables were sticky and did not appear to have been wiped down all morning. We will go back to Panera, but we will stay as far as we can from this location.
We have been at home sick a friend placed an order for two bowls of soup, not less than two cups bread not wrapped and was to hard to break in general the most disgusting food I've ever received. TotL health Hazzard. Will never go there or order from there again. Definitely not comfort food.
Update: 03.13.2023 - Well, I decided to give Panera Bread another try. And, thanks, Panera Bread, you did not disappoint. I paid $12.88 for the Baja Chicken Bowl, and this is all the food I get. Twelve bites! You definitely need to reaccess the amount of food you serve or raise the prices. Ridiculous! I decided to place an order on the Panera Bread app for pickup ASAP. Well, Panera Bread determined ASAP would be 24 hours after my order was placed. I did not notice the time of pickup and drove 25 minutes to the restaurant. Once I arrived, Panera Bread was closed. REALLY! All of this fancy technology and your app can't tell me this location is closed.
