A fun spot. People seem to love it here. They have a little darts board and stuff. It gets busy even on a Tuesday night. The beef stew was mild and had just like a single piece of meat. Maybe they stirred it up poorly when they served ours. The bread bowl thing was fun tho.
So I order over the phone for pick up. First timers ordering from here . Got to the Pub as to what I was told 1/2 for pick up. Was already pretty busy. I have the unfortunate to wait about an extra 20 minutes for the food. Everyone was so nice, customer service was great even being busy as it was. Whom ever was the tall gentlemen whom give me a gift card for my unfortunate wait. BIIG BIG THANK YOU.. here is my food review .. WHAT wait this place is a hidden PUB Maple bacon wings are a must have, hubby love loved the steak bomb sandwich. Fries was a bit under but my stringy onion rings awesome. Will be going in to dine the next time
First time trying Lucky’s . Great experience . Had the home made chips and dip, some of the best I’ve had. Ordered the steak bomb sub with fries . Excellent! The service was excellent also , highly recommend .
Lucky's American Bar & Grill is a small bar located underneath the highway. But once you enter they have a great bar design and plenty of tables and serve all the local beverages. They have large screens for sports games and they seem to have a menu that does change as they add fresh entrees. The people have always been really nice there, definitely some hot waitresses, just saying.
First time there and food was amazing! Relaxed atmosphere with outside seating, very attentive waitstaffand heat cocktails!
We enjoyed our time, drinks and food. Will definitely go back. Also had sliders and fries. 10/10.
We dine on the outdoor patio. The servers are consistently pleasant and attentive. Food is always hot and tasty. It is one of our new go-to places.

Just left and everything was fantastic got the wings which were big and crispy, the chilli was very good and tasteful, got the lucky burger and avocado burger both were excellent definitely recommend to anyone!!
We rented the Snug party room on Saturday night for my wife's 40th birthday. 50 people fit nicely with plenty of room to spare. We were given a personal bartender who was attentive not just to the bar, but to the entire experience. Our guests loved the food. The Rueben sliders were a huge hit. Gia was super helpful helping us plan our party. It could not have gone better. I highly recommend booking The Snug for any event.
Absolutely fantastic place. Food is very good, it does take a while to come out after ordering, so plan ahead. Great sports venue.

I went here on a Friday after lunch and a Saturday night. My service on Friday after the lunch crowd was so much better, with a waitress who was attentive and great! Saturday night was a busy time to be going, our waitress was slow and forgot multiple drink and food orders. I was not pleased with the service, although the drinks were great, I didn't love the food.
Food is wonderful service great. Was to cold ❄️ in there .
It is an Irish PUb. TVs all over. Live music. Great food. Lovely staff. The one problem was that the drinks were a bit weak. The people I was with were unanimous. I would go back for those Dublin Chips and a beer instead.
Burgers are amazing Stake tips looked like a kids meal. Waitress was great
Nice place, deceiving from the outside. Service at the bar was a bit slow, not sure if they were short a bartender or not. Food wasn't bad, Tuesday, it turns out, is $7 build your own burger, great deal but do not recommend the sour dough it was inedible. I would go back and give Lucky's another try..
To be completely honest I djed at this place last night. I personally would never rent out the room for a party especially on a Friday night And the only reason it gets two stars is because of the bartender. Who mind you was doing everything in the little part of the snug by herself. With no help picking up all the dishes putting out the cake serving all the drinks. I have djed a lot of places small and big the room they have you in is pretty small. So I brought one speaker in. Just so everyone can understand this was a Rock theme karaoke party for a 50th birthday party what they didn't say is there's an acoustic player on the other side of the wall. I was told there would be a DJ and most of the time they are battling back and forth when there's somebody in that room to see who could put it louder. I did not do that I could hear him just fine on the other side and the owner come out 2 Times rudely with hand gestures to tell me to turn it down. Even though it was not loud maybe a quarter of the way up on my mixer everyone could hear themselves talk I asked multiple times the bartender and told her to tell me if it got too loud because of the music on the other side and was never told it was besides the owner coming over and being rude with hands gestures. The first time he came over I thought he was rude butt I was like okay maybe it was just he was in a rush the second time he came over, it's not even 10:00 but the party is going a little more and people are having a little more fun playing dance music people are dancing and then they want to sing more. He comes out he screamed at me with hand gestures not once but three times in a row down, no down more as I'm turning it down as people are singing. There's a way to talk to people and he does not have it! Had he come up to me and said hey man hey we got acoustic guy on the other side can you just pay attention to how loud it is even though I already was and try not to go over a certain loudness I would have been extra attentive but who books a room to someone knowing that they're going to have a DJ and then gets mad that it's interfering with the acoustic guy that you hired that you put on the wall right next to where the DJ goes ? Someone who does not care about their customers they're just out for the money that's who. To be honest it seemed like he was more mad but it wasn't bothering anyone else and had treated me like a normal human being I wouldn't even have wrote this I've been in a lot of businesses and I respect the bartenders opinion and the owner's opinion but Thats no reason to be ignorant. If you're renting that room on a night where they have entertainment I strongly suggest you don't. That wasn't the only problem the gentleman who rented the room was not happy with a few things but neither here nor there the owner needs to learn how to talk to people it seems like all the bad reviews are within the last few months maybe he's going through something not quite sure but I honestly don't recommend that he is there at night when these musicians / DJs are there or he doesn't book the room out when he has live music next door as well 5 ft apart with a very thin wall! Good luck if you rent that room but don't say I didn't warn you! Just so we're clear I'm never left a bad review as a DJ it takes something to rub me seriously the wrong way and and I just thought it was ridiculous!

Trying to do a Sober October and came in the other night and ordered a Guinness 0. My fault for not asking when it was served, because it's customary at other places to give the can with the beer to show the patron that indeed you're getting an NA beer. Was served a regular, alcoholic Guinness, which isn't the end of the world because I'm not on a medication or anything that would interact, but disappointing that I ruined my Sober October. And if anybody has had Guinness 0, it tastes very similar to the real thing; so it was only noticeable when I ordered another round and got an actual Guinness 0, and when the bill came I had one regular and one 0. Oh, well. Best to avoid this place, though, as it's been going downhill for a year or two now. The service is awful, but food is decent.

Stopped here with my family Saturday night ( September 14th) not busy this evening. We were seated immediately. That's where the positive stops. Our waitress was useless. She took our order and left. Drinks took unusually long to come to our table and our appetizer took even longer. I ordered the "smash burger" and onion strings as a side. The pic in my review is their "smash burger" it's thicker then most burgers I have gotten at other places. Also my side never arrived. The person who brought my order( not our weitress) asked what I wanted for a side after dropping my burger off. I told him what I originally ordered. Our waitress returned to ask how things were and I informed her that I never got my side. She said " oh what did you order a pasta?" I didn't even respond. My wife told her no the onions strings. After we ate she walked by us several times and we tried to get her attention to just pay our bill and get out of there. Once she dropped our bill off, my wife said thank you and the waitress just turned and said " yup" and walked away. We will not be returning.
The food was good but the service was absolutely horrible. When we arrived we were asked if we wanted to sit inside or outside, we chose inside. After being seated the waitress dropped off the food menus but not the drink menu. We ask and had it relatively quick but that was all that was quick. It took almost 30 minutes for her to come back, take our drink order and bring the drinks over. After bringing the drinks it was another 20 minutes before she came back to take our food order, we order an appetizer and a pizza, nothing extravagant or out of the ordinary. It took just about 30 minutes for the food to come out, both the appetizer and pizza at same time. It would have been nice to have the appetizer fist but it is what it is. The pizza was hot delicious but the appetizer was over cooked. The waitress never came back to check on the food or ask if we needed another drink. She seemed to be spending alot of time outside. We had finished eating, wanted another drink but were getting frustrated she had not been back to check on us. When we didn’t see the waitress I walked to the bar and asked for a to go box because my waitress was no where to be found. Finally the waitress came over when she saw us putting the food in a box. At this point my wife had asked for the check. After spending quite a bit of time outside again the waitress came over and dropped the check on the table. If she would have paid any attention to us she would have seen my wife trying to hand her the credit card but she just dropped it and disappeared again. We waited 10 minutes for her to come back before my wife brought the check to the bar but was told the waitress had to cash it out. She found the waitress and handed her the check and credit card then came back to the table. We waited almost 15 more minutes before I went to the bar and asked if anyone had seen my waitress. They told me there was an issue with the credit card system, how convenient!! I told them I just wanted to pay my bill and go because the service was terrible. I got the deer in the headlights look when I told her we had been there 2 hours for a pizza and 2 beers, no one had checked on us or how the food was. I could see it taking that long if it was during a busy dinner time. We got there at 3:30 on a Saturday afternoon. There was maybe 10 people sitting inside between the bar and at tables.
I visited Lucky’s a few weeks ago with a large group, and while the night itself was fine, the experience that followed was extremely disappointing. The next day I noticed my card had been double charged. I called and left my information four separate times before finally being told by a manager that they had run my card because someone else in my group hadn’t paid their tab. Everyone in my group’s card was charged. Despite being told I would receive a call back, I never heard from anyone. It wasn’t until I called several more times—over a span of two weeks—that I was finally informed that they “didn’t want to eat the $40” and that I should just ask one of my friends for the money. That level of customer service is unacceptable. Only tonight was I told the refund would be issued. Throughout this entire process, no manager or owner ever reached out. The only person who showed professionalism was Crystal, the bartender, who was kind, responsive, and the only staff member to return my calls. Overall, the lack of communication and accountability from management was highly unprofessional and genuinely disappointing. Lucky’s needs to seriously address how they handle billing errors and customer concerns.
