5 starts always!! I do a small catering order here once every two months and it’s ALWAYS ontime, fresh and delicious! The owner and manager are truly a pleasure to deal with.

Great new location, with ample TVs and sitting area. Food is good, better than Chipotle, with better variety. Service is always great, and managers are friendly and helpful. If you're a student, bring your ID for a free drink! I personally recommend the pulled pork with the ancho chilli BBQ sauce, it's unique and tasty. Overall, if you're looking for a quick bite, you can't do wrong coming here.

It's clean, the menu is simple, the food is great, and the staff is friendly! So far I've had the quesadilla and a burrito. Each one customized the way I like it and it was delicious! Each menu item can easily be 2 meals so the cost is great as well!

I work for an agency for people with special needs. We went in for lunch and the staff went above and beyond for us. They were friendly, kind and patient. I was absolutely blown away by their service, friendless and genuine respect for all of us. The food was also very delicious. I will certainly be going back. Not many food establishments have had such an impact on me and they should be commended for all their hard work and decidation to our community. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

The ingredients taste sooo much fresher then chipotle moes and Cabo fresh and you can tell the business really puts their money back into it. The dining area is so cute and even has USB outlets and tvs in the booths! very cute and tasty 100% recommend

I actually knew about Qdoba before it came to Long Island, and I must say, I think they are WAY better than Chipotle. For this store in particular, the service and the staff are always great. Very friendly team and the food is always fresh. I love that the toppings are free and the guac is free also. I'm always satisfied when I come here and order. The best part is, they're not stingy with the portions like it's competitor (you already know who). Keep up the good work, guys!

Super clean and I think the food is better than Chipotle. Guacamole doesn't have tomatoes. My thing.. The kids were very comfortable with the ample space. Refillable drinks are great. I hate budgeting my drink to last the meal. Prices were very reasonable. For $55, all 4 of us were stuffed. Will definitely come back.

It was my first time at this QDOBA location and I was so impressed by everything! I did an online order and my food was ready quickly. When I got there, the staff greeted me and were very friendly. The place was clean and the food was fantastic! Probably one of the better QDOBAs I had. I will be coming to this location more often even though it’s far from my house. It’s worth it!

Fantastic. It was my 1st time having dinner here after my workout and I give compliments to this eatery. I had the 3 hard tacos and I was completely satisfied with portion and taste. This is a very clean and friendly qdoba. Their food is made fresh and I love how many options they have for you to customize your order. There is plenty of seating and even televisions in the booths. They have a coca cola freestyle machine so there were plenty of drink options. The food was delicious and ready quickly. I would definitely visit this restaurant again.

Been here more than 25 times since it opened, and they literally have the best service you could ask for. There are three managers (assumption—as they wear different colored shirts than everyone else), who walk around and during one visit, at least 2/3 of them will make sure your dining experience is going well. Every single one of the workers has a smile on their faces and looks excited to be at their job. The service is on another level, but their food quality is also really good and fresh! Two months ago, I was there with a friend, chatting after we finished our meal. The manager came by to check up on us and saw that are bowls were empty, and refused to let us throw them out, he took them and did it for us. Today, as we were walking in, a manager was walking past the door, and recognized us. He came out to the door and opened it for us. Really sweet people!

My new favorite place. I ate a full bowl at 1:00. It's currently 9:00 p.m. and I haven't been hungry since. Looks like I'm going to be intermitting fasting.

I tried QDOBA for the first time because I’ve heard great things about them! As a big fan of their competitors like Chipotle and Moes, I was curious to see if they can compete, and yes they can! The place is very clean, open and inviting. The staff were friendly and they were generous with the portions! The steak and all their ingredients tasted fresh, their bowl size is actually better than their competitors, and reasonably priced! I wish this place wasn’t too far from my house otherwise I would eat here every week! 10/10 would recommend!

Stopped in Qdoba for the 1st time recently, I really like it a lot. Better than Chipotle in my opinion…also the manager saw I didn’t have the best experience so he offered a complimentary entree’. I went back for a free meal, enjoy going there very much. I’ll be back more often for sure!!!

Coming all the way out here from Brooklyn, I stopped in after a day of shopping and I must say I was VERY impressed. I was greeted by a member at the door who opened the door for every customer with a smile. Not to mention every staff member who was working behind the counter smiled each time they looked up. The open kitchen concept is great being able to see how well they kept everything clean. Even the tables and how they decorated was nice to see. Definitely recommend sitting inside and enjoying your food.

Ordered my first ever bowl from Uber Eats. I’m genuinely wondering how people could ever go to Chipotle, because this was some of the best food I’ve ever had!!! Flavorful chicken & the street corn was amazing. Beans cooked well, fajita veggies were delicious. Even the rice was flavorful! I will 100000% be returning here.

Really blows chipotle out the water when comparing "Mexican" food! Great quality and great tasting ingredients with even better portions! These are the things that chipotle has been lacking since the start of the pandemic; along with disrespectful online orders 🤢. I am a big fan of the unique Cholula® chicken. It's also great to have the option to upgrade to a fried taco bowl. Definitely recommend 😋😋. Cannot also forget that Queso and Guac are FREE.

Loved loved loved it! Got a bowl with ground beef and it was absolutely delicious. My mom got the impossible burger which she loved as well. The staff was so friendly and told me about their rewards program. The seating area is quite nice; booths have their own TVs. I would totally dine here again. I said lord let me tell you this place is the holy grail of American “Mexican” chain restaurants. I’ll take this 100 times over chipotle any day, and it gives Moe’s a run for their money. Prices aren’t bad at all and the quality, as well freshness of the food is amazing. Not skimpy on the portions either, generous with the meats, cheeses and everything else. Friendly staff and very clean restaurant. Did I mention it was also Very Fresh? I recommend you drive the extra mile from Hofstra to check this place out it’s pretty great. Excellent service with a smile and it fills you up you will be satisfied. 10/10

This was an unexpected treat today. Had to stop unexpectedly to hop on the computer and handle some work crisis. I was just going to get an iced tea with my 5 year old but when I walked in the food smelled to good to ignore. One of the managers, John, came over and suggested that I try a bowl with steak and this Diablo cheese sauce - which I did. It was delicious. Good enough that I saved half of it to take home so my wife could try it. She loved it too. When we were at the register, they my daughter if she wanted anything and she asked for plain rice and chips which they gave to her complimentary, along with a complimentary quesadilla for her to try for them. Very nice. I'll definitely be coming here a few times a week!

First time here! Food was very good! Definitely would go back even though. Due to COVID-19 during dinner time it seemed to be a little bit more chaotic then normal. I ordered via the website but order wasn’t received until I got there due to their printer issue. Ultimately making it even harder for everyone to social distance. I would go back but I will probably wait until the distancing guide lines lift. Either way- Thank you the hard working staff !

The bowl was ok I got the white rice spicy chicken sour cream and cheese the rice lacked flavor so did the chicken but everything else was good the cookie was ok

Qdoba's atmosphere is great,the restaurant is very clean and the staff is friendly. My concern are the portions of food received, they really downsized from the first time I went to Qdoba. I frequent other restaurants of the same caliber and you definitely get more at Moe's! We ran out of chips and were still hungry after the visit. We ordered nachos. I guess if you order a burrito you'll get full, but the salad was small as well.

#1 most important thing for me is cleanliness if i dont see them using gloves or if they operate the register then serve you the food thats a big no no for me. But none of that was going on they are clean! They have lime and steak, pretty good little spicy. I get the cilantro rice in a bowl 🥣 with toppings extra cilantro steak and some chicken. You know I need me some protein. Children meal includes juicy box and 2 adult bowls like 30 bucks split the boll and you have an awesome deal, lol. Lines are short but when it gets busy it moves fast. Can't tell you the condition of the bathrooms, though never had to use them. You can dine outside they play music . It's safe area and when your done you can hit up Starbucks, it works out. Good management I'm sure.

The food wasn't too bad. They were a little stingy with the servings. You would have to ask for me. What I really disliked was I love a lot of sour cream. I asked for more and the bottle was out. Instead of the server getting a new bottle she just asked me was that at? Like did I need anything else? I said yes more sour cream please but she just put my lid on and covered and bagged my food. When I came to the counter the first server didn't even greet me. I disliked that because I am big on customer service. He just starred at me. I had to say hello may I have a bowl please? Other than these things I wouldn't mind trying them again. The food was fresh and hot and the restaurant was very clean including the restroom. I also loved the freestyle soda machine with a pineapple flavor option. The pineapple Hi-C and pineapple sprite were delicious! I wouldn't mind giving this place a 2nd try.

I would have given a 5 star, but I see that the main part of a chicken quesadilla is that the chicken is portion less on the quesadilla compared to the previous visits.

Delicious! Tortilla soup was excellent & so was my vegetarian bowl with cilantro rice, black beans, and a green salsa I believe had tomatillo in it. My partner enjoyed the chicken as well. All of the people working here were extremely pleasant! The place was clean and inviting also.

Ok, so I'm not saying that I wasn't wrong going in with only 40 minutes left before closing... but I prefaced that I felt awful being 'that guy', and honestly - I really did feel bad! The woman who assisted me was not happy whatsoever... no smile, no conversation, even when I apologized, there was not a word - just a sour face. I gave the order quickly, paid and left. The food was good, I was just a little upset that the young lady didn't acknowledge that I really felt awful for visiting that late. However, once I walked out... three other people walked in - they probably weren't as kind.

1. The food is amazing but they gave a piece of chicken more burnt and black then the table mat i was eating off of at home. 2. Service was kinda slow though i did go to pick up as soon as i made the mobile. 3. Atmosphere is kinda loud with a bunch high school students. Overall pretty good. Would recomend

Ordered on Uber eats a kids meal & bowl. A kids meal (build ur own taco kit) is really affordable for 2 tacos, a side, and a kids drink it’s super filling for an adult! I got a bowl on the side it was good I just wish there was a little bit more meat! But the Birria is good!

Eventhough this is a chain restaurant, the flavor and homemade taste don't lack. The ingredients taste fresh. You can add as many things as you want (including the guac!- Yes, the guac is free!) for no extra charge. Definitely one of the less expensive Mexican inspired chains out there. You can definitely get a filling meal for under $15. I was shocked to pay only $13 for a huge chicken bowl with a large beverage! And like I said the flavors DO.NOT.LACK. the chicken was charred but yet juicy. The Veggies weren't overcooked. The cilantro, lettuce, raw onions, jalapenos tasted fresh. Pickled onions added a nice flavor profile but also a nice asthetic to the bowl. And the service is amazing.

This place is a solid lunch spot. The dining area is clean and prepared for when you want to sit down and eat. The line moves quickly and they have all the fixings you want in a burrito and there are more sauces and flavors that you won't get from a chipotle which is nice. One negative is the music is pretty loud right next to where you order your food so you really need to speak up. The food itself is good quality. Its a bit pricey for lunch but you are getting an actual meal here so the value is there. You could skip breakfast and dinner if you have lunch here. Last time I went here I ordered the chicken queso burrito. I liked it on it's own. However, I think with hot sauce its much better. It might be even better as a bowl. I liked the burrito enough to the point where I'm going to have to try it as a bowl now too. All and all you can't go wrong coming here. Try some menu items out until you find your favorite. Finally they treat first responders right. I'd drive 5 miles to get their food.

So the food is great that when you're on the line with such a loud music and the glass is high and you're all wearing masks you're not able to hear them behind the glass and they also have TVs in their which play really loud. So I was trying to order for my son and I was with both my kids and I could not hear the lady in back of the glass and another one came and was very very rude however of course I did not say anything in front of my kids but I remembered to make sure I post something now because it was very unprofessional. When you know and that these circumstances that you have are there, you should make every effort to be even more patient and understanding with everyone around you. The food however is a the four star no complaints there

I really wanted to love this place. The establishment was great they had TV's in some booths, really cool. Service was great, friendly and appropriate for the setting. I wasn't in love with the food. I thought it was bland. I may have gotten a bad batch, who knows? All I know is it packed flavor. Otherwise it was a nice spot.

It is difficult to communicate with front-end staff members working the counter. Oftentimes they do not know their product. Additionally it is difficult to communicate with an employee that doesn't fully understand English. The food is consistent, good, fresh tasting. Their impossible meat is delicious.

Was ordering two meals as I was hungry and the female server seemed like I wasn't going fast enough. lol. Weird cause there was no one after me, didn't know there was a faster way to order and she acted like she had bigger fish to catch lol. Was kinda funny

I could easily give Qdoba 4 stars because I've never been disappointed with their food. The service is mostly good also. However, for two consecutive visits the didnt have the shrimp - which they advertise on a giant sign, and my wife loves. Both visits were within the dinner hours, so no excuse. 3 stars.

On time for pick up with my order but they have forgot to provide lettuce making my post workout bowl so small and not satiating.

The bowl I.received looked as if it was just thrown together without any care in the world. Not a lot of meat was given, but it had more than enough beans. I.cant believe they were confident enough to even let this leave the restaurant.

What’s the point of ordering online to avoid the wait and crowds just to stand in a queue of people waiting for their food? People were showing up before their orders were started and the staff was too busy to take names when someone showed up, so people were just waiting in line to find out if their order was ready and only the next person on line was being helped. If it’s understaffed or busy, the estimated times should be adjusted. I enjoy the food but the workflow could use improvement.

I go to this Qdoba all the time and order for my family . Today I went with my mom and was ordering .. i don’t know the name of the server , however I don’t know what her deal was .. when she was serving the chicken for my meal she knocked off a lot, so I simply asked for a little bit more . She asked if I want a double .. I said no that’s too much I just wanted the little that she knocked off . She literally picked up a SINGLE & when I say single I mean UNO .. ONE PIECE OF MEAT PUT IT IN BOWL AND STARED AT ME .. so okay cool. Lmaoo .. I asked for corn and pico de gallo .. you would’ve thought this girl was the owner and everything was coming from her personal stash .. I didn’t like the service at all & it’s not a first it has happened at this location. The rating is for the service not the food or atmosphere. The fact that my mother noticed and she was ordering separately for me & was shocked because I speak highly of Qdoba … I won’t be returning .

Food was great!!! Except the part of finding a human hair and my food smh The manager was nice enough to try to replace the food put to be honest after finding a human hair I really didn’t want to eat there.

Staff couldn't understand when we asked for salt. We were told that they don't have salt. They need less Spanish only speaking people at cash register and with the servers preparing the bowls so they understand English to know words like salt. The windows need better shading because late afternoon the sun is too bright on the dining area. Food was really good but they need to improve on hospitality.

Tastier than Chipotle. Clean, friendly service. Edit: today's experience was disappointing. No slotted spoons were used so all the grease from the meat and water from the pico de Gallo made my barely heated (another issue) soft corn taco melt. Needed a spoon when eating it. I've never seen such incompetent servers here before. I strongly suggest keeping an eye on the prep servers when they make your food.

Another over hyped over priced fast food joint . No matter how they market it. It's fast food . And way too many calories. And way overpriced . Especially for extra meat ,they give you a whopping 2oz extra . Let's not forget the tablespoon of guacamole you want extra for 5$
