Asante is excellent at the bar. We always sit at the bar and she immediately knows our drinks and takes care of us. Also getting us set up with our chips and queso. She is always attentive to us needing anything else and immediately meeting our needs. She is first rate all the way.

This is my go to place for dinner with friends. Marco was so helpful when ordering and prompt to offer great service and take care of everything. The atmosphere was great. It was easy to get a table and the entire restaurant was so clean and welcoming!

We frequent torchys and love the tacos and atmosphere! The free queso card definitely encourages us to visit more often and I hope they keep that option at Christmas time forever! The outdoor seating at this location is also good for families.

My first experience, it wasn't crowded at the time we went and we sat outside We went several weeks ago so I forgot what ordered but it was really good. Fresh , came out hot , we didn't have to wait long. The elote was really good. Will go again :)

I love Torchy’s tacos! My favorites are the tipsy chick and the grilled Baja shrimp —- preferably in a bowl. The service was outstanding during our most recent visit. Kai was super friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Definitely would recommend visiting or grabbing takeout if that’s more your style.

Great customer service, and food! Everything was delicious. Chris took our order with a smile, and very patient as we have only been to Torchy’s Tacos once before. When I got corn tortillas instead of flour he fixed my order, was prompt, courteous and professional. The location we went to before was in west chase Houston on Westheimer when they first opened. Was excited to go, but was disappointed at the customer service, the small lacking tacos, and the dine in experience. This location in Kingwood did great! The restaurant was clean and everyone had a smile. Maybe they were all having a good day, but they certainly made our experience good. Everyone had on masks and gloves and practicing social distancing! 👌👏👏 If we are ever in the area again we will visit this location! Great job Chris!! You’re an amazing asset to their company!

Extremely delicious it is pricey for the tacos, but worth it. They even have vegan options for the select who want a very infused experience. The view is amazing weekends can tend to get paved and stay packed so get here early about 3 p.m.to get a seat of you with a group. The only down side i seen was the desert selection for all the creative tacos they have to only have one dessert that is plated and the other coming out of a package which is the brownie was not to appealing. All in all it was all a good experience.

Really good food, but not “to die for” I’d definitely go back, and have. But it’s not something I crave. Service is good, not exceptional. The place is extremely clean, and the parking is easy. Shrimp taco was excellent, chicken fajita taco was not my favorite. The chips and guacamole were above average.

Very good tacos! Lots of flavor and they are pretty big as well! Gave it one less star because my personal preference I can’t handle heat and one of my tacos was way too hot for me to eat. But overall this is a great taco shop and chain. Definitely recommend. I love their logo and branding on everything as well.

We visited last weekend. This is a really good Torchys! The service was quite slow. We didn't get our chips and salsa until after our food :( The taco of the month is the Raj and it was delicious! I had a pickup order for two tacos. I get there at the latest time suggested on my email & have to wait for someone to help get my order. She tells me the order isnt ready yet. I wait a bit. I start driving home but when I checked my tacos they were both super cold. I ended up going back for a refund. I believe she told them I'd picked up about 15 minutes ago but either way, when I first opened them they were cold. If they are wrapped in foil, then theres no reason for the meat & tortilla to be super cold. If the meat was ever hot it would've stayed at least warm.

First off, I love Torchys. Especially their service, the cashiers are fantastic. Part of the allure here is their ability to help guide us in our choices and tell us about off menu items and provide feedback on new entrees. But… THESE KIOSKS HAVE TO GO! People spend more time trying to figure out how to use them the actually ordering. If y’all lose the cashiers permanently, trust this: I won’t be back.
