I was happy that of all the places in Texas, there's one here in Eagle Pass. They made the burger how I wanted it. I do like the condiments bar where you can add whatever you want.

Best bugers in eagle pass! I visit this pleace each time i am in town, i Tried to order something different this time and asked for the fish and chips but the fish instead of being a piece of fish, it was like fish fingers, also the chiken tenders are not tenders, they are nuggets. Everything mashed inside. But the hamburgers are great!! Cold beer always!!!

Once again disappointed with customer service . Went today and was ready and the the girl that helped me was just staring at me like if she was having a vision or something . After she took our order she was and seemed confused still. I hope management gives her some type of training or a refresher on how to greet and help consumers. Loved going to Fudds but the last few times which are a few have not disappointed on disappointing me. Dirty, disgusting and as always horrible customer service. The young employees always seem to be in a bad and always seem to get the orders wrong. .Seems like they hate their job. Hope I don’t get a response saying the manager will be notified because nothing will be done. As much as my family loves Fudds, we will have to stop going. Hopefully one day we can try it again hoping it does not close because not sure how it has survived.

We were disgusted to see an employee raw dogging the pepperonis then she headed to the cash register to take an order, then wiped her hands all over her pants, and went right back to the bucket of pepperonis. No gloves or hand washing or even hand sanitizer in between any of this. I spoke to the manager but she didn't really seem to care and just said "sorry". I was glad I didn't order a pizza!
